Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, some guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the parking situation and the quality of breakfast.
- Convenient location with many food options nearby
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Parking is limited and/or expensive
- Breakfast quality and options are lacking

Very good
- 5/5
This is a very nice hotel, that is perfectly located. It was just out of the busiest Denver areas, but close enough to get to everything quickly. There are tons of surrounding shops and restaurants, many within walking distance.
- 3/5
The hotel looks nothing like the pictures , very old and needs to be updated.
- 2/5
No bellhop or porter . Broken elevator. Staff did best to accommodate but seemed helpless in getting elevator fixed and getting assistance for luggage!
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. When the elevators both were out of service, the staff was able to facilitate access to the stairs until the elevator was back in service. The people make the difference. I will stay there again.
- 2.5/5
services are really bad services are really bad
- 2/5
It was ok. Overcharged by almost 70 & would not help at all to figure out. Blamed it all on Expedia.
- 5/5
Clean room, could use more plug ins and complementary breakfast
- 3/5
Staff was great; room was spacious and relatively clean, but there were mysterious wet places in the floor, the TV screen was messed up, the shower door was out of alignment/hard to close, and the elevators were constantly full. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
Considering the fast turn over the hotel was experiencing…. Check-in was quick & the staff was very friendly. The location was great; lots of food options within walking distance. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
The rooms were very well equipped and the price was very reasonable! Cheer Creek was a nice walking and park area. There was an amazing variety of delicious restaurants right in the parking lot. Will definitely stay here on every Denver trip.

Rooms where clean and staff was friendly
- 4/5
I loved the room, the staff and the location however you can tell that corporate does not like to spend money on updates. One of the two elevators was down and they would not let you access the inside stairs because you had to go through a conference room THAT WAS EMPTY (?), the room key cards get wiped really easily so I had to have my room card rekeyed MULTIPLE times and one time the card coder went down. They also have a lot of specials on their bar menu however they don’t have some of the ingredients like watermelon for their “special” watermelon spritz. The staff was excellent dealing with the hiccups, they were friendly and as accommodating as they could be with all the mishaps. I loved the staff, the room and the location however I hate that the Hilton corporation won’t make simple updates for a less stressful stay for both staff as well as paying customers.

Clean rooms. Large lobby and staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms. Thank you.
- 3/5
Had a communication issue regarding housekeeping. Needed to remind front desk staff that I was told at check-in what days housekeeping would come to service my room. By mid-day ( on my day) was told they would not clean or service my room ! I was out of towels , Kleenex and hand soap at the sink basin . Front desk did request towels etc.. I shouldn’t have to ask 2 or 3 times for an explanation.

I enjoyed using the gym, which has close to 10 pieces of equipment, including three treadmills, two StairMasters (or something similar in concept) and an exercise bicycle. The also has a weight bench and a number of free weights. The built-in TVs on the two treadmills that I tried did not work. The gym has two other TVs which did work. The gym also features copious natural light, complementary towels and a water dispenser. This hotel has a small pool, which I have not used. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet during my 2025 stay but did not use it at my most recent visit because it was not included. The hotel is located in a shopping center that contains a number of restaurants and some other business, including a Dunkin' and a second hotel. The shopping center has surface parking as well as a large underground parking level that pedestrians can access from an elevator near the Garden Inn or at least two separate stairwells, one of which is by the aforementioned elevator. Note that you have to go outdoors to reach the underground parking area if you are staying at the Garden Inn.

The breakfast was satisfying, and the staff were very friendly The pillows felt like popcorn. The furniture is chipped and old. The rugs seemed dirty. The hallways felt ancient. An overall disappointing stay for a Hilton.

FABULOUS ALWAYS❣️
- 5/5
Had breakfast there two out of four days, it was excellent and the staff was great. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Definitely 5 stars.
- 5/5
The room was very clean with a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is walking distance to great restaurants. It's also close to shopping centers (Target, grocery, etc.) The staff was very courteous and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent staff from check in to cocktails to checkout. Room was clean and the pillows were wonderful— they were all different density so I had a CHOICE. Room coffee and lobby coffee were both good. Would have appreciated makeup tissues
- 5/5
Clean facility, friendly staff and restaurant in walking distance make it a perfect location in Cherry Creek.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Booked quickly and I booked last minute but was satisfied.

Coffee maker in my room did not work & the lounge or bar did not open until 4:30pm and closed at 10pm :) - I had family and friends come for a good times - it was cut short. Also no writing paper pad or pen in the room & not enough paper cups/glasses. I requested a mobility access room and the room had a walk over tub and no pull down chair, not even a shower chair. The room temperature would not go below 71 degrees. Whaa! Overall it was good there, but not quite worth the cost. Great location and friendly staff. Clean overall too. See above.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was to much salt and chlorine in the swimming pool. My eyes were burnung and hurting yesterday. Also when we first arrived to check in the lady who helped us was very rude at first.

Location I was overcharged by booking and the hotel! My entire stay was $1700. Hot Tube/Pool could have been cleansed.

Room 506 had a heater/ac unit that was crooked on the wall and was very loud when operating. The cabinet below the mini-fridge was chipped badly and contained rotting wood. I’ve had no issue with rooms before, but this one definitely did not make the grade.
- 2/5
I had stayed at this hotel several times before the pandemic. Those days were nice. The hotel was very clean. However, now the hotel is not in good shape and does need a refresh. The biggest issue is that it needs a super deep clean. My room had obvious spilled beverages on the floor that had not been cleaned up or vacuumed, and my room was very dusty. There was also what looked like a poop mark on my blanket. I complained and the room was freshened up but still the spoil marks remained. It’s also $8 to do a laundry. The hallway and elevators were never vacuumed or wiped down the whole five days I stayed. I won’t stay here again. This hotel is overpriced.
- 4/5
Great place to stay pillows need work bulut over all bang for buck
- 3/5
Beware of extra charges. $15/night parking. $50 damage deposit
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean and great amenities. Everything we need in a hotel!
- 4/5
I do wish the carpets were cleaner, and the chair in our room had some nasty stains on it. Overall I expected more cleanliness in the rooms but a convenient stay. For as much as I paid though, the hallways and rooms need to be cleaned. The key cards also are extremely outdated and we had to get ours replaced twice. Again, for the price, stay somewhere else.
- 5/5
This is our go to hotel for cherry creek. It always delivers.
- 4/5
Clean, everything worked, good bed, everything was clean even though a storm had just blown through.
- 4/5
Great place - clean, comfortable, good parking. $14 breakfast though?
- 1/5
My room was clean but even basic amenities are not there like bathroom slippers. Person at checkin, who’s white, wears glasses and most of the time during day shift is so rude and is least bothered about customer service. He actually gave me totally incorrect information on my query Target store which actually lead to huge trouble for me in reaching the Denver International Airport. If there was doubt he should have clearly mentioned of not knowing but why misguide. Totally nonsense.
- 4/5
Parking was unusual…
- 1/5
Breakfast is solid. Staff was rude and provided inaccurate information. Shower was not clean.
- 4/5
clean hotel and room, hidden fees such as breakfast and parking, unmaintained spa.
- 5/5
Nice, quiet room on the 7th floor. This hotel is well maintained.
- 5/5
For the amount of money we pay to stay at the hotel, you would think that breakfast would be included in the price as other hotels do. For this reason, we may stay somewhere else the next time we are in Denver.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
It was such a nice stay, parking was great and friendly staff
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 2/5
The location was great and the rooms were clean and well kept for the most part. The price is expensive for the value. The hot tub was overchlorinated and just luke warm. The breakfast was $15 a person and was about as average as could be and definitely not worth the price. Also on site parking was an additional $15 per night, Hilton seems dead set on charging for every little thing they can think of.

Very good
- 3/5
Breakfast was lukewarm all 3 days we ate there despite arriving soon after opening. Both elevators were out of service for part of our stay. Wi-Fi access went out on the last day -- perhaps because we'd been there a week? -- but desk clerk had no idea how to fix it. Cleaning staff kept skipping our room despite no request to do so. Definitely a mediocre experience
- 3.5/5
Good
- 5/5
Great! Will stay again! Parking close by
- 5/5
A great property in a central location close to freeways and restaurants, and Cherry Creek. Definitely will be on my list of places to stay when visiting my grandkids

- 5/5
Rhonda at the front desk was great! The water in my room wasn't hot so she sent someone in to check it. They said to let it run longer and that worked. She checked back with me to make sure the water was the right temperature. She was friendly at check-in and every time I talked to her over my stay.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff, especially woman at bar/cafe. Hotel could use a bit of freshening which would mean higher prices. The hotel was a good price for area. So I’m OK if there’s a bit of a dated look. Only breakfast option is expensive buffet some other choices would be nice.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel
- 5/5
Very nice hotel in a great location!
- 5/5
The staff is very friendly. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping my room clean.
- 5/5
I am a regular here…every 6-8 weeks. They do a great job. Good options nearby. Quiet. Clean.
- 3/5
Very uncomfortable shower in the morning due to the fluctuations in water temperature. $17 for the breakfast that was served seems seems mighy high.
- 3/5
The bathroom wasn't clean. Full of dust on top of the night light, hair in the bathtub, and the bathtub wall. One of the queen beds was very squeaky. The AC/Heat unit was very stinky. The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. Stayed at this hotel a few times, but this was the worst stay I've ever had.
- 4/5
The hotel was pretty nice, very close to restaurants. Pretty clean room.
- 1/5
I showed up right at check in and the staff said that if I hadn’t checked in to the app we were going to have to wait for a room because they over booked. I don’t travel often so I don’t have a need to download the Hilton app. I waited for an hour and a half before I could check in. Spent another 30 minutes with worthless Expedia trying to get some sort of compensation since I was basically robbed of time that I paid for. The best the hotel and Expedia could do was 13 bucks credited to the Expedia account. I don’t have an Expedia account so I was basically out of luck. No one from the hotel offered me any form of compensation as it wasn’t “that long of a wait.” The next morning I checked out early and noticed that I had been charged $65 extra. Luckily I was smart enough to check with the staff and they said there had been a mistake and “hopefully” would be fixed. When I was leaving the property I noticed a strong gas smell in the lobby that was concerning. When I arrived at my vehicle in the parking lot, I noticed my windshield had 2 big cracks in it. At this point I just left in frustration because I didn’t have time to mention it. What kind of a business are you all running? What trash.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Great stay-conveniently located! Staff are wonderful!
- 4/5
A clean & conveniently located property. Staff was friendly & helpful. I especially liked the access to restaurants immediately & safely accessible outside the entry & parking + numerous retail shops nearby. My kids loved it. Kimberly at the Front Desk & a gentlemen in the breakfast bar went above & beyond.
- 5/5
The ladybworking last night was wonderful, kind and very helpful
- 5/5
The front desk lady was very nice and provided activities for the kids to do. I believe her name was Rhonda.
- 4/5
Clean and convenient. Little pricey
- 4/5
The only problem I had about my stay was the bathroom tub was dirty. Other than that it was awesome
- 1/5
Not clean
- 5/5
great bartender as always
- 5/5
Great stay! Thank you!
- 4/5
The staff were amazing and the location is great. The bed was hard and that was the only disappointment which was a bit shocking for a Hilton chain usually their beds are great. Nice and clean nice and quiet
- 5/5
We had the absolute best time. The staff was amazing. The food was outstanding. We were there on duck day and we had so much fun hunting for ducks.!!
- 5/5
Room was clean. Great location. People were friendly
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful! I believe Rachel dis our check-in (purple hair) she was so friendly, hlepful, and so patient with a difficult guest in front of me. If she was flustered (i would have been) she did not show it at all! The gentleman at the desk this morning was so kind. Every stagg member I ran into was fabulous! The hotel waimmaculate!
- 5/5
Place was great with plenty of options close by
- 5/5
Excellent customer service!
- 3/5
The housekeeping was absolutely TERRIBLE! When we checked into the room on 1/15/26, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper about to run out and no spares at all. How could housekeeping overlook that? Then when the room was cleaned on 1/16/26, she made the bed and emptied the garbage but that's it....and STILL didn't leave any toilet paper. I doubt she even checked for it. So we ended up having to go down to the desk to get some. Lazy, lazy, lazy housekeeping staff!! Do better because the hotel is too nice to have sloppy housekeeping staff doing the bare minimum.
- 5/5
It was okay
- 4/5
The room was okay. The carpet needs to be updated. The hairdryer didn’t work and one foot on the microwave was broken so it wasn’t balanced.
- 2/5
No clean towels were brought the next day. Staff was very friendly and helpful but the room was unfortunately not cleaned during our stay
- 1/5
Didn’t have breakfast and didn’t know it was $14 to eat lol.
- 5/5
Wish the pool was open later but great people and amazing stay :)
- 5/5
Very nice hotel to stay in. Everyone was very helpful and informative. Probably one of the quietest hotels I have ever slept in especially for it being so close to down town.
- 4/5
The rooms are large with lots of space, drawers, etc. which we appreciate. The room werevery clean. The breakfast prices have gone up ($15), and the options are a bit better than average (real eggs, sausage, etc). I will say that the food choices in the little commissary there are terrible in that there are no healthy choices - all highly processed snacks, frozen foods and candy. Not even a bag of nuts. However, there is always water in the lobby (with fruit slices) or coffee in the morning, and sometimes apples or oranges. We also had a lovely mountain view on the 7th floor which I always enjoy.
- 5/5
The stay was for medical reasons. The room was great. Staff at check-in was wonderful. We ate at the restaurant the evening we arrived. The staff in the restaurant was exceptional, they remembered our names and why we were there. If I am in need of a stay in Denver I will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
My family and I always trust Hilton Garden Inn where we we go around the states.
- 3/5
The staff was very courteous and our room was clean and had everything it was supposed to. I have stayed here many times and it pains me to say that the hotel itself is seeming more and more run down with each visit. The carpet in the public spaces looked dirty and worn, one elevator wasn’t working and the other seemed to creak along very slowly. The room furniture (dresser/credenza) was dinged and damaged. The breakfast buffet quality was diminished (e.g., coffee is now 100% self-serve in paper cups — no one doing refills in the dining area — and fewer options on the buffet). I like this hotel and hope it gets the attention and resources it needs.
- 5/5
Clean, nice staff. Centrally located, easy parking.
- 4/5
Mold in the shower
- 5/5
We celt safe!! Staff was very kind. The restaurant is reasonably priced. About the same as going to a different restaurant. Room was very clean and nice!! Overall this hotel was excellent especially for the price compared to surrounding hotels!
- 1/5
The front desk was not clear they charge you for parking and breakfast. They explain it’s free parking because you booked the room. They explain breakfast but don’t tell you they will charge you a day after you check out. They blame booking on hotel.com but they don’t let you know when you check in you do not have free breakfast. They just mention they have free breakfast. The breakfast is overpriced and there’s nothing you can do because they charged your credit card and they tell you it’s your fault because you booked with hotel.com
- 4/5
The rooms were clean and the evening front desk lady was wonderful. The other staff we did not find to be as friendly. The breakfast is pay per plate but there are not clear instructions of if you talk to someone or get your plate first. That staff member was not very kind.
- 5/5
This was a great spot to stay for a week while attending a conference. The check in process was flawless, and even after I asked to change rooms due to my first room only having a shower and no tub, staff were kind at a

- 5/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the in room coffee maker and they resolved it in less than 10 minutes. We were napping, so they were super quiet and courteous. The pool was warm and we had it to ourselves for almost all of Saturday morning; a great way to burn off toddler energy with minimal fuss. The surrounding restaurants made meals easy for a picky eater. This is a good choice for families with littles.

Clean room
- 5/5
Absolutely loved every aspect of this hotel. What stood out to me were how generous the staff members were.
- 4/5
Room was very clean. But the lighting is horrible. I did not have enough light to read my paperback.

Room smelled like a dog peed in it, the carpet was wet in some areas. You could see paw prints in the bathroom and the room in general didn’t seem like it was really cleaned
- 5/5
Great stay! Great sleep! Loved the breakfast!

I never stayed at a hotel that didn't offer free breakfast. 32 dollars for breakfast is ridiculous

Clean room. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great location & parking - lots of amenities. Very clean & the staff was very kind and helpful.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing!
- 2/5
You'd think for a Hilton brand, you'd have beds that were slightly less as hard as concrete, or at least pillows that were, you know, actually pillows. There was black mold in the shower, no conditioner in the wall pump attached to the wall, and the elevator was broken when I arrived and they placed me on the sixth floor. 😕
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
All the above.
- 5/5
Great location, very clean and comfy.
- 2/5
They are supposed to clean every other day, we were there 3 nights and they forgot our room...the toilet was hard to flush because the internal float was not adjusted and the the building looks great in pictures, but it's far older and worn in person. The carpet in the elevators was worn-out and the whole experience was sub par. I still like the brand, but this location made me rethink my loyalty.
- 2/5
Office told us they could move us but couldn't guarantee the next room wouldn't also have dogs next door. This hotel favors dog owners over customers who would like to get a good night's sleep!! Do not stay here if you are expecting a good night's sleep... or a room that might have dog urine or poop in the carpet. Disgusting experience!!
- 1/5
Check in went well. Front desk was very friendly upon arrival and check out. When we entered our room, it was dusty, the windows were full of fingerprints and what looked like greasy forehead marks all over the window looking out….The mirrors were just as trashed. Shower was interesting filthy dirty black ring around the tub so thick, and mold and scum caked on around the tub and on the ceiling. No one has cleaned that in god knows how long. Also our tv was crap, the tv was pretty much fried cause the picture was dark blue. I was very disappointed considering my family and I choose to stay at Hilton hotel and have never had an experience like this ever. I would never stay at this particular hotel ever again and wouldn’t recommend it either.
- 4/5
Clean room / plenty of drawer and shelf space / lighted mirror in bathroom great for makeup
- 3/5
The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Rhonda was a stand out. The room, carpets and elevators need a deep clean and felt worn and not cared for. We've used this hotel in other states and the experience was much better. We'll stay somewhere else next time.
- 1/5
The furniture in room 204 was literally falling apart. Ridiculous
- 5/5
Staff, evening food and drinks,
- 4/5
Check in was quick and friendly! Room was clean and beds were comfortable!
- 5/5
All Good Thanks
- 5/5
Room was grea!
- 4/5
Clean room, quiet. Limited amenities
- 4/5
We had a comfortable stay here. Although for the price, I expected it to be a bit nicer than it was. Location was great and easy to get to after seeing Paul McCartney at Coors field.
- 1/5
Room was not cleaned. Bathtub was filthy and power outlets did not work.
- 5/5
After a disaster from a proor booking we mived to here . Always get what you expect.
- 5/5
Great location near lots of restaurants and walkable spots. Nice little riverwalk across the street from the hotel, too. The hotel itself is clean, with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was $15 and easily worth it.
- 5/5
Na
- 3/5
Loudest room next to busy road. Heard cars and motorcycles revving their engines all from about 10:30pm to 4:39am
- 4/5
Okay but parking in the shopping center lot was inconvenient during the day due to lack of available spots
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and the room was comfy! Loved the refreshing fruit water in the lobby
- 2/5
Big bug in my room. Great restaurants next door. In fact one of the best sushi restaurants next door. Trashy, old sofas in the lobby. Bar closed early. $17 self serve breakfast.
- 5/5
In general the front desk people are very attentive and helpful
- 3/5
Our family reunion experience was disappointing due to not receiving the pack and play cribs we requested several times. The toddlers were unable to nap and over tired for our events. We finally got the cribs at 8 p.m. and one was not operable. Customer service was lacking except for John, who was exceptional.
- 4/5
It was good, the ac in the room was loud, and the one elevator not working was pretty inconvienant
- 5/5
Love this place
- 3/5
The property was ok overall. I visited in October and one of the elevators was down so that wasn't great and there aren't any stairs that lead to the main level lobby. You can only use stairs to exit out onto the street There was a great view of the city from my room but the windows were very dirty. I will say the staff overall was great especially the night crew. 8.5 out 10.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Pet friendly for cats and dogs.
- 4/5
The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful. One of the two elevators was not working and we found out from another guest who stays there oftenthat elevators have been an issue for several months. The room was in excellent condition. I would gladly stay here again. The outdoor sitting area was in need of a cleanup, both of trash and leaves.
- 1/5
The property lost power and we were on the 8th floor. They couldn’t accommodate us. Power was out for 5 hours and my 83 year old grandma could not make it to the 8th floor up the stairs. We had to find other accommodations for the night and were not refunded by Hilton for that night. They have still not refunded Expedia for the 2 other nights we canceled. Overall disappointing. Would not recommend. Customer service is terrible. I also called when we booked and asked for a double bed room with a bathtub. The front desk told me the only rooms with bathtubs were king beds. When we got to the room the first night it was a double bed with bathtub…the front desk is poorly trained for anything out of the norm
- 5/5
Clean Room | AC worked
- 4/5
Check in staff was rude and arguing with the cleaning staff at checkin.
- 3/5
Neither elevator was working and had to haul luggage down 7 flights of stairs.
- 5/5
Will be back
- 5/5
Pillows
- 4/5
Staff was amazing Monica at the bar phenomenal! Short staffed but amazing. I wish the hot tub and Paul were usable. They were not very disappointed. I wish the bar had more options for food no nachos. You think you have nachos at a bar. One of the elevators was out of order disappointing since there was a lot of people going up and down. Literally booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool..
- 5/5
Great little spot

The room was OK nothing special but the water pressure was lousy and the shower was in need of replacement showerhead and drainage was poor I probably won’t stay there again. Times are tough and I know these housekeepers and people who work on staff at Hotel have a difficult job. I think very difficult. I do have empathy for them in these times. Thank you for letting me submit these thoughts.

The parking needs to be monitored a little better, looked as if 2 cars may have had people sleeping in their cars.
- 5/5
Not happy there was not a breakfast.
- 5/5
Didn't like paying to park. Very friendly and helpful staff!
- 5/5
My favorite place to stay in cherry creek, will be back
- 4/5
Very pleasant and responsive staff. Very clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and it's so nice that there are a number of restaurants you can walk to. I would have rated perfect scores BUT, both elevators broke during our stay. This place has eight floors. I don't know why hotels don't prioritize keeping their elevators well maintained. This has happened to me a few times before too and have soured a lot of otherwise great stays. Yes, I can look at the bright side and tell myself at least I'm exercising. I know it's most likely not their fault if they're forced to wait months for an elevator tech to come in. But it is getting very annoying and tiring. I hope they figure it out.
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed and wonderful food options around the hotel!
- 2/5
Bed was hard, blanket had a mildew smell, hallway smelled like sour paint, shower had visible mildew and rust on the door, shower door difficult to open and jammed.
- 3/5
Bathroom was less than sparkling —tub enclosure and floors could use some attention. For the price, I will look at other options on my next trip.
- 3/5
The hotel was great but only one working elevator.
- 3/5
It was a bit run down and bathrooms and elevators out of order. The room was not the cleanest. There were crumbs in the bathroom and room.
- 5/5
The furniture and counters were a bit 'shop-worn' but everything was fully functional and had a lot of things many other hotels lack: ample storage, table space, VERY comfortable beds, etc. charging $2 for a local water bottle seemed a bit onerous. i wish the TV would support AirPlay. having a broken elevator was a minor inconvenience, as there was 2, but it appeared the service elevator was also broken so the mornings were a bit busy with all the cleaning crew and guests sharing a single elevator.
- 4/5
Only one elevator working. Very crowded and slow with maids carts sand guests trying to use at same time. Otherwise very nice.
- 3/5
The hotel has wonderful people, is pet friendly and lovely rooms. Downside is only one working elevator in an eight story building. Cool strong coffee most of the time. Clean work out room and pool area.

Great
- 5/5
My favorite place to stay in cherry creek
- 5/5
Thé breakfast was low quality and limited option. I would not recommend the breakfast. The rest was great
- 5/5
Great people, very clean. A/c froze up the first night and didn’t work but they fixed it in the morning
- 5/5
The check-in was easy and with Jed's (one of the managers), help I was able to correct a mistake that the third party I used to book the reservation had made. He and the other staff were friendly throughout. And the room was really lovely.
- 5/5
Love the location, the transportation options are varied and it is very Colorado. Built into the environment.
- 4/5
Not super clean- could tell there had been a dog in the room. Odd smell in the hallway. Was pretty quiet and very convenient to lots of restaurant choices. Had to pay for parking that I was not aware of when booking.
- 4/5
Comfortable room, good breakfast. Good value.
- 5/5
Staff helped me with two different reservations so that I didn't have to change rooms. I stay in Cherry Creek for work a few times a year and Hilton Garden Inn is my favorite hotel in the area.
- 4/5
I only stayed 1 night for a business trip. Nice hotel several restaurants right on the same block.
- 5/5
The staff were so sweet and helpful! And the hotel itself was beautiful and it was such a pleasant stay!
- 5/5
Excellent stay!
- 3/5
At check-in one elevator was out of service, once we got to our room the toilet had quite obviously not been cleaned and was disgusting. Just checked my credit card statement and I was charged for parking and I didn't have a car. Though I was given a new room I'm very disappointed in the quality of my stay and now I have to go to the trouble to try and dispute the parking charge even though at checkout I was told all was good.
- 4/5
This was the next acceptable option for budget conscious people
- 5/5
Everyone was nice and very helpful
- 4/5
This was a good hotel, the staff was so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is one of the 2 elevators was broken and the stair access only went outside so the wait time was excessive. Other than that, great place.
- 4/5
Room quite dark given paint color on the walls.
- 5/5
From location, to parking or finding something great to eat this hotel has it. Very convenient to everything you may want to do while in Denver. Clean and comfortable!
- 2/5
Our toilet had stoppage stains running down the outside of the front. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, it was meh. The building is a bit beat up on the inside. Definitely overpriced for what we got.
- 4/5
The location is very nice with plenty of shopping and dining places close by.
- 4/5
Nice property. Comfortable beds. Great to have fridge, and microwave in room. Updated bathroom. Chair and ottoman were nasty with stains and we didnt want to sit on them. We informed the desk at checknout and they would tend to it immediately. Other than that we will probably be back.
- 5/5
Everything it’s ok
- 5/5
Everything was nice as expected
- 5/5
Great stay!

Located near shopping and dining

great staff / clean rooms -
- 5/5
Location was perfect for our visit to DU. Property was clean and comfortable with lots of amenities in the vicinity. Neighborhood was safe and easily accessible. Rooms facing west have incredible views of the mountains.
- 4/5
Great!
- 4/5
Parking was tight
- 1/5
The hot tub did not work. The pool area was dirty with towels allover. There were not clean towels to use. The key cards did not work. We requested new cards five times. We requested clean towels and room cleaning. However, we did not receive clean towels and our room was not cleaned.
- 5/5
However, the staff were fantastic. This was our first time in colorado and the staff to check us in, who manned the breakfast buffet, and who were at the check out counter were very kind and accommodating. At check in we were kindly asked if we had preference to how high up or close we are the the elevators (never had that option presented but very nice with carrying kids up!). When we left, my 3year old was cleverly telling us how hungry he was (hoping to buy candy) and the interaction with the man at the counter was meaningful from one parent to another parent. Breakfast had a good selection of items. Specifically fresh fruit, juice, and milk options were well received by my kids (white, chocolate, and strawberry milk!). My 5 year old lost his loose tooth while eating and it was really handy to just bring the rest of our breakfast upstairs without any issues (and even have to run back down to grab a little more from the rush to go up).
- 3/5
Hotel looked tired. Lobby furniture was stained, cushions on sofa were sagging. Carpet worn in spots. Room was very clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
The room was clean and spacious. There was some type of plumbing issue because the toilet would make a backed -up noise very loudly ever so often, which would freak me out and the shower had water flowing out of a small crack in the wall. It was overall a good stay.
- 4/5
Started off a little rough with some reservation confusion but it was quickly corrected by wonderful front desk people. Upon checkout my son 1st forgot his pillow and he was immediately allowed to return to the room to retrieve it then about 20 miles (in Denver at the time we left takes about 50 minutes) he realized he forgot his ear buds and phone charger. I called and when we made the drive back they had his stuff waiting for him at the front desk! This is what truly impressed me, we have left many things in hotels and this was the 1st time that it was found and returned. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.
- 5/5
Beautiful property surrounded by food and entertainment options. Pleasantly surprised.
- 5/5
The bathtun needs the ring scrubbed of..light is burned out by the bed and we had the room keys replaced 6 different times because they woukdnt open the room door. Its showing its age. Needs some TLC. In spite of my complaints it was no all unpleasant. Staff was friendly and accomodating.
- 5/5
Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Great that they have a hot tub. Good restaurant options across the street. Great price for value in this area.
- 5/5
Love this place!! Have stayed here twice now and will continue to stay here when we are in town!
- 1/5
Mold in the bathroom and also broken elevators!
- 5/5
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we checked in to checking out. Hotel was in a great location but parking was sometimes hard to find with other businesses in same lot. Overall had a very nice visit. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will stay there again on our next visit.
- 1/5
We specifically asked if the hot tub was working. We were told it was working. It was not. Breakfast was awful. Old stale bread and not edible greasy food.
- 2/5
The checking in agent was horribly rude. He said they had a hot tub to find out it was out of service. The beds were hard. Our room had what looked like urine on the wall and a white substance on the chair. I’ve stayed here before and love it. This trip was not good at all
- 5/5
We were traveling through Denver for business and needed to stop for the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing room and a great nights sleep.
- 5/5
Had a relaxing evening at the bar!
- 2/5
The hotel was not clean. The key cards repeatedly did not work requiring us to return to the front desk and wait in line to have new cards made. (5x) The room was not cleaned in the morning and towels had to be requested. They were eventually delivered with no washcloths. As far as a Hilton, this was a disappointment!
- 5/5
Very nice atmosphere. Very quiet and clean very helpful associates.. I would highly recommend staying there
- 4/5
use the eco friendly shampoo
- 5/5
The staff was amazingly friendly. Monica took the time to ask your name as she served you beverages. She then called each customer by name. She was an excellent bartender and made a killer martini! Front desk staff super friendly as well.
- 5/5
All was great!
- 3/5
I don’t like to give bad reviews, but In 3 days, never had anyone empty garbage cans, & they were overflowing. By the 3rd day, there was an unpleasant odor, but no food was left in garbage cans. We couldn’t figure out where that was coming from. No fresh towels were ever left; had to go to front desk for service. Not what we expected from a Hilton.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful, and accommodating!
- 4/5
Very nice hotel, clean and attractive. Bed was hard as a rock and only one cup of coffee in the room and the creamers were spoiled.
- 3/5
The spa was out of service and the hotel seemed in no rush to fix it. It had apparently been out of service for quite some time. Hotel was clean with pleasant staff.
- 5/5
Check-in was quick. Parking not expensive
- 5/5
Good people working there. Easy access to Colorado Blvd. and airport.
- 3/5
He arrived on the 30 and request clean up on 31 and didn’t went, also on the 1 jan was not available.
- 5/5
Property was up to date. Clean rooms, beds were soft. Dining options right outside of hotel. Bodega tacos and margaritas was really good! Walking park across the street from hotel. Busy strip but many shopping options near by.
- 5/5
A lot of dining options around. Nice staff
- 4/5
Great staff and solid location. Kids loved the pool and the staff was were very helpful.
- 2/5
Called property to confirm there was a hot tub before booking. Arrived to find out that the hot tub has been down for repair for quite some time. Room and common areas need a deep clean.
- 3/5
Hotel was very dirty in the hallways, elevator and lobby. Staff was not around at front desk when our key wasn’t working.
- 5/5
The bar a dinner team are amazing
- 5/5
Hot tub wasn't working.
- 4/5
I had to have my door key redone 5-6 times, apparently it’s a known issue that the hotel doesn’t bother to fix. It was very inconvenient to have to constantly get the key card redone. Staff were very friendly, but it was still quite frustrating.
- 3/5
There is a Residence Inn located in the same complex of the Hilton and I really dont know why we would come back to this Hilton Garden Inn. Hotel stays are supposed to be relaxing and fun.
- 2/5
When i arrive i wad told to put down a $50 deposit and also that i had 5o pay for breakfast in the morninf moat pla e it is feee
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
The hallways and rooms just look like it could use a drywall guy, a coat of paint, and some tlc. The tub in the room I stayed could use a bleaching. It’s just ok at this hotel-
- 3/5
Hidden fees such as “mandatory” $62 incidental fee to be paid prior to check-in on top of room/fees/taxes when booked. Was told it can be refunded “if there’s anything left”. Most places just ask for a card on file, this was strange to me. Plus $17/night parking fee. These should be disclosed prior to booking, I would have not booked here if I knew.
- 5/5
Very nice, Excellent
- 3/5
Couldn't get our lock fixed so getting into the room was always a challenge. Hotel seemed tired and worn.
- 4/5
The stay was great. Wish the hot tub was working or the pool had warmer water. Did have an issue with my room key and checkin person wasn’t very helpful but it worked out fine. Would return.
- 5/5
Hotel in general needs a bit of a refresh. The staff was excellent (breakfast staff especially!) Convenient location and it was pretty quiet.
