Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff, particularly during breakfast service. However, the hotel's location in an industrial area with limited nearby amenities, outdated decor, and additional charges for parking are frequent complaints.

Rooms Paid way more the what it said online.
- 2.5/5
Easy access. Enough parking I didn’t like that we had to pay $15.00 a night to park.
- 5/5
the rooms were clean and beds and pillows were comfortable, the happy hour and breakfast were good and fun
- 5/5
Always enjoy my stay here.

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was delicious and close to major highways.

Front desk rude
- 2/5
creepy crawlies on the bed I had to change rooms. I had to wait several hours because they didn't have a room so we stayed outside for about 4 hours. Also when I needed towels I went to the front desk and they had none. We had to wait until we saw housekeeping. the length of time it hook to get us out of a room with pest.

There was a boys soccer tournament and several families stayed here. I love kids, i have 4 well behaved kiddos, but these 7 to 9 year old boys were outrageously bad and their parents were a bunch of drunks. The kids were unsupervised the entire time. Running and screaming up and down the halls slamming doors. Shouting from one side of the hotel to the other. Playing in the elevators hitting buttons for every floor. Two of the 4 elevators were broken so them hitting all the buttons turned into a 20 minute wait at times. Stairs not an option from the 7th floor. This wasnt during daytime hours. This nonsense was occurring 10pm, 11pm, 12am, 1am, 6am. Complaints to the front desk and security yielded no response. First night there I was sitting at the 1st floor atrium at 11pm with family planning the next day events for a family reunion and these crotch goblins started throwing things at us from the 3rd and 5th floors. No response from anyone at the hotel. Next night after a long day we went for the adult swim only from 10:30pm to 12am. Same group of boys kept running in screaming and throwing things at us and ran outside. We heard them come in the side door and again the running and screaming and door slamming. Security did nothing. I paid a crap ton of money for what I thought was a classy hotel. Turns out it was a dumpster fire. This was Denver not Disney. Will never ever stay here or at any of their other locations.
- 2/5
Front desk staff wasn't very helpful getting us checked. Pool area, sauna and hot tub were disgusting abd staff sat and watches it happen. To be fair there was a sports team there if preteen boys and no one watching them. So food and empty water bottles littered the pool and sauna area. Didnt even get to eat breakfast. Egg line was ridiculous and the wait time was way to long. Only use elevator 1 as the set by the bar takes forever. Tried to call the front desk to ask a question. Put on hold without even a hello. Then was taken off hold and hung up on. All in all extremely disappointed with our stay. Happily checked out the next morning.
- 5/5
The pool time was relaxing for me and fun for the kids. Breakfast was great. How fast they take down breakfast. Coffee specifically.
- 5/5
Everything was very good, and the breakfast even better.
- 5/5
Our stay was great, loved everything but our room view was great and breakfast was phenomenal!!! Will be coming back ! Thank you. Maybe the staff can be more welcoming or engage in a conversation with guest. :)
- 5/5
The breakfast was great N/a

- 4/5

- 5/5
It's convenient and great location
- 5/5
Thanks for amazing staff
- 5/5
Everything was great. Luis, the bartender, was extremely helpful and courteous
- 5/5
Everything was perfect There was nothing to dislike about it.
- 4.5/5
It was clean That we have to pay for parking. We pay for the parking but then there is a sign that says” not responsible for any theft or damages “ doesn’t make sense
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay. Clean spacious rooms. Beware no USB plugs in rooms. I did not bring an adapter. ;/
- 5/5
The best hotel breakfast!!!
- 5/5
Great clean place to stop with good food:
- 4/5
The bed was super comfortable!

My handicap room that I didn't book even though in the end result it said I booked it but I would never book a room that doesn't have a tub.

Breakfast, pool, hot tub My handicap room that I didn't book even though in the end result it said I booked it but I would never book a room that doesn't have a tub.
- 5/5
It was a great experience, the breakfast Personal was really good. The food was really good. The pool was really good too. We love the rooms and the fact that it was just right next to the freeway so you can move around in the city.
- 5/5
Was great clean good food and drinks. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub

Everything was perfect. Love the breakfast!!
- 5/5
Great location, clean rooms though a bit dark, filling breakfast.
- 5/5
One of my favorite hotels to stay at.
- 4/5
Overall an amazing stay! Only detractor was the hot tub (the second reason for choosing the location) was barely warm. It felt a bit like sitting in a luke warm bath. Otherwise the staff was amazing and it was a surprise to get free drinks with our visit.
- 3/5
The hot tub was barely warm amd when we asked if staff could help and possibly turn up the heat, we were met with reluctance. The hot tub was never looked at or turned up during our stay.
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Hot tub wasn’t working. The gentleman bartender was rude and couldn’t hold a conversation to save his life. He was short with us and seemed annoyed we even sat in there. He made us feel uncomfortable enough to not want to sit in the bar and coming from two bartenders ourselves, we’d never treat people so crappy even if we hated our job!
- 3/5
1. Breakfast was fabulous – especially the made-to-order omelets, and the lady making the omelets. 2. I loved that the hot tub and pool were very clean and stayed open until midnight. 3. The suite was comfortable and clean, and daily cleaning was wonderful. 4. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful. However, I would have been much happier if I were a tall man, but as a short woman I found many things inconvenient. For example: 1. The toiletries in the shower were placed next to the showerhead and about 5 inches above my head, and it was difficult to reach them. Imagine water splashing on your face while trying to reach the shampoo above your head! 2. The toilet seat was about 4 inches too high for me. In contrast, the toilet seats in the women’s restroom next to the dining area were at a normal height (lower). 3. The toiletries had a masculine scent. 4. The hot tub bench was way too low for me to sit comfortably without drowning. I had to sit on the steps. 5. The conditioner was useless, and there were no styling accessories for the hair dryer. Other issues: 1. The water pressure of the shower was ridiculously low. I first thought that it was due to half the water going through the faucet, but even after that was fixed, the water pressure was still too low and uncomfortable. 2. It was difficult to get out of the shower without slipping. I had to keep the door open and hold on to the handle to keep my balance.

Good
- 3/5
Friendly staff, good food. Very old property. Needs renovated. Pull out sofa sleeper was very very old and barely held my two teen girls.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Breakfast staff was super nice and had everything ready to go
- 5/5
Everything was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast wasgood. I would use again.
- 5/5
The food there was fantastic We ate twice and it was one of the best hotel meals Ive ever had
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Such friendly, kind staff
- 3/5
The front desk check in guy was not friendly at all. Check in smooth everything else was fabulous
- 5/5
Nice quiet clean room for a great price and a excellent breakfast and happy hour included with stay
- 5/5
The breakfast was amazing! Everyone was nice and friendly.
- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast, pool chemicals were a little strong one of the mornings but tolerable
- 2/5
The happy hour was a wonderful touch and truly enjoyable. Breakfast was pleasant, and the bed was comfortable, which we appreciated. Cons: The room felt like it may not have been fully cleaned there was some tape left on the walls from previous party décor and a few leftover items under the couch. The lighting was very dark and there was a lot of noise not sure if it was maintenance or something. We were also hoping to enjoy the hot tub, but it wasn’t warm at all during our visit and too full to enjoy. If given the choice, we would not stay next time.
- 5/5
Nice staff and nice hote for the price
- 3/5
Additionally the bathroom door did not line up with the frame so it was difficult to close. Finally the microwave pretty much did not work. The staff was nice and the hotel was beautiful but this is not what I'd expect from a hotel with the name Hilton on it.
- 2/5
The pool was ice cold. Thats the only reason for the 2 star. It was booked for a swim event and we couldn't use the pool. Breakfast was great
- 4/5
Everything was great with our stay, all of the staff was very friendly and helpful, clean rooms and hotel.
- 3/5
Also there was a room service tray outside of the neighboring room for my entire stay. Staff never picked it up.
- 5/5
YES IT WAS GREAT HONESTLY
- 1/5
Room - main door got jammed on carpet second day we were there and pulled up carpet told maintenance and told front desk about carpet issues maintenance guy put tape front desk didn’t show they cared at all. Now there is a pending charge I did not authorize on my cc
- 5/5
Simply wonderful! Room was clean and spacious! Happy hour! And the breakfast was wonderful!"
- 5/5
Great Stay
- 4/5
Check in was very easy
- 5/5
Super friendly staff.
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 5/5
This place is great location. Super close to everything. My new go to . Def will be coming back
- 5/5
Clean room, good location, great breakfast, comfy beds.
- 3/5
The room was nice. However the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Our 17 year old son slept on the sofa bed and said it was the worst sleep he has ever had. The springs were poking him. Breakfast was good as alwayseverytime he rolled over.
- 4/5
Very noisy- kids running up and down hallways 🙃
- 5/5
Very clean and nice rooms. Nice service and parking.
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty. The beds were so uncomfortable. The juice and soda machine has mold growing at the bottom where the drain is. You have to pay $15.00 to park and that doesn’t even last until check out time. I do not recommend.
- 5/5
Breakfast was really good.
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Good breakfast
- 4/5
Clean room, convenient location
- 1/5
Stayed here after my connecting flight was cancelled. Hotel markets an airport shuttle on their website but there was not one. Contributed to a lot of extra logistical challenges late at night with a 2 year old given our car seat was stuck on the canceled flight. This was exacerbated by the manager who was rude and unhelpful, debating me and telling me there was some fine print I missed on the website. I get the holidays are a stressful time but it was disheartening
- 5/5
Nice room nice bed
- 5/5
My kids enjoyed their stay
- 5/5
Nice hotel and great staff!
- 5/5
Nice room, friendly staff, great breakfast options, & enjoyable evening reception! Overall a great place to stay.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Friendly staff. Very clean.
- 4/5
Clean room GREAT breakfast as usual!
- 5/5
Yes rooms very clean
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room and excellent service. Good breakfast buffet and free cocktail hour in the evening. Dining, movie theater and lots of shopping very close by. Enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
Nice hotel!
- 5/5
The room was nice. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel!!
- 3/5
Pool heater was broken so really cold to swim. Our towels had stains on them. Breakfast was great as usual. For $160+ a night plus paying for parking, and extremely expensive bar, unable to eat our pizza in lobby due to the liquor license, probably wouldn’t stay again, but it was close to the coliseum.
- 4/5
The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower had a leak and sprayed everywhere but enough to get the shampoo and coconut of long hair. The breakfast was a treat, with great variety and service! The pool and jacuzzi were less than desirable as the pool was freezing and the jacuzzi didn't have much water in it so the bubbles sprayed up and all over but inside. The seating area was rough and would tear up a swim suit.
- 5/5
All the employees from the front desk, weight staff for breakfast and dinner and the bartenders and crew that cleans the rooms were amazing and super nice
- 5/5
Clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, and family friendly!
- 5/5
Quick stay after a long flight back into Denver. Quiet, comfortable and as always a great breakfast before hitting the road.
- 5/5
Staff Very nice and friendly. Room setup and clean. Breakfast.
- 5/5
Great hotel, rooms, housekeepers and room service was on point.. Thank you for the amazing service
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Clean and fresh
- 4/5
Good food, healthy breakfast choices and great service.
- 4/5
I enjoyed the say. Better than most
- 5/5
This hotel was great! It had a beautiful entrance and I loved the big, open center. The room was clean, more than spacious (but we also had a handycap accessible room), quiet, had a great TV, and great pillows. I didn't find the bed the most comfortable, but I have a really nice bed at home. As for breakfast, I didn't fully explore the breakfast options so I can't speak to how healthy they are, but there many options. Also, I caught the staff at the very end of the service when they were shutting down but they were super friendly and more than willing to offer breakfast still! I was so happy! The area isn't really walkable, but we Ubered to where we were going. My only complaints were the low flow toilet, the noisy furnace, and the giant mirror next to the bed. My husband loved the room and wants to stay there again!
- 4/5
Didn't have breakfast. Hot tub was hot and clean!
- 5/5
Very satisfied with the room, breakfast bar and evening bar
- 4/5
Charging guests $15/day for parking is absurd.
- 3/5
The room was musty. The bar service did not exist. We arrived around 730, one bartender who was miserable. We waited 30 minutes to never be waited on so we went back to the room. Ridiculous that you have to pay for parking $15 in their own lot.
- 3/5
The room was very clean, the staff is very polite. One thing I will say is. It’s kind of disappointing that the entire hot tub pool and sauna were shut down. This is the second time. I have stayed there in eight months, and something isn’t working. Last time the hot tub was not putting out hot water and it was over New Year’s. And then New Year’s Eve. They decided they were fixing something and shut off water to the entire building. So I feel like if they know that things are going to be shut down, such as the pool or their entire water system. They need to let their guests Know upon checking in.
- 5/5
Always love Embassy Suites
- 5/5
Cleaning staff skipped and day cleaning our room
- 4/5
Good breakfast, fun atmosphere and close the kids' sports activities. You don't really notice that its in an industrial area.
- 5/5
I particularly like the set up of the rooms at Embassy Suites, with a separate sleeping and living space divided by a bathroom and door that can be closed. This is very helpful when staying more than one day, staying with family such as in-laws, who you might want to spend time with but need some space away from for changing/general boundaries when they visit your room. I also appreciate the pet policy, which is reasonable, not overly costly and easy to navigate. This particular Embassy Suites is one we have stayed at more than once, because it so close to both the freeway exit, a gas station for refilling, and has easy access to MLK jr blvd and Colorado blvd -- a fast way to get to the zoo, hospital, botanical gardens, and a lot of other things.
- 3/5
Elevator stinks
- 4/5
Breafast was great.
- 5/5
Stayed here for my honeymoon, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The breakfast and bar were amazing. The staff was also incredibly kind.
- 5/5
The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options. Evening happy hour during the week.
- 5/5
Dhhhabd
- 5/5
The room was very large and had plenty of room for everyone.
- 5/5
Paying for parking in an industrial area? Just put in price. Selection of beer at HH very limited. Hot tub, pool area breakfast awsome!! Every staff member we interacted with very friendly!
- 5/5
No shopping near property.
- 5/5
Me and my family stay was wonderful. The room was clean the front desk people were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good as well.
- 5/5
Love the free breakfast. Cook to order omelets. Clean room. Spa and pool was great.
- 5/5
Love it
- 4/5
Staff was excellent to the cooks and housekeepers
- 2/5
I was very disappointed in my stay. The first night the air did not work at all in the room and it was set on 80°. Maintenance came up to fix the issue which was never resolved. I spent a night feeling so miserable because it was still 80° in there The next morning they moved me to another room, but that room Had issues as well. I did not appreciate having to pay over $50 just for parking.
- 5/5
Great for family traveling and has superior amenities
- 4/5
The breakfast was very good and the staff, very pleasant. The only change I would suggest, is to remove the tip box. I still believe that employee rewards for that type of service are provided by the company and the company receives the ability to provide them from its customers. Something to consider. More people think that way and will reward good service when they don’t feel it is an expectation, as a condition to provide good service to the customers. Again, something to consider.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast. Nice conference rooms. The courtyard is fabulous! And the suites are so nice! It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room.
- 4/5
Our stay went well! Only thing I had requested was an extra blanket! Never got one - had asked 3 times! Oh! The room was very warm till we figured out the cooling system! Once we got that fixed it was much nicer!
- 5/5
The staff here are amazing the breakfast was excellent hotel is clean a real Gem in Denver nice safe and convenient location.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great
- 1/5
I didn't like the fact i had no air conditioning in my room for my whole 4 day stay. I believe i should be compensated a couple day stay in the future at any embassy suites by hilton.
- 1/5
No AC for the 3 days I was there.
- 1/5
the ac did not work during out stay. We were in town for a family reunion so in total we rented about 8 rooms and the ac did not work for any of them. no compensation was offered except for a small fan and even that did not help. the room stayed at 78-81 the whole weekend i was there
- 3/5
The hotel itself was nice. A couple of really annoying things, though.. The $15 per night parking fee is unappreciated. Also, the pillows were beyond worn out. We asked the front desk for some newer pillows. Several hours passed, and we called and asked again. Staff brought up three additional pillows in worse shape than what we had. For what they charge per night, pillows that aren't well past their expiration date shouldn't be too much to ask.
- 3/5
What we didnt like: the fee to park our car for our stay. It should clearly be posted when reserving the stay. The front desk staff came off rude when asked, why not mention it? If we didn't ask, would our car have been towed or fined? Maintenance in rooms would be nice... our shower rod was missing some screws and toilet paper holder seemed it was holding on for dear life. Just simple upkeep. Also, no vending machines, area infront of desk for snacks or forgetten items was super expensive. 3 dollars for a candy bar was mind blowing.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay, but we did notice that the overnight crew was not as friendly and eager to communicate with as my husband is an amputee and he fell in the parking lot and nobody from the inside would help us get him up. It was some customers that were renting a room they decided to help us Get my husband up so that we can get him back to our room which was on the second, but other than that, the day was nice. The breakfast was awesome. The bar was awesome. The food/room service that we received awesome.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly! The hotel room was beautiful! I was visiting my son and his fiance. We had a fabulous time!
- 4/5
I liked the Hilton quality and the location off the highway.
- 5/5
Great property for a short or long term getaway!
- 2/5
They charged me $30 dollars just to park my car. The hotel was dated with worn carpets.
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 5/5
Very enjoyable stay! Rooms were clean and spacious! Loved that pool stayed open late!
- 5/5
The only T he ing I didn’t like is the property charges for parking and you have to do it online. If they are going to charge for parking it would be much easier if you could just pay when you check in at the front desk.
- 1/5
I rented two nights for a concert nearby. I also booked it for the hot tub, heated pool and sauna. The hot tub was not hot. The pool was lukewarm, and the sauna dial was broken. I wanted dry towels after getting to my room so i could shower, it took over a hour. By then i was already in bed, going to sleep. The next day i go out to shop a little, ask for towels once again when i enter the hotel. Again, waiting over a hour. I finally go to the front desk, i get the run around of who's in charge, jose, or angel. They each say the others name. I finally get my own towels so i van shower. I go to my concert, get into bed, leave early Sunday morning, nothing was comped nor settled about the poor service. I paid nearly $400 for two night through hotels.com. The only upside, nice complimentary breakfast. And their beds and pillows were soft. But it's not work that price, not at all. Stay somewhere else, you'll pay less and probably get more. Because I'll never stay there again
- 5/5
Great place clean venue. Nice staff breakfast was amazing. Paying for parking sucked.
- 5/5
All great. The one thing I disliked is paying for overnight parking. Last time I stayed here that wasn't a thing.
- 5/5
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- 2/5
The staff was friendly at check in and check out. The breakfast was amazing and chefs served great service. BUT our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Our bathroom was not properly cleaned and had urine stains at the base of the toilet and under the toilet seat, even WORSE there was broken glass in our room in front of our sink area. We did not notice it until Sunday evening when my 6 yr old stepped in it while trying to access the refrigerator. I have pictures and videos of needed
- 5/5
The property was safe and quite for being in light industry area. It was very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The staff were excellent and very helpful.
- 5/5
It was nice and clean
- 5/5
Can’t wait to stay again. Clean, clean clean!!! All of the conveniences from the restaurant, hot Buffet breakfast in the morning and ease navigation the building.
- 5/5
Easy check in at 6:40- no happy hour ended at 6:30 it seems. Safe, parking paid separately using a QR code...
- 5/5
Staff were helpful. Happy hour and breakfast is a plus.
- 4/5
Wonderful!
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
This was our first visit to this property. It’s a bit off our path but we enjoyed our week long stay while visiting family. Great breakfast, clean and we had a huge corner room. Being a bit off the path means the hotel didn’t have a homeless issue as many other area hotels have
- 2/5
Poor service- took over 45 minutes to get enough towels for each guest (all 4 they were aware of with booking- no surprise kid or adult) and an hour and a half to get a spare set of sheets, both times attitude was apparent they were inconvenienced and annoyed at the request. Hot tub was cold and the steps were small and really hard to see, causing my husband to slip and fall on our child. Hotel was mostly well kept, enjoyable atmosphere.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 4/5
The hotel was nice but the location was not very nice. It was in the middle of warehouses and other industrial buildings, and away from any dining or recreational activities.
- 3/5
breakfast was good room was nice only one big issue they are charging 15 dollars a night to park and did not disclose it at the time of booking just a big money grab shame on you hilton never again will i stay there
- 4/5
Nice, clean property. Staff was nice & the restaurant had great food. The breakfast in the mornings was great. Was a bit noisy at night when guests @ the bar would gather in the common area. Overall a nice place to stay.
- 4/5
I stayed at the 4444 N Havana Denver CO location 7/16-7/20/25. Staff polite & professional, breakfast awesome but avoid the bagels (hard/stale). Bathrooms were on the small side and the towels were rough. Would recommend the outside windows be cleaned as we could hardly see through ours! Other than the parking was not free, I would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Really cool property and service was great.
- 5/5
Great customer service all the way around. The staff was on point.front desk, housekeeping, bar employees and breakfast was awesome. Will definitely stay here again. The happy hour was a plus as well
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 5/5
The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Very clean. Great food too
- 4/5
Breakfast are great. Evening social is great.
- 4/5
Very neat and good service
- 5/5
I loved loved it here! Great amenities and customer service! If I ever come back to Denver I would definitely return!
- 5/5
The property was beautiful, the breakfast was great.
- 2/5
Breakfast should have been good but they made my breakfast egg wrong. All in all the staff seemed pleasant but disappointed in the stay.
- 5/5
Loved the happy hour and breakfast.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Bartender he was awesome. Me and my wife had an amazing time.
- 4/5
The hotel is nice inside, but the location isn’t the best. It’s right next to a food bank.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay and have zero complaints!!! The staff were friendly and approachable!!!! We'll be back!!!
- 5/5
Great stay peace and quite and breakfast was always fantastic. Great stay. I will stay again and recommend it to my friends and family.
- 4/5
Good choice
- 5/5
The staff at the snack and breakfast bar was very friendly and polite.
- 5/5
My husband and I had a great three night stay here! Staff were so nice and helpful! Amenities were awesome. Room was more than adequate and comfortable.
- 3/5
The staff was not helpful at all, as though they were not trained properly. We asked for additional towels and wash clothes and they never delivered them that evening as we waited. We had to go the next morning to the front desk to get them. Was rather disappointed especially for $150 a night!
- 3/5
The front desk is disappointing - the Housekeeping Staff, Bar tender, and Kitchen staff are wonderful; the night auditors - Billie is great - the entire Font Desk staff are plainly just rude to guests and charge you without informing you!
- 3/5
The walls are not well insulated. We were kept awake with the group in the room adjacent to ours, but it seemed like the staff shut that down quickly when we called the front desk.
- 5/5
We were in town for a local soccer tournament and this location was a few miles from the fields. From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. The staff was very friendly and helpful on any questions we had. The breakfast every morning was delicious and fresh. The omelet bar was a plus that started our day off on the right foot. The pool area was clean qnd relaxing. We definitely loved our stay. Thank you for the great stay.
- 4/5
Room was comfortable and the staff friendly. We like embassy suites.
- 4/5
Maybe a bit out dated …. Loved the happy hour!!
- 5/5
Good nice hotel
- 5/5
The room was the best!! The food!! All of it!
- 4/5
We loved the daily breakfast buffet and nightly happy hour!
- 5/5
Everything was great from the staff, the room and the breakfast was great too
- 5/5

Hotel is great. Location is a little odd but worth it. Breakfast is amazing large rooms great pool! And the complementary happy hour is a bonus! Only downside was we booked a double suite and got a king corner suite which was hard to work with for a family of 5 and no other rooms were available. Corner suite was very large however

This is honestly one of the best days I’ve had at a hotel in a long time! The room was really nice. The amenities were good love that happy hour with free complementary drinks! You can’t beat that. The breakfast was really great. Also everything was just really good for the price will definitely be coming back.

Nice stay. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Rooms are quiet, breakfast is excellent. Looks like the hotel was remodeled within the last couple of years.

I was disappointed to learn that I would have to pay $12 to park at a hotel that I was already paying $160 a night for. Paying guests should not have to pay for parking.

Great pool and an excellent made-to-order breakfast

Had to pay twice for my room.

Staff was very nice and dedicated to us having a great stay. The place was very clean, I only removed a star because there was a random bowl of rotting fruit just in the hallway for several hours. The area itself is quite dense with roads and highways but I am from a rural area and likely just unused to it. But the rooms and staff were very nice and the breakfast was to die for!

Good option outside of downtown but not far to get to it if that is the desire.

Everything was amazing

It was a pleasant stay!

The property had paid parking, and it was covered in black ice. For the amount of money that they charge for overnight parking in an outer area, it should be completely clear of ice.

Shower/tub needs to be fixed. Shower head had built up dirt and water did not come out of all holes. The spout is not connected to the wall. Ottoman was dirty and fabric coming off. When using elevators, you could see the dirt and missing paint on the walls and ground of elevator. The employees were friendly and helpful.
