The only thing I was not a ‘fan’ of was the incredibly noisy fan in the room. Impossible to shut off so sleep was exceptionally poor.

The property is clean and very well maintained. Rooms are modern and bed is comfortable. The staff here is friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Khushi, the front desk receptionist is warm and took away the anxiety of traveling alone and coming in late from my work nights. She’s angelic! Everything here has been useful and enjoyable.

One of the highlights was the breakfast. There was a great variety of food, everything was fresh, and it was delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The toilet bowl had visible urine stains, the towels provided were stained as well, and looked dirty. One of the elevators was not working and the defective elevator control made it difficult for us to access the second floor. Basic complimentary travel essentials such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, & bathrobes were also unavailable. The only positive thing at this hotel was the staff at front desk was polite & pleasant. Overall, the stay was very unpleasant & disappointing. We would rather choose another hotel and no longer of the same brand even if it costs more to avoid this kind of experience again.

We just needed a quick place to sleep, and this worked well. The place is a bit dated, but it was clean, felt safe, and the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.

Stayed 3 nights to visit family in town. Room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful! It was really nice to have breakfast included!! Coffee machine was amazing and very much needed for our stay!! We will definitely stay here again in the future, and so will family members!! Thank you, Best Western Plus for your hospitality!

This was a clean, updated hotel. Breakfast was good—nothing too unique in a hotel breakfast, but my kids were excited about the waffle makers. We enjoyed the free Nescafé machine in the lobby. The only thing we wished it would have had was a whirlpool.

The staff is always amazing. My husband has to stay in the area for work often and he stays here because of proximity and convenience but keep coming back because of the staff. Ehen my son and I stay with him to visit family while hes working they are always very welcoming to us as well as they recognize us as his family. It is reassuring when he is away that he is taken care of.

Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the pleasant aroma and pristine condition of the property. The gentleman who assisted me with check-in demonstrated exceptional patience and kindness. I subsequently required a room and floor change, and he handled this request with remarkable accommodation and professionalism. Both rooms I occupied were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The second room, in particular, was excellent, with the sole exception of the bathtub drainage. Following each shower, water would accumulate, which was a minor inconvenience. The bedding and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful sleep experience. However, I would note that the bed's firmness, coupled with a solid box spring, could potentially become uncomfortable over extended periods. It is worth mentioning that standard rooms with windows do not allow for ventilation, which can occasionally lead to stale and dry air. Fortunately, my room featured a balcony, providing access to fresh, circulating air. I would certainly consider staying here again, primarily due to the outstanding service at the front desk and the consistent cleanliness of the accommodations.

I left something behind and I called as soon as I noticed and they said no one saw it.

The breakfast was just so-so. Turkey sausage is terrible and the scrambled egg disc things were better than nothing I guess. The OJ and toast was good. I really appreciated the room and the overall cleanliness of everything. If I had a complaint I would say that the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak. None the less I still feel it was a very good experience and will stay there whenever I’m in the area. See previous question.

Very tidy clean rooms. Room smelled fresh. Good location for our travel destination. Friendly staff. Breakfast was normal, nothing too fancy, but still good for being free. I saw they opened the breakfast area a little extra time for a family with children that woke up later, that’s nice of them. Nothing to complain. I wish they had an indoor jacuzzi, but only had a pool.

One night stay. The hotel is in the middle of re-fit. I was in one of the recently re-done rooms. It was pretty nice, quiet, clean and pleasant. It was more than adequate for a short stay. I did not use the pool but it looked clean. There is also a courtyard space with tables/seating at the back of the hotel. It was well landscaped with good amount of seats and tables for groups to hang out after weddings/functions etc.

Images seemed great Staff claimed all guests staying must be 21+. It didn’t state this information anywhere and forced me and my 15 year old sister to go elsewhere in the middle of the night despite our reservations

It was very upset because the reason I chose this hotel was because there was a pool. I was traveling with my granddaughter and promised her that we would play in the pool. I even told her if she was super good that that was her prize. We got to the hotel and the pool was shut down. They said it wouldn’t be fixed until Monday. We arrived on a Friday. The next day, I noticed that the sign was off of the pool door and I asked if the pool was available and the person at the front desk said no the pool wouldn’t be available until Monday. We were thinking about moving hotels but with our plans, we would’ve been without a place for several hours in the middle of the day and then we had to be at our event at 4 o’clock in the afternoon so we couldn’t move on Sunday morning. We walked by the pool and there are people swimming in the pool. Apparently it was open on Saturday and the person at the front desk didn’t check into it. He just said it was closed. This made for a very hard weekend with a four-year-old after I had promised her all week that that was her prize for being so good. I complained to the hotel staff and they gave me a whopping $20. I do not think that was sufficient as I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Had I known the pool was not operating.

I stay here whenever I'm in the area. Its well maintained, I've had a couple times where something was broken. (Shower handle would spin and not turn on, another time the wall outlet didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone next to the bed). Nothing major, and the staff apologized and tried to make it right. I'll keep coming back, I understand that things happen.

Cons: and there's only one, but it can be a biggie, especially for guests with children. The TV reception in the room was terrible with a lot of lag in the streaming. Then, when the lagging stopping the voices and the picture weren't in sync. Extremely frustrating. The only time we watched was later at night before going to bed, or early in the morning to catch the news. But it was enough of a pain for us to try another hotel in that area next time

We noticed there was an eyelash on the bed and my girlfriend does not wear any eyelashes whatsoever!

I was given a room with flooded carpet, leaking AC and when asked at front desk, I was told that's the only room they have (The front desk person already knew about the room condition but still gave me the room key without telling anything)

When we arrived to our assigned room there was a maintenance person fixing the blinds. They acted like it was an issue that we were there, and told us we could use the room but they stayed in the room and continued fixing the blinds. It was awkward, and we would’ve preferred some privacy. They never actually fixed the blinds so we had issues sleeping with the bright lights of the hotel sign shining through our window. The toilet had some dirt on it that we cleaned off with toilet paper, and there wasn’t a remote in the room for the tv. Overall a weird, disappointing experience.

My only complaint was that they didn't restock the hot items at the breakfast and turned off the fresh yogurt machine (which would have been lovely to experience) with 20-30 minutes left. We got in very late and were looking forward to some solid protein to start the day, so it felt like a penalty for not being early birds. They also knocked on the door 10 min before we were due to checkout and it felt like they were rushing us out.

The fan in the bathroom had no cover n paint n mud was falling on the floor.... It took FOREVER for the water to turn warm/hot....

We had to clean out the microwave before we used it. The housekeeping staff did not speak much English. Housekeeping was totally on request. For a non smoking hotel they had a lot of pot smoking on the 3rd floor. Upon check out no one asked how our stay was. It wasn’t horrible, but because the beds were so bad we can’t stay here again.

We stayed at the Best western last night . The price was fabulous and the room was newly remodeled. I think the bed and pillows were amazing! The layout of the room was perfect! I wish I did not find a long black hair on the counter but I got over it. I wish there was a waste basket in the bathroom as I think that’s important for personal items. It was great to have a fridge and a microwave. Love the colors of the room. Wish the pool was much warmer but it was a nice pool. Small but nice. The flowers coming into the building were so lovely and I even took a pic of my grandsons by them. I think the staff was short on help as I waited over 10 min to check out. Nobody was at the desk. But overall I would recommend this hotel and stay again if I was out that way.

Had some issues with our room after check in but we’re addressed quickly. Nice hotel. Will be a lot nicer when construction is done but the construction didn’t disrupt our stay at all.

I booked and paid for room month in advance. When i checked in they tried to put me in a smaller room. I told them if i was going in a smaller room there better be a discount. After too long they put me in the room i booked. Nobody needs this after a busy day. You can here your neighbors talk every door that closes. Didn't use the pool because of the other customers making out in it. Bed was comfortable breakfast good. Was not worth the head ach checking in. They also charge $100 for incidentals that you get a week later.

Wish the Mobility accessible rooms were a bit more elderly friendly. The bed was just a bit high for me, and I had to have help getting into the bed. The hotel is very new feeling, and clean. I appreciate the clean room, and comfortable feeling.

The one thing I think could be improved upon, and this is not about the employees, but the design of the rooms. When a room is advertised as Mobility Accessible, it needs to have grab bars all around the tub, next to the toilet, and the beds need to be a little lower. My mom needs accessibility, and we had to improvise to help her get into and out of the bed. We did ask the front desk for a shower chair, and they were able to provide one. And they delivered it in a very quick fashion. The courtyard area is beautiful. The breakfast area is a nice size, and we loved the Nespresso machine. The breakfast options were ok, but we missed having the option for grits or oatmeal, and possibly a breakfast meat. The area was clean, and was taken care of very well. Overall, a very nice property. I would stay again when traveling back to the area.

The property was getting remodeled. The rooms were beautiful done. There was an issue with the TVs and getting them to work. Most likely due to the remodeling. The cleaning of the room was never specified to us when we checked in. First we were told it was on request. So I requested housekeeping the next day. Then we were told by the same person it was ever other day. In the 5 night stay we never got any housekeeping. They did give you extra towels at the front desk whenever we ask for them.

Renovations are taking place. The first room we were assigned had a big tv box. It appeared a tv was replaced and box was left behind. We were moved to another room that had no drapes. That was not going to work out as it felt like we were in a fishbowl. The AC unit was not the best in the third room but we were tired of moving. On checkout day they came to our door asking if we could move our car. I believe they were asking everyone parked in the front to move. This was just too much going on. The hotel really needed to be closed during renovations. It’s going to look nice after the renovations but would not recommend during renovations.

The stay was good but they were still in the process of transitioning to BW. The rooms were nicely remodeled but were still missing items like curtains, so there was nothing to block the view from the outside or keep the sun out in the mornings. The breakfast area was undone and no breakfast was available even though it was advertised. The staff was very friendly and the riims and properrty were kept clean. I would stay again but I'll be making sure everything is completed and available.

Did not get the room I paid for. The manager offered to change our rooms and then never did. Plus the included breakfast was not included, the hotel was under construction and there were open hazards, nails, screws and razor blades left out everywhere, the pool was out of service for half our stay, disruptive neighbors, no back entrance access and parts of the outside veranda are blocked off and rude, unhelpful staff. This was below subpar service for a 3 star hotel.
