The room was very clean. We had two king beds which was very nice for our group. Would stay there again!

I had to ask someone If the pool says it opens @ a specific time. Then it should.

The room was very clean and everything in the room was in good order. The hotel has all the amenities that a traveler would want, including jacuzzi, pool and nice lobby. The kitchen was set up and ready to go early and the food was appealing. Parking was easy and plentiful. Will stay with them again.

I have stayed in Fort Collins many times at bargain hotels, boutique hotels and Airbnbs, and this was one of the best properties in the bunch based on price, location and amenities. The staff was on point, the breakfast was reliably good and all the things I wanted to go do in Old Town Fort Collins and points beyond were mere minutes away. I can totally see myself staying here again.

The breakfast and location was good! Didn't have good wifi or cell service at all in the hotel, made it difficult to work or call when I needed to.

Very clean, everything ammenity-wise was as advertised but the ammenity that made it an unbeatable value was the large jetted tub in the living room! Would stay here again.

The gentleman who greeted us was wonderful. The only thing I could say was the outside pool was a little filthy, but they were in the process of cleaning it and the Jacuzzi was dirty. And our window looked out to A. Winnebago that looks like somebody was living in. It wasn’t the best site to see.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. But the carpet was nasty and the hotel breakfast was not good.

This was a wonderful place in so many ways. very spacious room, nice bed & furniture, tub bath for a soak, amazing sauna & exercise room. Lovely staff - I loved the charming cleaning ladies especially. Good comprehensive breakfast. Great steak house next door. Nearby shops. Flexible about departure time. great system of electric rental bikes in the city. I cant get used to the US style of massive non-biodegradable single use plastic waste production. To me every breakfast represented an environmental crime scene - big waste bags of plastic and paper waste mixed up together. i dicussed with the Indian manager who was nice although didnt seem motivated to solve it. Wihtouth a car its a little far from the centre- which e-bikes mitigate to some extent

Was headed to stay in cabin in the mountains, decided to stop for the night!! Easy to get to from interstate. Clean, had a big tub and it was clean. We soaked in there and the room was a great size for that big tub.

I travel with the fair amount of equipment and there isn’t an elevator there. Also, the pictures of the gym are not the actual gym that you will get. I don’t need a fancy gym, but some of the equipment was literally bought from Walmart. For sure the person that bought their elliptical has never used an elliptical. It was worthless. Staff was very nice though and the location is decent.

Good value. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The rooms were clean and the beds were decently comfortable. No elevator. I only saw one vending machine which only had snacks, not drinks.

The hotel smelled very clean. The road noise from 5am on was pretty loud.

This is a fantastic hotel. I loved all of the plants in the lobby. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Good quality pillows and bedding. Very clean. I liked the sheets. There is everything you need. Great location. They put out a very nice quality breakfast too. This place is 10/10

The staff was outstanding - friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The location is definitely a little off the beaten bath - not convenient to anything. The hotel could definitely use a renovation/spruce-up - it looks and feels very dated. A young kid was running back and forth in his hotel room above us and we heard every single step, even with our sound machine on. The staff may wish to try putting guests in main floor rooms beneath vacant rooms or rooms without families, at least.

We come to Fort Collins often and after our first stay here, we will be back! The room was clean and comfortable, very spacious which is nice for our little one to play. The breakfast bar was great with several options. The hot tub and sauna were a plus!

The clerk that checked us in was so nice, it was our first time booking in general, and everything was so clean, we had a great time.

The hotel is situated between a busy road and a trailer park, felt unsafe to go outside by myself and moved to a different hotel after first night. It is old and not like this picture at all.

At 4:00 am a large bed bug was found and exploded with blood when trying to remove the manager was contacted immediately.

Everything was excellent. Was just surprised that we had to pay $100 deposit before getting the room keys. Still waiting on that to be refunded.

The whole hotel felt neglected. Staff was fine. Hot tub was closed early. Room smelled, no Kleenex, ice bucket was moldy. Carpet looked awful, plants were sad. Unlit parking area.

If I had known there was no elevator I would not have stayed here. My pup is blind and has arthritis so stairs are not his friend. They put us at the farthest upstairs room! Neighborhood seems sketchy. Room temp can't be adjusted for comfort. Glad I was only staying one night! Won't be back!

First person we talked to on the phone to ask about our stay was extremely incompetent, however, once we arrived, we had zero issues. This was a nice hotel and good location

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and both times have exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, bed comfy and the breakfast is solid. The staff is super friendly. The hotel isn’t in a very walkable area but it’s conveniently close to both Old Town and the CSU campus. Compared to nearby hotels it’s a steal.

It was a very clean and safe hotel close to everyone. We really liked having 2 doors, one that lead to an outside patio. We would definitely stay here again

I was concerned at check in since another customer had a plumbing leak and trash and garbage and food in the room from the previous guest. I asked to see the room before check in and the desk charged me on the spot before I even reached the desk. Expedia and even Best Western corporate tried to reason with the staff and they said no. The issue is now with the executive team at Best Western for mediation. The staff was aggressive and I did not feel safe.

Nice moderately priced property just a little over a mile from Old Town! Indoor hot tub and outdoor pool were great after a long drive from Kansas.

Family run hotel. Quirky and unique. Carpet was really old worn out, smelled a bit funky, but the beds were clean, and the owners are nice.

When we checked in our cards were showing as not accepted for some reason. We are from Canada but have never had issues. After the first couple cards didn’t work, the front desk staff should have realized it was a system problem and contacted the vendor or the point of sale system to rectify. Instead, we were left to keep trying different cards until my sister’s (from Thailand) worked. Afterwards, we noticed that all the other cards we tried were charged (4). The manager the next morning told us the charges would magically go away but would not provide us anything in writing to prove it. The lack of effort to solve the problem that was clearly a system problem, not ours, was frustrating and embarrassing as others in the lobby were seeing our cards being declined. Please make an effort to problem solve rather than just hope things fix themselves. If we left without him calling the vendor, we would have nothing to prove that we shouldn’t have been charged if we wanted to dispute the charges later. Was a bad experience that could have been avoided if someone had attempted to problem solve.

We stayed here several nights and the hotel was convenient. It was easy to get to but was far enough off the highway that it was quiet. The breakfast was pretty good. There was a nice variety of options to eat. The staff was very polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable. The pool needed a good cleaning.

This is a wonderful property. You get what you get at a 2 star hotel.....this place exceeded expectation, especially in cleanliness. The lobby and room we were in were spotless. Leave a nice tip for the cleaning staff. They deserve it!

Had a good nights sleep

Staff was wonderful and kind. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The hotel could use a face lift, and new carpet, however you can tell they take the time to keep it clean. Breakfast was surprisingly great for being an older hotel too.

NO HOT WATER at hotel. We couldn’t shower & they told us they were having boiler problems which they should’ve informed us of that when we checked in.

The manager and staff excelled in service, great breakfast offering, rooms were very clean. Some upholstery and carpet is starting to show its use. We had stayed here before, and recommended it to all siblings coming this time. All liked being able to gather in evenings in lobby. Thanks to the folks who treated us so well.

On night one, there was no hot water. This resolved by the next morning.

Book on Hotels.com Paid a $140. Get to the hotel the front desk ask for credit card for $100 for incidentals, That I would get back the next day when I check out. Found out a little later the hotel, Best Western charged me $214. I went back to the front desk and ask them why I was double charged. They said that was the charge for the room. I explained to them that Hotels already charged me for the room. After 2 hours of back-and-forth with hotels.com and the front desk, Best Western finally agreed to a refund. 2 days later still no refund. Also the next morning there was No Coffee, Hardly anything for breakfast. When the guest started asking about it, all they would say is they were getting to it. We finally just left.

Gentleman at check in were amazing. We had a jacuzzi room and it was clean and comfy. Good size room. Bed was comfortable nice hot water. Typical continental breakfast. This will be our go to place to stay when in the area going forward.

This is a very nice property and we would stay here again but never in the room that we had. We were given a room right at the top of the stairs from the lobby. I told the person at the front desk that I didn't want to be right by the lobby as I knew we would hear everything, not to mention that the food smells from the breakfast would fill our room. He insisted it wouldn't be a problem but it was the problem that I knew it would be. The staff wasn't always quiet late-night and the morning staff (kitchen I believe) weren't quiet either. I had to call down to the front desk two different times to have them tell people to be quiet. The breakfast was very fresh and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend however, getting king size pillows for the king size beds. Apparently they don't have those.

Quick, easy, comfortable stay after a hospital visit. I requested downstairs and they immediately could make that work for us. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. Good quality coffee and yoghurt and bagels.

BUT this place is great and I will stay again! The kindest staff: I accidentally left a few items and they took the time to call me and ask if I wanted it before they tossed it. When does that ever happen? The beds are incredibly comfy, front desk guy personally brought me an other blanket within 5 minutes of asking. Didn’t try breakfast but you won’t find great free breakfast at FOCO hotels. My daughter goes to school at CSU and we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. This is our new choice on repeat. Thank you Kiva
