The only downside to our stay was the dirty sheets on the sofa bed. Looked like a dog had walked all over it with dirty paws. Little black hairs too. I understand only one person on staff can't right a wrong immediately. That falls on the establishment to make sure enough staff are on hand to make sure things run smoothly.

Literally a diamond in the rough. Nice, clean hotel! Staff were friendly! Breakfast was wonderful & the attendant friendly! Will stay here again! We stayed at the back next to the gazebo & it was quiet & comfortable! I was nervous with it being close to the highway! Road construction nearby was the only problem, but don’t let that deter you! It was still easy to get to!

Very clean. A little old but the bed was comfortable. I don’t normally stay in motels but decided to give this one a chance since it had good reviews. I would recommend this place and would book again.

We were supposed to be able to check in at 3. Room wasn’t ready until 4:30. No apology and no discount. Room was musky and muggy. Breakfast was good, but I’m not sure how the reviews for this dump ar 8 out of 20.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The only surprise was that the room had an exterior entrance, which I wasn’t expecting and didn’t notice mentioned anywhere when booking. That said, the property was well kept, and the room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

My room was clean and if you are a TV watcher, they have a great digital package. The proximity to the college was so convenient! The gentleman who checked me in was professional courteous and friendly, a former military vet. I'm honored to have been able to thank him for his service for multiple reasons!

Great property, easy to check in and had a great hot breakfast included. Only there one night so we didn’t enjoy the indoor pool but everything looked nice!

Arrived at 5:30 pm after an 8 hour drive. Check in was at 3:00 but I was told the room wasn't ready and that we need to come back in 45 minutes. The front desk guy seemed indifferent, no apology, no offers to make it right. Everything else was fine.

The room had everything you need. The bed was comfortable, with a good height. For breakfast, eggs, sausages, potatoes, a packet of porridge, waffles, yoghurt, juice, tea, coffee. The bathtub was very slippery. My husband fell in there and got hurt. As Europeans, we are used to using a hand shower, but this is probably too much of a "luxury".

The staff was very friendly all throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning was great! Breakfast was very good too. Will definitely stay again when traveling to Fayetteville.

This place was quiet as it was far enough away from the interstate and highways yet took about 5-10 minutes to get to W’Mart, Lowe’s, restaurants and fast food places. As for my room, it was well kept and clean. It did have a bit of a musty smell, probably due to the carpet or possibly the AC filter needed changing. The breakfast was good and consisted of eggs, fried potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereals, apples & bananas, coffee and juices. I just don’t like them taking a picture of my drivers license and keeping it on file. There is too much fraud going on with that sort of thing. Because of that, I probably won’t be staying with them again.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was extremely humid for no reason, and smelled of mildew. It was unpleasant.

I was unaware the hotel rooms door was exterior to the parking lot. It does not mention this in the details. The AC was not on when we arrived so it was warm in the room and humid, but cooled down once we turned AC on. Over all facility was clean, front desk staff were nice, no major issues.

The breakfast was good. The swimming pool was large, but it wasn't very warm so we didn't get in. The room was nice, but the bathtub/shower looked old.

The tub in my King Suite had a small single vertical grab bar which is only useful to the very tall and physically strong. The in-room heat/air unit was noisy as it cycled on and off, such that I had to turn it off to sleep.

The room itself was decent, but the overall stay was very disappointing. The bathroom was outdated and it had visible mold on the grout. Most alarming were the cockroaches crawling on the furniture. There was constant noise right outside of our door - a dog was barking in the room next to us all night and people were coming and going at all hours. Also the power went out around 9:30 and was off for 2 hours. I would not stay here again.

We spoke to the front desk twice about the shower in our room not draining. It was never fixed during our stay.

Pool ice cold, jetted tub had non working jets, and shower had a loud squealing noise that went on for the entirety of your shower. Staff was nice, place was clean, don’t spend extra for the jetted tub! The Chef making our breakfast was a gem, so nice and attentive, very friendly and knowledgeable about Fayetteville. Overall not a bad stay.

Staff was very rude and unhelpful when we checked in. He did not explain things very well and made the check in process very long and drawn out. There was a line because he could not answer simple questions. He refused to take our payment and then refused to help at all when we asked if we could pay with a different card than the one we “booked” with. Definitely pay before you get there so avoid the hateful and unhelpful staff.

Great location and nice hotel. The room was dusty (the counters hadn’t been wiped down in who know how long) but everything else was clean and fine. The usual breakfast options, indoor pool, no hot tub. Gazebo and covered patio area outside. We’ll be back!

The hotel it located near Hwy 49 but the way gps took us we drove into a neighborhood and it’s not central location to Fayetteville it’s 17 minutes to downtown. Breakfast was good hot and a good variety. The room was clean and quite.

Pre paid for a mini suite for 1 night, got to the hotel early and was told the room was not ready. Understandable; came back at check in time and was now told they did not have a room for me even though my reservation was paid for. Nobody contacted me to let know nor did they mention anything 5 hours earlier when I had first arrived. I had to contact my booking site to get relocated to a different hotel.

The people working the front desk were rude. The one at night at my initial check in said he didn’t know where the stadium was. He was not willing to help with questions. Then, in the middle of the night there was a spider on my bed. I have pictures to back up. In the morning I went to the front desk and no one was available. I waited for a long time even finished eating and no one available. On Sunday at time of checkout I told the female front desk worker about the spider and she said there is nothing they could do since my stay was prepaid. She said i should have said something the day it happened but there was no one available to help how do they expect customers to talk to anyone if they have the sign on the front. I will definitely not stay at any Best Western in the future nor recommend the stay to friends and family.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay! We opted for the room with the jetted tub, and she was really glad to have a chance to swim in the indoor pool. The staff was helpful and efficient. We missed the timeframe for breakfast, since we were swimming, but we’ll try it next time.

Staff was polite. Checked in, went to room and it was absolutely filthy and hadn’t been touched by housekeeping since previous guest checked out. Got new room. Bed terribly uncomfortable. Shower head pressure nonexistent. Tv didn’t work half the time. Breakfast was basic as expected but good. But I don’t want to eat breakfast with nasty homeless people coming in filthy, stinky and touching everything after whipping their nose, coughing in their hands etc and staff said absolutely nothing. One guy even filled his used soda bottle at the juice station placing the nozzle inside the bottle.

I absolutely recommend this place. If you don't come here for anything else, the breakfast was the best breakfast i've ever had in my life. Those eggs were absolutely incredible. The only thing i would really recommend improving would be cleaning the pool and selling breakfast to people who don't stay there. I travel to this area fairly often, but most of the time, I don't stay the night. That breakfast was so good, I wish I could buy it every single time I visit.

Thankfully it was Clean! Everything in the hotel stays locked for security reasons and it is inconvenient but understandable. Neighbors were LOUD, but it is a college town. It needs some updating- definitely an older hotel that has been well used.

Overall, we had a good experience. When we first entered the room, it was stuffy.

The breakfast was great. Always got clean towels. The water in the indoor pool was cold. But everything else was great.

Overall it wasn’t all that bad. We did request maintenance for the bathroom, however it took them 2 hours to show up. Also I called about extending my check out time and the person on the other end was rude. Plus I’m still seeing a security deposit on my account. It disappeared and it came back again so I’m confused on to how all that works

What a terrible stay! This place was so run-down and dirty that I didn’t even bring my personal belongings inside. I went to my car every time I needed something for fear of the filth. Nothing about this place is comfortable at all. I cannot believe I was charged the amount I was to stay here. I will likely never book on Hotels.com again, because that price is atrocious for such poor quality. The pictures are completely misleading and look nothing like the real thing. Don’t stay here.

I've stayed at this property a number of times over the years. It's an older hotel, with rooms accessed directly from the parking lot. However, the rooms have undergone a facelift, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean and quiet. There is only 1 drawback, which has nothing to do with the hotel itself. There is current road construction going on, with the highway department altering a highway exit. This property has a great location, with quick access to the university, WalMart, plenty of eateries, and the main highway. In spite of its proximity to traffic, it was very quiet and my sleep was undisturbed.

This is our second day here very nice. I’ll do it again.

We were asked to wait an hour past check in time to check in because our room was not ready, then when we went to our room the cleaner was still in there so we were waiting outside in the heat for 30 more minutes. Also we were told we could check out at 12 but our keys were shutoff at 11 and we were locked out. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

The pool was not heated. There was a bad smell coming from the pool room, like mold. There was alot of construction going on.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable it felt like we were laying on the floor. The room smelt HORRIBLE! A.C did not cool our room below 77* so we were quiet uncomfortable overnight.

Overall the property wasn’t terrible. Definitely seemed dated. The bathroom smelt of stale urine like it had been ventilated and/or clean properly in a while.

This hotel isn’t that bad, however I was on a solo trip and had some important work and video conferences via my laptop. The couple next to me I could hear EVERYTHING! I even was having to listen to them do “it” while I was in an important zoom meeting! I could hear them cough, sneeze, talk… this hotel has ZERO insulation, when I come back to Fayetteville I’ll NEVER stay here again. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel in my life. The staff were nice and the room was clean, as well as the common areas. But that was too much.

You get what you pay for. BW is a basic hotel, no extra frills, basic amenities. It was clean, beds were good, HVAC worked as intended. The staff was very friendly and that’s always appreciated. For a quick college visit, it did the trick.

Stayed on a baseball game weekend and it surpassed expectations. Reasonably clean room and great service from the front desk. Air conditioner struggled a bit to keep the room as cold as I'd prefer, but eventually it caught up. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast but done very well with great service.

Check in unapologetically delayed for over an hour. Found out no elevator but room on 2nd floor. They did move us downstirs bed fine. Clean.

I attended Fayetteville High School's graduation at the Bud Walton Arena, the hotel was practically down the street. Their breakfast was awesome, the chef was on hand to refill anything that ran out right then. The only thing we didn't enjoy was walking all the way around the building to get to a stairwell to go upstairs when the pool closed. Prior to that, because there was a disabled member in my party, we parked in a disabled space and had to enter through the pool area, because there were no opening in the railing there to go up to our room.

The location is convenient, but the desk clerk's directions to our room were somewhat confusing. The TV remote didn't work, and when I called the desk about it no one answered. Finally logging into the WiFi was complicated/confusing, so I just used phone data during my stay.

While every staff member we came in contact with was so super nice, the hotel was trash. It’s very old and it’s obvious. There are no elevators. You’d be better off sleeping in the yard than the beds except there’s dog poo in the grass here. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast room was 90*. Don’t even get me started about the shower or the floor of the room that left the bottom of your feet black. The rooms are DARK, hello lamps. I’m sure they keep them dark so you can’t see how horrible the place is.

Close to the University of Arkansas. Nice rooms. Beds in the unit I rented had older mattresses that likely need to be replaced. This affected my overall rating.

The area around the property is under construction, which was its biggest drawback. There were a few things that were annoying, like the toilet sticking and running until something was done after it was flushed. But overall, my stay was great value for the cost.

That made me and my partner a little uncomfortable during our stay which isn’t necessarily the fault of anyone except our own. Breakfast was decent, and hotel itself was quite well kept. Wouldn’t be against staying here in the future if need be but wouldn’t prefer it.

This is a motel with doors facing the exterior, which is really hard to tell from the website pictures. Nice enough staff. Newly remodeled bathroom with beautiful shower. Room was a good size with fridge and microwave. Beds were not great. Loved the waffle at breakfast, but the only syrup was sugar free. Close to U of A campus.

Average in every way but acceptable. First desk person was rather surly but second one was friendly. May stay again as we are in the area often.

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 1 night for a Razorback basketball game. They are doing construction across from the property and our door faced the construction so it was a little noisy. Our room was clean except for the drawers on the bedside tables. Very nice staff and good breakfast!
