Maintenance in the restroom could be improved. The rest of the experience in room was wonderful.

Very convenient for travel and very clean! Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is just grab and go. There are some niceties missing, like coffee pots and drinking glasses in the room, but overall a comfortable and economical stay.

At first when I arrived they didn’t have room type that I had originally booked. It was fine for 1 night. Fortunately they were able to get me situated into a new room for remaining nights. That was great. They were apologetic from the start. Darion greeted me when I arrived. He was very kind. The coffee was great. The breakfast was kind of lame. Mostly carbs. Overall it was a good place to stay.

It’s a great place to stay, the location is near restaurants, fast foods and gas stations. Easy access to the highway. The rooms are a good size and very clean, toilets are low lol but not much of an issue unless you are tall. Showers were typical comes with shampoo, conditioner and body wash they smell and work great. Breakfast is on the simple side, hard boiled eggs, beagles, yogurt, cereal, instant oatmeal and drinks. All in all it was a good experience 8/10 I do recommend staying here.

Breakfasts at most places anymore are not worth even having listed as included. This one was no exception.

Extremely noisy all night long. AC couldn't keep the room cool and sounded like a semi was parked in the room with us. Beds were uncomfortable and bathroom was set up for a small child, toilet was barely a foot tall. Deadbolt wouldn't lock. Microwave was in a foreign language! I will never stay in a "Spark" hotel again.

We got a call at 7am from the hotel phone in our room , asking us to give information on our reservation including credit card number, they said it was due to computer system issues, good thing we didn’t. Contacted front desk and they didn’t seem too worried, they said it was probably someone staying at hotel trying to scam people. Also the back door was unlocked the whole time we were there felt very unsafe and uneasy, told front desk about it and she didn’t seem to care. In all the years staying at hotels this has never happened to me which makes me wonder if some of the hotel staff was involved in the scam as well. I wouldn’t stay there .

It was a good enough stay, we just thought there would be more at breakfast for proteins. Otherwise it was fine.

Everything was amazing. Staff were extremely friendly. Darion helped me check in and he was super kind and welcoming. I was hoping to experience the gym but it says it didn’t open until 6, so that was a little disappointing. I also had to leave before breakfast started but I’m sure it’s a chill breakfast like most small hotels. The room was clean and nice. A/C worked amazing and was very much needed.

The front desk employees were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was ok. Our room was spacious and fine, but the bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning and did not appear to have been working for some time. FYI, no coffee maker if you care about that.

Bath & toilet area very tight, the back of the bathroom door was peeling off and the sink faucet was loose. Room looked clean, bedding didn’t smell fresh.

It’s not a full breakfast—just a light option with a bagel and cheese, juice, a boiled egg, and coffee. Coffee is available throughout, along with a few cereal choices. Good value for money, clean rooms, friendly staff, and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, Especially Darion and Alissa. Other staff, maids, etc. in the hallways were pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was simple and nutritious. Would have liked coffee in our room, although it was always fresh and available in the lobby.

This hotel offered excellent front desk service, however, the property was stinky and dingy. It’s really old and looks incredibly worn. I appreciate the kindness from the front desk but will absolutely look elsewhere for future overnight stays.

I was given a different room than the one i booked. When i got in the room he bathroom door was locked. I went to get help from housekeeping. There were 3 girls down the hall but none of them.spoke english. We got that sorted and i reslized i did not get the walk in shower there was a bathrub. There was rust in the bath tub and the ceiling was coming apart.

Front desk agents were all so kind and courteous. The location was great. Rooms very quiet and clean, modern design concept. We stayed two nights. The rooms were nice and quiet . Had a room right next to the elevator and sometimes the sound of the elevator woke me up at night but please know i am a light sleeper, super sensitive to sound and light. I bring my earplugs everywhere to help and just popped them in when I woke up. Also the room we were in didn’t have a vent/fan in the bathroom which wasn’t a huge deal just seems a little strange.

The bathroom sink didn’t drain very well

Awesome staff supper friendly and caring. I traveled with 2 toddler and stayed for 3 nights and felt safe. The only reason I would not stay again is because it is right next to the expressway and you can hear the cars/motorcycle going supper fast and the noise being loud. Other than that great hotel.

Darion at the front desk was amazing, very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

Bugs in room and lots of them. Had to show a video to front desk to get another room. The next room smelled like smoke. They got us a third room with dirty sheets. Sheets had pubic hair on them. Nasty!

Being a single female traveler i felt safe and protected, I will always choose to stay here. I didn't use the facilities because I had to leave super early but was provided with all the options available.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfy after a 12 hour car ride. The staff was very accommodating and friendly . Breakfast was bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal and muffins. Coffee and hot tea always available. Walking distance to good and right off the interstate.

Front desk staff was so friendly and quick. The pool was quite cold as it’s an indoor/outdoor pool but hot tub was great. Elevator is far from front desk just info that’s relevant. Breakfast was only cereal, bagels and muffins, oatmeal. Located right off very busy roads but noise wasn’t a big issue. Rooms were nice.

Me and my wife had a great time with the pool and hot tub accomodations. Locations surrounding motel were nice and close with a wide variety of dining and shopping.

The front desk guy was cool There was a man being arrested for threatening people outside with scissors.. I couldn’t change my reservation, the hotel was run down and honestly a little gross.

We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.

I spent all of three hours here when I had a delayed flight and missed my connection at 1:30 am. It was a fine place to land for not a lot of money. It’s “tired” looking but fine in a pinch. Women at the desk was courteous and helpful. I have no idea about surrounding area but it’s close (20 mins) away from airport. Do not spend your vacation here… it’s not that kind of place.

Comfortable rooms, very limited continental breakfast

For the price you can't beat this hotel. We were close to so many shopping opportunities including an outlet mall that was less than 30 minutes away. Hotel was nice for money, pool was wonderful. Breakfast had no hot food, only cereal, yogurt and bagels. Some fruit. Overall though wonderful stay.

Upon booking, I requested thru Hotels.com to allow my brother to check in before me; however, when calling to ensure this check-in, I was told there would be a “$50.00 convenience fee!” I told Sparks/Hilton to either accept my reservation w/o this (scamming) fee or cancel, but they would not accept w/o this fee. This is a BIG SCAM THAT MUST BE STOPPED!

Spark by Hilton could be a very nice place if not for a few serious flaws, the main one being room odor. On a stink scale of 1-10, I’d rate it a 7 for chemical/perfume odor. The smell is quite noticeable as you enter the room. It’s not as unpleasant as odors I’ve experienced in other hotels, but stink is stink. The goal is always fresh clean air, not smoke odor and not perfumey/chemical scents. What makes the situation at Spark especially egregious is that they deliberately pump the odor into your room by installing an odor disk directly into the air conditioner! When I asked about the smell at the front desk, they said it’s the same in every room. Shockingly, they don’t even consider having rooms with fresh air for people with chemical sensitivities, respiratory issues, or who just don’t like stink in their hotel rooms. This is insane IMO, but it is what it is. Fortunately, in my case they were willing to send maintenance people up to take the odor disk out of the AC unit, but if you get there in the evening after maintenance is gone you’re stuck with the stink until the next day. One additional gripe about Spark is that their mini-fridges don’t have a freezer, so if you’ve got ice for a cooler you have to bring it to the front desk and have them store it in one of their freezers. Thankfully, they’re accommodating about this. On the plus side, the rooms are good sized, well-lit, have ample desk/work space and comfortable beds.

Good more variety with breakfast

This is a lovely hotel, staff is amazing, pet friendly. The only thing is the complimentary breakfast is just bagels, boiled eggs, cereal, and fruit. I expected more on that end, but my overall experience was awesome.

Again, nothing horrible, but nothing amazing either.

Window overlooks parking lot, idling motorcycles were loud enough I checked to see if it was open. Immediate neighborhood is uninteresting, but fast food and gas stations within a block.

The bed was really comfortable

Bathtub was dirty which makes me wonder what else was not cleaned. No hair dryer, which was weird. Never stayed at a hotel that didn't provide one. No outlets by sink so curling my hair was an issue. And that's fine but knowing this, put an outlet closer to the mirror in the room. Had to basically curl my hair by feel because cord not long enough to curl and look in mirror at same time.
