OK, this place here really surprise me. Everything was exceptional. I didn’t even think Hampton Inn suites could have a place so clean family friendly. The staff was great Front desk was exceptional. I have no complaints money well spent.

Room was pretty outdated. Bed wasn’t comfy. AC was far from bed even running at 60 didn’t keep the room cold. Lots of construction on the exit. Very run down sketchy area.

Stayed for a baseball tournament in Aberdeen. Close to the fields. Very quiet and clean. Comfortable beds. Would stay again if in the area.

The front desk was very polite and accommodating. The room and lobby were clean. Will stay here again.

Wonderful and helpful staff! When my car unexpectedly broke down in the parking lot, the staff let me stay in my room well past checkout time so I could sort things out with the car.

The finer cleaning details aren't paid attention to in this hotel. The desk in the queen suite was dirty and stained, the sink was clogged in the kitchenette. The pool floor is dirty. Breakfast is not impressive, some days we decided to go and pay for food elsewhere.

Right off the highway with plenty of parking. Room was okay although a little dated. The tub had a handicapped rail, but it was in an awkward spot. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast.

We stayed in the room with the jetted tub. It was everything! The room was clean, it did have a funny smell but we bought spray and it was fine. The room was gigantic, the pictures don’t even do it justice. I couldn’t figure out to start the jetted tub so my wife called and the staff came in literally 2 minutes. I will absolutely stay here again.

The best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed in. Super responsive staff. Looks like a newly renovated hotel that's quite frankly in a class above a typical Hampton Inn.

Given that I chose the hotel because it had a gym and good ratings I was really disappointed that all three treadmills were broken in different ways. The keycards to the hotel room just kept failing too. I had to get them to rescan them multiple times because they were losing magnetism….yet that rarely happens in other hotels. There is also no bar so nowhere to sit with my colleague to decompress so we had to walk up the road and find a place.

Very convenient to Copperplex. Restaurants in area. Can be very busy so we moved rooms to quieter location. Rooms and breakfast are a touch above basic and what you would expect with chain.

The king whirlpool suite was great, the bed super comfy, two different ACs (one for the living room and one for the bedroom side), the staff were wonderful (I really appreciated they don't say your room number out loud) and overall it was just a really great hotel. The breakfast was lacking but eh we didn't care. We would absolutely stay here again.

The first room where we stayed was big, comfortable and modern. The second one was smaller, the tv was old and small and it didn’t look as clean as the first one. The breakfast was very good but lacked gluten free options for my son.

Check in staff very nice and quick. Room was clean. The housekeepers were perfect sneaky ninja cleaners while we were out during the day and even made our daughters bed cute with their blankeys from home and stuffed animal on pillows. Breakfast changed slightly eat day, so several options hot and cold which was nice. There was winter weather, but they salted the sidewalks so no big deal. Well lit parking lot, felt safe. Would definately recommend for families or anyone travelling. We had a double queen suite and had lots of room for our family of 5. Its very easy to get to off the highway (95)and close to a lot of restaurants.

The room was great and reception was very kind. I'm very sensitive to noise-the room was so quiet. I gave it four (and a half but I couldn't do that!) stars, only because of the box system with heat/cold/fan, but I understand what a huge cost it would be to replace with HVAC. I'm cold natured anyway, so I had the fan on all night! Thank you for a great stay!

Why didn’t I make a complaint, you wonder? Because it wasn’t THAT bad. Also, after I mentioned I was given the wrong room, it was blamed on Expedia. So, why would they care about anything else? Evening staff welcomed us in nicely. Everyone else seemed miserable or unapproachable.

The refrigerator did not work or stopped working - lost over $50 in food. Told desk and worker shrugged and said would call but that never happened!

No sample sized toiletries in the bathroom. No extra toilet tissue. No Netflix or any streaming service available. Room was clean and bed’s comfortable but the heating unit was loud. We didn’t get to breakfast.

Had a great stay at this property right off of I-95. Loved the updated modern decor in the lobby and rooms. Was given a couple bottles of water at check-in. The room was comfortable and clean and in excellent condition. The staff at the front desk were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was decent, though the oatmeal had a strange flavor and the waffle batter had a mysterious dark liquid on top. Aside from that, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Close to Copperplex for sports tourney. Several teams and a group was pretty loud but the front desk immediately addressed the noise and even moved us to another room. Room and common areas were clean and organized. Breakfast had low sugar yogurt, lots of boxed cereals, waffle machine, etc.

The staff wasn’t to great I felt they didn’t go out there way with the pool temperature. Manger said a racist common about Hispanic people. Breakfast in the morning eggs wasn’t cook well I can go on and on but I would not book again with this location ever again .

Breakfast, lots of choices. Room was clean, new, and spacious. The stay would have been 100% perfect, but, in my opinion... the indoor pool air temp and water temp were too cold to enjoy a nice swim.

Key cards were a mess...it would take 6-8 swipes at the the outside door as well as the room door to get it to actual open. A/C went out in the middle of the night.

We rolled into town for a wedding and stayed two nights. Check-in started on the right foot—they handed us bottled water like we’d just crossed the desert, which felt about right after three hours in the car. The room was super clean, the shower had real water pressure (not that sad drizzle some places offer), and yes, hot water was abundant—hallelujah! Breakfast was included and had enough choices to satisfy even the pickiest eater (or indecisive spouse). And the best part? Our dog was greeted like a VIP guest. Tail wags all around. Would absolutely stay here again!

My room was fantastic except the tv stopped working my last night of my trip. And somehow even though when I left to go do things I shut the tv off. It would be on when I returned. Which was a bit odd. I never did figure out how that happened. I was there for 3 nights on the weekend, a holiday weekend at that. The hotel was quiet every night.

Stayed for one night, was adequate. No concerns on cleanliness or safety. Feel like it was a bit overpriced for the size and what it offered. Could not get the TV to properly work. Kept on saying it needed an HDMI cable. Remote didn't work, so only could see the one channel it was already on (even when trying buttons on side of TV). Would stay again, but only if it was a lot cheaper.

This property exceeded our expectations. Service was courteous and helpful, bedding smelled delightful and was squeaky clean, firm mattresses were incredibly comfortable, breakfast was complete with everything from biscuits with sausage and gravy to numerous types of individually boxed cereal, various roasts of coffee, waffles and pastries, but above all, the entire hotel was quiet and peaceful! Toiletries smelled like heaven. All around, a solid 10!
