Should not need to pay extra to park my car.

The staff was so friendly and polite! The hours of the bistro There was no body lotion supplied in the room No milk in the market place

The location met our needs 1) Parking fee of $14.95 per night. 2)Overcooked breakfast sandwich (only 1 choice) Too hard to eat or cut thru 3) Fluctuation in shower temperature- hot/cold water. (Stuck on too hot or too cold) Had to call the maintenance man 4) First night no hand towels or wash clothes 5) No maid service except every 4th night. Daily “freshen up” was not completed. We were there for 4 nights and only had maid service once. Trash not emptied except once. 6) The sign said Starbucks, but no decaf available 7) No complementary drinking water

The person that checked us in was really fabulous. She made us welcomed and very comfortable. Also, we loved how quiet our room was in general. We could hear dogs barking in the room next to us. Thank goodness this only happened once. We realized that Courtyard Marriott allows dogs at certain locations.

This property used to be very good. But they now charge for parking in a shared parking lot in a business park. The beds are old. Amenities are mediocre. Staff seemed like you were bothering them if you asked for anything. Have stayed here many times. This was my last. Not a good value for what you pay.

Walls and ceilings are paper thin so I was in absolute hell. 7 am and I can hear the phone of the guy above me ringing. I heard his entire conversation with his wife, word for word. When he took a shower, it sounded like there was a hurricane in my room. He wasn’t even being loud at all – the ceilings are just terrible. I was only able to get two hours of sleep. As for the room itself, it was pretty gross. Hair on the shower wall, nails on the bathroom floor, a stain on the sheet, couch, pillows were dirty and old. Water in the tub didn’t drain so you have to stand in 5 inches of another person’s filth while you try to shower. In general, the hotel common spaces, and the rooms are really old, worn down, and dirty. Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in during my entire adult life. This review has nothing to do with the staff who were all extremely kind and helpful.

Stayed here for 3 days total not once did house keeping clean our room. We needed clean towels did not happen. Went to the front desk to say something on Saturdayn Was told our do not disturb sign was on. It was off by 9am

I booked a suite through booking.com when I got to the hotel to check in they gave me a different room and gave my suite away. I paid for a suite and they gave me one room and expected all of us to fit in one room.

Check in was fine. Didn't catch the additional parking fee on the website. Staff was helpful in navigating that all. We stayed in room 156 and the internet could not support streaming. The front desk offered us the pw for the conference ctr which we appreciated. Ordered bf via the website for $20/day, did not realize that most items on the bf menu were $10-16 so lost some $ there. Customer service was slow on Saturday but Sunday was ok. The food, was not that great. Ordered avocado toast that basically was guacamole spread on bread w/some arugula topping. Husband ordered basically eggs/bacon on pizza crust. There are plenty of nearby places to get bf so I would pass. The area is nice. Enjoyed the parks with our dog. I could feel the springs in the bed so there's that. Baseboards were dirty. We always bring Clorox wipes and do a clean before settling in. Average stay overall.

The tv was not intuitive to use and the guide did not work. The front desk was polite, but brisk. Did not tell me where to get the elevator and then started talking about the parking without explaining the costs.

The WiFi didn't work the entire time we were there. I had work that needed to be turned in and had to go find another place to work. Very disappointed.

The front staff were very kind. As someone who has been to many Marriotts it really just was average. Didn’t stick out in any way. I know you only do housekeeping every other day, but there should be a nice pamphlet we can fill out and leave in the door in case we do have a need for something extra.

It is an average Courtyard in need of a remodel. The staff is not very friendly especially as it pertains to the parking fee they can't really explain why they are charging as the hotel has a large dedicated parking lot and an adjacent lot belonging to office space which is largely under capacity.

The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous. We always look forward to each stay here and genuinely enjoy our time.

Stayed for one week, late August. Staff was responsive and friendly. All my expectations were met!

Had to keep asking for services that should’ve been automatic: pool towels, room cleaning.

Chose to stay here while we visited the San Diego zoo. We never have issues finding a hotel in California but this trip we really struggled to find something safe, clean, and affordable so we stayed here and drove down to SD. Very quiet neighborhood, clean, many options around for convenience of food or shopping.

Nice hotel in a great location near family. Comfortable beds and nice pool area. The only disappointment was in the rooms not having a bathroom fan which made the room feel humid after anyone took a shower. Maybe its different in the Fall when the weather is cooler.

The hotel rooms were perfect for my family. We had connecting rooms. All six of us fit comfortably. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean.

Everything was great except the bistro and bar. The food was weird and full of mushroom. The bartender was asked to make a lemon drop and he said sure and created something disgusting that was not even close to a lemon drop.

Food Options are not good

The breakfast options were better than I expected. The food was delicious and not too expensive in today’s economy. We had interaction with 3 members of staff and they were all very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Nice clean room with a separate area for the bed. Since breakfast is an extra charge, I brought something to eat in the room. I wish the mini fridge had a freezer section, but it did not. I will return to the Courtyard.

Courtyard by Marriott/Foothill Ranch/Irvine was a very comfortable hotel. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The room had a desk and also small table so one can eat while sitting on the sofa. The pool was very warm in the sunshine and it was so relaxing to swim in. The restaurant didn’t serve much variety of food, but right across from the hotel are a Starbucks and 2-3 restaurants that were good.

There is a small cafe in the lobby area with good breakfast and lunch options and Starbucks coffee. We only tried the breakfast and it was very good. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

My only comment is that it would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom so when other person is in the bathroom, you could put on makeup, dry hair, etc. A full length mirror on the bathroom door would have been great.

I was very disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I had gotten my mom concert tickets for Christmas for her and her friend, and had booked this hotel nearly 3 months in advance. I booked a two queen room. My mom shows up to check in, and they give her a single King room. My mom insists that this was wrong, and shows the front desk her booking. They tell her that they were overbooked. However, there is no reason that my reservation should be penalized for the sake of people who did not book in advance. What is even more upsetting is that there was no sort of compensation or attempt to make up for the hotel's mistake. As it is, a double queen is more expensive than a single King, and there was no offer of a refund of the difference. Because I was not there, I was hoping this would be a fun, stress-free experience for my mom and her friend. Instead, it became a weekend where they had to compromise on their experience, and that is unacceptable to me.

One of the few hotels that doesn’t rip you off by charging for parking.

Great stay, no refrigerator in the room which we didn’t like. Only one elevator for a four story hotel…very slow as the hotel was very busy. Coffee maker in rooms but no available coffee in the lobby at night. Otherwise a great stay.

With regard to condition, this hotel is certainly showing its age, musky smelling rooms, no modern TV.

It was easy check in and check out. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Other than that, the Starbucks inside is super convenient.

This is the hotel we choose anytime we are in the area for sports events. The staff is always nice and the hotel is clean and well kept. Free parking is plentiful as it is located adjacent to a strip mall and small business park. There is a great Thai restaurant and Starbucks in the lot 1-2 minute walk from the hotel.
