They decided to paint the patio area on the ground level! They decided against informing the residents... Well I stepped out on patio and slipped on wet paint!¿! So a trip to the E. R. Was unexpectedly made among other issûes.

Room was poorly remodled carpet cut out but not nailed down broken tiles near tube poor paint door trim looked like it had been kicked in shower had no floor texture and i slipped

The spa wasn’t clean, and the faucet on it leaked. The room was very dated, they put new carpet but didn’t tack it down. The paint was discolored in spots. The tiles were cracked on the spa. It just felt old and dingy. Also, we booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1. Tried to get a refund- booking.com said they would refund it but the property declined.

Very clean, and very very quiet. Literally no noise in the hall. Beds are so fluffy and comfortable. My only complaint is i was charged a different amount for the deposit than i was a week prior. Which was weird. 2 different people.

I liked that the check in process was extremely easy. The staff was very helpful and to the point. Immediately were able to answer my questions or concerns. The room we booked was nice in size. However, when we looked at the mattress, there was a huge brown/red stain on the side and it made it feel very dirty. Not sure why this hasn't been handled before but it gives a very bad look. There was also what looked to be like a dead moth in the bathroom. This made it very difficult to enjoy our stay. I was also under the impression that there was continental breakfast but there was only a cafe where you had to purchase food so that was pretty disappointing.

This place far exceeded expectations considering the price point. It was a very short stay, but easily would have been great for a longer stay. We did have issues with the toilet and no cushions on the patio furniture, but nothing about this place says neglect is normal. Staff was also very friendly. Easy parking, very convenient access to it and eateries and such.

Breakfast isn't free...Kona Hawaiian Restaurant close by was really good. Staffs Helpful.

The building is very dated. It also was not especially clean. There is no breakfast included and the lobby coffee was cold.

The pet walking area was all stickers. The dog didn’t want to walk on it because his feet would get stickers in them

My recent stay at the **Best Western Denver East** was outstanding, and while the physical property is lovely and well-maintained, it was the staff who truly elevated my experience. Vanessa went above and beyond for me when I arrived without my luggage and had virtually no clothes. I approached her with this unusual problem, and she was immediately empathetic and proactive. Vanessa went out of her way to locate something I could wear while I washed my only outfit, a gesture of kindness and resourcefulness that completely saved my day and alleviated significant stress. Taysa was also incredibly attentive and helpful. She took the time to share some very useful local information with me that made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. All of the staff here were consistently personable, attentive, helpful, and professional. Their genuine care for guests, uthe Best Western Denver East deserves the highest rating I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of comfort, affordability, central location, and truly exceptional staff deserves the highest rating.

The door to the outside is so wonderful! And the dog area is spacious, but please note that it is absolutely covered in weeds and goat heads. So my dog injured his paws.

The picture showed it was a little disappointing. N one one front desk two nights in a row had to call lobby to receive help made me want to walk out.

Great place to stay. Will definitely be back. Staff very friendly and helpful. rooms very clean and tidy. Our only issue was one of the entryway lights right inside room was flickering or wouldn’t work on occasion. But not a big issue. Thanks for a great stay.

BW did a great job renovating this property. The event space was perfect for my sister's retirement party. The only thing I didn't like was the $100 per day fee for incidentals as opposed to the normal daily $50 that most hotel chains that are of higher caliber charges. I was only in town for a day on this trip, but wouldn't stay there again if I'm in Denver for multiple days at a time. Other than that, the room was great, and the overall stay was great!

Ice maker didn't work on our floor.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lady that checked me in and out was very polite and personable. The only thing that was hard was to find a plug to plug my cellphone charger in next to the bed. The plugs in the lamp were blocked for some reason. I found one behind the bed right where my head was.

When we want a night away we get a room here, we have been coming here since 2021, and i have only had an issue 1 time, the rooms are reasonable, clean, staff is always friendly and helpful. they are remodling the rooms so somethings are not completed.. the location is great, lots of chocies to get something to eat.

The front desk ladies were very friendly and amazing! The hotel looked chic and cool. Unfortunately the doors to the outside in yhe room I was in was not secure at all. The deadbolt needed one good push and it would open! The window in the door was also breaking. Although it looks good, the door was definitely scary.

After long hours

This was a great newly remodeled property. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds, a microwave and kitchenette with full size frig was a huge bonus. The only negative drawback was the shower faucet would only provide super hot water, not warm or even cold. But overall, great room for the money.

The room was dirty had stained carpet, broken headboard, stained lounge, the shower curtain did not work properly which led to water getting into the bathroom.

Perfect!!! I have traveled a lot in my 40 years of life, and stayed at thousands of hotels. I would rather stay at this newly remodeled Best Western Premier in Denver, than Hilton, Marriott or Ritz Carlton. I never liked Best Western because they can be hit or miss. This hotel is a hit, big time…. The management has taken a hotel built in the 70s or 80s and transformed it into an oasis in the middle of a big metropolitan city. The perfect room renovations and immaculate landscape make this my new favorite property in Denver. The staff was incredible… Michell at the front desk was a great ambassador for the hotel…. So kind and friendly!!! She went above and beyond by walking my to my room, When my door wasnt opening. I asked for the email of the GM and Ashley replied with the most gracious response ever, in my history of travel! What a property and what a team…. Even the lady mopping the tile floor was kind. I loooved the pool area, and felt like I was on vacation in the Caribbean. Thank you to everyone! This is a special place.

Nothing really wrong with this place, it’s just a little odd. The neighborhood--it was hard to find a good place to eat. Very close to I-70.

The first room smelled of stale cigarettes. We did get moved to a different room but the shower was hard to turn on then it wouldn’t turn off at all.

Hotel needs a little improvement on the grounds. Everything inside seems nice. Large hotel quite a walk to our room from the front desk.

I came here after having to leave me previous accommodation and it was a saving grace. All the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My only caveat is changing the wording for breakfast with a fee it looks too similar to breakfast for free.

The staff was very kind and accommodating! The layout of the hotel can be a bit challenging to navigate at times. The exercise room is great with a great deal of space. There are several nearby fast restaurants which was nice. I would definitely stay there again

It was a great hotel and location!

The hotel seems nice enough, but it was very confusing how it was set up. So many arms of rooms. When I got to my room, all the lights and tv were on. Bathroom sink was loud and leaked. No counter in bathroom for toiletries. My carpet was very wet by the bathroom. I went to turn on my tv and that didn’t work. I checked all the cords but couldn’t get it to work. Hot tub was not hot and bubbles didn’t work for more than 2 minutes. Bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Two issues came up in our room. First was the latch to the entry door was missing, dead bolt was there but no latch on the frame side of the door. Second issue was the valve for the shower appeared to not have been installed correctly, so not a new issue and suspect this had been a previously complain based on the hotels facial response. The water in the shower would only reach slightly above the cold temp but the sink water would get hot. When we went to call the front desk to address this issue, the phone in the room had no connection. They offered to change rooms but we were only there for a night and instead went without a shower. Would not stay at this hotel anytime in the near future until they resolve their issues.

Really good pool area, clean and quiet room, overall safety of the property was good. The breakfast was not provided at the time of my stay - that was a bit inconvenient as the little cafeteria had pretty limited list of options.

The “upgrade” came with a noisy pool area after 10p. People screaming and the gate slamming closed every few minutes.

Only stayed a night but it was good. The room I first received smelled really bad and the bed was really low to the ground. Went to the front desk and asked for my room to be changed. Michelle at the front desk was wonderful! She got me into a different room that was a lot better.

Didn't like that there was only one ice machine and way on the other end and on the 2nd floor. Also, it was hot and the deck area around the lounge covered canopies was so hot it burnt our feet. It is a dangerous for little kids and adults.

Didn’t even get to stay in my room. They were “overbooked” and sent us over to a different hotel that didn’t even check us in or return our money.

We didn't get the room we resereved. (Supposed to be pool side) Than she questioned if we actually wanted a king bed. Our room that we got was being remodeled and not very clean. I usually don't have bad experiences at your hotels. But this one, i wasn't happy with.

Property is fine but room itself run down and not very clean. Tile and surfaces in bathroom and tub area were cracked and stained. Wall area near tub had reddish splatter stains from previous guests that hadn’t been cleaned. Sheets did not smell good. Mattress was clearly old and lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. Was on first floor and could hear loud thumps and prolonged thumping from upstairs throughout the night. Sometimes it was large enough to rattle the walls. Will not be staying here again. Staff was very pleasant though.

GM is great but she has no staff to replenish rooms.

Other than a sus stain on the chaise lounge in our room, everything else was good. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and they didn’t seem concerned nor surprised.

I highly recommend this hotel. Clean, quiet and staff is super friendly. In the future if I am in the area, I would definitely choose this hotel.

I like how the concierge was able to find me a room even though they overbooked. Wish you had some type of breakfast or coffee avaliable freeof service. I stayed 2 nights and had no coffee left in my room for the last morning.

I paid for a king bed and they gave me a queen bed, I complain and they didnt care, shower was clogged, and the room it was in’s construction.

Generally, it was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was just so so and not very interested. No coffee in the morning in the lobby and you have to buy it in the café. I waited for five minutes to find someone to serve me, but never saw anyone at 7 AM. I walked to Starbucks, which is five minutes away.

Pull out bed huge stain - disgusting no pillows or blankets for pull out...blood or some dark splatter on bathroom walls and black stain in fron of the bed on the carpet. Poorly painted. NOT a premier by any shape or form.

Bbq hors d'usage, porte wc hors d'usage, une seule savonnette pour deux copains sur deux jours!!!! Idem pour les serviettes. Aucun service de qualité. Mais que fait le manager!!!!!!

Didnt like the smell of weed in the building

The restaurant advertised on location was permanently closed. The property only had 1 elevator for customers to use for the entire property. Work on the exterior blocked access for driving to your room in some areas. I spoke with front desk personnel and 2 other personnel, and they not exactly friendly.

Looks great on the outside. Room looked nice but found the floors in bathroom weren’t cleaned, mark/stain was on the comforter, and the fan didn’t work. Looks like the bed was missing the boxspring too. Comfortable bed though.

Wonderful front desk staff. Lots of parking for trailers as well. Walking fast food options. Rooms did smell like weed. This is one of out favorite places to stay as we enjoy the patio.
