The woman who checked me in (evening of 6-14-26) knew that we were going to miss the breakfast. So she gave us two, to-go breakfasts. That was such a sweet gesture and made our short stay so nice.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very accommodating. There were some items in my hotel room that were broken like the toilet paper handle but otherwise great room and close to airport. Keep in mind you will have to use multiple stops/transfers for public transpo so best to rent a car if you don't want to wait for bus or train arrivals. Quite far from where I wanted to go but that's more of a location issue than the hotel itself. Otherwise I liked my stay regardless

We generally love to stay in Hampton properties but were disappointed in this one. The staff were not accommodating (including the manager), the decor felt very basic, and we waited far too long to get out of parking lot while needing to get to airport. A manager had to resolve the issue with person up front (and long time up of customers waiting to get out). Compared to our stay at a competitor property 2 nights prior, this one was a disappointment. Wouldn't stay again.

Building was under “active interior renovation” leaking fire sprinklers, dirty carpets even in rooms. Reservation was garden tub with shower. Had a room with old scaling shallow tub. Room was stuffy with dusty/old smell no filtration. Thermostat was fixed at 68 degrees with no option for fan mode, no ceiling fan in room either. No parking at the hotel was available, made to park in neighboring garage by hotel management- “the businesses are closed on the weekends so you won’t get towed for parking there” then continued to charge parking fee. Just an awful experience all around and will not return to this hotel. Would not deserved even 1 star realistically.

Location is located very close to LAX. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast options were great considering there is no additional charge for breakfast. Please note that it is $30 a day for parking, however it was very convenient because of the in and out privileges and it was covered parking below ground. I would recommend this stay for the clean rooms, kind staff and proximity to LAX.

Fire alarm ran off at 2am. Fire in one of the hotel rooms. We had to run down the stairs. Several fire trucks on site. We waited for over an hour outside the hotel. Some guests had to change rooms. No staff explained to guests what happened.

Room had a musty smell (complained but not fixed during our stay), sticky floors, clogged sink (which was fixed once complained), broken toilet paper stand (pretty annoying), wear and tear on the furniture and vanity. In general felt that property could use some work. Parking at $30 per night is frankly rip off with every parking in the adjoining properties varying from $10-$15 per night.

That night, I barely slept. I kept waking up every hour, worried that something similar could happen again. I did ask for the parking fee to be waived, and while that was granted, I feel that given what we went through, more consideration should have been offered. I had to ask for any compensation myself, which added to the disappointment. Because of this experience, I now feel hesitant about booking another stay with Hilton. I will think twice.

When we arrived to check in, the hotel was overbooked. I had to wait in the lobby for an hour along with several other people. They let us know that we were going to get a walk letter, which meant that they would send us to another hotel but there was only one person at the front desk And his computer kept giving him problems. They were able to clean a room and we were able to stay there, but then when we went to park our car, there were no more hotel spaces available. The gentleman at the front desk allowed us to park in a red curb area, which was OK, but it did make me nervous that my car might get towed. Overall, not a good experience.

We had to catch a super early flight and we chose Hampton because grab and go breakfast would be available. When we got to the lobby, we observed staff splitting up the bags amongst themselves and when we asked for one they said there were none left. Mind you this was at 430am.

Good selection on breakfast; hotel reception area is spacious. Elevator flooring has broken floor. A nice hotel that cant maintain a safe looking and clean elevator; looks like 2 star hotel. Bedroom spacious but again there are hints of low maintainance: peeling paper wall in the washroom, glue on old installation not removed. It is a nice hotel but maintenace seems a low grade service. I hope whrn I come back, the elevator floor is changed.

The shower was not working, the sink was clogged and the hand soap dispenser was empty. We contacted the front desk and they said the maintenance will be there in an hour. I arrived to check in around 11am after an early morning flight. The man at the desk said “Even if the room is ready there will be a $75 early check in fee”. I’ve stayed at several Hampton Inns before, not to mention other hotel chains, and have never been charged or presented with an early check in fee. I refused to pay that so I had to go kill time for 4 hours prior to trying again at 3:00.

Very quiet from properly sealed doors and windows. I am at another hotel and the doors have a gap at the bottom and the windows are thin. Not an issue at Hamptons. Small, quiet and clean. The happy hour is $2 off drinks and two items - so not that great but ok if you don't want to tack on uber fees to HR elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean. I like the fact that there was a small refrigerator was in the room. I wish there was a microwave but a microwave was available outside the room. The only thing I didnt like was the $30 a day parking fee. $30??? That fee per day to park at a hotel I am staying is insane. I recommend the hotel for the cleanliness, the friendly staff, indoor pool and gym. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The check-in was extremely slow, with only one employee (Adrian) working. He seemed completely unprepared and unfriendly, providing no information about breakfast hours, Wi-Fi, parking, or housekeeping services. On the second day, we requested room cleaning before leaving in the morning, and the front desk staff confirmed it would be done that day. When we returned at night, nothing had been cleaned — not even the trash or towels. When I asked about it at the reception, the same employee, Adrian, responded rudely and blamed me, saying it wasn’t scheduled and that guests should know the hotel’s rule of booking housekeeping 24 hours in advance. Ironically, he was the same person who checked us in and never mentioned that policy. Another terrible point is that some rooms have a connecting door in the middle, so there is no sound privacy at all. We could hear everything from the next room as if the people were inside ours. Breakfast was also disappointing — very limited and poor quality. They didn’t even offer basic items like scrambled eggs or bacon, just a processed omelet served every day.

I cant believe that expedia let me down and the whole situation was awfull. Expedia did not get my booking reserved and even though i confirmed the booking i arrive to the hotel and no reservation showed so i was being charged full friday price did not stay and went elsewhere poor service all the way around

Great stay except that the pull out bed was not clean, found some m&m candies on the couch, fitted sheet had stained. Front desk informed and housekeeping came right away to clean the bed.

Rooms were clean & the provided bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion & liquid hand soap) smelled amazing!! Customer Service was friendly and very accommodating, especially when we wanted to extend our stay and remain in the same rooms.

There were bugs crawling on the wall and went into a crack. Called front desk they said come down we will give you another room. Our room was a disability room and we for the same. They did not give us a Disabilty room. And we had to live our stuff. I would never recommend that location.

Room 212 has great water pressure and heat for shower. Every room here is comfortable and clean. Just noticable difference is this rooms shower/tub pressure and water temp was amazing. Room 301 shower only not near as good pressure and temperature.

When I checked my email, I saw two messages from the hotel: the first confirming my booking, and the second—sent just two minutes later—stating that they had discontinued their shuttle service as of 1/1/22. At that point, I immediately contacted Expedia to cancel and ended up taking the Westin shuttle and paying for a room there instead. Expedia reached out to the hotel, but the hotel refused to issue a refund, claiming the information was on their website. However, I booked through Expedia, where no such notice was clear, and I had every expectation of a shuttle. Had I known otherwise, I never would have booked. If possible, I would rate this hotel zero stars.

That said, the rest of the stay was great! The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We had a small issue, but Nattamon helped us through text, which was quick and efficient — really appreciated that. Breakfast was a highlight with lots of options: cereal, oatmeal, waffles, and a hot spread with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Everything tasted great. Overall, a solid experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Upon checking in, we were caught off guard by the security deposit that $30 a day parking comes out of. The rest is refunded after checkout. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We had an issue with the room's nightstand outlet not working to charge our phones and the front desk staff moved swiftly with placing us in another room. The room attendants were very nice and helpful with supplying linen when requested. There were no bathroom fans or overhead sink lighting in either rooms but the hot water and pressure worked great. The breakfast was also good for the most part.

Stayed here overnight for the first time while attending a concert at the BMO Stadium! My family and I will definitely stay here again! Comapred to other hotels, Hampton Inn & Suites LAX El Segundo offered complimentary breakfast with a nice selection. Indoor pool was nice but unfortunately we didn’t get to take advantage of. Brought our own shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion and ended up not using ours because bathroom amenities smelled nice and used them instead! Overall cleanliness and convenience of parking and location felt safe which is a plus!

I stayed here in a King Suite with my daughter for a concert and ths BMO. All the staff I encountered was really friendly and helpful. I was worried it might be noisy being so close to the airport, but I didn't hear a single plane. The room was spacious and very clean. I was able to watch tv on one side while she relaxed/slept on the other side. I have a Sleep Number bed at home and the bed here was very comfortable, no back issues for me in the morning. I'm pretty sure the rooms are sound proof too which was nice. The amenities looked great (gym, pool), but we didn't use them. The breakfast buffet was decent, had plenty of options, kept restocked, and it did the job. Check out was at 12pm which I loved and upon exiting the facility, if you make a u-turn, there is a grocery store down the way and PLENTY of food options along that road. The only thing that I did have a small issue with was the parking. It was full and the only spots that were available weren't parkable because oversized Trucks/SUVs, but the woman at the front desk was really kind and met me down in the parking structure. Where she showed me a makeshift spot I could park, so it ended up being fine. If you find yourself in the same predicament, just be nice and ask for assistance. Oh, and the parking garage cat was adorable as well, if only it would have let me pet them! I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you have children (of any age) and I will be booking this hotel for my future LA stays.

Generally American food is substandard to other countries eg Europe and Australia. The coffee, fruit juices, breads, cereals are all basic in comparison. So we didn’t enjoy it.

We had a great stay. The breakfast was great, the restaurant was a bit pricey, very little choices and just ok. Parking was horrible and you do pay $30/day. If you leave and come back in the evening...good luck finding a spot.

First, when we arrived at the property and went to the front desk, the manager Renée approached us and I gave him my information and he refused to let us check in and also Dana saying that we that they did not take cash and there were races. we didn’t receive a room that we ordered. It had no sun in tub in it. It did not have a full refrigerator And the whole day was horrible and then at the end of the day on the side it says that I would receive a receipt at the end of our stay so I requested one and they told me no, and it was a big argument because I needed it for tax purposes and they refuse to give me a receipt and told me to contact you the property And also in regards to we were not accommodated in any kind of way and so I’m looking for some type of accommodation or refund from Hotels.com

They ran out of food by 9am and breakfast ends at 10am. We had to leave sight and get breakfast Parking was a nightmare and we searched for a spot for over 30minutes on one of our two nights. Room smelled terrible. Stench was coming from bathroom sink when water was on. All towels were yellow. We purchased snacks and drinks at the desk and the staff gave me a hard time for using cash saying, it’s easier for me to use card, can you just use a card. There were not pillows or blankets for the pull out couch.

We had a great stay. The staff were nice and the breakfast was convienient. Our negatives were just the low pressure of the shower, our sink drained incredibly slow, and there weren't many safe gluten free options at the breakfast for celiacs. But those were all small issues. Everything else was great.

I was laying in bed watching tv when a roach crawled onto the dresser where the tv is. So disgusting I stayed here because all reviews say it’s clean. Well it’s not, literally slept in my car after seeing that.

The Hotel and the staff were great. It was very convenient to get to our long stay parking lot and it was close to LAX The area around the hotel was alittle scary with several homeless people, but the hotel it self was good and safe. The ponly problem I had was the cost of parking and the larger hold they put on my credit card. The room was paided for they didn't need to put a $30 charge for parking and a $100 hold on the card. It took 4 days after we checked out for the hold to be lifted. Asked about parking our car there for the time we would be gone and again it was $30 a day to park that is just crazy to charge that. . Other than that it was ap good stay
