The stay was just a quick night for graduation the next morning at Le Moyne. The person who checked us in was pleasant she got us extra towels and let us in the pool. Breakfast was good. Coffee was probably the best hotel coffee I’ve had in a while. The bathroom had some chipped paint but I’ve seen worse

We enjoyed the breakfast (nice selection) and the room was clean. We were disappointed that not all the bathroom 'fixins" had been refreshed and our sink did not drain. We also do not understand the bathroom 'barn doors' as it offers no sound privacy at all (why does the whole room need to hear everyone's bathroom business). We did like the large room but it was large enough for a couch and none existed. Thankful for the super friendly staff - really nice folks!!

We had a one night stay there, and it was perfect. We didn't arrive until the evening and were happy to find out the pool was open until later. Had time for a nice little nighttime dip. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great for my dogs. Had to pay extra $75 at property. The bathroom had very long dark hairs on walls and floor. Sawdust on the floor near bathroom door and moulding coming off the wall. I did show the staff as I didn't want to be blamed for the damage because of my dogs. Staff at checkout seemed unfazed about the suggestion that the room needed a better cleaning. There was a staff meeting in lobby and I believe the manager of housekeeping acted like sawdust on the floors was a normal occurrence. There were also beads on the floor from the previous guest. Obviously there was no vacuuming prior to our stay... Very loud at night from people running on 3rd floor above us all night. Great for dogs, very nice room if it was cleaner, hard to sleep secondary to noise. 2 areas w poopie bags, which was nice. Nice breakfast and breakfast attendant.

Front desk clerk!! I did not catch her name BUT wow her CUSTOMER service was BY FAR EXCELLENT!!! She was very welcoming super friendly and went over all the information that i needed.

Staff were rude. We asked for late checkout and they were knocking on the door at 1045 saying we had to leave. We had gotten approval for late checkout. There was pubic appearing hair in the “clean bathroom” upon arrival, floors dirty with debris in the corners and under the sink.

Staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable.

The first day no body wash. On our last night there, we noticed trash under the sofa, Doritos under the bedskirt, red stuff (don't know and don't care) on our down comforter. Also, the bathroom sink drain had lots of hair in it. I could see sloppiness with one thing but five issues. That's poor or lazy house keeping.

We had a problem checking in because Expedia hadn't sent over the payment yet, but Jackeline was working at the front desk and was extremely helpful, patient and kind. She was able to resolve a very unpleasant experience and we are very grateful to her.

Would rate almost perfect BUT a staff lady serving breakfast was an absolutely terrible human!!!! She was reposted to management and I never heard if she was spoken to etc. Will not stay there again just because of that one person that ruined it!!

The first room we were assigned wasn't cleaned, bed not made, no sheets available cleaning rags stuffed by the door. The second room we were assigned the TV did not work properly

We stayed here to be close to family for a family gathering. It was a wonderful stay!

Arrived back at the hotel hoping to grab an ice cold soda from the front desk pantry and the drinks were in a fridge that kept them lukewarm. Followed the signs on our floor to “vending and ice” and the room was empty with only a garbage can. Went down to 2 more floors and there was no vending machine to be found. The hotel is not really close to any convenience stores or shopping centres that would be open at 9pm so we weren’t able to get any refreshments on this hot summer night after a long day of travel. Disappointing amenities.

The nice thing was when my daughter had an pee accident, they were quick to clean it (it was not on a carpet).

Everything was dusty including the shelfs by elevator. Room was dirty and dusty. Fan in bathroom didn't work. The beds were so uncomfortable, seriously the worst we ever had! Tv has like 4 to 6 channels that worked. We got the bigger room so my 3 year old would have room to play and she had black feet from how dirty it was. I was so upset. And you charge for parking? Yes, ,olny 4 dollers but still, So crazy. Never again!

It was a great place to stay, the breakfast was really good & staff so friendly & helpful.

Check in went well. The problem was with the room itself. I began a thorough bed bug inspection immediately upon entry. I pulled one of the mattresses away from the headboard. I saw what appeared to be bed bug fecal matter and staining on the box spring encasement. The encasement had several small holes and tears all over. I alerted staff and they saw the evidence themselves. I booked another hotel for my party, 2 adults and 3 children, and left. I did receive a full refund and apology. However, it’s clear that housekeeping is seriously lacking. In addition to the bed bug fecal staining, there was old candy, a dirty paper plate and dried dog kibble on the floor.

They opened up a wall next to a room and there was mold all over. They should not have rented that room out.

Property was well maintained and typical of a Hampton Inn experience. However they are charging a $3 parking fee which seems unwarranted.

However, we chose a hotel with an indoor pool so my son could swim but the pool was freezing and a huge clump of hair ended up on my son’s arm while trying to swim in the ice cold water. Also, if you’re not on the top floor, you can hear people walking around in the room above you.

There was dog fur and dog food in the corner of the bathroom floor. I don't have a dog. People checked in with dogs and at 4am we were woken up with dogs barking loudly on the hallway. Between 4am and 7am the dogs barked, were getting taken outside and barked more when they came back in. It was ridiculous that they were on the same floor as us. While we were sitting in the dining breakfast area, a woman came in and placed her dirty dog food and water bowls on the counter where the tea and coffee were. It was disgusting as she had just been outside with her dogs. We informed the staff and the did sanitize the counter. It just felt dirty with the dogs being in the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. However I don't enjoy being on a trip and having it ruined by dogs!!

Opened the door to the room and were surprised how large and spacious it was. We’re a family of 4 with 2 mid/late teens so 2 queen beds were perfect for us. Huge seating area and a kitchenette. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. We are booked here again next week on our return journey

The staff was exceptional, they were very warm and inviting. The rooms, hallways and dining area. Where are you impeccably clean. My only negative was not having any luggage carts available.

The hotel was okay. The staff I interacted with were nice, especially the buffet cleaner lady. However, with the $300 plus mark up because of a kids event weekend, one would think there would have been some upgrades. My shower was either scalding or freezing, no middle ground. The sheets were meh, the toilet paper and Kleenex were like sandpaper, soap was meh, breakfast was okay, cleanliness was average for a mid hotel. For $139 per night it would have received 4 stars, but for almost $500 it was bottom of the barrel and I’m being generous with 2/3. Very saddened they also added a parking fee on top of the ridiculous jacked up price. Very sad to see hotels go this direction.

This place is not clean at all, our room was dirty, stains on sheets, pillow and duvet, bathroom was filthy, all the surfaces in the room were dusty.

Our first room was dirty, they understood and was no right I was just I wasn’t thinking about anything I was really nice at all except for which shoe color why do you think I walk out of the hallwayput us in another room upgraded to a suite so they say but the second room was dirty we were told we were going to be taken care of and we could trust them to leave the property and no communication since.

Registration staff was amazing! Very attentive and helpful. Poor was broken when we first got there, and repair man was coming that day. Lady at desk called us to tell us pool was back up because she knew our daughter was counting the minutes until she could go in. Would stay again!

From the moment we walked in the door, Tea made us feel at home! The reviews about the breakfast were right - it was excellent! Healthier options than we are used to seeing, and good coffee!!

The people that work at this Hampton are fantastic. Friendly and helpful. The front desk person, Tee, was outstanding with all the help she provided us. The gentleman cleaning in the evening, unfortunately we didn't get his name, was outstanding with the help he provided fir the get together we had that night.

I loved the walk-in shower, the comfortable bed and the wonderful chaise lounge in the king room.

Colleen behind the counter when we got there at 10 PM was absolutely wonderful. One of the nicest funniest people I’ve ever met. Our breakfast was delicious and the coffee was the best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel thank you.

Excellent choice for a shopping/tourist trip from Quebec. Suite was clean, beds very comfortable, personnel was helpful and friendly and they accommodated my gtluten-free restriction at breakfast. Would stay again !!

Great location, Needs updating. breakfast was great, staff was wonderful, lobby was inviting and pleasant. All other amenities were disappointing. Old tired bed linens and towels, carpeting in halls and room need replacing, furniture was old and worn, Bathrooms were fine and newer than the rest of the room. Basically the hotel needs serious renovation in the rooms. For $350 per nite, I expected more.

It was close to where we were going.It was nice.

While there were some issues checking in, the front desk staff member was incredibly helpful and was able to resolve the matter. However, the room was not in the best condition. The bathtub had a wet, used hand-washing towel on the soup plate, and there was hair all over the floor and ceiling (very odd). The bedsheet didn't look its best, with stains. Overall, it was a good enough stay for one night, but I might rethink returning as it's not a cheap booking.

WiFi was down and they couldn’t figure out how to give us a room. Had to drive 20 min to go find another hotel. Mind you it was about 12:30 am too. So that was not a fun surprise.

I have to say I was disappointed the property did not give us the clearness like the other Hampton inn, it might be just my room. When I ready to get to sleep I found the bath room floor has stain and the shower place still has hairs. The property is pretty new but the sound proof is a problem. I can hear my next door’s snoring during the night, plus the mattress was pretty beat up even they are just within 5 year old property. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast was pretty plain but clean.
