Jasmine was a lifesaver for us: we were having a problem booking a ride to LAX and she found a ride asap. She was delightful; give her a raise. Maid service was excellent, and the breakfast bar was amazing.

Very clean facility! Breakfast was decent, with a fair amount of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great location if looking for something near the beaches. Thanks!

Overall the place was very good, the beds are comfortable and the room was clean, the only issue with the room I was given was the noise from the street, but if the noise from the cars passing by don’t bother you, then it’s not a problem, very recommended and excellent location if you’re looking to stay near the beach.

This property was excellent for our needs. My son was working to set up Beach Life festival at Redondo Beach pier. It was close, convenient, safe & comfortable. Morning breakfast was good. Phuket Thai next door was great for dinner.

This property is in the heart of Hermosa Beach. Within walking distance, you can get to the beach, a Trader Joe’s, and many other little locations. Breakfast is decent and there is a lot of of selection. There is a pool, but you’re only a five minute walking distance from the beach so it might be more fun to spend some time in the ocean.

The property was super nice and the location is amazing. Close to redondo beach pier. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing, they had bacon/sausage, eggs, pancakes, fruits, cereals, and so much more. 24/7 coffee/tea machine. Pool is heated and also indoor, spa was perfect. Everyone was just super friendly and smiling. They also have a snack shop to purchase anytime. We really enjoyed it and definitely coming back.

First off thank you to Maria V. She was helpful and polite from beginning to end. The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff was very considerate and greeted at all times with a smile on their face, breakfast was really good. What I would advise is cleaning that pool and Jacuzzi, it was yellow and dirty.

The morning breakfast is quite good. If you forgot or need anything, CVS is right next door. Also, helps if you need some cash without the fees. Rooms are clean. Felt safe. The entire staff staff is so kind and accommodating! I stayed in a room on the third floor at the end of hall and the view of the sunset was beautiful! Hopefully, will return next year and definitely will stay again...

My mother has severe asthma and it’s near impossible to find a hotel that doesn’t take pets. She was able to stay here without issue!

Overall, the property was excellent. The facilities were convenient. Too few hotels include a microwave and a refrigerator in the rooms anymore. Yours did and we needed them. However, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low to the point it was almost unusable. This was room 306.

Rooms are very nosy and we could not sleep. Windows do not block out the very noisy street (PCH) directly outside property. There was no warning on this and despite the hotel being quiet, we were not offered rooms on the quiet side (2 rooms booked). Toilers did not flush properly in either room and we were informed there was low water flow. As we booked with Expedia we were informed that the hotel could not offer appropriate compensation.

We hardly slept a wink all night due to the traffic noise along PCH. Be advised to ask for a room on the “quiet” side of the hotel!

I’m a Hilton Honors Gold member and paid over $200 for my stay at this Embassy Suites. The room was infested with roaches — on the counter, the walls, and even on my towel. None of us felt comfortable showering or using the bathroom. Basic amenities like conditioner were also missing.

I loved being on the 3rd floor, but i didnt like we were on the busy street side. Had a balcony but why would you sit out there, to watch the traffic? I will stay there again but specifically request the other side.

I liked that the hotel offers parking and breakfast at not additional cost. Nearby hotels make you pay for these extras.

A hidden gem. I almost don't want to boast about this place or everyone will flock here and prices will soar but I can't gate keep. This will definitely be the hotel I will stay at the next time I'm in the LA area. It's so close to the beach, affordable and clean. Kid friendly and great breakfast. The staff were kind and helpful. Parking was perfect and free! So many great food options nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable the blackout curtain was a Godsend for the bright signage lighting on the property next door. The property is older could use a refreshing being a beach city, I was a little disappointed that it was so unimpressive and the jacuzzi area needs a privacy screen/curtain for privacy from the public walking the public sidewalk especially at night.

Elevator is slow

Room was clean and well put together. The only downfall was the water in the shower took a bit long to get hot and was being worked on during our visit. Other than that, it’s a great location within walking distance to the pier and local to all the tourist things we did.

I like the fact that the room has a mini microwave and mini fridge, and a very comfortable couch/end table for reading. And free coffee/tea in the lobby throughout the day. The hotel is pretty close to the beach.

Hermosa Beach is a wonderful safe place to stay while you explore Malibu, Long Beach, and the surrounding area! This hotel was really great. The staff was friendly at all hours. There was a flat pillow and a squishy pillow- I prefer the flat so was pleasantly surprised to get my preference. Air conditioning was quiet. Trader Joe’s and Dunkin in walking distance 👍 and for walkers and runners - and people watchers the beach has a perfect paved path. I will stay here again for sure- highly recommend!
