Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Airport/Convention Center

The hotel was fine for what we needed. I would probably try somewhere else next time, though. The room was large and spacious, which was great, but the bathroom had two shampoos and no body wash. The ledge in the shower was in an awkward spot, which caused me to hit my head on it while showering, which is not what you want after a long day.

Male at front desk was not friendly. He was very rude when we tried to book the shuttle. Didn’t want to help people that came in .

Excellent hotel and love staying here when I am in Colorado. Great location and easy drive to Denver. Surrounded by everything you need. Hotel is clean, secure and great amenities. Comfortable and staff are friendly. Great Stay!

This hotel was amazing for our family of 6 + my folks and brother. Both our rooms were suites with 2 queen beds, full size couch w ottoman, kitchenette, dishes, cookware, dishwasher, etc. The rooms were pristinely clean. Our room temp was stuck at 62 degrees but when we mentioned it to Jose on staff, he took care of it immediately and the thermostat worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. The pool was decently warm and well enjoyed by our kids. There’s a half court basketball court outside with bballs at the front desk - it was awesome for shooting hoops when we had some downtime. Finally, the breakfast was terrific. Hot options, cold options, waffles, very well attended to and lobby dining area always clean. Seriously great experience!!! Highly recommend!!

It was a beautiful hotel and clean. I made reserations for two rooms on the same credit card. When I checked in the second room was under my daughter's name but on my credit card. I had to get her to come down when we checked in. She had 3 rowdy kids with her and I made the reservation. You might want to find a way when we book through a third party site to allow the person that makes the reservation check in for both rooms as I was paying for them. This was a hassle even after I tried to check in with her drivers license they still would not allow me to check in. I was extremely frustrated with the entire check in process. The only hotels I stay in are Marriott's and this was a very disappointing situation. Please try to resolve this issue in the future.

The rooms were generously sized, clean and up-to-date. The furnishings were in very good condition and the kitchen was nicely equipped for a short stay.

It was just ok. The pullout mattress from the couch was stained and uncomfortable. When I asked for a new mattress I was told that wasn’t possible and wasn’t offered a cover or anything, I had to request extra blankets to cover it. Housekeeping was inconsistent even though we asked for it, and had to approach one of the housekeepers to request they do our room and said we weren’t on their list. Only received housekeeping two out of the seven days we stayed. They didn’t vacuum also, and only remade the pullout bed once. The fridge was super loud when it would run also so be prepared for that. The breakfast was fairly good for a hotel breakfast. That was the best part of our stay.

Excellent location! Considered an airport hotel but about 10 minutes from DEN. Free Shuttle from the airport. Nice rooms, amenities, and free breakfast. There are food and drink options close by. Staff was very friendly. I would stay again if on a short layover.

We had a travel issue with a member of our party, and Monica at the front desk graciously helped us resolve the problem. Also, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Finally, the continental breakfast was quite tasty. We would definitely stay here again!

The clerk that greeted me upon arrival was genuinely kind and patient . The shuttle driver was courteous which is often not the case. And the room was absolutely perfect . The size was spacious ; a perfect table for my son to do his online schooling. The kitchen was spacious and clean. The bathroom was adequately stocked . The beds were comfortable . And the price was phenomenal . We were there only for a 15 hour layover from our flight but o wish we could have stayed longer . When flying into Denver or just having a long layover , this will definitely be my hotel of choice . It was the perfect place for my family of four .

Horrible service! Different colors of Hairs on both beds, got told no cleaning lady available to change the sheets! No one available at the front desk, waited for a long time, even the front staffs are just chitchatting at the back. No water available in the room, $5/bottle if you need water. Do not allow slight late check out even it’s not busy at all. All the staff gave us a strong feeling that they just don’t care about the customers.

Overbooked. After a long day of cancelled and delayed flights to checking and finding we didn’t have room to check into because of overbooking. Front desk person was very helpful tho. I wish I would have gotten her name.

We were only there for about 6 hours due to flight delays and wished we could stay longer! Comfy bed, extremely clean, and so convenient!!!

To check in earlier than 4pm they were going to charge $25. The breakfast ended too early, 9:30 on the weekend and 9am on the weekdays. Some of the light switches didn't work nor the electric for the drapes.

You’d think an airport hotel would have a reliable shuttle. They should plan properly or advertise limited shuttle. There is NO reason anyone would stay in this area unless they were on their way to or from the airport.

This hotel room was huge and perfect for our family. It even boasted a full kitchen! Highly recommended.

After numerous flight delays we had to overnight in Denver and we stayed at this Residence Inn. We were pleasantly surprised at how very clean and quiet this hotel was. The bedding and linens were top notch and the woman that checked us in could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need to be close to the airport.

We used the lobby breakfast area for a group “bring your own “ dinner when weather changes forced us out of the mountains and back to the airport area for flights home the next day. Staff was extremely helpful helping coordinate our group.

The suite I stayed in felt like a studio apartment, complete with dishes, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove, and a microwave. The staff should be a bit more professionalism in certain interactions would enhance the experience.

I love the property. Spacious, clean and updated. Breakfast buffet choices were great too. The only negative I would is why does the guest have to pay for parking . Not necessary.

Front receptionist was unfriendly and rude. The location always had sirens blaring at night. It felt unsafe. The only think good was the shuttle service to the airport. Otherwise, find somewhere else to stay.

I arrived with a party of 6 to Denver’s airport at local time 730pm. Took us more than 1 hour for us to be picked up. Shuttles sent were for only 10-15 people. Line was long and there was limited space for luggage. We called several times. The line was picked up and then we were put on hold. When I was doing the checking I noticed the person in the lobby (Viviana) was doing the same with other guests trying to reach out to hotel. I had a reservation at this hotel for my way back home which I cancelled already.

This hotel was accommodating for our (delayed) 2am arrival from the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I did not like psying for parking. Every thing else was sub-par.

Beautiful clean rooms, friendly, welcoming staff, exceptional continental breakfast options, with quick & convenient shuttle from airport. We arrived at midnight and the front desk clerk was super accommodating seeing that we had 4 adults and 2 children, offered extra pillows, blankets, etc…Check out isn’t until noon so we could also take advantage of the pool before we left. I would highly recommend!

It was what I expected since we have stayed before at the same franchise in different states. Breakfast was fine, pool was fine. The only problem and really wasn't a problem was just inconvenient was they were going to have work on the parking lot on Monday morning and the place was blocking off the parking on Saturday and just had to move cones and stuff out of the parking spaces.

One of my favorites I’ve stayed at around the airport. Clean, updated, easy parking and great pool.

Bed was terrible because of mattress quality it was sinking in middle so I had bad back issues 2of3 nights in my stay and they didn’t offer to do anything to help when I called to complain so won’t ever stay here again. Also Tons of bugs everywhere outside which was very annoying and hotel never called back from lost and found when dog left toy behind.

Next morning, we get to front desk and they say there is no reservation or shuttle service available. Didn’t bother to try and help us make other accommodations.

The airport shuttle and pool were most helpful during our stay. The property is also located close to the airport.

The room was clean. The bed and linens very fresh and comfortable. Only negative… my husband had the breakfast lady completely freak out at him because he was toasting a bagel 5 minutes before the breakfast officially opened! She was very rude.

Brand new, clean property. My only complaint is that they ran out of room for the airport shuttle for us. That’s a problem. We had to come up with our own transportation to the airport. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

I really appreciated the shuttle driver who picked us up at the Denver airport. There were some people who engaged in pushing and shoving and he handled an awkward situation very appropriately. I was less impressed with the front desk staff, who answered the phone brusquely and then when I arrived, he mumbled something unintelligible and walked away. He returned after a few minutes to check me in, but then the card keys did not open the room door. He was much more approachable when I returned to get card keys that worked. The breakfast was amazing, and the room layout and cleanliness were superb.

I stayed one night because it was close to the airport. I stay at Marriott hotels often. It was a little difficult to find. I drove past it twice, but finally spotted the sign. The address of the hotel did not show up on Waze. I had to call the hotel to confirm where it was located on Tower Rd. Once there, it became obvious because it is near the intersection of Tower Rd. and 67th behind the Circle K. This did not disappoint. It was up to Marriott standards -clean, comfortable, and convenient.
