    Let’s just say was given a room on second floor without a working toilet that was filled with poo this was done with the knowledge that they had a 1st floor option that was clean and ready to go and that they had no elevators and we had 7 pieces of luggage.

    The room was pretty nasty. Towels dirty, sheets pillow cases stained and dirty, duvet had blood stains, the toilet was dirty. Someone came to my room at 1 am and tried to get in, that person sounded mad and he kept hitting my door for like 10 seconds

    The bathroom switch didnt work, the vent in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling, the fridge was not working and smelled like rancid food, the hallways wreaked of cigarettes and garbage, the outlets in the room were loose, the ac would kick on and off and was not maintaining room temperature, the sheets had holes in them and some of the towels smelled mildewy. Great place to check in for prostitution or drugs I guess. They make you give them a $60 cash deposit while checking in, which I didnt find on the website prior to checking in. Pictures are full blown lie. This place is dirt

    I asked for a refund at the front desk because that was the second room giving us issues. And the man raised his voice at me, laughed saying “what refund” mockingly, and didn’t calm down until my partner who is a man talked to him. Only reason we got a refund was due to escalation. The overall inn seems to be sketchy and in need of renovation. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the lady at the front desk and the older gentlemen were kind.

    We ended up not staying here. It was sketchy as can be. They wanted a cash deposit. The hotel staff was behind plexiglass. No knob on the bathroom door in the lobby. Random furniture and broken vending machines in the hallway. We canceled our reservation even though we knew we would be charged for a night. I just couldn’t feel comfortable staying here with my young kids.

    Door barely locked, urine smell in room, bugs on sink and food crumbs on dresser. Weed smell everywhere, and scary residents opening doors, looking around in the hallway and then retreating back into their room. Desk clerk spoke 0.01% English. They take a cash deposit and make you wait to get it back while they go check your room.

    Online it said there was free breakfast and pool. Had neither, all the snack machines said out of service, the towels smelled like mold, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept on. The TV remote was broke and the smell in the hall ways was of weed, mildew and indian food. Refrigerator didnt keep cold and the shower took forever to get warm water. The shampoo and soap dispensers were broke. Will not be back. Plus they ask for a $60 cash deposit that was not mentioned anywhere. Almost left without it. Wonder how many ppl forget just so they can bank on it. Will not be back ever. Stay anywhere else but here unless your a crackhead or a trick looking for hookers in the parking lot.

    The pictures on Expedia of this property are very deceiving. The property is filthy, not maintained at all, everything here is broken and out of order. The linen is dirty had to go buy my own, the refrigerator doesn’t cool enough, toilet had urine stains on the seat the tub had public hair in it. Shame on Expedia for even offering this property. Definitely not worth what I paid at the very minimum it’s worth $40. The house keepers are senior citizens and I was not able to check in at 3:00pm but rather 45 minutes late which made me late to the event I was here for. Also our room had an abundant amount of fruit flies. If I was able to give no stars I would have.

    We make the reservation online, when we first got there we weren’t sure if it was the right place , in the online pictures looks clean and nice , in person is dirty , when we get to the front desk the girl ask for our ID my husband handle it to her ,it seems that she pull his information and then she says that they never get the reservation, and anyway they don’t have more rooms available, she tell us that the app we use will refund us our money, which we haven’t been refunded

    Sink sites outside the bathroom next to the entry door. Iron but no ironing board. Towels had hair in them. Blow dryer attached ton the wall by the sink with no electrical plug to use it. I couldn’t pay with the Hotels gift card, had to put a cash deposit. And they advertise breakfast but definitely don’t have it and posted that they don’t serve breakfast.

    Condemnation sticker on the door to the breakfast nook tells me everything about how much the owners care about appearance and customer service. They haven’t vacuumed common areas in weeks. Countless drywall damage and peeling paint throughout the building. Vending machines are empty because they are all broken. My bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth are 3 different shades of a beige/yellow hybrid. I might wait to shower until I get home instead of doing that here. Less than 25 miles from Chicago and only a few hundred feet from I 90, the surrounding area has all the dining, retail and recreation you want and need.

    It's not what I thought it was going to be. I was very disappointed in the rules, the towels,the bath tub was very slippery and I feel out of it as I was trying to keep my balance. I had to place a hand towel down so that I could shower safely.

    Checked out the same night. The entire hotel was under construction. All the doors were open and birds were flying in the halls. They charge a $60 refundable cash-only deposit. Then go inspect the room after you want to check out to make sure you didn't ruin it. The rooms smelled old and musty. The bed was not comfortable and smelled funny. Bathroom was not clean. I wouldn't suggest any one stay here unless they absolutely had to.

    I walked into the lobby and immediately noticed that one of the hotel guests was smoking indoors. The check-in process was confusing, as they required me to provide $60 in cash for the incidental hold. I did not have the cash on me, so I had to go to an ATM, which had a high fee. In the moment, I did not feel confident I would even receive the cash back upon check-out (I did, no problem). When I finally got into my room, I felt a bit better, as the bed and sheets seemed clean. The room was generally OK, except for the bathroom. The sink and counter area was dirty. The toilet also did not look like it had been cleaned in a while. The shower was scary. I didn’t really use the bathroom at all, and decided to shower at a nearby gym the next morning instead. Overall, my stay was generally pretty unpleasant, but you get what you pay for. Next time I would stay at a different hotel and pay 20 or $30 more per night. It’s simply not worth the money to stay here, when significantly better options are available for just a little bit more. Avoid this place.

    I searched for cheapest near Chicago, so this is my fault.     Honestly, for the price I can’t complain but it did smell like cigarettes. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and there wasn’t very much light in the room except for like 3 lamps. A $60 deposit was asked for when we arrived which we were not made aware of but we got our money back so again, can’t complain. Overall, there is definitely better out there.

    I loved the high ceilings in our room. However, our key card kept messing up and they were blaming us for it. There are no elevators so that was a little inconvenient. Also, all laundry was out of order as well as the ice machine on my floor.

    The property is creepy. The hallways have multiple odors and you can’t get in one of the side doors w a key card. Further more my room shower didn’t work at all and honestly even if it did I didn’t want to use the shower because it was disgusting. I tried to tell the front desk but when the lady came to my room she told me there was nothing she could do about it and didn’t get me a new room or reimburse me any money from my stay. Nor did they offer at least a free night at another location! I would not recommend to anyone ever! Please never stay here I’d trust red roof before this place

    This property is absolutely disgusting. There was pubic hair all over the shower, dirty yellow half folder towels, no AC, the pool was condemned, stains on the couch and bedding, there was marijuana smoke in the building, the front desk refused to refund our stay even after we showed them the issues. I was still charged. We did not even stay,we left and went to a different hotel. We had 5 children with and we were not staying there. There was also some tweaker guy who kept knocking on the hotel door when my husband and I were down in the lobby trying to deal with the issues. My children were terrified and sobbing. Absolutely DO NOT STAY THERE.

    I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time I was in that building. Nothing was clean and it smelled like sweat and rubber, almost like a roller rink or a hockey rink. One of the rooms next to us had a sheet put under the door and it was like that the entire time we where there, the cleaning lady skipped over the room itself. They falsely advertised breakfast on their website, there is none. The room itself was disgusting. The bathroom didn't have any toilet paper in it other than the half roll that was left from the people before us. The water pipes where exposed in the bathroom and the soap in the shower and the sink where in crusted covered dispensers. The lamp shades in the room where all broken and the bed looked like the sheets hadn't been changed. We slept in the car and got a different room for the second night even though they wouldn't give me my money back. -10/10 do not stay here you will regret it and loose your money.

    Very disappointing. I wasn’t expecting tons for the price but the room was bad. The drawers in the dresser were gross. The comforter was stained. The bench by the bed was stained. The whole room desperately needed painting. The grout in the tub was falling out. The weather strip on the mini fridge was falling off, you had to hold it up so you could shut the door. Also I thought it was extremely unsafe that the rear door to the hotel was unlocked. The card access was apparently broken. Oh yes, someone ran into the overhang outside of the office, and a large pillar was leaning, and the whole corner of the overhang was held up by two two by fours. They didn’t have the area blocked off. Oh yes, the pool was down, and there was no continental breakfast. I’m not sure what the $5 “resort” fee was for!

    It was honestly disgusting. The sheets were dirty, honestly feared getting bed bugs. Then things were falling off the wall in the bathroom there was hair in the bathtub/shower. Paint was falling off the ceiling. The TV was mounted crooked. I honestly felt embarrassed bringing my wife there because it was in such a poor condition. Do yourself a favor and spend the 10 extra dollars and go somewhere else

    My stay sucked, first of all the place was a dump...and second the guy didnt understand me he was from India..I asked for a wash cloth and he never gave me any then I asked for another towel because the ones I had were nasty and stained so bad. The bed was horrible. One room had cable and the other had Hulu. I wanted a room with cable and the guy never helped me, he ignored my request. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN EVER!!

    There were stains on the bed sheets, the bathtub had rust, there was a used bar of soap left behind. The bathroom had holes on the shower head and the clínex box on the wall. I talked to management about the issues and asked if we could get another room, he removed the used bar of soap and said there you can still use it, I mention to him that the bathtub had rust and it looked, he kept On telling me that it was ok after going back and forth he finally said ok you’ll get another room. My wife whose pregnant and I shouldn’t be dealing with a dirty room and still argue that it’s ok for the room to be in such conditions and wanting us to stay in a dirty room. I will never go back and don’t recommend it.

    Filthy hotel! Sticky carpets and stained bedding. Should be reported to the health department! Not even worth 1 star! Spend a little extra for a better hotel to not get ripped off! So so gross!!!

    Terrible. Bathroom in room disgusting, bed sheets had stains all over. Bed was broken. Water out of shower head had no pressure took 30 mins to shower to get all soap off.

    However the only reason we booked here is that they have a pool for the kids. When wr got here they told us the pool was closed. That should have been on the website. Completely ruined our trip for the kids. Will never stay here again. Plus there is no breakfast in the mornings either.

    Checked in with my reservation & was given a room key. Clerk said it was for 103 but it worked on 203 instead. Let for an event at 5:30pm & returned at 2:30am to find out they switched my room & gave 203 to someone else. They DID NOT remove my belongings before they assigned the room to someone else!!!!! When first confronted about my property still being in 203 where the new customer was assigned, the clerk didn’t want to go up & wake them to retrieve my belongings that were still there. The clerk eventually did knock on the door & I was able to get my stuff that was still in the room that I was assigned then switched while I was away. WILL NEVER stay there again!!! There was another guest having issues with a room as well.

    They didn’t have one of our rooms. It smelled really bad. The carpets were dirty. The couch was dirty. Just overall disgusting

    It was the worst hotel I have been in. Mold in the coffee maker. No soap in shower. No wash clothes. 2 towel in a room that sleeps 4. They were supposed to have contential breakfast. And there was a sign up for no breakfast served. Then got up in the morning . Found a dead spider in our bed. And half the chargers and plugins in room didn't work.

    The hotel was fine for me being solo, but with that said if traveling with family go else where cause there is no breakfast anything, and the pool is not open or even close to being open. no exercise facilities either.
