I thought the hotel was nice and in a great location. The poor woman at check in was so overwhelmed with the amount of people checking in that it was one of the worst check in experiences that I’ve had. She was very nice and competent but they really should have had additional help for her. On a side note I was really disappointed in the water pressure in our room and the water in the sinks never got hot or warm even.

The staff went above and beyond to assist me. It was pouring rain and I had an important appointment. They found me an umbrella and gave it to me! So lines!

This is a great place. Beds are great.. facility great. However no breakfast. There were bananas set out on lobby counter. There are kitchenettes so maybe that is why. We had great experience. I’d go again and take breakfast food to cook. Modern. Very clean. Smoke free which I must have to keep breathing well. Great hotel. Plenty of parking. Elevator. Clean fresh smelling hallways… I hate dirty stinky hallways. Hotels often forget hallways. This hotel immaculate everywhere. Only showers in bathrooms. I love a bath tub but the showers are very modern here. Roomy rooms containing the kitchenettes. Some kitchen supplies but not a lot. Safe parking lot. Safe place. Hope this helps.

The hotel was good. The room was very nicean the Beds were soft. Was convenient to a lot of places to eat. As they do not have breakfast, which was kind of sucky. We did not realize that until after we booked. It is a college town, so a lot of things to deal with that. But not too bad, traffic is crazy though. My husband did end up leaving his medicine bag with his glucose monitor and some medicine in it. We call the hotel, but they said it was not anywhere to be found. That was a little upsetting.

Other than rude people playing their music very loud at 6am til 9am waking everyone up around them and the slamming of doors at 6am it was was good … There needs to be a sign out not to slam doors and loud music played til at least 8 on the weekends

Great place to stay. We came in after 10pm, was given the key to a dirty room, went back downstairs and staff was apologetic and quickly gave us a new room.

Exceptional

The only negative was that most of the guests appeared to be construction workers, so it got a little noisy early in the morning… but not a big deal. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The only downside I encountered was the number of empty sanitizer dispensers, and the lack of media control in the fitness center.

Staff was incredible. They helped me find the best route to the Razorback Greenway. Very friendly. One guy must have just souped up his car by taking the muffler off. He raced by the hotel two or three times.

Kitchen equipped. Room clean. Parking lot difficult to access. Entrance to drive not marked. A business in front obscures hotel.

It was great! Had everything I needed plus things I could have needed if I stayed longer. One really nice thing was that it was walkable to Baum Stadium were we walked to see Razorbacks play. Rooms were best I had ever had, staff friendly and helpful

The negative was guests on the floor above us were extremely loud all hours of the night slamming the doors stomping around loudly crashing noises. When we told the front desk staff in the morning she acknowledged she was aware and had sent someone to speak with them 3 times during the night.

The closeness to the University is unbeatable and the Razorback decor makes you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable if only to just sleep there. And if you go out to dinner, bring back any leftovers. Each room is equipped w/ a small kitchenette with a full refrigerator. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the school. Woo Pig Sooie… Razorbacks!

Rooms are so nice could picture living in one.

Checkout team was extremely friendly and offered to fill my water bottle since the water dispenser was turned off. The property is older, and not the cleanest. There was dirt on the baseboards in the bathrooms and the carpets felt dirty. It was nice having a suite, so my daughter could go to bed and I could stay up but it was challenging getting ready in the morning as the only mirrors are in the bathroom, which is small compared to the size of the room.

Fantastic property and even better customer service. Room was spotless as expected from Candlelight. Definitely recommend this location and every other location Candlelight offers, I’ve never been disappointed at any of their locations.

Room was clean, but there is a big gap under the door an we were by the elevators on the first floor. The stay was incredibly loud all night long. We were also charge a $90 incidental fee that I was told would fall off the room after we check out. This was not disclosed at check in.

I would stay at this location in a heartbeat, again

We recently started at this establishment on a trip to Fayetteville. We loved the easy location of this hotel. Right off the highway to get to quickly, a quick uber downtown to Dickson Street where there was amazingly delicious food and shops. Then we enjoyed a nice walk back to the hotel via a local trail. Overall this was a great hotel from service and cleanliness to a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a great property. I'll be back. I wish the recliner had not been broken. One of the reasons why I booked this property

Everything was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I’d say we needed was an additional chair in the room. Only one chair makes the other person have to sit on the bed which is not always convenient.

Was denied my room upon arrival because of my service dog… she said all pet rooms were taken despite me explaining my dog is a trained medical alert service dog for epilepsy

Nothing, will not be back

We reserved this property and when we arrived, they tried to give us a different room type than what we had reserved. It was also past the check in time and our room wasn’t ready. Thankfully they canceled the room but THEN said they can’t guarantee it will be refunded. Very frustrated with the whole process!

Oh, where to begin? After opening the door to the room and getting blasted in the face with pungent Marijuana smell, we were greeted with an 85 degree climate due to a window being left open during an Arkansas summer. Other features to this stay were an ever-singing toilet, a shower with no water pressure that had two temperatures (hot and scalding), and a contact high from the aforementioned weed cloud (the smell never went away). At least the room was surge priced and cost more than a stay in Chicago or NYC. Otherwise, the reno looked nice.

Staff was exceptional. We had an issue with the wrong room being reserved because of using Expedia. Staff Members Kim and Jeri took a bad situation and quickly turned it into a positive. They were very understanding and helpful.

They did not have breakfast like advertised and check out was 11 and not 12 like advertised. Front desk lady seemed annoyed when i asked for extra bedding and a trash bag.

Maintenance was not available over the weekend to get a new flapper. I thought about going to Lowe’s and buying one myself but I decided against that for a couple of reasons. I really thought the hotel would give us a discount of some sort. This is my second time in two months we’ve used this hotel, and sadly it probably will be our last. It was no fault of the staff. They were great.

I’m not sure if they offer room service because there was no tag placed on our door one way or another. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. There was no glass tray in the microwave. But it’s like they have a mini kitchen which is great. It was very clean and a friendly staff. We are scheduled to go there again in July.

Staff: Friendly, welcoming and helpful! Hotel: Hotel was clean and our suite met our needs for the 3 days we were in Fayetteville however the bed was firm and not comfortable for our backs. We woke up sore each day -but our family doesn't do well on a firm mattress. Bathrooms were updated and clean and water pressure was good. Parking: Was easy.

We did not actually stay at the hotel. Upon arriving we found out that only a few rooms were pet friendly and they had none left, despite my request. However the man was helpful in finding a different hotel entirely pet friendly.

This is By Far the Very Best option! The rate was comparable if not better than the competitors and the room was Fantastic! Full kitchen, living area, bathroom off of the living area, king bed. The bed was very comfortable and everything was Very Clean!

Great location, but most of the staff are very rude! Definitely not "pet friendly" as advertised, and 2 days after I checked out I was charged a $200 fee for "disturbance" because apparently my tiny dog was barking the one and only time he was left alone for 45 minutes. Definitely would not recommend staying here!

This hotel was far more than we expected. Extremely clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! We’ll definitely be back!

The rooms have recently been remodeled and are very nice. We always try to stay at the Candlewood when visiting our son at UA. It’s always clean and one feels safe while there.

I wish there was something better for breakfast than the little store.

Booked this to be close to concert venue, it was perfect! The lady who checked us in welcomed us with bottled water, granola bar and suggestions for dinner! So nice!

I had a nice stay at Candlewood Suites Fayetteville. They had completely renovated the hotel, since I last stayed there. It is really nice. The only problem I had was, it seemed to take between 5 to 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower and sink.

Also the hotel does NOT serve breakfast, they give you a coupon to get a free small breakfast from Jimmys Eggs. Which coffe or tea is inlcuded. I did end up going for breakfast and it wasnt to bad. And just down the road. Over all ill give it a 7/10 due to no hot water.

Nice place with friendly people. We were in town for a graduation and it was just as expected from the other reviews and pictures. Breakfast is not available on site. They partner with a restaurant down the road which was very good. The first day we were told to just ask for the free breakfast coupons. On the second day they told us that the tickets were $5 each so I mentioned what the lady at checking had told us and the lady went ahead and gave them to us. The ticket said “Free breakfast coupon” so I don’t understand why she was trying to get charge us. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Check in was great! So friendly! Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Would return to this location!
