    The room is very roomy. Wish that there's a little table with couple chairs in the living room. The bathroom need more towel racks. Breakfast only has burritos every morning. Would be nice to have sausages and scrambled eggs. The coffee was very good.

    the location is very central with lots of restaurants and stores near by and close to the airport. the accommodations were comfortable and the breakfast is very handy in the morning. the pool was very cold so that was disappointing for my grandkids.

    $8 for parking in a lot that’s still under construction seems excessive. A $75 deposit on an $89 hotel room also feels pretty steep. It seems like if a little less money was spent on cameras and a little more was invested in guest services and the overall guest experience, things might work out a lot better.

    They only clean your room upon request or after three days so just be aware. The towels fell back behind the vanity and when it went to grab them, it was sooooo gross back there. The carpets haven't been cleaned in a while so my white fuzzy socks were brown by the time I left. And the parking...there's a sign that says you have to pay for parking. But when we arrived, all that was available was street parking or the parking between this hotel and the next. Definitely would not recommend this place.

    Pros: It is convenient to restaurants, Walmart, gas stations, car rental returns, and the airport. The hotel was going through some renovations when I stayed. There were wet paint signs in the elevator and you could tell there was fresh paint on many of the surfaces in the hallway and in the room. The parking lot had been repaved the day we stayed and caused some confusion when trying to enter the lot. It all worked out okay though. The staff were very accommodating and helped resolve a tiny payment issue in record time. They provided a shuttle to the airport which was really nice at 4:30 in the morning! The beds were comfortable and provided a great night's sleep! Cons: The bathtub had a very slow drain. The bathroom was a weird triangular shape that made it very small (it would be hard for two people to move around in there at the same time while getting ready).

    We needed to check in because my granddaughter threw up on the plane and she desperately needed a shower. They told us we could not check in til 3 pm. I seriously doubted that at almost noon they did not have one available room. Not helpful at all. Not friendly. Will never book again.

    My original room had a non functioning air conditioner, luckily we were able to move rooms. Unfortunately the new room was without shampoo and conditioner, which was not recognized until too late. The ceiling provided little insulation from the noise of the room above and its occupants 3:45am wake up time.

    Bad experience with a dated hotel that was less than desired. I had a handicapped accessible shower that soaked the bathroom floor. Very dated!! Shower floor looked dirty, was definitely old. Old coffee grinds still in coffee maker from prior guest. No caffeniated coffee in room. Bedroom TV remote did not work tv. Only one person on staff at front desk so they could not help. Offered a regular room exchange, i did not want that. After 4 trips downstairs, I got the remote working. Breakfast room is crowded, with a bad set up. Automated coffee machine overfills the supplied cups. Less than average food. Would not recommend, will not stay again.

    Overall good experience for a short 3 day stay: close to the airport, decent breakfast, pool was clean, staff is friendly and accomidating, bed was comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. House keeping is not daily, but they will replace towels/bedding as needed, just let the front desk know. We did not use the shuttle service, but did see it depart/arrive regularly. There is a daily parking fee, but it was just $8/day.

    The room, my husband and my daughter stayed in was poor quality. There was giant stains on the floor and the pillowcases and the towels were dirty, and there were no amenities in the room. The TV did not work.

    I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness in the room. I found buggers on the bathroom wall on the left side is the mirror. Staff was ok but didn’t give me no info about how to shuttle back to the hotel after my trip to pick up my vehicle. Driver for shuttle van that evening was smoking weed right outside the hotels door where they park to pick up passengers, it gave me a massive headache just smelling it. I even had to say excuse me to the two young guys that were smoking the weed because they were blocking the sidewalk that goes to where my vehicle was parked. Very unhappy and unsatisfied to see employees smoking weed during working hours.

    The floor above squeaked and woke us several times in the night. There were no washcloths in the room, the coffee maker in the room leaked. Breakfast didn’t have any options for my family. I am gluten free and my husband is low carb. The only hot options were waffles and breakfast burritos. There was only 1 yogurt and no fruit. We ended up finding a restaurant to eat breakfast.

    Upon arrival at 8pm local time 1. No one was present in the concierge of the hotel and we had to wait for 25 mins. No mention of when would someone come over to front desk 2. When the person came back and checked my details, she suggested she can’t find bookings and have to see on booking.com internal portals too see what happened with the booking. Hence told me to wait and wanted to served the already long queue behind me. 3. It took 30 more mins to serve all the existing members in the the line + she took up new incoming clients but kept me waiting. 4. After over an hour worth of wait, she told me nothing can be done. The room she has is only for 4 adults and doesn’t fit 5th adult. Whereas the booking was for 5 adults + 1kid. She initially told she can provide an adult rollover but later told the room won’t allow a rollover bed to fit it. 5. When I told her to give me an additional room to adjust for the 5th adult, she said that had to come at a cost I should pay for my pocket, extra. I can’t be any more disappointed than the experience I had. If it’s only this chain or hotel. Or booking.com or a combination, either way I can’t recommend anyone’s to this. I would have expected booking.com to provide a better assistance rather than a refund & only sharing assistance of paying the extra that I had to for finding another hotel on my own, while they had to wait 45 mins be fore confirming on the situation in the background. For a long standing international customer/ user of booking.com, I expected far better from them. Deeply disappointed. I would be reconsidering my further options accordingly.

    Even though I had called ahead to ask for a baby bed and rooms next to each other, they had not given me the bed and the rooms were diagonal from each other so not as close as I would have liked. When I went back down to ask for a bed, the worker threatened to kick me out and I was forced to wait in the very slow check in line again. No one else was working at that time. So if you need accomodations, make sure they are done at check in, don't just trust that they've been done ahead of time. Otherwise it was fine. Breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean but there was basically no customer service available at check in..

    Breakfast crew not helpful. Had to ask if anything like fruit or yogurt available since all offerings besides coffee and juice were wheat based products. She had difficulty understanding, communicating in English. Found two green bananas in the back kitchen. Front desk worker did not offer any solutions when I asked her, saying ask the breakfast worker and they must be out of yogurt, etc. We had arrived with forty min left of breakfast time. If they were out, this was poor planning.

    Apparently it use to be a Motel 6 & is in the process of being remodeled &/or redecorated. One of the packages of soap had the Motel 6 emblem on it, while another had the Quality Inn Symbol. But the hotel & room did seem pretty clean, considering. The beds were comfortable & the room was quiet. (Don't be surprised by the $8 per day parking fee… even if you’re just staying the night).

    My bathroom door had a hole in it. I told the front desk and showed them a picture and told them I didn't want to be charged for damages. They seemed annoyed that I was concerned about there being a hole in the door. I then took my kids to the pool. It was not well lit and the water was disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the pool was not heated at all. We ended up not using the pool. There was also rust on on the floor in the bathroom from a leak on the sink and hair all over the bathroom floor that wasn't cleaned from the previous person.

It was dirty and uncomfortable we could not find a elevator we were not given any directions on how to find our room that was left to us when very tired after driving many hours the front desk staff also was telling me how bad booking is and how I should start booking through Expedia also after paying a incidental fee through booking the hotel staff argued with me and charged me 75 dollars for a incidental fee

    The room was very dirty. Dirt all over bathroom floor, carpet still had trash under beds, sink and tub were dirty looked like there were not wiped down. Shower curtain was dirty. Sheets had stains and blood stains and had holes on them. The mattress cover should also be washed and cleaned after every use. Very disappointed that my kids had to experience this, And being very uncomfortable trying to sleep. The bathroom sink was even clogged. The coffee machine was very very dirty. It was a waste of my money. And the photos that are advertised are not at all like the actual room itself. Do better for your paying customers. We deserve to feel comfortable for whatever reason we are there.

    The hotel overall was great. My only issue was my air conditioning didn’t work in my room so I had to switch rooms but other than that my stay was great. Breakfast was mediocre at best.     Breakfast was good only ate once. One of the staff members that was there at night was rude. One of my sons (15yrs old) sleep walked out of his room when he woke up he was locked out of the room he went to ask for a key to get back in and the room and the guy instead of offering to call my room wanted to call the police, and the morning we checked out I went to let him know we we’re heading out and turning in our keys he didn’t even say a word to me.

    The staff on the front desk was rude. His not even welcoming. We check in late around 1am and check out around 5am. Upon checking out I hand the key card he didn't even say anything. The room is not even sounds proof you can hear all the noise in the hallway and the cars outside. Plus the curtains you can't even roll away. There is only a thin layer of it. I couldn't recommend to stay here at all. It was terrible

    I thoroughly enjoyed the proximity of the property to restaurants and other activities. The shuttle service provided to and from the airport made traveling more efficient and enjoyable. Additionally, the building’s exterior and interior were clean. My only complaints were the bathroom in the hotel room wasn’t my favorite from other hotels I’ve stayed at. The products weren’t very well-stocked and of poor quality.

    It is what it is. An airport "shuttle Hotel" My particular shuttle never showed up, so I had to take an uber there. In the morning it was there. The hotel is reasonably clean, but old and "re-surfaced" everywhere. It does NOT look like the pictures.

Tv stopped working after 1st day so they gave us a new room but huge inconvenience having to pack up and move.     The location to the airport was awesome! The staff on 4/28 around 8:30pm was awful! I booked 2 queens with a sofa. Got into town around 10:30pm and got told they can't find my reservation. Then got told they don't have sofas (I had 4 adults and 2 kids). We all can't fit in 2 queens. They wanted to charge me an additional $125 for an extra room with a bed. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Hotel was good for an overnight to the airport. Room was clean, breakfast was minimal. Shuttle was good going, but on the return had to wait 45 minutes. Parking seemed to be charged by the day, not by a 24 hour period. We checked in Thursday night and returned early Tuesday morning, and was charged for 6 days.

    Worst experience. Stuck our family in a suite with no couch pull out bed like the room we booked, we were given rolling beds to bring up ourselves, the room smelled of cigarettes so strongly we left after an hour with a headache from the toxic smell and booked a different hotel. Room was dirty and those rolling beds were like prison bed quality. Unfortunately I can never get ahold to a manger to ever get a refund . The good reviews of this hotel have got to be fake because there is no way anyone would enjoy staying there .

    The hotel is close to the airport, and thus a nice choice for an overnight stay for the next-morning flight. The continental breakfast is ok though not excellent. The bathroom design is somewhat inconvenient; the shower gel container is hard to reach while taking a shower. The room is clean, and the staff are friendly. One of the elevators has an inresponsive button, which needs a fix.

    I was frustrated to discover the pool was closed when we arrived. The pool was the main reason we picked this hotel. When I asked the front desk about the closure, there was an extremely rude staff member named Sophia that told me I should’ve known because it’s posted on every platform. She had no compassion or empathy for my situation and was just snotty and rude. When I looked on the Expedia website for information about the pool closure, all I found was a small hidden paragraph under the policies section about a remodel happening at the hotel. Then it listed the affected areas which literally listed every area of the hotel. Nowhere in that paragraph did it say the pool was closed. There was another lady at the front desk and she was extremely nice and professional, her name was Haybe. The room was fine. The bathroom was extremely small and dirty when we arrived. I found clumps of hair in the shower. I’m extremely disappointed with the state of the hotel and how we were treated by Sophia at the front desk. I would never stay there again.

    Room was ok. Cheaply renovated but was sufficient for the night. I was not impressed with staff. I called the front desk (night staff) and was told we were confirmed for 8:00 am shuttle for 2 people. The next morning at checkout (day staff) I told her that we were confirmed for the 8:00 shuttle and was told it would be arriving soon and the driver would come in to get us. 8:00 comes along, and a "shuttle" came and went???? I asked the front desk if that was the shuttle she said that we were not of the list so the shuttle came and went!!! Grrrrrrrrr, I was so mad, pad for my own uber and left. Super frustrating!!! Poor communication!!

    The location close to the airport is excellent: 12 minutes! Walkable distance to restaurants and services. Though the bus stop is close by, the public transportation times are very limited. Plan ahead! However, the BEST part was access to a reliable, free, airport shuttle. You can catch trains from DIA/DEN. Remember to TIP your shuttle drivers, so this valuable service will continue to be available and worthwhile for everyone! Curtis and all the drivers were extremely professional and accommodating. Looking forward to returning to Denver!

    Had to get rooms switched due to the heat/air wouldn’t work. Pool was closed for “remodeling” the 5th -9th and we got there on the 5th and left on the 8th and nothing was touched on it. They have breakfast but barely. Overall not a terrible stay but I will find another place next time I’m in town.

    Was the worst experience ever . It took me about an hour standing for check in at the front desk so I had to wait and workers who worked there were even worse, they would stand in front of people's door and be loud for a very long period of time. Several instances I had to call the front receptionist people to let them know that their housekeeping workers are being too loud and making too much noise non stop. At one point, I told them what was going because I was working inside the hotel and told receptionist to tell them to tune it down, but It look like I was ignored, because 40 minutes after the call they were still behind my door being belligerently noisy, loud and very uncomfortable situation

    Delayed flight into Denver caused us to miss our connection, thus having to spend the night in Denver and catching the first flight the next morning. Myself and a group of others were waiting for the airport shuttle at 5:30am only to be told there was no shuttle until 6am and when shown the shuttle passenger list, all names had been whited out for the 5:30am shuttle. VERY inconvenient and we confirmed the ride for 5:30am at check-in. Had to take an Uber as we couldn't wait for the 6:00am shuttle. Very disappointing and frustrating.

    Clean, new and under painting/new renovation. Fitness room—all new. In there, missing tv remote, scale had low/weak battery (front desk unable to know how to fix), dead battery in fitness room clock, no cleaning wipes in fitness room. Local, lighted warning signs to lock cars and remove valuables. I still recommend, but staff needs to do more than sit at front desk and play solitaire. Clean hotel, good location for airport. DO NOT MISS: need to pay $8/night to park there.

    We did not get to eat breakfast as we had to leave before it opened but the breakfast to go was a nice touch. Hotel is currently undergoing some improvements and the areas that have been improved looks nice but the older areas are pretty rough. Love the convenience of being close to airport. Would come back again and hopefully the improvements are completed by then.

    The room was huge but a bit worse for wear. The sofa sleeper didn’t work which we needed but they brought us a rollaway and that worked fine. The morning we were leaving, however, they started a full on remodel. At one point we were trapped in our room because furniture was stacked outside the door. Would have been nice to have a heads up on the remodel (and possibly a discount??). Also, they packed up breakfast 15 min before it was scheduled to end. We weren’t able to enjoy any breakfast. It’s an airport hotel, breakfast should be available (in full not just frozen bagels) up until 9am!

    Hotel was under renovation when we went. So everything seemed chaotic. Check in was smooth and staff seemed nice. However the building seemed very minimally cleaned. We hung three sweaters on the coat rack and it started to fall off the wall. There were used soap bars left from the last occupant before us. Everything made it seem dirty.

    What a dump. Room was terrible, smelled like smoke and paint. Beds old and uncomfortable. Stains on sheets, ripped up baseboards around the entire room and no curtains so the street lights lit up the room all night. Check in staff could have cared less about helping us. Would give zero out of five stars if I could. Horrible booking and should not be charging $100 a night. What a rip off.

    Frustrating! After 36 hours of delayed and cancelled flights between 3 states, I arrived at the airport after midnight and stood outside freezing while waiting on a shuttle I was told ran 24hrs. I called the hotel to ask why the shuttle isn't showing up- no answer. Once I get to the hotel, I discover why. I ended up Ubering to the hotel. Once there the clerk spent an absorbant amount of time fraternizing with a patron, getting Mandarin lessons from him and "helping" him with frivolous things. I get being friendly and going above and beyond but that stuff could have waited until he checked me and the others in. Instead, he smugly ignored us while we just stood there a good 20 minutes. By this time I'm exhausted and it's close to 2am. I decided to speak up and interuupted his socializing, asking him to check me in. He then immediately motioned to the guy in in front of me and checked him in. At that time, he picked up a call he thought was coming in for the guy he was fraternizing with. It was obvious answwring incoming calls wasn't his thing. Instad, it was a lady inquiring about the shuttle she too was assured would pick her up. He hung up on her in an animated self-satisfied gesture when she petitioned for understading. He then got a shuttle from another Quality Inn to pick his friend up. He never extended that courtesy to the lady on the call nor answered my call, giving me that option. Gross disregard for common courtesey and my time and distress.

    Way too noisy to rest. I could hear every move by the people in the room above me. Had it been empty or if I was on top floor would have need all good. These people were walking around and doing stuff from 2-330am making rest impossible. I know that's a hard problem to solve but spreading people out throughout the hotel would have helped.

    Airport shuttle picked up every 30 minutes from the airport and you schedule your ride to the airport at check in. Check in process was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was large, clean and very quiet. Would stay again and recommend for any travelers. Far enough away from the airport you don’t hear any flights. Maybe a 10 minute drive but not in the flight zone. Bathroom was big and spacious.

    Rooms are very clean, outdoor walkways well-lit. However, the pillows were abysmal - lumpy and uncomfortable. Would be wise to invest in better quality, since quality is part of your brand. In addition, a handicapped room does not consist of a tub with a shower chair in it. It includes a walk-in shower so the handicapped person does not have to climb into a tub at all.

    Overall, we had a good experience with this location. Check in was easy, staff was polite, and the hotel provided what we needed. The best part was a clean and comfortable bed. What could be improved were the cleanliness of the bathroom, we found hair and buildup of previous guests. We also did not care for having to pay for parking at the hotel.

    I did not like their customer service! I went to blow dry and style my hair in the morning to catch our plane and their blow dryer was broken. When I asked for one they were unable to help me. I had to leave with wet hair in cold weather. And no apology was given.

    Horrible. Dismissive front desk that told me my injuries I received on property didn’t warrant a trip to the hospital. I asked the teenager front desk member if he’s a doctor and clearly that answer was no but he said it’s happened to him before and others so it’s no problem! Maybe if you know it’s a problem and it keeps happening and you don’t fix it is gross negligence! Litigation might be pending.

    Had to pay for parking for there to be no parking for the hotel. Had to use the road down a ways. Second, my key card sensor on the door was busted and had to keep getting the desk receptionist to use the master key to get into my room

    The room smelled, the staff seemed like they were inconvenienced anytime we entered the lobby, the rooms had uneven floors, sticky doors, pool was freezing, you could hear people walk and talk on the floor above.

    I enjoyed the beginig of the stay and service I was really happy with the cleanliness of the room. Not sure if it was morning. But leaving the hotel the front desk person seemed a little out of it. So when answering questions he seemed lost or slow. I wish there was scrable eggs for the breakfast but everything else looked good.
