    I accidentally walked into the hotel next-door that smelled fresh and clean and bright and airy only to find out that was not my hotel and walked across the parking lot to this one. Where it smelled moldy and musty like that HVAC filters or the vacuum filters or none of that stuff had been cleaned in a very long time. Went to my room and the bathroom fan was running full blast Radley loud obnoxious the requirement came and went two or three times to no avail and it was less than 2 feet from the bed. It was a very very long night and I left a day early because of the conditions.

    These rooms were so clean. I’ve never had a better breakfast at a hotel. The poppy seed scones and different waffle batter each morning for breakfast was so nice. Also loved eating takeout poolside one night. Hotel is conveniently located and in a quiet area.

    In room #216 and #218 my sister and I kept hearing noise all night within the walls. I don’t know if it was the pipes or what. Seemed like an out dated hotel and mainly senior community. Besides that friendly staff, clean hotel, and good breakfast variety.

    The room was reasonably clean. We had two small issues that the staff dealt with immediately. Breakfast was yummy, especially the lemon poppyseed scones. The hotel is close to an In-N-Out and a Walmart. The price was very reasonable. It is in a beautiful, safe area not too far from the beach—about 35 minutes if you avoid the tolls. I would absolutely stay again.

    The person who checked us in was able to reassign us to a first-floor romm from a third-floor one. We greatly and very sincerely appreciate her extra effort because my wife had surgery that day and really needed that accomodations.

    I stay at HAMPTON suites because they have standards. Unfortunately it didn’t apply to the room. I was in the wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off the wall in several places the caulking around the toilet was all cracked and all over the floor the top of all off we had the room right behind the HAMPTON sign and the line didn’t come down to block the light out all night long but they did put a sign up that says do not pull blind down it’s broken this room should never have been rented out until it was repaired

    During my stay, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and frequently disconnected. Room cleaning is supposed to occur every other day, but despite checking in on 11/28, my room was not cleaned on 11/30. I left early that morning for church and returned to find a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. I never used that sign during my stay, which made it seem like housekeeping placed it there to avoid cleaning the room. On a positive note, the woman at the reception desk was exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. The free breakfast had good options, and I enjoyed both the food and the coffee. Overall, the lack of communication and disregard for guest concerns overshadowed the few positives of my stay.

    It was a short stay and I came in late. I was checked in very promptly and in my room inside 5 minutes. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. I was coming from another time zone so I was up at 3am and so pleased to be able to get a fresh cup of coffee in the lobby. The room was well laid out, quiet and just what I needed.

    We stayed here for one night and had a great time enjoying OC. This hotel is about 30 minutes from world-class beaches. It is within walking distance of a very nice food court and theater. Breakfast was included, and the waffles were delicious. The beds were comfortable, & the facilities were clean. Please note that one blackout shade didn’t work, which was slightly irritating. However, all in all, this was a great deal for a clean room in a quiet & safe area of Orange County.

    Personally this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in a while! When you first enter the lobby there was a overwhelming smell of marijuana. I Personally dont mind if someone uses it but its definitely not something i want to smell entering my hotel. We found the only elevator extremely slow witch was a inconvenience since the only working ice machine we found was on the main floor. But probably the worst part of our stay was when we had breakfast they had a creal dispenser and some people got a bowl of cereal. During them getting there cereal some spilt out all over the counter in front of the dispenser. My husband and I watched a hotel staff member who was using a rag to wipe down the counters and tables walk over with her bare hands push the cereal off the counter into her hands then she opened up the top of the cereal dispenser and dump it back on top. I was discussed! So if your planing on the breakfast beware its probably unsanitary. I would not recommend this particular hotel.

    I inspected my room 103 and found bedbugs on the headboard. I informed the front desk about the bedbug activity. I am an exterminator and I have a lot of knowledge in this area. I found human hair on and under the bedsheets, which were not clean. The elevator was out of order the next morning and I was on the third floor with a heavy suitcase that I had to carry down three flights of stairs. The front desk did not even offer to reimburse for my stay. I would never advise anyone to stay in this hotel.

    The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the thin white curtains in the room's window were torn from a previous guest - not a huge issue, as the drapes mounted in front of them could block the window just fine. The sun shade was off its track, there was a used candy wrapper on the floor under the drapes, and the window AC had a heavy layer of dust inside the fins. Fortunately, the weather was such that said AC ran only once for a few minutes as far as I'm aware. All of these are things I come to expect when traveling, as I know cleaning staff are usually rushing to get things done and can miss things. I understand they're human, and such is life. What I don't understand is the fire alarm going off late in the morning. As I was packing up, someone activated it, and I asked a maid what was happening, and she said it was being tested, and not to worry. She then continued cleaning. Maybe it's different there, but everywhere I've ever been during a test, everyone is expected to evacuate as if it were a real fire. Not continue with business as usual. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED that day. I am genuinely concerned about that. My stay was the night of March 25th/26th, 2025.

    Made a last minute change in our plans and booked this hotel due to the poor conditions of a hotel we were already staying in and the Hampton Inn was like a godsend . The difference was night and day and will be staying here in the future. Quiet, clean and easy.

    We stayed one night on the first floor. First room we walked into bathroom sink was full of black sort of some sort. Bathtub has some rust leaking down the tile from the metal bar that was attached. Told the front desk no problems moving rooms. Second room has same leaking rust which was pretty gross. The rooms between floors have no underlayment for noise control.We had a hard time sleeping since there was someone above jumping off the bed and run back and forth overall experience was not the best.

    I asked for a physical room key from the front desk which by the way were busy talking to each other & it felt like I was interrupting their conversation. The elevator should be updated as it also seemed like it was almost going to break down & some buttons did not work. I give this place a 3 star & honestly, that’s a bit generous. The parking was free which was a plus, but the cleanliness, hospitality, and also the hotel as a whole, is only 2 stars. Will most likely not stay here again.

    I walked into my room and there was someone else’s clothes still in the room as if it had not been cleaned properly. There was also blood sprayed across the chair in the room, which was whitish so the blood really stood out. The walls were dirty and covered in something resembling teriyaki sauce.

    It was okay. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff they were pretty quiet when I would walk through the lobby, no acknowledgment or friendly smiles or greetings. No explanation about room cleaning or services work. It all could have been automated with no human interaction the entire stay. The elevator was not maintained and same piece of bread on the floor for 2 days. The carpet looked dingy and questionable throughout the hall and room. I found hairs under the fitted bed pad. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room and complimentary breakfast.

    The people were great, but there were a few big disappointments compared to other Hampton Inn's where I've stayed. The bed felt like a spring coil bed that was 30 years old or more. The tissue box had tissues pushed back into it, looking like there were used tissues in the box. The towels seemed like they were decades old (not fluffy at all), and no big body towels. No fans in the bathroom. This facility also got rid of their computer and printer which was an inconvenience. While it was a big dissappoint compared to other Hampton Inns, on the positive side, I want to emphasize that the staff working there were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean.

    The hotel is very clean as well as the room we booked. The staff is super smiley. The breakfast is also good. I always liked their waffles. However the hotel is a little run down.     We booked a 2 queen bed room but was only given 1 bed with a sleeper sofa that was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on! I will never book that hotel again! There were no lights to turn on in the room and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. I reached out to Hotels.com to help resolve the situation but still haven’t heard back.

    The room was unlivable as the floor was soaked with strong cleaning and the room had strong cleaning fluid smell. Our socks and feet were completely soaked with cleaning fluid once we walked into the room. When we asked to change the room, they had no room available for us to move. We would like a refund the prepayment fee we paid Expedia. We did not agree to a payment for unlivable room.

    The beds weren’t very comfortable and we could hear everything. From people at the pool until it closed (10:30pm), people blasting their tv’s, being loud in the hallways, and slamming their doors. I know that’s not the hotels fault but it made our stay very uncomfortable and none of us got any sleep.

    Anthony at the front desk was so friendly, efficient and hard working. When we arrived, the hotel system went down and he handled himself so well with customers that were not very happy.

    property and room was very pleasant but trying to use the laundry facility was a nightmare have to download an app then give them personal info then a credit card with a minimum of 10.00 on it with no chance to get back any money that was not spent!!! YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO YOUR TENANTS BEING ABLE TO USE COIN AND CASH TO PAY FOR GOODS AND SERVICES THAT THEY MIGHT NEED TO USE!!! the fact that business dose not want to accept cash anymore is total crap it is legal tender and there fore according to the rule of law business can't refuse it to pay for goods and services!!! AND IF YOU WANT YOU CAN CONTACT ME THEY HAVE MY INFO!!!! I WAS HIGHLY ANGRY AFTER WHAT WE PAID FOR THE COST OF A ROOM SERVICES LIKE A WASHER AND DRYER SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO USE FOR ON SITE PEOPLE TO USE WITH A ROOM KEY!!

    Old, dirty, loud property. Could hear every person walking the upstairs hallway, talking, or door closing, even with earplugs. Bed old and uncomfortable. Inedible breakfast. Staff seemed fine, and pillows were good.

    I have no complaints. Everything was to my satisfaction. They have hot coffee 24 /7 in the lobby, with creamers. There complementary breakfast was really good. They have all kinds of different choices from a waffle, bacon, eggs, cereal, baggles, fruits. I was impressed
