Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. Also the guests are respectful and keep quiet during quiet hours. The beds was clean and comfy. I slept very good. It's also located in a good place to get to anywhere you need to go within a reasonable time. Check out was just as smooth as check in with plenty of time to get to the airport to return the rental car and make my flight with extra time to spare.

Very clean and cozy. Exactly what we needed for one night. We had an event at the Syracuse Theater and the distance was decent as well. Sofa mattress could be better but the couch itself is an option to sleep on for a small person.

Breakfast was just ok nothing special.The hotel was located very close to a great restaurant and only a few minutes to my appointment destination. The room was comfortable and I was able to have a walk-in shower to use because I am an lower leg amputee and this type of shower works for my disability.

Excellent hotel. Hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. The manager, April, was incredible! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and put us in a beautiful room that was quiet and relaxing. Thank you April. Great experience. Highly recommend this hotel.

We did a "staycation" during school break, to allow the kids to experience a change, swim, and play games with friends. Our only complaint is that the pool is very small - it appears larger in the photos. Otherwise, the facilities were clean, the staff was *INCREDIBLE* - kind, helpful, generous, and really made our stay enjoyable. We loved the lobby area, where we could watch the Olympics and play some family games. We had a great time and really appreciate the ability to hang out in a fun location, swim during the winter, and enjoy our time together. The pool is very small.

The pool is not the best… it’s not for kids and the area is in is a little strange. The cleaning staff was rude and the breakfast was really bad the 2 days we were there. Pass on this one and is strange becuase the reviews seemed ok… super disappointed.

This hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown Syracuse and the state fair by car. It is very clean and quiet. Well-maintained. Breakfast is included. There are several other chain hotels nearby but not much else. You need to have a car. Staying here was a good choice.

The bed was so uncomfortable! I was in pain from the first night to checkout.

Renovated and clean property

Lady behind the counter at check in was geniunely friendly and welcoming. The hotel looked new. Our room was immaculate with an amazing huge shower. Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. I think I would come back just for that. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Excellent stay! The friendliest and most accommodating staff! Excellent breakfast buffet with many fresh, delicious and well-stocked options. Hands-down the best breakfast we've ever had at a Fairfield Inn. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and regulating the temperature in the room was easy to do. Overall, an excellent experience! Location was nice and quiet and is about a 15-minute drive to Syracuse University. We would definitely book again when in the area.

This place is so clean, so well taken care of, and very comfortable. The staff is AMAZING, friendly, so helpful. Everyone was so nice to my kids. The breakfast is awesome and so well stocked! The pool also great. Beds comfortable. Definitely the one to choose.

The room was clean. The breakfast was the best Marriott property breakfast I've ever had. The prices in the in house convenient store are way too high. $5.40 for a 20 oz Pepsi is through the roof.

Love that there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Also, a complimentary breakfast from 6:30-9:00 am with many options, not just bagels and fruit.

The hotel desk staff were great, very friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained. My only issue is that they clean out room for some reason after our first night.

Choose this hotel last minute as our planned hotel was smelly and dirty at check-in. This place was great, nicely lit, clean and spacious lobby. Front desk staff was very professional and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices.

This is a very well run and clean hotel, staff are very friedly and inviting - all smiles. - rooms were nice , interior is dated, but spotlessly clean. Good breakfast - has protein breakfast ( IE eggs and the meet of the day which rotates from day to day). Has a pool and work out area which are nice - although planetfitness is minutes away on erie blvd. This is not a stacation kinda place.

We had an emergency and couldn’t get to the motel. The emergency room at the hospital had no cell service so we couldn’t contact the motel. When I called the next day and asked if we could arrive a day late, they told me we didn’t come or call so we lost our money.

Disappointed that we made the reservation through Hotel.com because my husband is a Marriott member - but I was looking at ratings. We could not get points, but we had a wonderful stay. Friendly staff, clean and beautiful room and the breakfast was top notch.

This is a nice well located hotel. We had a few "issues" but they were minor and readily solved and not related to the property itself but company policy, the room ac temp bottomed out at 68 but when I asked about that at the front desk they immediately override the system allowing us to lower it to 64. (It was brutally humid this week). Also we needed to ask for the pillows for the sofa bed. They probably don't see much use so it's not surprising they didn't want to take up space with unnecessary items. Overall we liked the place and we will go back.

The staff was wonderful especially when handling a maintenance issue. The hotel is clean and love the spacious rooms. Would definitely stay again, thank you again to fantastic front desk staff!

If this isn’t a new hotel, they have kept it looking new. The style and comfort are superior to the typical hotel in this genre. The employees are so helpful and friendly that I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. Comfortable bed…spacious room…well managed and supplied breakfast. Business park location with plenty of parking. Rarely do I give top ratings, but I can find no flaws

The only issue is the price. It's a little expensive for what it is. Make no mistake, it's a pretty nice hotel, but it's basic and the area around it is pretty Barren and industrial. It should not be a slight on the hotel staff and facility, it's just an average hotel charging above average prices for the room.

Great hotel to spend a night at.

We arrived late at night and left early in the morning so my review is restricted to my room experience. The room was clean and tidy with an easily-managed thermostat. Everything was in working order with simple switches for lights and plenty of outlets for charging devices. Compared to my experiences at more expensive hotels, I found the bed to fit the budget, if you know what I mean, with a somewhat stiff and pedestrian feel. The pillows were not to my liking, but I understand that is really a personal choice item. Check in/out was trouble-free.

We had a great stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly. She answered all of our questions, chatted with us, and provided above and beyond service. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, and the tv had a lot of stations. The bathroom was well stocked, especially the shower. There was more than enough coffee in the morning. We will happily stay at a Fairfield Inn again in the future.

Ver nice hotel but we were asked if we wanted housekeeping services and when. We said yes we would like daily housekeeping services but unfortunately we received none. I don’t mind using the same towels 2 days in a row but it 4.

We just checked in about 10 min ago. The room is filthy. Like actually dirty. We just drove 5 hours and honestly cannot move right now. I’m not impressed. I do not know how this received so many good ratings on Expedia. I would love to share photos with you of the condition of the room. As an expedia gold and mariott gold elite I am not impressed.

The room was clean and large. But $250 for a room in the middle of nowhere Syracuse is incredibly overpriced in my opinion. Especially since I was woken up numerous times throughout the night from loud doors and a noisy hallway.
