I liked how the staff was nice to everyone that walked into the location. After we checked in they asked if we needed anything or had any questions. The breakfast was 10/10 food was fresh and the kitchen staff was a big help. When I need to stay in flagstaff this is the location I will only need staying at. The dark parking lot.

Friendly staff This was the most rundown room I have ever paid nearly $400 for. The photos of the hotel are like a bait and switch. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy - we just needed a place to stay before our flight in the morning, but I was surprised by how rundown it was. Dings, gashes, missing paint on every surface, flimsy blankets on the beds, dirt on the walls and ceiling around the air vents, no grout between the tiles in the shower, faucet coming loose from the sink, incredibly harsh lighting. Dig and dust in corners. I wouldn’t blame the housekeeping staff - I’m sure they do the best they can - the place is just falling apart! Beyond the room, there were places on the ceiling where large sections of paint were peeling off the ceiling (looks like it was leaking). The pool was freezing cold, and upon check-in the make you check a box that says you acknowledge you’re in the entertainment district and it may be noisy at night (something that seems important to flag BEFORE a guest makes a reservation.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and I enjoyed the variety of free breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly and I had an amazing view of the mountains from my hotel room. I loved how close I was to the downtown Flagstaff area. I was in walking distance of many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel is under going renovations. It would have been nice to know in advance. Had to change room twice t.v. issues, room key failed to let me in 4 times, only had a few snacks available for purchase. Staff was excellent and their complimentary breakfast was really good. Will stay here again if renovations are completed.

Pool area was nice and clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from. Beds were very comfortable. Room was on the higher side of pricing, but it had everything we wanted/needed for our week long stay. The housekeepers were very nice, but barely spoke English. They couldn’t understand me. I spoke with the front desk about needing housekeeping and items restocked, but never received them. Therefore, we went without some things most of our stay. Location was convenient, due to being near restaurants and stores. But roads were crowded because of narrow, one-way roads.

Breakfast so good, variety and delicious!! If you are allergic like me, this hotel is ideal! I ask for a no smell cleaner product in my room and it was without cleaning smell but very clean!! I have had requests same thing in other hotel “Country Inn Radisson Flagstaff” and the manager has ignored my request, so I cancelled my reservation on Country Inn and make a reservation in Residence Marriott and it was the best experience!!! Nothing bad!! Everything is so good!!

Brand new renovations… felt clean and the kitchen was exceptional, conveniently stocked and loved the full sized refrigerator. Had a suite of other 2 queen beds and couch bed but no division or privacy between the couch bed and 2 queens.. would have preferred some division between the 2 spaces. Also, the floors and walks were not sound proof.

Upon checkin, we were told that cookies were available 24×7. We didn't have a single cookie as they were all out and were never replenished even after inquiring about them at the reception desk. Don't make statements that you can't keep.

Everything you would want in Downtown Flagstaff. Changed our booking to here after being disappointed with Little America on the outskirts of town. The staff here were so much friendlier. Great room, nice breakfast too. Recommend.

We loved our stay. The room was fantastic so much space and loved have the kitchen area. The breakfast was a highlight - fresh and delicious - Staff for breakfast were so friendly and provided great service. The staff at the desk were so welcoming and attentive to every need. The cleaning staff were always available and provided excellent service.

Great Hotel!

Staff was great. Had to issues in the room that were fixed the next day. Fantastic views of mountains from our 3rd floor room. Staff gave us a list of places to eat, eat at Josphine's. .3 miles away and outstanding. We walk there and back. The Residence Inn's breakfast is amazing. Different selection every day, food is great and workers at the breakfast are exceptional. The Inn is centrally located. We will be back!

My room was not ready for a 4:00 check in. I was told they would call me when ready. Never got a call. Went back to hotel. Staff was unclear at 6:45 if room had been clean turns out it was ready at 5:30. Normally this wouldn’t have bothered me, but I was beat tire from driving and wanted a hot shower. The rest of the stay was perfect.

Smells were to mitigate the presence of said pets. Some rooms were rather noisy/partys. Late into the night. Otherwise lovely hotel, great friendly staff and very accessible to shopping dining and activities.

This is one of my favorite properties! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It’s always clean, the rooms are wonderfully large and breakfast is different…and always delicious. The people at the breakfast stocking and cleaning are great.

The kitchen staff needs to be commended for their hard work in providing exceptional and varied breakfast options every day. Friday breakfast and Sunday breakfast are 5 stars. Friday has homemade Mexican breakfast options and Sunday is steak and eggs. It is obvious by all aspects of the hotel that there is an exceptional leadership team.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was big, clean and convenient with a little kitchenette and full size refrigerator. We didn't bring our dog but I love that they allow dogs. Free breakfast in the morning. We'll definitely stay here again.

This is my favorite place to stay in Flagstaff. Can't beat the location downtown, you can walk to EVERYTHING - shops, restaurants, Thorpe Park, campus. The rooms are large and very well designed. Quiet and very, very CLEAN. The staff was excellent. The views of the Peaks was stunning. Can't wait to return!!!!!! Great value!!!!!

The breakfast served in the mornings have something for every diet - it was great!! The hotel smells fresh and clean. Honestly, I wish I could live here - lol! Stay here, and you will love it! We only stayed 3 nights so no interaction with housekeeping, we opted out of their service but I do suggest a bit more attention to vacuuming under sofa, sort of ick. Very, very, very dog friendly! Very clean with a great location. The room is outstanding.

Also, despite facing the train tracks, we never heard any noise. The windows are excellent. On top of that, the rooms here are enormous, the kitchens are well-equipped, the bathrooms have the best lighting and showers, the free breakfast is good, and the staff is super friendly. The location is ideal, too; you can walk all over town from here. My only gripe is that they charged me $9 to use a Visa card—what?!? I’ve never seen that except at mom & pop restaurants. These hidden fees are out of control. Do they really expect us to pay in cash? I didn’t want to quibble with the employees over it; it’s not their fault. But I will write to the company to ask them to reverse it.

love the layout of the room, and the location is excellent with regard to walking to shopping/variety of restaurants. Best part is the staff. Joshua at the front desk was friendly and professional. Best of all, Rudy, the maintenance engineer, bent over backwards to help us with a unique vehicular problem. So happy we stopped here for the night.

The hotel is pet-friendly. That's fine. But there was a howling, crying dog in the room next to ours for about a half day. The room had a "full kitchen," but there was no soap provided. We could have used the dishwasher, I suppose, to wash two cups, plates and glasses and a bit of silverware, but we got one tablet for the dishwasher. We used shower soap to wash our dishes. The thermostat was a mystery. It was 68 in our room the whole first day and we absolutely could not warm it up. The electric remote drapes were a mystery. Sometimes, all of the drapes would close, bedroom and living room. Sometimes, all of them would open. Sometimes, neither. We would just get lucky on that. The shower had two shower heads, a spigot and two control handles. We finally figured those out. One luggage rack. Had to ask for another. One cup of coffee at a time. We carry our own 4-cup coffee pot. One tiny bar of soap in the bath. We had an extra bed, a fold-out full-size sofa, but the sheet provided was for a twin bed. The room was large and the main bed was comfortable but for well-over $300/night, we expected more supplies and maybe a few instructions on how to use this mysterious room.
