We have stayed here at least 30 plus times. All consistent. Only miss this time was the room was a tad warmer than usual. Lack of air flow so good chance the filter was dirty and needs changed. I'm a HVAC professional so thats why I came to that conclusion.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was located close to many places we were going. The staff were friendly, welcoming and courteous. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel was in a nice business area. Room was clean and you can tell they are trying to update a view things. The only complaint was, it was super hot in the room. The hotel staff was great, when we asked for someone to look at the ac unit. A maintenance man went right away, and got it blowing a little cooler. Other than that, great stay.

This place was everything! I’ve booked so many hotels along this trip— this one was by far the best value I could’ve ever asked for. Room was amazing, location was perfect staff was OVERaccommodating by miles!! Couldn’t have been happier.

Good location, close to down town and all of the many attractions. The staff was very friendly and services were great. There is a fun glass elevator that the kids were glad to catch and an indoor heated pool that we also enjoyed. Their small breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. There was nothing negative about the stay worth mentioning.

The beds were awful, they were so old that the center was a divet you fell into. The A/C only cooled to 70 degrees. The bathroom was beyond small. You have to step next to the toliet to shut the door. The restaurant, that was supposed to be open at 6am, was not opened on the days we were there. The parking was extremely expensive and needed you to download an app and then wanted your credit card info. Will not ever stay at this hotel again. There are many better choices in the same area.

We used it for a place to stay while visiting a family member in Denver. Did not need to use the restaurant on site but it looked wonderful. We did use the bar and the bartender was excellent and very friendly. There were no restaurants within walking distance since it was in a very safe business area but we knew that when booking. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Did not expect to get such a lovely hotel for the price we paid but we were there in the beginning of May which was off-season.

Clean Lacks amenities and the ones they have such as internet and pillows seem low quality. Also paying for parking. They also only have one exit for people so if you plan on walking its inconvenient.

It was very nice. Parking. When someone asks about parking they were good about showing how it worked, but not where the Hyatt parking garage is. There are 3 in the vicinity and unless you drive around the building you don’t see the sign for the parking garage. Pleas add a bit more to the parking information.

The entire experience was amazing. The concierge service was very helpful. The restaurant was delicious. We had room service one evening, delicious! We had the brunch, it was amazing. My favorite detail was the white lights on the front trees.

The property is close to the airport and provides shuttle services, which are great! We had to switch rooms three times( room 8) the heat didn’t work (room 9) the heating system was whistling and blowing air from the outside ( room 112) was close to the elevator and everytime someone used it which was literally every 10 minutes it made a loud noise. When I advised the front desk he stated “well no one else is complaining about the noise only you”.

I was told they wouldn’t do anything, even with 24 hours notice, to allay the cost of my unused second night. Poor service.

I enjoyed the location, the breakfast buffet, and the room. I don’t feel parking should cost separate than the hotel, it’s already pricey so why charge more to park? Also when we checked out they couldn’t print our receipt because I booked it online from another site, they should be able to print me a receipt of charges.

The room was clean. Beds were great and parking was decently close. The app for parking was not something that I am used to but staff was friendly and helped us figure it out. The only complaint I have was the smell in the room. It smelled something between musty and stale cigarette smoke. I understand that maybe not every room is rented daily but I would say that the ones assigned for check in should be aired out prior to arrival or something more for deodorizing should be done.

Everything was great, as usual. We LOVE this hotel and it's the only place we stay when we visit Denver from our home near Aspen. Staff is friendly, room is clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is excellent. We travel a lot and rarely find hotels that are as comfortable as Hyatt Regency Tech Center. We really appreciate everything done to provide a reliable and comfortable stay.

The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Good location, safe, easy to get on and off the highway. Hate paying for parking since it’s pretty plentiful in the DTC, but that seems par for the course for many hotels these days. The amenities looked nice and well-kept, but we didn’t use them.

They make you pay for parking which could be far away. There is no valet. There is no people to help with bags. The WiFi is slow. The breakfast is not included and does not have much for fruit or healthy options. Secluded area.

Room was clean and stay was pretty uneventful, so that’s good. The beds were not overly comfortable but I managed to sleep alright. The extra price of parking wasn’t expected and definitely doesn’t send the best message to the guests of the hotel who are already spending money on a room. I guess the hotel expects the guests to be dropped off or teleport to the hotel so they won’t have a car with them lol.

The hotel's lobby was quite nice, and the central elevator gave us an amazing view whenever we took it. Parking lot was easy to find parking in, and it was located in a very convenient area in Denver.

Our rooms were clean, so was the hotel lobby. The frustration came from not being able to order room service or go to the lounge on the second floor during our stay? We asked why neither were available during the day and they said because of low occupancy? We were visiting family and asked them to come to our hotel so we could spend some time in the lounge....We ended up leaving and having to find somewhere else.

Booked a studio suite for my wedding and it was a beautiful experience. Room was large enough to accommodate at least 4 people. Breakfast was amazing.

Roots 25 was outstanding. We stopped in for a snack and drinks and service was fantastic! The room was great overall: we really appreciated the upgraded outlets and charging stations at the nightstands and desk. The tile around the bath mirror did have paint on it and appeared not to have been cleaned fully after install. The popcorn ceiling also dates the rooms. Most important? The room did smell like it was a smoking room at one time...that needs to be addressed. Hope this helps with future updates to the property. Full disclosure: we have worked in land development, real estate and construction for decades, so we are not the norm for our assessment of the condition of the property. Again: hope this helps.

The brief stay at the Hyatt was excellent. The rooms were clean with lovely amenities. The environment was quiet and the staff extremely helpful and pleasant. I'd highly recommend this property.

The room had no heat and it was a cold night. The hotel was offended that I mentioned that it was cold and I suggested to get the heating system looked at….Common areas were dirty.

Everything was so clean, comfortable, and beautiful, every staff member was helpful and friendly (one even wrangled packing equipment to help me ship something), and the food and drinks were delicious! Very pleased with my choice.

Our carpet were soaking wet in one of the corners. My husband put his backpack there and it was ruin. We did complain at the frontdesk and told us that they will call maintenance.

I decided to spend a few days out of town, and chose the Hyatt Regency. I have been to multiple hotels in my life, and this was by far the best experience I've had. Cleanliness, amenities, and service were all excellent. Raul at the front desk was particularly helpful.

We stayed 2 nights in DTC area and this hotel choice was a great pick! Traffic in the area was incredibly light and getting around the area was a breeze. It is an upscale area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

I wasn’t given a room with a bathtub as requested. I had to go back down to the desk. She changed the room but the key didn’t work because she wrote the wrong room number on the card. Back down to the desk again to find the right room number. Very friendly but not very good first impression. I also wasn’t made aware when I booked the hotel that there would be a fairly large security deposit at check-in.

Noticed a gross used bandaid in our shower right away after getting in our room. If the cleaners didn’t notice this, how can we tell the room was even cleaned?

Everyone was nice and the pool is heated. Gym is nice. The only coffee you will get for free there is the small portion of k cups you are allotted. The staff up front will give you more if you ask. I was not aware parking was 20 per day until I got the bill after, so be careful. Seems like nice hotel but gone downhill a bit so they're cutting costs and charging extra wherever they can. Like no trash bags at all. Anyways, won't be going back but it was okay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and up-to-date. I wish they didn’t charge for parking as the hotel is not located downtown and has its own lot and garage. Double check the location of your room if you have vertigo or are afraid of heights- the bridges to some rooms can make you feel very unsteady. The fitness room, pool, and restaurant are all nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The pool was big and the water was warm. The fitness center had a-lot of equipment for a hotel. They had a wide variety of free wights as well as a Pelion bike. The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice. They were helpful too. The only complaint i have is that there are no microwaves in the rooms. But other than that, everything else was really good.

This is a super convenient location when staying in the Tech Center area.

restaurant is decent if you don’t want to venture out or order in. I appreciated the option to include breakfast with my reservation. The king suites were unnecessarily huge. All kinds of space in the “kitchen” area, but no microwave & the world’s smallest bathroom. I know it’s not their fault how the hotel was designed, but it is almost comical what parts of the room were made so big & what parts they kept stnanstanssdn . The deluxe king room was also very large and uniquely shaped. I wouldn’t book the suite again.

The rooms were on the small side and one of the beds was a little bit lumpy but everthing was clean and the bathroom was nice. We were definitely able to have a restful vacation.The breakfast buffet was amazing!! I loved how many options there were. They make delicious omelets for you on the spot! The breakfast staff was so attentive and kind. Everything was so good I would stay here again just for that experience.

Wonderful stay, walking distance to Cheery Creek Resivoir. At least if you're up for it. Closer to some really nice parks and some really great food. I'm guessing most people who stay are here for business during the week, but don't shy away from this spot on the weekends

My mom and I stayed at this hotel for Fan expo weekend in Denver. It was terrific the service was awesome and the room was clean. This Hotel is one we try to stay at every year because of such good service and cleanliness.

The hotel and room were very nice and clean. The location is good, we felt safe, and was only a short drive to Empower Field. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Especially the gentleman I saw every morning while getting my coffee at the Starbucks in the lobby. I would absolutely have my family stay there again.

This hotel is beautiful and has so much potential but unfortunately when we arrived there was no AC in the building and we were not made aware of this checking in. They had no fans available and had no idea when it would be up and running again. We ended up having to find a new hotel the same night because it was miserable in the room. The parking sign up was confusing and kind of absurd for $20 a day to park in a regular parking spot right outside the building. Overall only giving two stars because most staff were kind and understanding giving us a refund.

The air conditioning was out for two out of three nights of our stay… With 90° temperatures… But the staff went above and beyond to help to make it up to us… From a large box fan to comping our buffet breakfast and comping us for the two nights we had no AC… They did all they could and were so pleasant and sweet the entire time… Honestly, I would go back for the staff alone… Amazing people!

Food at the on-site restaurant was very good with excellent service. Housekeeping staff were kind and attentive even though we didn’t need to utilize them for our stay at all bc we requested none. They offered clean towels every day which we accepted. Front desk staff at NIGHT after a concert at Red Rocks greeted us with silent stares as if we DIDN'T BELONG…not COOL Felt a need to explain that YES we do belong here and yes we do have a room on the 9th floor Felt it was RIDICULOUS to pay for PARKING after paying a pricy amount for the 5-day stay…they kindly comped this off our bill bc of the lack of AC for 2 days. They would NOT however comp the price of parking for our child while visiting us which I also found ridiculous. This should have been something that was ‘validated’ and zero’d out but it WASN’T…also not cool. All in all it was a good stay with a few frustrating things. Lastly, the day-time front desk staff were VERY helpful, namely Rahul He was GREAT and very helpful and accommodating when helping with our ISSUES at the site.

Are room wasn't cleaned so they had to put us in a king room instead of the suite. They did comp the night and moved us to the suite for our second night. Since this was the night of our wedding, it would have been nice to be in the suite we requested.

This property is very beautiful. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located close quite a few restaurants, gas stations, and shops. We will be back to stay again!

House keeping did a phenomenal job!! The only bad I can say was the cheerleaders staying there kept playing with the elevators, pushing the bell hop cart around and leaving it in the elevator. They pushed all the floor numbers on the elevator and had to endure going through each floor until we got to the ground floor

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I have always had a good experience.

Pool does not have stairs with bars to get in. Steam sauna looks like never been turned on. Staff is great, Easter brunch was excellent addition and surprise.

First time staying here. Really nice place and restaurant very good. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows were horrible. The toilet paper... wasn't toilet paper in my opinion. They should upgrade the quality of that! Also it would have been great if there was a nice coffee bar set up. K-cups are the worst kind of coffee available!
