Was very noisy, between the constant walking around in the room above us, and from what sounded like laundry machines going at night. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful though. Updated older building.

Breakfast was just waffles, yogurt, and white bread. Nothing else. Entire place smells like cigarettes and curry. Stains on the floor. Paper thin doors so you hear any small noise in the hallway. Hence the cheap price, so just know what you are booking

It is near the location of our event. The first room has a broken light so they change our room. The staff was noisy late at night. Sometimes the smell at the hallway is not nice.

Beds were clean. Hole in door to bathroom, I was concerned I would be charged for it. A bit of scum and grime in the bathroom that needed a little more attention. Was very quiet and pleasant. Enjoyed having the iron and blow dryer to get ready to attend a wedding.

Said it was a non smoking room. I could smell cigarettes in the room and could also the next morning. I would have asked to change rooms but we were only sleeping there for 1 night.

Location was good...close to highway, nice restaurant, gas station and Dunkin Donuts located nearby. Plenty of television channels. Bed and pillows were better than most hotels. Had to pay an extra .24 cents at check-in because they said that "booking.com does not charge right". Check-in was long and confusing even though I had booked online. Light over mirror in room did not work so was very dark (light switch was broken).

The breakfast is better than nothing but it is heavy on sugar and carbs and the breads seem like cheap store bought. It would be nice if there were at least eggs or if the bread was more bakery style.

I would like a refund!

A solid hotel. No frills, just a good, clean, economical experience.

No complaints save for the pillows on the bed, which were small, lumpy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep soundly. Everything else was perfectly acceptable for the price point.

My stay was good. The check in & out was quick and simple. The staff was nice and helpful. I stayed a couple of days and found out after each day you have to get your key card reactivated.

The room was clean and kept. All items in the room were updated and worked as expected. The breakfast is very basic, perhaps a touch above a continental. Plenty of choices in the area. We would stay again if we were in similar circumstances.

A place is safe and quite convenient walkable places to get around the area. Also they serve good breakfast meals.

Hotel was fine clean noisy guests sounded like a elephant on methamphetamines was staying above me and people around my room were coming and going all night long complained to the front desk person and the guy above lied and said he was sitting in the chair meditating this was at 3:30 am after being woken up the 2nd time.. ridiculous. People need to realize this is a hotel with guests you need to pace or walk around do it outside or the tollway is within walking distance.. 🤔 it's Saturday morning folks start the housekeeping a tad later people Wana sleep in especially when they didnt sleep well!!!! I won't be back!!

The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Just what I needed after a long drive. The nonsmoking room reeked of pot. Very strong odor. Other than the smell the room was just what I needed.

The person behind the counter wasn’t rude but not at all friendly. The carpet was sticky, there was no conditioner, and the towels felt like sandpaper. They only has a waffle machine, coffee and orange juice. I wasn’t expecting much but perhaps some fruit or a cheap muffin for those who don’t eat waffles. I am pretty sure the hotel across the parking lot was $10 more and would have been a better stay. It was disappointing even for a cheap hotel.

Absolutely would never stay at a hotel through them again let alone book through you’re app again. Not only did they refuse our service I was insulted.. asked my cc card limit … refused to let us even stay. We booked a 2 Queen bed room. When we walked in with our 2 kids they told us we only said 2 ppl and our kids were not allowed. We then tried to book another room with 4 ppl but with ya already paying for the first hotel room our card was declined. He then stated we need to have More credit line… absolutely disgusting service. We will never go through hotels. Com again let alone a super 8. I will contact everyone I can to make sure I am not charged.

the property had been booked as pay-when- you arrive. But we received an alert from our credit card company that our card had been declined at the property early in the afternoon. When I called, the manager told us they were just checking to see if the card was valid and it was not pay upon arrival. Yet the card company reached us using that number and it worked when I gave it to him over the phone. If I had missed that email we would have not had a place to stay on a busy Friday night in Chicago. Expedia and the management need to figure out a way to make sure this practice DOES NOT continue. There are times when I am traveling that I do not have time to check emails and I am unlikely to use expedia and/or Super 8 again because of this problem

the Breakfast was non-existent and on the first morning, Sunday morning the Orange juice was just water.. -

No Wifi, no breakfast which was not good but I wish they would have told us at check in so we could have made other arrangements. But they actually told us breakfast would be from 6-9. The bathroom floor and shower were very slippery. Think it was related to the cleaning solution. But I can overlook it all because the water pressure in the shower was fabulous.

The showers was at best luke warm even when running the water for at least 5 min. The shower head was also leaking and shooting up against the wall, which I alerted the front desk to at checkout.

The only word that i can use in reference to the Super 8 by Wyndham is dry. I stayed there two nights and all i experienced was the bed, the bathroom, and the small TV. The only highlight was my walk across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn next door to eat and drink at the Bennigan's that is on their property. Then, it rained on me as I walked back. Also, it took them Super 8 three days to get me a receipt.

Advertisement said continental breakfast and there was nothing because of Covid. Super 8 failed big time and could have made different arrangements and let customers take things back to there rooms. wrap danish, have fruit, cereal and milk and coffee. I asked for extra coffee and only received 1 to make in the room. Maybe look at competitors to see what they have done. Will never book again with Super 8

The tub-showers are very slippery. This is no place for elderly or folks with balance problems. The advertised morning breakfast was virtually nothing. Not even fresh coffee. All other hotels in the immediate area offered breakfast. I checked. I could hear the people above us walking around. All in all a cheap hotel that doesn't deliver on its advertised amenities.

It was very clean and comfortable. However, the man working the front desk had just clearly never done so before and was on the phone with someone the entire 30 minutes it took for him to finalize my online reservation and give a key.

Everything was fine, except our bathroom door somehow locked itself shut and the front desk just handed us a paper clip to open it, which didn't work, so we had to break into our bathroom with a credit card.

VERY DISAPPOINTED that this motel is still in business.

The man at the front desk was very rude and seemed angry. He than threw my elderly father out of the hotel who was there to check me in. He wouldn't even let him walk me to my room. He was yelling at me and my father. No where did it say on any signs or anything we signed that we couldn't have guests at the hotel. And I thought most hotel bookings included two adults anyway. It's not worth the ten or twenty dollar price difference at the nicer hotels.

The room was ok, but the staff specifically the front desk was horrible. Charged the wrong card for the room and then had to fight with them to get the charge on the proper room. During this time both cards had a hold on them for the room.

I was very displeased with my check-in. As I booked online and then had to wait almost 45 minutes to get into a room. Then I was harassed in the morning at check-out about signing, giving my credit card and ID again. So No I will not be returning again!

I requested extra towels and extra pillows, and it said I had to let them know about 1 hours before for any special request but I let them 2-3 and they still didn’t do any of that, my room was ok besides the fact that the bathroom was dirty and smelled like weed and made me partners asthma act up cus of it

The stay was good, the noise of the construction of I which was the breakfast area, which was in my opinion fine, didn’t really hear too much of that, so I honestly have no complaints

The property is being remodeled, so aside from the place being torn up, the staff was friendly, clean and enjoyed having a micro and fridge, however, you had to unplug the fridge to use the coffeemaker and would be nice to have phone charge outlets by the bed lamp.

I stay at hotels across the country including super 8, and this one hands down was one of the grossest ones yet. It seemed my room hadn't been opened in a couple months, a nice mildew smell. There was so much humidity in the room that the bed was rather damp... the a/c did not rock. Good coffee though!

Hauk was rude, disrespectful and racist. He screamed at me in front of my guest who came to bring me something for my kids because they stayed for 15 mins definitely filed a complaint with corporate.

The location and price were great. I wasn’t expecting much, but it far exceeded my expectations. My wife and I both got sick and the cleaning ladies were gracious enough to accommodate our illness. Thank you Super 8 for a great easy stay!
