Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests expressing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms seem to be inconsistent, with some guests praising them while others complain about dirt, stains, and outdated facilities.
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Inconsistent cleanliness and comfort in rooms
- Outdated facilities and noise disturbances

We got to our hotel room and there was a huge stage on the sheets so we asked to switch rooms and the next room it smelled so bad like dog pee or some strong odor. Would not book again
- 2/5
They are remodeling. Room was very small no space to place suitcase.
- 2/5
Was quoted by reservations $227 for 2 queen bed for one night. That was all they had available. Checked with Booking and they had 2 king bed for $180. Room was one large space 2 lamps total. Just a crash pad. tv microwave and fridge. Toilet paper sat on bathroom counter because there was no holder. Not terribly miserable but definitely not worth $200 for one night 2 people. no free breakfast and heated pool was cold.

I usually stay here when stopping in Flagstaff. They were doing construction this time so many of the rooms were not available. For the price you can't beat it. Yes, you can hear trains in the night. But the price! And the pool was heated! Our family always enjoys the time we spend there.

However, this stay was less than ideal. We had three rooms booked for family trip. They put the three rooms at random places, felt they could have put them closer. Room keys for all three rooms worked sometimes, but then didn't. Had to replace keys three times in two days. A/C was finicky, either too hot or too cold. One stairwell to 2nd floor was closed for repairs, so guys in that room had to find a distant stairwell. Wanted to get ice, no ice bucket in room. Front desk said they no longer have ice buckets in room. Gave me a plastic bag (laundry sack) to take to ice machine. Ice machine was in separate building on other side of pool. That building had no signs for ice, tried first door (cafe, closed), second door (housestaff only), third door around the corner was laundry room, found ice machine. Sign said Watch Your Step, but didn’t mention the two steps down, stumbled down them. No maid service after 1st night. After 2nd night, trying to sleep in to about 8:30, maid service knocked before 8 (no Do Not Disturb placards in room). Overall disappointing experience. Gave three stars but would choose 2 1/2 if that was an option
- 3/5
I think we were duped by the photos a bit. The bedding was clean and the staff was very friendly. But there was pubic hair hair all over the bathroom. The towel hooks came off the wall. The air conditioning did not work. I think it was recently renovated, too. But the quality of work was poor. It was cringy.

What is most frustrating is not just the financial issue itself, but the complete lack of accountability and communication. Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and there seems to be no urgency whatsoever to resolve customer concerns. As a paying guest, I expected at least basic professionalism and respect, but unfortunately that was not my experience. A hotel’s reputation is built on how it treats guests when problems arise, and Hotel Aspen has failed miserably in that regard. The ongoing struggle to receive a refund has been stressful, time-consuming, and entirely avoidable if proper customer service had been provided. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. I am shocked that this property continues to be recommended through Expedia given the level of service I received. Until they improve their customer support and take responsibility for resolving guest issues, I cannot recommend Hotel Aspen to anyone. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

If you are traveling with doggies this is a great choice. We stayed with our 3 pups. Accommodation was clean and we were all comfortable in the room. The metal stairs to the 2nd floor atr not easy on the dog's paws though. Our husky was reluctant and I noticed the same of some other dogs from other guests. There is a pool that we did not use. Staff was friendly. Room has a microwave and fridge.

Hotel looks really nice and in a very pleasant neighborhood. Wished I could stay longer.
- 3/5
The room was clean and it had a comfortable bed.

My stay included a king with a City View. If you're not staying in the hotel room the whole entire day, the hotel is a place to stay. I stayed there many times in the past but this time I was a bit disappointed. I had a few issues between the refrigerator not working and walking into a room that was half service from housekeeping. Apparently they do housekeeping on Wednesdays and I was not aware of it, my bed was unmade and left with no towels. Appreciate housekeeping coming right away to make it right, especially since I was staying there for 4 days. I like staying here because the hotel is an expensive and close to many areas, like hiking and Lake Mary and downtown Flagstaff. I will try to stay there again in the next couple months and hopefully things will go much better.
- 2/5
The room was dirty. The top sheet on one bed had a brown stain STILL DAMP - so gross!!! The bathroom was dirty. Not sure what my room was adjacent to, but it was noisy all night. This room seemed to be designed for accessibility - there was room to maneuver a wheelchair into the bathroom, However, apparently AZ is behind the times on safety regulations — not a single grab bar in the bathroom. Don’t slip and fall or leave the room if a toddler is showering. Not returning. Next time I travel to AZ, I’m sticking to national brand accommodations like Hyatt or Drury.

This place should be condemned,I suggest removing it from Expedia. The beds were absolutely horrible.Even after trying a different room, the bed was worse. The bathroom, black mold and the shower dripped all night. The microwave had dried food/coffee inside. We were told bc we were staying more than a night we would not get housekeeping. There was not enough towels. We had to keep going to the desk to get more.No clock. The door didn’t close correctly, you could see daylight through the side and bottom. It is a very noisy location, trains about every 7-10 minutes. The staff, disrespectful and down right rude. Room was not available at checkin. The clerk even cussed at me directly, using the “f”word!!I am certain the set of rooms are where the “residents” stay. The bed was sunken visibly. We were both in pain especially in the mornings. We weren’t able to sleep through the night. We simply could not endure our entire paid stay and had to find another accommodation to simply rest our heads.

We checked into a room and then staff just walked in on me and my girlfriend while we were changing. We went to the front desk about it and the guy said they couldn’t refund us so we could go to a different hotel. He said we could change our room to a hot tub room and then proceeded to put us in a room where the bath didnt work. Would never go here again.

You get what you pay for it was fine. Literally the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in but totally fine. It’s a rather large property but they put all guests together in the far back so there was no parking. Bed was comfortable and it was a good location and very good price
- 4/5
Did I complain to management? Well, no, I chose to pick my battles. Check-in had been done via live-chat at a video kiosk in the front lobby. Audio quality issues and the attendant's accent made this a tedious process. I'm so glad there were not other guests waiting to check in and watching the show. While going through this, there was a live person sitting at the desk doing.... actually, nothing. I don't mind the technology of video check in but the live person monitoring made the process so much less efficient and novel.
- 5/5
it was a great stay and the employees were very helpful. thank you

Location. The shower! The soap, the LIVE staff. Trying to use the men on the kiosk. Couldn’t understand them- closed captioning made no sense and it picked up all the conversations of everyone in the lobby. Ended up being helped by the staff.

Over priced, photos are deceiving, bathrooms dirty and disgusting, no bathmatt, two towels for a double room, side walks outside door dribbled with leaky garbage. Everything stained and dirty. Ice machine broke. There is nothing good about this place. And way over priced...if it was $50 a night it might make sense. Gauging customers on a crappy hotel.

It would be nice if they were able to provide breakfast. I understand COVID played a part. The bed is very comfortable. Love being upstairs. Very Quiet. I love the fact they have a kitchen with stove, full sink, microwave. Really do not have any major complaints, just needs to be a little cleaner. Found some trash, and one of the dishes in the cupboard was dirty. I am glad I caught that because we would not have left dirty dishes.

I wouldn’t bother staying here again. A ‘hotel’ where there is no cleaning, not even alternate days. We had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. No spare towels, we used the same for 3 days and had to share 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth. The microwave was filthy with food splattered all over it. The ceiling is so thin we could hear every movement above (floors creaked, bed squeaked) and the trains are constant which can’t be helped. Bathroom curtain ripped and smelly from a drippy old shower. This hotel certainly needs a lot of work to be updated. The tv was basic channels, no tv guide and no option for any other services. On the upside, the beds were comfortable.

There were a few things in the room that showed some modernizing, but mostly it was bordering on 60's grubby. I could tell that people had put care into the place, but not capital. The beds were saggy, the sheets were thin. But the one group it should be marketed to is BARGAIN hunters, though we were there on a weekend of high occupancy due to NAU graduation so it was hardly inexpensive.
- 2.5/5
Good location and good price The room smelled of dump, was also dark as on the ground floor and there was a lot of noise coming from the floor above, even early morning (6am). The coffee maker didn't work either.

The shower head in the bathroom was dripping all night and the cable didn't work , when I asked the front desk they were unapologetical about it and told me the cable must be out because they had gotten another complaint about it and for the shower they told me that they would have someone fix it the next day which did nothing to help me. Overall I felt it was overpriced and lacking quality. I felt safe there and it wasn't dirty but it wasn't comfortable and I couldn't wait to leave and won't be back.

Absolutely AMAZING staff. The front desk person was so helpful. She noticed our two rooms were far apart and changed them so they were two doors down from each other. I asked for sheets for the pullout and told them to go ahead and leave them while we were gone to dinner. When we arrived back they had made the pullout for me. Housekeeping told me they would request the late checkout, so I didn’t need to go to the front desk. Everyone was so extremely helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they were very clean. I will take quality service any day over a new pristine hotel, that charges for an early check in or checkout. It is on a main road, so if noise bothers you bring earplugs. Very happy we stayed there.

Rooms were dirty. There were dust and grime, especially in the bathroom. It is an old property with superficial updates done badly and cheaply.
- 3/5
When arriving to check in the person at the front was pleasant and kind and she helped with what I was asking for. Just to let everyone know is this place does not have late check out. My daughter was in the hospital and I wanted to stay a bit longer with her that’s why I ask for a late check in the morning plus no one was at the front desk. I had to talk to an Indian dude through a computer monitor. What happen to face to face customer service. Will for that I rated the place down.
- 2/5
Room wasn’t bright enough and had an issue with air conditioner as well! Restroom didn’t have proper restroom stuff!
- 1/5
It is not what they show on the website more of a motel in a creepy outlet kind of vibe the fridge is loud as heck the pool is locked the beds have black dots on them… wasn’t risking bed bugs I had to rent a different hotel and they make theirs non refundable I’m guessing because so many people don’t want to stay there.
- 5/5
Clean room .
- 2/5
Bathroom was put together very poor. Cabinet had raw wood edges. Tile had paint and grout spatters everywhere plus cracked tiles. We had the family room suite with 3 beds and one bed had red stains on sheet. Blood or make up dont know. Also only had 3 towels and 2 wash cloths and 1 roll of toilet paper.
- 4/5
The empty space near the bathroom needs some counters to place bags on, AND a full length mirror would be great! It's a Larhe, empty, space! Also, the bathroom sink has literally no place to put toiletries on while cleaning up. Need to have a shelf there or something. And, closet had no where to hang clothes. Room was missing a fold out luggage holder. As a woman, I'm not sure I would stay there again for lack of counter space. But overall, I like the Motel.

The location of the hotel is great because it’s close to airport, grocery stores, restaurants and gas station and in my opinion Flagstaff is kind of middle city as a hub if you want to visit Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Petrofied Forest and Painted Desert. The room was clean and equipped with refrigerator and microwave. The staff was great. The WiFi though could be better, the signal was a little weak but overall I was happy staying in here and will stay here again when I’m coming to Flagstaff.
- 2/5
The hotel was much older than what is shown in the pictures. While the sheets and other bedding was clean both chairs had stains on them. There was a leak in the bathroom. Glad I only spent one night there.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
The kiosk check-in was strange, but it all went smoothly.
- 2/5
Single king rooms are so cramped. Looks like it was remodeled recently poorly. The floor pan of the shower looked filthy. The chair in the room had a huge stain. Beds felt okay. Did not feel comfortable taking a shower no staff at the front desk just a kiosk that has a poor signal. I had to almost yell for the person on the virtual check in kiosk to find any of my information.
- 4/5
It's ok place to stay for a night. It's clean. Walking distance 20 min from main street.
- 1/5
Check in was done at a kiosk that I had trouble understanding the person doing the process. I have checked in at motels before so I knew how it was to go and STILL didn't understand what he was asking.
- 3.5/5
Location, comfy beds, nice decor Lack of housekeeping. We were gone all day yesterday, a Thursday, left around 9 am and didn’t return until 4 pm. Considering we spent three nights here, we expected some housekeeping. No sign of them yesterday. Checking out today.
- 5/5
Great location They need lotion in the rooms
- 5/5
Comfortable. Convenient location near restaurants. Close to train tracks, but didn’t hear train after about 9pm so guessing it doesn’t run during normal sleeping hours.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable stay, good location
- 2/5
Air conditioner was very loud and making buzzing noises, the toilet didn’t flush properly and kept overflowing and draining by itself (it kept making the after-flush filling sound), and I wasn’t able to shut the bathroom door properly either. There was also no countertop to put toiletries. Overall would not recommend.
- 3/5
Bathroom could use an update.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 2/5
The room itself was fine. The bathroom had water damage on the door and they had painted over it. The towel rack was rusty. And they had caution tape around the pillars outside because apparently the underneath of the top patio thing had fallen and was rusted. It was definitely not as nice as the pictures depicted, but on the upside, there was plenty of parking and it was close to everything.
- 5/5
Super clean and affordable!
- 3/5
The bedding / towels were clean and room was warm. It was an ok experience for 1 night.
- 3/5
The pictures are definitely deceiving. The rooms look much bigger and nicer in pics. But the staff here is incredible and very accommodating and for the price it’s not a bad deal.
- 4/5
It was clean and nice but small room. Clearly recently renovated except the old bland off white walls took away from the updates. Walls were really thin and frequent train activity across the street but still slept good.
- 4/5
Parking not congested
- 4/5
Clean rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows. Room was spacious for 2 beds.
- 1/5
Bathroom was portly constructed, no toilet paper holder, found a roach crawling around when I went in the room. Cleaning staff tried to enter the room multiple times. Security latch wasn’t bolted to the frame of the door but was JB welded or bondoed by the looks of it. There was a massive gap inbetween the door and the door frame also.
- 5/5
Staff ok Air conditioner - noise
- 4/5
We had the presidential suite which was a bit tired. The photo of the shiny reception that you see is the only updated part of the hotel. The two sleeping areas for the suite were good but the sofa bed and kitchen area need some upgrading. This was spacious enough for our needs but was three times the price of a similar property in Panguitch near Bryce Canyon.
- 3/5
Room walls were pretty thin - so we could hear our neighbours. Rooms could use a spruce up. Plenty of parking, great big shower, and comfy beds
- 4/5

Solid room for an affordable price. My family and I enjoyed our stay, in a great location close to restaurants. My kids really liked the hot tub, our family will stay there again in the future.

- 4/5
Comfortable beds
- 2/5
The condition of the property was surprisingly poor. Especially for the price, doors were barely on their hinges, cabinets would barely open, mattresses had what appeared like blood stains, and the room had almost no amenities in it. Walls were paper thin with other guests yelling at each other at 2am, smoking weed out front at all hours. Not a single fixture was on security, the outlets were so loose they are a fire hazard, and the hot tub faucet was barely even on. At least the hot water kicked on quickly and check in was painless.
- 3/5
When walk in the room went to bathroom there was only 1 wash cloths for a two day 2 person stay that’s crazy. The microwave, Coffee maker works great but refrigerated not keeping food and drinks Cold . They need security walking around as other guests up at 2 am talking loud in the rooms and outside Children running in the room over our head phone in the room not working also Black spider in the bedroom will not stay here again
- 3/5
Most everything was satisfactory. Did not like checking in with a kiosk with someone that was hard to understand. Found hair in the bathroom but not a big deal. I also don't like being asked by cleaners if I'm checking out as im walking out.
- 1/5
I checked in looked at the room and walked out
- 3/5
AC kept making very loud noises. Pet friendly room was disgusting and smelled like dog pee. Front desk agent was very rude and not understanding!
- 2/5
Stains on linens and furniture. Toilet seat wasn’t attached, bathroom door didn’t close, beds were ok but not the best. Closet doors rattled every time you walked around. And you could tell the place was just very poorly slapped together. Overall, not worth more than a motel 6. We went to another hotel for the rest of our trip.
- 5/5
Friendly, accommodating and nice place!
- 5/5
Convenient location. Cheery room.
- 5/5
I booked the room for my mom and aunt and they enjoyed their stay with no complaints
- 1/5
Front desk clerk nice and professional. The room we were checked into TV and phone did not work, second room no batteries in remotes. Called front desk, the clerk said maintenance would fix the issue, so we left room and gave our permission to enter room. We returned to the room a few hours later, still no batteries in remoteness, so I called front desk to confirm the maintenance person did check but was informed that the maintenance person said we had a pet in room, out right lie! When the maintenance guy showed up to our room he was intoxicated and had a fit and said he would help us! So unprofessional! It’s was too late to find another place to stay, after 10 pm!
- 5/5
I was really pleasantly surprised. A very nice hotel. I noticed executive rooms...basically 2 rooms area combined. Close to Frys and the hot dog joint where the whole standing on the corner in Winslow originated. Definitely on ly warch list for Flagstaff.
- 4/5
The overall stay was enjoyable. The room was not all the way clean (some lashes and stains were found in the restrooms and the bedding). However the staff was helpful and the area was overall pleasant and quiet.
- 4/5
Clean room, good front desk service
- 2/5
Dirty toilet, dead bugs, no toilet paper dispenser, minimal towel hooks, dirty windows, horrible experience, will never book at this location again.
- 5/5
Hairdryer is not working….
- 5/5
Surprisingly cleans and well done for the price.
- 5/5
Quick check in!
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable roo. Heater worked well. I really think a bathroom rug would be great because the floor was cold.
- 2/5
We stayed in the "Presidential Suite". It was very dirty. We found dirty t-shirts on the bed from the prior guest, the jacuzzi looked filthy and we were not willing to use it.
- 4/5
Everything was clean and worked properly. The room showed signs of age and although it wasn’t perfect I was very comfortable for my 1 night stay
- 5/5
Great a/c and friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
The bathroom needs to have some tlc. The cupboard door is hanging on by one hinge, whoever worked on ceiling in the shower did a sloppy job, the skin on the
- 4/5
Jacuzzi felt nice, the room was nice and tidy up. Had no issues while my stay there. Would stay here again
- 3/5
It was just OK. After the second night, I was glad that I was moving on. The coffee pot didn’t work. And the air conditioner fan was very, very noisy not in a good way.
- 4/5
A pleasant place to stay
- 3/5
Parking was difficult to get in and out.
- 3/5
No kleenex in room. Everything in room crammed up. Heater worked perfectly. Clean room.
- 2/5
No breakfast coffee. Talk to man in machine. Didn’t tell u cheaper if you do online. Tried to charge for Service Dog. Only reason we stayed was because all other hotels were full. Spring Break
- 5/5
Everything was great probably the best room I’ve ever had. Easy check in with actually virtual, easy check out with employee. Friendly and clean environment, would highly recommend.
- 5/5
Clean updated room. Comfy bed. Easy check in, great location. Would stay again.
- 1/5
I arrived late and was tired. Changed rooms one time due to the dirtiness, and was just going to leave for another place. However, the staff convinced me to stay by offering me new sheets & blankets. I would not visit this place again.
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The shower was large and had one of those rain shower heads which was very nice!
- 5/5
Very nice and clean room
- 5/5
Great value for the price
- 5/5
Room was spotless the staff was amazing 10/10 definitely coming back!!
- 5/5
Reserve early as this large quite new hotel fills up fast with construction workers.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
Great rooms, great price.
- 4/5
I was satisfied with my stay. Although I request go toilet paper and some extra towels. Everything was good.
- 3/5
Crumbs from previous guests at corners of room, potential mold on ceiling of bathroom, front desk was a remote worker and was hard to understand after a long day of loud noise.
- 2/5
Room was old and not clean
- 4/5
could’ve been a bit more cleaner, but overall nice stay
- 1/5
The bedlinens were stained and looked old and tattered. I would have left, but I didn't arrive until late and only had to suffer through the experience for a limited amount of time when I was able to get free of the toxic room. To add to the horrible experience, there is a train that rumbles past the property all night long about every 30 minutes or so. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT! I cannot understand the previous reviews. Something is off there.
- 3/5
Room very sloppily remodeled - crooked shower pipe, horrible blue lights that are far too bright, sloppy trim paint that overlaps onto walls, bed sloped down towards the head, very difficult to sleep, no way to call the office from the phone - 0 doesn't work. Parking completely inadequate - not nearly enough space. Super basic experience - ok for one overnight in a pinch but that's it - won't be going back.
- 5/5
Very easy check in process and no deposit. Rooms were very clean.
- 5/5
Checkin via the kiosk with a human head was interesting. Stayed one nicht, but could easily stay a week here.
- 5/5
A nice king bed they should put bathmat in the bathroom
- 1/5
Upon arrival the front reception looked closed. It took over 30 minutes to get someone to come to front desk and he was not very welcoming . for check in. I was put in a room with burn marks and cracks all over the bathroom. It was not clean. Coffee maker didn’t work. Felt very sketchy. Property was very dark and scary. I would not stay here ever again
- 3/5
Nice spot good location to things, bed sunk in and practically swallowed me alive and wasn’t the most comfortable though
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
parking for truck & trailers is horrible
- 5/5
Very friendly staff
- 2/5
Very meh. Paint is peeling, furniture looks rough. No towel hooks. Chargers fell out of the outlets.
- 2/5
Basic room. Old but have tried to upgrade. Very small room, it was inexpensive and was fine for its purpose. I did like the shower head.
- 5/5
Simple yet clean and lived to it's expectations.
- 4/5
Yes it was nice bed,
- 1/5
Room was outdated and dirty for the price mattress in folding couch seemed to have blood on it really freaking gross.. paid more for room with hot tub didn’t get in it even after cleaning it myself was just nasty
- 5/5
Good time
- 5/5
The property is always clean, Front Desk is always super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy, location is great and not far from the downtown area. Keep up the GREAT JOB! It is always a awesome experience when I stay here.
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Good deal, clean room quick check in.
- 4/5
Comfortable room and bed, affordable and close to downtown Flagstaff but did have someone try to break into our room which is unsettling
- 2/5
Deep hole in bed
- 3/5
Room condition was good. Limited TV channel selection is
- 5/5
The room looked bigger in the pix. Its way smaller
- 4/5
Room was clean and bathroom was very good quality. But the room was missing stuff initially, like hangers and towels; we had to request for that stuff. Service was very friendly tho.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous. Good spot on Route 66 for a nice, clean, and safe space for a night on the road.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
Room was simple but clean!
- 5/5
Staff was nice
- 1/5
Had to reserve another room because the pull out couch was absolutely filthy and looked like it had never been clean. Stains all over the couches and chairs. Rooms are not kept very well and probably haven’t been furnished in years. No accommodations were made and wasn’t able to request any sort of refund because the manager wasn’t there the day we checked out
- 5/5
Good rooms, good location, everything clean and well maintained
- 4/5
The room was ok there is no ice bucket the pillow case smelled funky other than that it's ok.
- 4/5
Clean room supply, you a pots and pans if you wanna cook in the presidential suite, the hot tub was nice even though I do clean it before I get into it with bleach
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Yes it was comfortable.
- 5/5
Great room !
- 4/5
I arrived late. I’m basing it upon the young man that helped me checked in. He was very accommodating to my request. I couldn’t take my bags upstairs and he assist by finding another room downstairs. He was helpful. Even late as I arrived he was still in good spirits
- 1/5
First room smelled like smoke. Second room had a roach on the wall in the kitchenette. We left and got a room somewhere else
- 5/5
In room hot tub was a HUGE plus. Coffee was good and room was very clean. Would stay again.
- 2/5
I feel fairly certain that the handicapped community should know that no accommodations can be made at this Inn.
- 5/5
Nice cozy room.
- 5/5
Room was nice
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
I liked everything but the heater was not good..I was cold half of the night.
- 5/5
Clean front desk, clean room, check-in was easy, quiet around, nice parking.
- 5/5
The clean rooms and wonderful front desk team.
- 4/5
The room small but spotless.
- 1/5
The door lock looked extremely flimsy so it felt very unsafe. Also, the pictures online do not match the actual interior.
- 5/5
Staff are curious but they aim for limited interaction such as kiosk with remote person and a basket for keys when you check out of your room. Overall found my stay pleasant, and bed was too firm other than that no complaints
- 3/5
Our stay was fine, but check-in was strange. They had a kiosk where we spoke to someone on a screen. The window in our bathroom was wide open so our room was freezing cold upon arrival. There is no heater in the bathroom so it never warmed up very well. Other than that, everything was fine.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, room was clean
- 5/5
Very clean and excellent front office
- 1/5
Bed bugs walking on wall. Staff said they couldnt refund nor give a credit. Changed rooms but was NOT satisfied
- 1/5
Bed bugs walking on wall
- 3/5
It’s your average hotel a bit run down
- 4/5
Noisy, noisy, noisy. Smelled like big wet dogs. Zero sleep. Never again.
- 3/5
Shower Ieaked water all night
- 3/5
The staff was courteous, but there was a kiosk where an employee checked you in via video, which was a bit creepy. The rooms were clean, but a bit dated and it was extremely loud, due to other guests.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Staff was helpful and nice! Room was very clean and loved the rain shower!
- 5/5
Amazing experience
- 2/5
The room was not clean and things were not kept up. The staff was interesting. You check in and out with a person but it’s digital. I’m all for new tech but like the comfort of hospitality in person when I am away from home.
- 3/5
Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
We had two rooms. Both rooms were clean. They were not very big but they served the ourpose of sleeping and showers.
- 5/5
Quit place to stay no issues where encountered
- 3/5
The stay was disappointing given the high price point. Facilities are quite limited, there is no breakfast provided, and the lack of even coffee option at office was a significant drawback.
- 5/5
very clean room, very nice shower, font desk and staff were very friendly
- 2/5
Dirty pillow cases, carpet was damp (possible bathroom leak) sink did not drain well
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious.
- 5/5
Room was perfect & will recommend it for anyone whos going there a nice hidden oasis thank you it was a stressful time my husband was in the hospital I had no worries
- 5/5
Would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean and roomy. Thank you to the team for always having a welcoming attitude.
- 5/5
There are many 1 star reviews for this property, but our experience was the opposite. Room was very clean, and nice. Also keep in mind this is flagstaff, az so expectations must be tempered. In this area, 10/10 would stay again
- 4/5
Check in was fast, friendly and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The only exception was that the fridge was not on and smelled awful when it was opened, so we couldn’t use it.
- 3/5
Biggest complaint is being able to hear the people in the room above you walking and children running back and forth. Which we soon learned why there were footprints on the ceiling, previous guests banging the ceiling to get them to quiet down. Shower was also a bit awkward with the faucet being on the ceiling.
- 3/5
It is an old property and the rooms show that. Chipped paint, dirty chair in the room, sofa bed was in poor condition. Kitchen was well equipped if you were planning a longer stay. TVs worked great. Lots of noise from upstairs guests. Bed was clean and semi comfortable. Was good for an overnight.
- 4/5
Relatively quiet considering the constant trains near by.
- 3/5
From office staff were friendly and nice. The property is nice as well and the rooms were decent.
- 5/5
A nice hideaway off street and room for parking.
- 2/5
Room had pubic hair on sheets of the bed, pubic hair in the hot tub, the rooms are really outdated they’re due for a renovations with how much they charge for the room. Staff was okay, I mean like did the bare minimum but you I felt like we weren't wanted like I was smiling and they just looked miserable, at least be presentable to customers. Kitchen was good, no complaints but tiny just a heads up. Heating wasn’t an issue although the system is outdated so it does smell like it’s burning. The tv wasn’t working so they had this guy come fix it, didn’t speak english or Spanish so we were left guessing what he was saying. No trash bags, and the smallest trash can possible. We were giving one towel for two nights and also 2 people staying in the room, no soap, for hand washing or for the shower. Nor were we given soap or sponges to wash the dishes.
- 3/5
looked like a drop or two of dried blood on the sheets
- 4/5
Room clean and staff was friendly. Trash that AI kiosk.
- 4/5
Great location and very clean. Room was a little small, but for the price, it was fine.
- 5/5
Hotel Aspen is a very comfortable hotel, the rooms are recently remodeled and have a very fresh comfortable feeling. The bed was cozy and warm, and the bathroom has a large walk-in tiled shower with a rain head feature. The large 50" flat-screen has a comfortable refresh rate. Thank you for a relaxing stay.
- 5/5
Quite and clean room
- 5/5
The staff is phenomenal. Always cleaning, always keeping the property in top shape and the front desk staff is absolutely our favorite part. Maria, Dulce, Angel and Brian are the biggest asset of this hotel!!
- 5/5
Suite was spacious and kitchen useful with an infant in tow.
- 5/5
Maybe the room was recently remodeled but our stay was great. Clean room, comfortable bed, it met our expectations as a place to stay the night. Not much extra and no breakfast. It was very simple but met our needs for one night.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Room did not have a chair for desk and no ice bucket.
- 5/5
Extended stay. Asked for a late check out left for a doctor's appointment came back and room was already stripped. Called front desk and they came a fixed the bed for me.
- 5/5
Rooms were comfortable and clean. My only suggestion is to put an additional mirror somewhere in the room. Would have been nice to have another mirror other than the one in the bathroom. Other than that everything was wonderful. Quick easy check in and staff were very nice and accommodating. We were traveling with 16 people.
- 4/5
Yes, a decent place to stay
- 4/5
Check-in was simple. Bed was clean and comfortable. The TV was outdated but I don‘t watch TV so that didn‘t matter. Fridge worked. Outlets worked. The train wasn’t that noisy. The only thing I would say is the shower was a little dirty. Not terrible but I didn‘t use it. I accidentally locked myself out around 10pm.. was easily able to get another key. If you‘re not a picky person and you‘re looking for a cheap place to crash for a night or two- I’d say this place is fine for the solo traveler. I wouldn‘t bring my girlfriend though- I‘d definitely pay extra for a nicer spot.
- 2/5
Heater was loud
- 1/5
Lights were so bright we couldn't really use them, first of all. The biggest problem no ICE BUCKETT for ice. Ice machine some distance and nothing there to put ice in. No one cleaned unless asked, which for the Tgiving holiday we ate in our room. No table to sit at or chair to sit in. Most hotels have these in the room. Had to eat on bed and ask to change them. Half ass cleaned the room. Coffee stains were left where no one wiped down the surface. had to ask again for a cleaning. Wasn't told the coffee cups were the only way to get the coffee maker to work, we had to figure that out. We had thrown away our coffee cups we used. So the clear ones weren't heavy enough. Coffee supplies not filled up everyday, had to ask for that too. Only nice thing was the shower. Had to ask for towels too after a couple of days. When i went to the desk to ask for a ice bucket after a few days, the front desk guy said "OH,,we don't have ice buckets' and handed me a garbage bag. REALLY , they are cheap , get some. Will not be recommending this hotel
- 5/5
We were able to book on very short notice. Excellent room for the price.
- 2/5
Stayed for 3 nights. No room service at all during stay and had to go to the front desk everyday to get towels. There was also no ice bucket which was inconvenient, the front desk gave us a trash bag to fill. Our keys stopped working two hours before check out so we had to go get this figured out before checking out while we were still trying to pack up to leave..
- 5/5
Spotless. Great rates.
- 3/5
Sounded like people were tap dancing all over the property during all hours of the night. Greeted by a person on a screen at a kiosk.
- 3/5
Booked for 4 people (2 king beds in a room), but only 2 sets of towel.
- 4/5
Clean with plenty of room for 4.
- 3/5
I was first booked into a room with no internet access so has to mover. The new room had no desk in which to work and the bathroom no towel bars. The place definitely needs some minor maintenance and it would be so much better.
- 4/5
Got what i paid for but wasn't so bad i love the conference with all white bedding the one king bed was enough for me and my boyfriend paid $62 I'd book again.
- 4/5
Property and room was clean. The people above us were a bit noisy but tolerable. We didn’t use the pool as the weather was cold.
- 3/5
The pictures look way better than what you get. The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly clean. Our sink drained really slow. Like barely at all. The walls also need to be cleaned too. The desk staff were great. These are inexpensive rooms good for a quick layover.
- 5/5
Possibly the nicest inexpensive 2-star motel I’ve ever stayed at. Old style construction with concrete walls so it was very quiet. The room was clean, the towels were decent. Often they’re old and scratchy but these were nice, thick and soft. My room had a rain head shower, which was nice too. Bed was a little soft but comfortable. Not a big deal, but the TV was a little weird. No guide so you had to just keep changing channels until you got one you liked. However, it took 2-3 seconds before the channel changed, and some channels were blank so you could think it was broken. I would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
The room in general was was okay it felt dirty tbh I wasn’t comfortable at all the only good thing was the shower
- 3/5
Quiet , just a little oudated
- 5/5
clean room
- 3/5
No-frills, it met basic needs. The jacuzzi suite was appreciated. Comfortables bed. Lack of kitchen linens, worn furniture. Perfect for staying with pets.
- 5/5
Love the bed
- 4/5
The room was clean and fairly renovated. The shower was not ideal. The shower head was on the ceiling and made it hard to take a regular shower. Besides that great value for the price .
- 5/5
Clean room, refrigerator, microwave and free wifi.
- 5/5
All of it their thd best in town.
- 5/5
Room was super clean and organized. The area is quit and calm.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Staff was great. Heater worked for when it snowed outside… room was clean and modern. Only complaint was the television. It was outdated and slow. But other than that, great experience!
- 5/5
Clean room and bathroom. Beds are very comfortable.
- 2/5
Thin walls and windows. Heard the train all night. Very small
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Friendly staff easy check in and out clean room all good
- 4/5
Cheap hotel that was great for pricd
- 5/5
Wonderfull place to stay great staff clean great location
- 5/5
Spacious room, super comfy bed. The jacuzzi was great!
- 5/5
The hot tub inside the room was very nice
- 5/5
Best bang for the buck. Clean room, comfortable bed, giant tv, big bathroom. Def my go to in Flagstaff for a budget deal. Walkable to downtown
- 5/5
The staff were really nice. Aspen really tries.
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay in Flagstaff! It was a great price, clean room, and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Ownership changed. Too damn expensive nowadays! Stayed there a yr and half during the week for work. Not going there no more!
- 2/5
I booked the room based on the pictures that I saw of the hot breakfast!. Was informed that there was no breakfast/nothing since covid,2020. 5years.....take the pictures off the website! Total false advertising. Vanity light didnt work. The exhaust/heat lamp in bathroom sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. The rain head ahower cixture was a joke. Road noise was horrible. Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Fridge and micro. Heater cycled alot.
- 5/5
A newfound enjoyable and pocket friendly place my family and I have found. They stay is great. Love and enjoy the furniture. My kiddos say it’s better than the La Quinta….their preference to stay here and works with my pocket. Their happy I’m happy
- 5/5
Perfect for quick vacation, we love staying there, its clean
- 5/5
Room is very clean. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
served its purpose on the drive from okc to california cheap and great value for the price.
- 3/5
Bathroom was not clean and 2 lamp stands were dirty. It needs DETAIL job.
- 1/5
first off they lied and said it was a hotel… it’s absolutely a motel. I have stayed at motels before and they were not terrible. This one as soon as i walked in I told my boyfriend there was no way we were staying there. For starters, the pillows were dirty with yellow and red stuff on them. In the bathrooms the shower floor had a black fade to it…disgusting. Would not be surprised if someone got foot fungus stepping on the floor (the tub). The walls also had stuff splattered on the wall. I was terrified to sit on the bed thinking there was no way i wouldn’t get bed bugs. Therefore, we left, we did not stay a single night. we didn’t even stay 30 minutes. We told them about the room and they said yeah too bad we don’t do refunds. On top of all of this, the pictures they put online looked amazing. false advertisement. terrible experience
- 5/5
Was a great stay with my family. No problems once so ever. Just near a bit more care for housekeeping with dusting
- 5/5
I will definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
Quick overnight stay. Property is old but appears to be well maintained.
- 4/5
Decent room for an overnight on the way to Santa Fe. Didn’t rate 5 stars because Keurig coffeemaker didn’t work (they rarely do in my experience) so had to wait on morning coffee :-(
- 5/5
Nice for a motel type stay. next to a hill with woods. very accommodating with fridge
- 3/5
Toilet seat was in very bad shape; missing paint, looked pretty shabby, should be replaced. No bathmat, had to use a towel. No "Do not disturb" hanger for door, got knocked on well before check out.
- 5/5
The front desk staff are such a joy!!
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean. The hand soap was missing though unless the bar is the same as the body wash cause that was the only one there. The tv only showed four channels that kept glitching so that was annoying and I would’ve liked the full channel selection I had last time. Also the bathroom door kept staying open and had to be pressed on in order for it to close/stay closed. The ac works great and the covers are warm. The microwave was also clean.
- 5/5
Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, and I got to watch the world series! Motel was right on route 66 which was kind of fun. All in all it was a comfortable night
- 5/5
We needed a comfortable place to stay and rest. Was clean, quiet, front desk staff very nice, very convenient.
- 4/5
Nothing fancy but great nights sleep. Great service, bed very comfortable, super was fabulous.
- 5/5
Clean and cozy room
- 4/5
Very nice room, a little dated, but we're frugal, so we looked passed it. Nice fancy shower with ceiling mounted rain head shower. Motel is a huge place on hill, far away enuff from road and train so as not to disturb us. Plenty of parking for our truck n trailer. Could use a bit better tidying up of grounds, which is typical. Overall nice stay and good value!
- 5/5
Clear and neat room, great location
- 4/5
Nice stay. Small bout clean room .
- 1/5
The room had bed bugs, i checked in around 7pm, by 11pm i was out due to bed bugs.
- 5/5
Roomy and beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
The workers were so sweet and it was so quick to check in and out!
- 3/5
Obviously it had been recently updated, but still barebones.
- 2/5
Small rooms - pictures on website look better than rooms- old facility needs remodel
- 3/5
The check in was by kiosk. The remote person did not tell us where thr room was or where to park. If train noise bothers you, this is NOT the place to stay because they can be heard all night long.

Very Comfortable Rooms, Affordable, Clean Restrooms, Clean Property, Friendly Front Desk Staff
- 4/5
I'd booked a non-smoking room but the first room I was put in smelled like cigarette smoke so I asked if my room could be changed -- new room was fine
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff friendly. My only issue was some of the bulbs were out in the room we stayed in. 2 bulbs in the kitchen, the microwave overhead light for the oven was out as well.
- 3/5
it was an ok stay
- 2/5
Can hear through the walls.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
The price was right, but you get what you pay for.
- 2/5
Was not worth the price. Shower leaked, bathroom floor was not clean (had other people’s hairs), and the bed sagged in the middle. In general, it looked like the room needs refinishing. Drywall patches left bare, paint was old, trim was broken in places…
- 5/5
Quick and easy check-in, room was small but clean and comfortable. Great location that is walking distance to downtown! Would stay here again
- 4/5
The bed was very comfy. Housekeeping shouldn’t knock on door
- 4/5
the room had a bad smoke smell...not their fault...I don't know why people think its okay to smoke in a hotel room.
- 3/5
Beds were good, shower drips before and during arrival left water splashing on bathroom floor. Attention to detail was lacking
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean
- 4/5
For the price and area I was very happy
- 3/5
Not the most clean, smelled of smoke
- 5/5
The rooms are nice and clean .. recently remodeled.. big shower with good water pressure... tvs are huge... second time staying here... great price for the accomodations
- 3/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
Our stay was nice and restful, though I woke up stuffy this morning and noticed black mold on the ceiling. Not very happy about that.
- 2/5
Smells, not so great. Maybe it was the ac.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet. Good basic hotel.
- 5/5
Clean and comfy

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was very nice in concept but quite rough around the edges. USB outlets that don't charge, coffee maker that didn't work, cabinets with broken hinges, bathroom faucet loose in its fixture. The room was clean though.

Enjoyed our stay location was perfect. Staff was friendly. It was a simple inexpensive location. Close to everything.

As far as a budget shopper, this is an amazing deal for the price. I would like to see them get rid of the televisions, update and fix the outlets, And then give every room a desk. There are far worse places than the Aspen but I don't know any that are better for the price.

We appreciated the cleanliness of our room and enjoyed our stay 😊

Nice visit!

I’ve stayed a lot here over the years and haven’t had too many issues. Unfortunately, I wish I could say this time the room was clean, but it was not. There were dried boogers on the shower curtain. The microwave was black and corroded with old food. And I saw black hair on the sheets. I let the manager know so hopefully the issues could be fixed
- 5/5
Bed was super comfy though sheets had some minor stains. Floor was dirty with dead moths and maybe something that looked like mouse droppings near the AC unit and around the bathroom area. Was acceptable for the price and as I was just staying one night.
- 4/5
Maintenance needed in bathroom: water damage on side of sink cabinet, tile baseboard missing, no hook for hanging/drying towels. Could use a table or something in the empty dressing area. Handle loose on microwave cabinet door.

Great option to stay in Flagstaff

The front desk was very helpful, we had a great stay!

The bed was very comfortable! The chair that was in the room was very gross, with stains and was kind of ripped up. I read reviews that housekeeping knocks on the doors early, and they sure do. They were super loud in the room next to us, and then knocked on our door at 9:00 AM and then said sorry, but then they stood outside our door and in the next room having a loud conversation for 15 minutes. The shower needs something to set toiletries on, and the bathroom needs something to hang towels on after showering. Otherwise, everything was fine!

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and nice shower, great location! We have stayed here many times. I recommend.
- 5/5
Really nice place, two bedrooms with a bathroom in each, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, some kitchen utilities
- 3/5
It was not very clean. The couch had stains and smelled like cat pee. It was an overwhelming scent. The towels also had stains.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Cffee was well stocked and machine worked well. Wifi was good and steady. Bathroom was great, with a rainshower shower head. Overall, the staff, property, and location were all good.

Checking in is always a treat. The sweetest staff ever!!

Clean & cozy

The room was not as nice as it appears on the website. The hot tub was dingy and faded yellow. The room was old and smelled bad. The outside was painted lime green. The “improvements” look like they were done by a 12 year old. Skipped steps. Painting over things. A real polished turd situation. In the middle of the night a full length mirror fell off the wall and shattered everywhere covering the room in the glass. It was never properly installed. Won’t be staying there again

No soap or shampoo, if you go to the office they give you some. The keurig did not work however they did supply coffee. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Close to some restaurants and my favorite an Irish bar.

Clean room good price not much more to say or ask for good for a quick trip or a couple days

This is a very high quality hotel and is one of the best in Flagstaff.
- 3/5
The hot tub wasn’t clean…luckily I bring my cleaning products with me…when I checked in they should have told me how to how to work the hot tub…I had to call the front desk to get it going. The sheets and comforter had stains….
- 5/5
All is great stuff! Haven't looked laundromat yet😁
- 3/5
You can tell it was a recently "renovated" room. But they did a terrible job. Missing caulk. Miss matched paint on ceiling where they forgot to finish the new paint job. Paint in cushions.
- 2/5
Check in went A-OK. Polite and efficient staff. The property itself is old and falling apart. I could tell my room had been “updated,” but I’m guessing not by an actual licensed contractor. It was still old looking/feeling and falling apart.
- 3/5
Hotel was not what it looked like on trip advisor, it was old, dark not enough lighting in rooms, first night someone was smoking weed because it drifted into our room and was nauseating. No paper towels or pot holders or dish towels to dry dishes. Only had two bath towels 1 washcloth and a hand towel in bathroom. Train runs close to hotel at all hours. Not the worse place I’ve ever stayed but close. Would not return.
- 4/5
Price in off season made it a good value. Despite train tracks nearby was quiet in back building.
- 1/5
When I went to get a refund because the pictures do not match the room I selected and all the other things wrong. They said sorry we dont do refunds. I was there 30min! And when I said you know this is how places get bad reviews. The front desk person said, " well you gotta do what you gotta do". I guess they dont care about what there customers think to try and make things right. Well as a medical traveler I know alot of medical professionals who go up to flagg to do long contracts and I will tell them all to avoid this place. Gotta do what I gotta do!

Perfect for a road trip hotel stop. Great parking for cars with trailers. Easy check in and check out.

The Front Desk Staff go over and beyond, every day!!

Good place to stay for the price for sure... amazing view.... I will say sometimes all the posted notices about what a hotel wont do posted in your face in the office does not inspire confidence and maybe that should be dialed back a little....
- 2/5
The rooms are tiny. It’s a motel not a hotel. If all you want is a bed to sleep in, then this is the place for you.
- 4/5
We were there. So was this motel. It worked out well for both of us.
- 5/5
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Aspen InnSuites. We just stayed there for one night but it was perfect for what we needed. Great location, friendly check-in guy, and fine amenities! We would absolutely stay here again.
- 4/5
The essentials like a clean toilet and a clean bed are there, and the shower is nice, but it's a little scuffed up and is probably only fractionally operational.

First off the staff was very friendly and helpful as for the room was dirty we found big hair wad in the tub, there was a dirty pair of boxers under the sink in the bathroom which was not ours. There was no coffee maker, iron, or hair dryer that was stated in their amenities. The tv did not work. The dishes in the kitchen were greasy. The air conditioner did not work. There was 2 time that someone tried to open the door and come in on the side our kids were but thankfully we had the latch shut. The pool was dirty and the handicap chair was inoperable and only 2 towels for the guests.

Room was nicely presented. Clean. Washrooms were very clean. Bed is very comfortable. No noises or bothers. Definitely recommend 👌

Didn’t expect much due to the price, but you should expect basic cleanliness and functionality. There was a footprint in the shower, the bathroom sink faucet was loose. The door latch on the bathroom was hanging off, and fell off when I tried to close the door.
- 5/5
Hotel was nice but customer service really sucked I asked for handicap room and bottom floor the guy would not accommodate to my needs and made me struggle to walk up stairs to my room and didn’t offer to help and the next day the room service said they had bottom rooms available and they were empty. Very nice hotel but customer service wasn’t good he stated they had rights to refuse service to me I was upset about my room and it was late just wanted to rest.

Clean room
- 4/5
The hot tub was wonderful except we had to clean it of all the debris that came out of the jets after we had already filled it! The bathroom mirror had droplets of what looked like dried blood and there was the same type of substance on the wall in the living room area. The floors were not very clean because our feet were black on the bottoms from walking around the room barefoot. Other than that, all else was good! We loved that we were able to walk down to the historical district for a short 15 minute walk!
- 2/5
We had stayed here back in August and the room was ok. This time our room smelled like cleaning products, the bathroom fan was in horrible shape making a lot of noise, the coffee maker spitout about half the cup of water we put in and the A/C unit had a very high pitched whine. We will not be staying here again.

Not as close to NAU as advertised, but otherwise a great stay. Clean, recently updated room.

The room was small, but very clean with a nice modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed! Fridge, microwave and Keurig in the room. I will stay there again.
- 5/5
Great experience. Beautiful view. Walking trails behind some of the rooms. Would totally stay there again!
- 3/5
They did try to update the room but the tvs did not work right and there were stains on the blanket. The bed was comfortable. It was fine for the price we paid.
- 2/5
There was hair in the bed and shower, toothpaste in the sink, drink rings with sticky drink around them on the night stand. Dirt marks on the bed spread and the sheet had some kind of oily stuff on it. The shower was leaking so bad there was a large puddle of water on the floor, when I got there. I didn't even want to use the shower and pushed tje sheet and spread to the end of the bed
- 2/5
The property itself was no bad. We checked in a few hours late so asked the front desk if we could get a late check out and they were accommodating and gave us until 1 PM. Went to Flagstaff to visit my nephew in college so in the morning we took him out to breakfast and got back to the room at 12pm enough time to clean out the room. When we arrived back all of our stuff was sitting outside the door of the room and keys would not work to get back in. We had food and drinks in the fridge that they took and they threw away some of our personal belongings. They offered apologies but nothing else. Will not stay here again.

Not a horrible stay for the price. Ants in the bathroom.
- 3/5
The property requires an upgrade or renovation. The furniture was loose and unstable, rendering the condition unsafe. The carpet in the room necessitates cleaning. The staff was professional and knowledgeable about the area, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- 5/5
Wow, one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. A large hotel with great bed and shower. A steal at $63.
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay for a weekend trip. There's an amazing view of the city and it's close to everywhere you'd wanna go.
- 5/5
Very convenient location for downtown, grocery, other shopping areas.
- 4/5
Parking is tight on the back side of the hotel

This was a last-minute spur of the moment. Going to extend our vacation one day. It had an overhead rain shower which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Very close to things in town. However bathroom door would not shut properly. The front door would not open all the way could not get the TV to everything was weirdly like pixelated couldn’t see anything on the TV really like clearly. And could not get the coffee pot to work read the directions several times attempted a good 8 to 10 times. Somewhere to lay your head and be close to the city was fine.
- 2/5
Good shower though.
- 3/5
Ok for the price. Not much room to move around.
- 5/5
Very nice room. Hotel was very clean.
- 2/5
Dirty all around. Dirty smell. No working outlets or fridge. Pictures online are fake.
- 4/5
The staff was great! Brian at the front desk was very understanding and helpful. I will say the property attracted some pretty shady vibes, but that may be due to the fact that's it cheap. The original room had been smoked in, so I went down to the front desk to ask if I accidently booked smoking room, the young man assured me I didn't, and before I could ask, he gave me another room which no one smoked in. Overall most problems with this property are just problems with lower income people (no respect for others property, smoking, loud etc) and nothing to do with the people who run the hotel. Overall a good experience.
- 4/5
It would be nice to have an elevator.
- 3/5
The room was very nice and clean. Our only complaint was the air conditioner was very noisy.
- 3/5
Ordinary, average hotel nothing special at all $50 for the night. The TV suck other than that it was OK.

Great Stay!! Clean and Quiet!
