    In my room, the mattress was pulled a bit away from the headboard and there were lots of hairs and such on the bedskirt against the headboard. The rest of the room seemed clean, but I could tell the bedskirt is rarely changed which was gross considering how many people stay in the rooms. I was also warned by the front desk that there had been plumbing work done recently and some of the rooms had had the hot and cold water switched. Mine did have that problem, and the water didn’t get beyond lukewarm. After travel and it being late, I didn’t really care and just dealt with it to get cleaned up. At check in, was told the continental was from 7-10. I got down at 8, and it turns out week day breakfast is from 5-8. They had already cleaned up most of it. I managed to grab two pieces of toast and a tiny bowl of cereal. I had to grab milk from the cart they were using to clean it all up. I have no idea why a hotel at an airport with many commuters coming through wouldn’t have a breakfast that lasts until at least 9/9:30 am. Won’t stay here again.

    My friend and I were staying the night in order to go to the frontier flight attendant open house, and it was a little difficult to change the reservation and add her name.But that was expedia's fault not the hotels.The pickup at two o'clock in the morning was amazing.The communication was great.I only got to spend two hours at the hotel, but the front desk staff was aware and issued me a key right away.Which allowed me to get the most amount of sleep. Thank you for allowing us to have a great visit.

    The room was clean, but there was an awful odor in the hallways and corridor. The elevator was sketchy and did not work half the time. I wish someone would have told me that the breakfast ended at 8:00 a.m. upon check-in, that way I would have gotten some breakfast before I left for the airport.

    The staff was friendly and nice. However, the rooms are a mess. There are stains on the floor, the tv was broken (screen and frame shattered) in the first room. We checked in and the door handle is finicky so we went back down to the desk. They trouble shot it. As soon as we got in the smoke detector chirped. We had a terribly long day and our flight was delayed and we were forced to stay in Denver, which is why we were staying at this hotel. All we wanted was to come in and sleep. We called the desk and she told us to just disconnect it from the wall, which I’m pretty sure is at least one code violation, if not several. Then we told her it was wired into the wall. She said they would send someone up. We then got a call that maintenance isn’t on site right now so they were changing us rooms. The second room was not in any better condition. The room was hot and the AC did not work well. We just said oh well from exhaustion. Then we go to leave. They had us make a reservation for the shuttle. It was 10 minutes late and they overbooked it so some people who had reserved it, had to wait 30 minutes. The hotels only working elevator does not work well and most people I saw just opted for the stairs with all their luggage. The floors are falling apart, as is the walls. If you forget your toothbrush or anything, don’t bother assuming the hotel will have some as all they had were tide pouches, ramen, and some hot pockets. This hotel was beyond disappointing.

    They charged me an additional fee to park at the hotel. The shuttle was running over 30 minutes late so I had to Uber to the airport, which was another expense I hadn't counted on.

    Upon check in the man at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending towards the customers in line in front of me. In my time standing there I saw interactions with 2 other guests, a phone call as well as a meal delivery service. The only person treated like they weren't an idiot was the man delivering the staff members taco bell. It was uncomfortable to say the least. My room was clean but the bathroom was not. There was pieces of toilet paper all over the floor. I've stayed here a dozen of times, recently the place has went downhill. The pool was also completely closed. Not noted when making the reservation.

    An early check in fee of $55 or $30 is totally unacceptable. Sometimes you must take an early flight because there is no other choice! If the room is available and clean, be kind to your customer, and admit them! Breakfast was blah, but a thumbs up on the waffles.

    The breakfast was the same every day ( no bacon or ham). Only one elevator working and only one car for the luggage. You need to wait until the customer gets into the van for you be able to use the car. If you brought the attention the counter desk employee he’s answer was “ we have more than one but the customer keeps it on the room “. The parking of the hotel has a $10 fee per night.

    We wanted a cheap room since we were only sleeping there before catching a flight next morning. Room and bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable but bathroom vanity face was badly damaged, the bathroom tub was stained and the bathroom floor was stained. The safety latch on door was damaged. It looked like it did its job of preventing someone from breaking into the room. We couldn’t see through the peep hole. The hallways were very dark from damaged lights. So we got what we paid for. Clean but needing lots of maintenance.

    I liked nothing. First set of keys didn't work. No vending machines. Staff was rude. No fan in bathroom. Shower sucked. Only one pouch of regular coffee for a king room. Breakfast buffet was horribly lacking. No one at the desk to get me a receipt. Toilet was like sitting on the floor. And not enough towels. Definitely a 1 star hotel trying to pose as a 3 star plus. Attrocious.

    Only one set-of towels, had to find a maid to get another bath towel only. One elevator out of service. Needed to pay for parking & then told it COULD have been waived?? No housekeeping the entire 4 night stay. Hair dryer broken, a new one was provided right away. Unimpressed with this hotel and will not be staying there again.

    I chose this property because of the LaQuinta brand, proximity to DEN, twice hourly airport shuttle, free breakfast and late arrival. While clean and comfortable as one would expect at a LaQuinta, I was rather disappointed with the quantity and quantity of breakfast offerings. It seemed pretty mediocre. Coffee, however, was good.

    There was one staff member, he did the overnight shift who was very helpful and nice. The hotel was in pretty rough shape overall: barely functioning TV, elevator, damaged doors, uncomfortable beds, etc. I will stay at a different hotel next time.

    Many of the outlets in the room were loose and wouldn’t charge our devices. The outlets on all of the lamps, and some of the wall outlets all wouldn’t work (only the ones near the bathroom and on the other wall would work). The mattress and linens had stains on them. They were definitely very clean and the made was made well, but the stains gave them a dirty appearance at first.

    Friendly staff, but accommodations match the price. Very thin walls and lukewarm shower. Beware if you’re taking the airport shuttle, you need to be on the RED pickup side, not blue. It was convenient once we figured that out, but there were no instructions prior to calling the hotel so we waited for an hour in the entirely wrong area.

    The only thing that was not great was when I came back from the airport my car was covered in soda pop so I had a very large sticky car and for the life of me I can’t figure out how other than maybe two people got in a fight with big cups of pop. It was pretty messy.

    I dont appreciate the subaru driver at the front desk snapping at me because i asked her to use fresh plastic on the card keys. This is after getting locked out of my room 4 times because the keys barely worked once. Whoch is 4 trips to the front desk. And 4 trips back to the room. Sorry to inconvience you to do the job right. And breakfast over at 8? Terrible. Might as well make checkout at 8 too. If i have to get up early to eat i might as well hit the road.

    We love to stay here when we travel to the Denver area on flights. The rooms are great and we always have a great experience with the hotel. The only complaint we have is the the shuttle service in the evening getting to the hotel. The first time we thought it was a glitch and my husband didn't want to stay there again but because of the 24hr service and availability I convinced him to do it and the same thing happened. We were told the shuttle would be there on the 15 and 45 and we waited over an hour for the shuttle both times. We decided to get a taxi but the base rate was $45 when we checked that so we ended up waiting. The staff assured us they were getting this addressed so I will give them another chance but 3rd time will tell how this pans out. Morning shuttles are perfect and on time.

    The shower door wouldn’t stay shut. It just kept sliding open unless you held it shut, it would just slide open. TV wouldn’t stay on a channel. It would just change for no reason in the middle of a program and reset. Of all the many hotels that there are on Tower Road I wouldn’t go back to this one. Plus when family came for dinner, they all had to pay for parking by using an app on their phone.

    The 24 hour shuttle to/from the airport was nice. Make sure to be on the west side of the pickup area. I had flight delays and when I finallu got to the hotel at 2am, it took the front desk employee 10 minutes to show up and check me and was not friendly or informative. I had a room across from a staff room and the employees were extremely loud starting a 6am. My bathroom was dirty, the shower door handle almost fell off.

    The elevator closest to the lobby wasn’t working properly during our second stay, so we had to use the elevator towards the end of the hotel. I waited 30 minutes for airport shuttle, only to be given a lame excuse. Called several times, and was told the shuttle might be late due to traffic. There was no traffic! Other hotels had much more frequent shuttle service. Seems like their shuttle service only comes to the airport to drop off people or when they are called.

    We got last minute rooms. First the elevator wasn’t working we would get stuck and then sent to another level. I had to carry my suitcase and a 18 month old on top of having my kids walk up the 3 levels. It was so hot like a housekeeping closet. So only one person per step. Once to our room. We could not get into our room. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to request three. THREE. Different keys. We were about to cancel everything and leave. Until they gave us a different room on the first floor. Because the elevator was not working. We had that issue and on top of everything else. Once we went to the pool. Our key once again did not help to get us in. It was not our best experience

    Breakfast was subpar, the person in charge of breakfast was late so there was limited everything, sausage was cool in center and needed to be microwaved to make edible. Parking was a joke, and you have to pay $10 for it. One street over was a homeless group, several vehicles RVs. Not the hotel's fault, nevertheless, when paying for parking there should be some security over the parking areas. Really disliked my choice to save money on this stay.     This was one of La Quinta s flag ship properties 4 years ago. Now, it's just a run down hotel with an indifferent staff. My TV didn't work properly. They never addressed it. The shower was a low pressure dribble with constant water temperature fluctuations. The lamps would only work intermittently and trying to get access to the pool was a joke. The card reader at the entrance door was loose. Had to get front office help in order to swim. The wall clock in the pool was not working. This property is a joke!!!!!

    Hotel staff were not very friendly and made quite a few snarky comments upon arrival. Hotel room didn’t get cleaned once during our four day stay. Breakfast was the exact same everyday. Hotel keys never worked so we had to get new ones every day and the layout of the hotel is terrible so it’s a very long walk around to get to the front. There’s limited access to get in the building and parking is far and few between. Not one to usually make bad reviews but this was not great.

    Our stay was only a few hours due to an early flight, but several serious issues occurred. The hotel’s system was down at check-in, and the clerk asked me to handwrite all of my personal and credit card information on paper for later entry. A short time after we went to sleep, another guest used a key that had been issued to them and opened our room door. The clerk later said it was a room number mix-up during the manual process. He apologized, but being walked in on in the middle of the night was extremely unsettling, and we ended up leaving early.     Lobby smelled like human sewage, walls are paper thin and we were kept up all night. They said I could park there while we were on our vacation, my truck was broken into and it turns out they do not have any video surveillance at the building at all. So overall I would not recommend staying here.

    Room size was nice. Glass panels in door seperating bedroom and other room defeats the benefit of having a seperate bedroom. Common areas are dated with a lingering curry smell. Breakfast was sub par with only scrambled eggs for protien option. Price was very reasonable.

    The entire hotel smelled like mold. The room had a fixed bathroom sink faucet I worried about using as it was not secured to the counter and could potentially break upon use. The towels were noticeably worn. The bed linen appeared to have a yellow tinge to the white of the linen. Maybe lighting, but doubtful. The continental breakfast was decent. The price could have been lower with the state of disrepair of the hotel.

    The room itself was good, the restroom doors don’t lock, have a lot of water damage. They were nice enough to let me stay a hour after check out. Only issue we had was the pool, we were looking forward to getting into the spa and it was out of service and had a dead spider floating around. The pool itself had spiders in the deep end on the floor and we didn’t notice after a while.

    First off, we checked in, went around to the backside of your building and entered and got in the elevator and was stuck in your elevator for over 10 minutes! I am a severe panicker and it scared me to death ,then we got to our room and your toilet would not work so we just decided to deal with it since it was late at night and just went to bed. Complained to the front desk, but they were unable to comp my room as I had prepaid it.! will never stay there again unless they do something about my stay! I am a Wyndham gold member and I am appalled by that property!

    Comfortable bed,however couldn’t watch Netflix. The channel guide on the television wouldn’t load, the shower faucet was dripping, the tub had rust by the drain, breakfast was decent, the lady at the front desk needs to lose the mask, Covid hysteria is over. This has been my go to hotel for years but it seems like it is aged with minimal upkeep. In spite of my gripes ill be back next year. The bed and pillows make up for the deficiencies

    Staff and building in general has an excellent vibe. Shannon was especially when the early check in explain a no pet policy which was different that the Hotels.com website.     The hotel was updated and in good shape, excluding the elevator. It could use some work. The airport shuttle did finally show up but nearly left one of our bags at the other hotel it dropped off at. I'm glad I got up to make sure or it would have drove off with my wife's suitcase sitting on the sidewalk.

    The only drawback was the snack bar area — it was barely stocked. When arriving late, it’s helpful to have food options, but there were only a few bags of chips and no frozen items. Additionally, there was no way to get coins for the washer and dryer, and the QR payment option had been inoperable for some time according to the front desk staff. These issues weren’t major, but when guests are away from home and spending money on travel and lodging, convenience and access to basic amenities make a big difference.

    Not as nice as we would have expected. Rooms are dated and dimgly. Also staff is not helpful, we stayed at the 1 room suite with our kids our room had no extra sheets, blankets, pillows so we called the front and where told the didn't have extra blankets....ok why not is my question, but I need to get toddlers to sleep so just gave them mine. Lastly the TVs are old and dated remotes didn't work ECT this property was the worse start to our vacation.

    I called to make sure the pool was open and when i got there it was closed and so was the hot tub. I book just for the pool so that was a big disappointment. Also, there was a lot of molds in my shower and it took quite a long time to get hot water. The breakfast closed at 8 am which is too early. I got there at 8:15 and it was all shut down and there wasn't even coffee. I won't be staying there again.

    It is run down and needs maintenance. The elevator worked, but sounded like it needs maintenance and sometimes struggled to open the door. I needed to do laundry and they did not sell laundry detergent in the laundry room, so I just washed my laundry with only water. But the bed was comfortable, and I slept fine.

    It was a great option for us since we had an early morning flight the next morning. Plenty of restaurant choices within a short walking distance. Room was nice and spacious. No complaints about the accommodations--very nice. Our only issue was a front desk clerk when we checked in who was less than helpful with instructions to get to our room (confusing layout) and more frustrating was regarding the hotel shuttle to the airport. We already knew to be at the airport two hours before. We simply were asking what time we should anticipate for shuttle transportation from pickup to drop-off at the airport. He repeatedly said two hours because of construction and traffic. All other staffers were pleasant and accommodating. We'd definitely return for the accommodations. We left before the breakfast buffet was open.

    I checked in at 1230 am and had to be up by 6am to catch a flight. Just got settled in bed when someone walked into my room. I screamed, she screamed and left. A few minutes later we get a call from the front desk asking what our last name is. We tell him he hangs up. Get settled in bed again the front desk called back asking once again our last name. At this point it was hard to get to sleep. Complained in the morning and zero response to my complaint. Makes me never want to stay there again. It is scary to think someone will walk in on you.

    This place was a serious dump. The staff was very unaccomidating, the ice machine on my floor wasnt working and the front desk staff suggested I go to the first floor.     airport shuttles are unreliable. they don’t come on time, we had to wait for so long for the shuttle to come pick us up at the airport. And when I had totake the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, I had to wait 45 minutes and when the time comes the shuttles and receptionist didn’t even inform us that they’re coming or leaving. They just left us hanging without any warning although I asked two times about when the shuttle is coming. I’m so upset because the airport shuttles are the only reason why I booked this hotel. Customer service need to be evaluated.

Even though the Gotl at the desk was somewhat quick at rectifying the issue, I did not receive an apology for the inconvenience.     Great location and wonderful room. I was in Colorado for three nights and, due to personal plans, it lent me to being in a different hotel each night! This location was beautifully clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice and with an early 5am start! We checked in a bit late and there was a pretty cold gal at the front desk but beyond that, delightful if only brief! Would definitely stay again.

    Our flight was delayed and made us late for our connecting flight back home. We were given a flight for the next day and had to get a room for the night. We took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel which was very convenient. The staff was friendly. Their continental breakfast started at 5 am and had a great variety of delicious food and beverages. We made our flight on time. I would definitely recommend staying here again!

Combine that with a nice clean and odor free room and an on time early morning ride to the airport and this hotel is a winner.     The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful at check in and arranging for the airport shuttle. The lobby has been updated. The rest of the hotel is rundown and not well maintained. The beds are terrible and the pillows are old and very bad. I would not recommend this location. We booked a stay here for the shuttle service for an early morning flight. The shuttle was on time and convenient. However we will both k a different hotel in the future.

    We always need to asked for a new room key.I asked to clean our room or just pick up the trash but nobody did it.Good thing they let us check out at 12pm instead of 11am.

    The hotel was fine overall but I’m not happy about having to pay $10 to park at a suburban hotel location. If you need the extra revenue, then build it into the price of the room. Don’t make us go through separate transaction. The parking charge should be more clearly stated in the hotel.com site

    Staff is great, they are very kind and, efficient, the AC was not working the room was freezing cold, tv has only a few channels and they’re all scrambled and can’t watch what you want, my key was not working and I had to ask the front desk manager to reset it again and again, you have to pay $10 a day for parking lot 😡

    The location was great. Lots of good places near by to eat. Appreciated shuttle to airport. Unfortunately, although it states on website“daily housekeeping” is provided, our room was not cleaned once. We stayed for 4 nights. We had to keep asking for clean towels and the trash piled up. The pullout couch needs replacing. Its basically springs with a very very thin padding and disgustingly stained!

    It was nice and clean, the bathroom doors and the toilet made a lot of noise so you could hear it if anyone in our room or the one next door got up at night. But it was probably the cleanset hotel I have ever stayed in and the bed was very comfortable. So a little noise is ok.

    Sewer smell at entry and check-in. Shower surround cracks, rust and trim at bottom of tub rotting. Main room area clean and comfort.

    This property was not what it looked like. We had to try how many keys before we could get in room and the man behind the desk said the owners wouldn't update anything so definitely not the people working at motel fault. People who own it. Will not stay there again when we fly out of DIA.

    Overall a great stay. Travelers should be aware that the wi-fi is an open network (no pw) so anyone nearby can use it. For this reason though, the connection/speed is TERRIBLE. There is a charge for parking ($10 for overnight) but that seemed common for all the other properties in the area.

    Great property and I would stay there again. The room was large and location is convenient to the airport. However, I didn’t like that I had to pay to park even though I had a room reservation.

    This hotel uses bate and switch advertising. They had my reservation and when I arrived they added $10.99 per day to park at their hotel. The man who was waiting on my had an attitude when I told him that charging for parking was unethical. I will not ever stay with this hotel again.
