    the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The young man working the counter was helpful. The free airport shuttle was greatly appreciated. I was nauseous after eating breakfast. The carpeting in the room is worn and torn. Needs replaced.

    Breakfast lady is super rude. 0 customer service skills. You can tell she hates her job. Breakfast is the same everyday. Second day muffins where gone... not enough food for everyone.... there's many choices around this hotel. I will choose a different one next time. Will not recommend

    The location You walk in and immediately the smell of arm Pit hits your brain. Our room was gross. Carpet stains had be be the worst then the dirty chair the crumbs in the air unit the dust on top of the head boards the 10$ a day to park the 200$ card hold for incidentals I could have left but to go where. There was a Morgan Wallen Concert and the places we looked were not available.

    The motion sensor for the light in the bathroom was out when we got there. They had to call in maintenance person ant it took 3 1/2 hours to get there and 10 minutes to fix. House keeping should have seen this and report. As a handicap room the self closing door on the bathroom was too strong for someone in a walker.

    I liked the location. Perfect place for an airport hotel they have an airport shuttle which runs every 30min. We had rented a car, there were lots of stalls to choose from, and there was a gas station/convenience store right around the block to fill up before dropping off. And, The lady at the front desk was friendly. Made checking in very easy Nothing to complain about

    The first room they reserved for me was not fully cleaned (grass clippings on part of the floor, plastic cap on floor near chair, brown mark on sheets, torn and dirty bed skirt), after talking with the front desk attendant, I was given another room which was clean. Overall, the hotel could use a lot of maintenance inside. There was obvious water damage under the sink of the first room, worn flooring in the elevator (only one was working), and much accumulated dust/dirt at the edges of all carpeting in hallways and rooms. Also, the internet was terribly slow, making it useless to be able to get anything done.

    Hotel was very clean, front desk was super friendly. The beds were not the most comfortable, but we were only sleeping for a few hours and everything else was perfect. We had a very early flight and we're easily able to meet with their shuttle in the lobby, right on time and a safe trip to the airport.

    I was sent a text message saying that I should go out door 505 and wait on island 3. I did that and after forty minutes and no van I call the hotel. They said to look for a van that had Springfield on it. I waited on island 3 another 20 minutes and nothing. I finally walked through the airport and went out to island 3 near door 512. after about 15 minutes a black van drove up and I saw the word Springfield. I asked the driver if he went to the Baymont. He said he did and took me there. All in all I waited (wasted time) over 1.25 hours. This was not the drivers fault or that of the lady that checked me in. I also was not the only one this happened to as I talked to several other dissatified people who complained that they were given the wrong instructions. So no, I am not happy with the Baymont. I should have stayed at a different hotel and will consider that in the future.

    Very bad experience, they stole us in the parking lot, they broke the back window of my truck, apart from the fact that they charged us 10 for the parking lot and the worst that the cameras did not serve , and the staff did not help us and not only We were stolen there were other cars with the windows broken so think before going . Very bad experience

    The hotel staff was amazing! They were friendly helpful and efficient. The property is run down and in need of repairs. The last room we stayed in was ok but not very clean and there was an empty condem rapper behind the night stand. Discovered by my teenage daughter when plugging in her phone. The chairs in the room were so stained and dirty we didn’t use them. The shuttle was prompt and the driver was friendly and very helpful.

    Nothing was working. The pool was closed, the elevator was broken, there were no signs directing guest to the stairs or to the fact that the elevator was broken. The tub in my room did not hold water. The air conditioner did not work and the hair dryer didn’t work. Literally the only things that worked were the TV the lights and the sink.

    When we checked in and got settled, we found that our bathroom light did not work and had to switch rooms. Housekeeping should have known that light didn’t work. Also at check in we let the manager know that we needed a 4 AM shuttle to go too the airport. The shuttle never arrived. At 4:20 we had to get an Uber and the person at the desk got smart with us. You shouldn’t advertise you have shuttle service every half hour when you don’t. We almost lost our 6:00 AM flight because of the no show shuttle and the TSA line. Very poor service.

    The room was very run down. Carpet was pulling up, carpet looked very dirty, the smoke detector was replaced at some point and the wires were still hanging out of the hole from the last one. I tried calling to get on the shuttle list early because they have limited availability and you have to be checked to get on the list. The person I spoke with was not friendly but those I checked in with were fine.

    The place is nice and was surprisingly neat. I would’ve given this place a 5-star rating if not for the fact that I have to pay for parking even though the parking lot was empty. Additionally, I called this place before booking and was told early checking at 1pm was $25. I got there and the front desk told me it’s $50. I relayed what I was told on the phone to this guy and he immediately tells me there’s no available rooms.

    Parking was somewhat limited for close in parking. Shuttle service was fine. Our problem came when I left per shuttle @ 0330 to go to the airport but my husband was still sleeping in the room. I notified the front desk that he was still occupying the room. Later when he woke up and went out to smoke about 0900 am he came back to the room and the bed had been stripped and his belongings taken. He was able to get his hairspray and brush back, but his snacks were gone. He asked the front desk about being compensated and was told they would talk to a manager about a discount. We have not heard anything.

    I decided to book there because they offer laundry service, but when I went to wash my clothes, the door wouldn't open. I had to leave my clothes unwashed. In addition, the hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and the woman at the front desk didn't even greet me. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

    I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT ANY OF THESE HOTELS BY THE DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AGAIN. MULTIPLE VEHICLES INCLUDING MINE GOT THEIR WINDOWS BROKEN OUT AND BROKE INTO. THESE HOTELS NEED TO WORK TOGETHER TO FIGURE SOME KIND OF SECURITY OUT. THE FRONT DESK SAID THIS HAPPENS ALL OF THE TIME.

    The Wii did not work, TV remote did not work, toilet seat was broken, when we changed rooms, the next room did not have a mini fridge and we had to leave our food out. The water was turned off in the middle of my daughter getting ready for a sporting event without notice. This was the worst experience we have had at a hotel in the last 5+ years. Very disappointed.

    Flight come in at 7:40 p.m waited over 2 hrs with alot of other people to go to hotel. Shuttle never showed up. I call the hotel twice and was put on hold while they contacted the shuttle. Never come back to the phone both times after being on hold for 27 min the 1st time and 17 min the 2nd time. I want a full refund A.S.A.P.

    It was a great room and the rate was awesome. The room was clean, quiet and very close to the airport. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was the standard continental style with cold eggs, cereal, hot waffles, pastries, coffee, tea and juice. I would most definitely stay again.

    My room was a spacious and clean and I had a great view from my window. Pre-check-in was great and even though I arrived early, there was a room ready for me. I had an overall positive experience. The only thing I would say is that the fruit at breakfast left a lot to be desired. The bananas on the first day I stayed there were quite brown, spotty and overripe. The 2nd day, they were put out again and were so ripe, brown and soft, that they were only really well suited for banana bread.

    I was concerned as there was dried blood on the carpet in our room and the trash was overflowing in the breakfast area. As a nurse, these health issues were unacceptable. The side chair showed a lot of wear.

    When we booked, we weren’t told that Denver Airport has two sides to the hotel pick up. Not knowing this, we waited outside the wrong door for over an hour before we were told we were on the wrong side. This hotel was the last stop on the shuttle so it took awhile. The hotel is nothing special but it was just for a night. There’s a few food options nearby. Ruby Tuesdays, Mickeys, a 7-Eleven among other places. Breakfast was serve yourself waffles, cereal and oatmeal. The return shuttle to the airport showed up on time.

    Charges for parking then if you have to park in the back the doors will not open with your key. Stale breakfast with not many options. I have stayed at motel 6 that was nicer than this place. Not sure how Baymont let's them keep using their name

    The airport shuttle experience was terrible. I waited an hour and 15 minutes at the airport and not a single shuttle came by. I had been told they came every 30 minutes. I called the hotel. One eventually arrived, but I will not use their shuttle again.

    I flew into town and had a layover and booked a room for a night. I landed and waited an hour for the shuttle that never came. I had my 14 month old baby with me and we were left in the cold at 1 am. I had to Uber because I couldn’t wait any longer. When I reached the hotel the front desk receptionist was very friendly and was calling the shuttle to let them know how unprofessional their service was. I would rate my stay a 5/10

    We did not request an ADA room. The bathroom was not in good shape and I would really be concerned about a disabled person having to use it. The door kept closing on us as we walked through from the hallway to the bathroom. No shelves or towel racks in the bathroom. The hairdryer was hung on some kind of broken metal bracket and fell off onto the floor. Carpet was dirty. Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, but most of all the room had a nasty odor that smelled like rotten eggs and room freshener. Furnishings were old, Electrical plug between the beds didn’t work so you couldn’t plug in your phone overnight. Wi-Fi wasn’t the best and would drop out. One good thing is television worked well.

    i never comment but felt like i should with this one. I felt like I was staying at a no name motel. The heat did not work & there was no extra bedding other than 1 sheet. floor at threshold of bathroom had a bail or screw popping out which catches your foot. on top of it all they charge $10/night to park your rental car in their lot or they threaten to tow your car. buyer beware

    This hotel is a very high crime hotel, there's no security preventing vagrants from walking through hallways. Huge signs all over the parking lot. Warning you about theft and it's not their responsibility, this only lets me know. They know that there is a problem. I regret booking this room on the internet. I wish someone would leave a better review so I wouldn't have had to suffer. I guarantee this place has bed bugs

    The man who worked the early morning that we checked in was very rude. Our flight was delayed and we never saw the hotel shuttle and had to uber to the hotel. The man who worked on early Sunday morning, August 3rd was rude and told us we didn’t have a room and he told me to call Expedia. He was rude to another guest as well. Then he found that I had checked in the day before and he found my paperwork but he never apologized for being rude to us. We were very disappointed with the service and will never go back there again.

    Nothing was working. After a long day my room card didn’t work so I had to go downstairs again to get it fixed. I wanted to use the fitness center and my room key didn’t work. Front desk said no one’s key was working. Asked for cleaning a few times and it wasn’t done.

    It’s a perfectly fine hotel, it is average. Expect nothing more or nothing less. Be prepared to wait the 30+ minutes for the shuttle service and know that it can often get overbooked or crowded quickly. It’s a wonderful resource but if you prefer something quick and on your time, book something else yourself.

    The carpet had not been vacuumed, and there were coins and broken chips scattered on the floor. The hotel smelled unpleasant, like a sewer. There were rude young guests yelling and running in the hallways. However, it did provide transportation to the airport in the morning, which is all I really needed from this place.

    The property was dated. The welcome mat at the entrance was dirty. The elevator floors showed wear. Several of the lampshades in our room hung at awkward angles due to broken lamps. The carpet was torn. One of the outlets by the bed didn't work, which meant I had to leave my phone across the room.

    Fine for one night with free airport shuttle service. The shuttle stops at different hotels to make pick-ups. Older interior and decor, but comfortable. Front desk associates were professional, upbeat, and friendly. Wish there had been a rating just for them - I would've given them 5 stars. I was very disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance! It is even pictured on this review page, and was mentioned on every reminder/check-in email I received.

    We stay several days they didn't clean our room every day I talked to front desk they said I had to ask so next morning I asked to have my room cleaned she act like I was crazy for asking. Had to redo our door keys every day. It is an average motel. Breakfast was good.

    Floor carpet was sticky. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the AC runs all night, regardless of the setting unless you turn it off completely. They charge $10.00 for parking… I have stayed at other hotels in the area with free parking and better price. The staff is friendly and i had no issues checking in or out.

    Had an unexpected overnight layover and booked a room here for the night rather than spending all night at the airport.
