Instead of properly resolving the issue, staff told us we could “just check out if we weren’t happy.” That response was unprofessional considering the multiple room issues we encountered. We booked expecting a clean, safe, and properly maintained room, and that standard was not met. Due to the condition of the rooms and how the situation was handled and still refusing to compensate us

First of all the amazing front desk service, a lady named Lena was super helpful and wish to support! The hotel location is in a good place and quite. Good restaurant are located near the Hotel. Add some soap, shampoo and some glasses in advance with out the need to ask. Breakfast is very bad!

My room was not cleaned before my arrival. There was hair in the tub, and bed. The receptionist did not give me any information about the hotel (cleaning days, laundry, breakfast, etc.) the receptionist was rarely ever at the front desk. No dishes or cups in the room you have to get it at front desk. Go somewhere else. I wish I could get a refund. I could’ve went somewhere else that was better.

The room was mediocre, could have been cleaner but for the price and location in Miami it was better than I initially thought. We were in a pinch due to a rebooked flight and this served its purpose for cheap. There’s also a great Cuban sandwich place across the street I highly recommend but they speak only Spanish. If you are able to order though it’s delicious.

I stepped in something that looked like feces in the room, and the whole building stink of cigarette smoke. The carpet in the hallways was nasty and stink. Never again.

The front desk clerk Mariela was great. The only downside were the pillows very small, uncomfortable extremely soft. Possibility of replacement for newer pillows.

this place was absolutely horrific. the pictures online versus the room we were actually given, did not match up. the lock was broken on the door, the lights barely worked, the tv was completely disconnected from the wall, the entire room AND hotel itself smelled like a cigar/hookah lounge, it was dirty, etc. I reported everything to thethe front desk and expressed my complaints and they only said “yes, we know about all of that. our staff has a lot of rooms, so basically things get fallen through the cracks with upkeep” he also said he wouldn’t feel safe as well staying in a room like that one we booked. he said to speak to expedia regarding a refund. which we did. expedia called the hotel, and the hotel denied a refund. I shouldn’t be paying for a hotel when I wasn’t safe, nor did I even stay at for 10 minutes. absolutely horrible place, trashy place, and filled with liars.

Located walking distance to some establishments for food and grocery. Quiet area except you can hear the airplanes because it is located near the airport. Amazing self service free breakfast at 6am-9:30am. I hate their pillows super thin, we asked for pillows but they didn't deliver it. They also have self service laundry for $4 wash and $4 drying.

Also the Breakfast need to upgrade if jou not be there early at 6 oclock in the morning you dont find nothing

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Miami, with everything nearby. Uber prices are reasonable, and the staff were super friendly. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit. Plus, there's a Walmart just a short walk away! 😊

Front desk staff has too many functions and never at the desk. They need a bell to get their attention. Also someone was able to check my room out hours before I was ready to leave. This is a security risk.

Rooms was clean the staff was very nice. Parking was free and ample space. Breakfast was very limited needs improvements to what is being offered. The hotel was centralized to eating places and near dolphin mall. Great place to stay will definitely return.

I have been 3 times in that particular location. This time I found my room with a light weed smelling. I know that smoking cigarettes in rooms are forbidden subject to a charge for cleaning, but smoking weed is the same. The hotel is very well located and a quiet place to stay and rest but that kind of things may get me to consider staying somewhere else next time. Thanks

My wife and I stayed at the Extended Stay America Premier Suites for 7 nights. This was our first stay at this property and we liked it right away. We like the fact that the property is located close to multiple dining options for breakfast or dinner. Twin Peaks, Pollo Tropical and Chipotle are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. A local Walmart is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room had a comfortable queen bed and kitchen. The rooms have black out roll down blinds so you may end up sleeping late. Be sure to get down to breakfast early to get your choice of available grab and go breakfast items. The route 87 bus stop is just a 3 minutes walk away from the property. From the same stop you can also catch the FREE Doral Trolley. I will definitely stay again at the Extended Stay America Premier Suites located at 87th Avenue and 21st Terrace.

I checked into the hotel and the room was small. It basically was a hotel room with a small kitchen instead of where the closet usually is. There was mold in the shower and bathroom. It definiely is not a place to stay for very long. Breakfast was very basic, pre packaged muffins and coffee.

This place is afordable for long stays, the staff was very helful. There are few areas for improvement to really offer what they describe in the web, they provide kitchen wares upon request and it is very limited, you have to ask for specific of what you need for your stay. Also breakfast is just pick and go coffe, moffins , the web does not describe that.

All of our clothes felt damp. The bed was awful - sheets had seen better days and the pillows were old and smelt like sweat. Towels although clean were old and thin. We used the hotel as a stop over for 3 nights and were only in the room evenings and nights. Each time you entered the room you were hit with the damp smell. We did not complain as our first language is English and not Spanish and the people on the desk did not seem too interested and seemed to have trouble understanding. As a plus - the laundry facility is very good and the morning grab and go coffee and muffins/breakfast bars were ok - although coffee was not the best. We would not choose to stay here again

Again we booked a queen bed and got 2 college dorm beds. My wife and i had to sleep in seperate beds seperated by a wall. Romantic trip right? Employees took responsibility and blamed hotels.com. Fix the problem to prevent!!!! Shower sucked. Shower head wasnt shoulder high and had to bend over to rinse off. No water pressure and room temperature water took 10 minutes to get room temperature. Breakfast included was nutragrqin bars and wrapped chocolate muffins and coffee. This isnt breakfast I wouldnt call this snacks. We paid almost $400 for one night. I wouldve expected more for $150. Terrible room with terrible service. Find somewhere else and better to stay

Very easy to check in, the room was nice and comfortable. I will say the continental breakfast was basically non-existent.

Bed was not too comfortable, pillows were different sizes and one has someone else's hair on it. Bathroom shower took a long time to heat up. Even near maximum setting, it was not that hot but just warm. The water did not drain well and was collecting while showering. Heater/AC was very noisy. Rooms showed its age. The eye hole on the door was big with no cover so we stuffed it with toilet paper. Breakfast was poor. Coffee ran out at 6:30am when it just opened. Selection was only a granola bar and packaged muffins. Hotel could do better. Not a happy camper! :(

Anyways, the room has no silverware, no cups, no napkins, no plates, no soap for the sink, no nothing. The cooktop was so old and rusted and brown it looks like it was never deep cleaned properly. The A.c in the room doesn’t stay on for long. Turns on and off after 5 minutes. The free breakfast in the morning was decent, coffee and some pre-packaged pastries along with 1 kind of fruit and oatmeal. Nothing fancy but it was something and I enjoyed it! The bad thing about this hotel is the HIGH INCIDENTAL FEE THEY TAKE. They require $100 a night incidentals and it’s a really old cheap out dated motel. Other hotels that are much nicer (Marriott brands) that are more luxury only ask from $20-$50 incidentals. Also, the room smelled like if someone had cooked fish in it. Strong odor of fried food and didn’t have a pleasant smell. The front desk agent wasn’t friendly either, I wasn’t greeted by my name upon check in. No complimentry items. Was given dirty forks, I had no soap to use to even clean the forks. I asked for To-Go silverware and was told they don’t use those. Overall a terrible experience and I’d never go back.

I like the fact we were able to drop our bags but it would have been better to have been able to check in earlier. I booked this hotel because I read it had shuttle services to airport and found out it didn't. Our food we had delivered was left on the floor outside our door. So our experience wasn't very welcoming.

Budget hotel picked for one night in Miami.

The elevator was filthy. There was only one working and on our last day both were broken. The shower needed a good scrubbing and some repairs. The breakfast was coffee, oatmeal, and a muffin. No yogurt, fruit or juice. It wasnt even a continental breakfast. Paid $225 a night for a hotel that had nothing worth the amout
