Breakfast was good. The staff were very fri ndely. I appreciate the text from Anne asking how everything was going. Only two real issues-a couple of spots of mold on the bathroom ceiling and the refrigerator wasn't cold.

I had to changed rooms. My first room was 124 across from the maid service. I complained two different times and had to ask to move to another room. The cleaning people were yelling out to each other for hours and continued to do so even after I complained. After I moved to the 3rd floor for three of the four nights, much better. No excuse for this. Instead of them being quieter, I had to change rooms. I stay at this hotel once a month for four nights.

Very clean and convenient for our trip to ride the Square 2 Square bike ride! Our go to hotel for this reason. The only thing I can find in issue with would be that the mini fridge in our room made an annoying humming noise that I woke up to several times that night.

The hotel is in great condition, well taken care of, quiet and the staff was great. There are various choices for fast food nearby if you like that. The room was quiet and very clean. Liked it a lot!

Hotel and staff were both excellent in every way. The hotel is hard to get to as the signage is not close enough to the road to see.

After a long day traveling we had all showered and were settling in to relax and watch TV when the cable box went out. They couldn't just change the box wanted us to change rooms--it was 10:30pm and we were in our PJ's and my grandson was going to a shooting competition so we had several guns stored that we didn't want to mess with. Needed maintenance. Our $$ didn't break, didn't offer a reduced rate or other compensation.

Requested and confirmed a late checkout for noon. At 0900, maid walks in, without knocking, I told her we had a late checkout. At 1045, she tries to open the door. At 1100, I run an errand, my spouse was in the shower and the front desk lady comes in, to tell us we needed to leave. I took her a checkin form that indicated a late checkout. The front desk, didn’t apologize. It’s unacceptable to barge into someone’s room, multiple times. This will be addressed

We stayed one night. It was clean, comfortable and was very convenient to Bogle Park…leas than a 5 minute drive. Enjoyed our stay.

There was no comfortable place to sit in the room. No chair. No table. Also the tile around the pool area is extremely slick. My grandkids both fell. Luckily they did not hit their heads. Whoever thought this tile was for a pool area was very wrong. Someone will end up getting hurt.

We didn't do breakfast every day -- paper plates just aren't quite comfortable. We understand any other option is more costly, but starting the day with good vibes? We do better without the focus on quick and easy.

We were there for a girls weekend. Everything was very clean. I use to be a travel agent and when i went to hotels i looked over everything so i would know if i would ever recommend the hotel. I still do that even though i am not an agent any longer. The hotel was very ni e and there Employees wre all very helpful and polite.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. No hot water for showers.

Luke warm shower first evening, conditioner was empty, alarm clock was not reset and went off super early.

I was very happy till the end when I needed to sit in the lobby for 30 min until I needed to leave and there was a room filled with table and chairs but they wouldn’t let me sit there because they were cleaning (the tables were already cleaned and I could have sat at one on my computer)

Everything checked out great until our TV stop working. We left the room for an event and it worked fine, then we returned to find an issue with the internet connection. The staff was unable to fix the issue and told us to follow the instructions on the back of the remote. That didn’t work so, so they ultimately had to move us to another room. This is where the inconvenience occurred. Packing up and moving , just to unpack and sanitize again, were a headache but we were so appreciative of them resolving the issue promptly.

We had a little hiccup with our first room. Maintenance was replacing batteries in door lock when we got there. No worries, they finished and we settled inside. Then we were leaving and realized we couldn’t get out of the room! Called front desk and they came up immediately. Feel we got lucky as at one moment the hotel person was locked inside the room with my husband and daughter, with me outside and the door wouldn’t open from either side. It finally opened and they got another room for us. So problem solved and they were very apologetic about it. Otherwise a great trip no issues after that we were only there one night. Location is great very close to U of A. Great Mexican place next door.

Loved the dining area and hot breakfast. Room was great with plenty of room in bothe the bathroom and bedroom. Didn’t get to use the heated pool. The water was too chilly.

This has got to be one of the cleanest hotels in which we have stayed! From the front lobby to the room itself, everything was clean and neat. The front desk attendants were very friendly and check in/out was quick. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Fayetteville.

I loved the ability, I could not stay more than one night. Because of the cost. How about different prices for seniors. You know we didn’t make what the kids of today do

It is quick off interstate. Such a clean and quiet place to stay. Resteraunts close by. Walmart just down the street for gas and other items.

The window covering did not darken the room effectively. The bright lights from the hallway also penetrated the room around the door.

This is my second time staying at this particular Hampton Inn & I was greatly impressed both times. Very friendly customer service, easy check in, room was wonderful… very clean, as well as the lobby. Bed was also comfortable as well. I had no issue with noise which made my stay even more peaceful. Will continue to stay at this hotel time & time again.

We always stay here when attending a Hog baseball game. We love it here. So quick and easy access to the stadium but, the beds are little hard for me so two night stays is about all I can do. The breakfast is amazing and all staff are super friendly.

Very convenient and the Mexican restaurant next door is a plus. Only bad thing is the pillows were not fluffy or comfortable at all. So bring your own. Other than that great excellent stay.

I have been in town for a family emergency the last three nights and have returned each night. That’s how much I like it here. The night clerk is awesome. I also love the breakfast. It has been so quiet and peaceful.

They advertise they have a hot tub - they do NOT. Went to take a hot shower at 10pm to only have luke warm water. Not impressed

The electric curtains did not look. Was told the strings had been cut that raised and lowered them. Staff had to use binder clips to keep the blackout curtain up. Remote for TV also did not work. Could not turn on/off the tv with remote nor change the volume. It did change the channels though. Made staff aware but nothing was done.

It was pretty good, but the bathtub had quite a bit of hair in it.

The bathroom faucet placement is stupid. Using it makes water run all over the countertop. Ours was also floppy loose.
