This hotel was so cute! They were in the middle of a remodel, but the spaces that had been updated were so cute.
- 5/5
This motel was built in the 1960s and was recently renovated. My room had a wonderful retro vibe that made it quite relaxing! My room included a king-sized bed, which was very comfortable. Overall, the room was clean and cozy. The shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of towels and washcloths are provided in the tiled-floor bathroom. Parking is free, with a lot of available spaces. Checking in and out was a breeze and the front-desk staff are very courteous. I would definitely stay here again. The motel restaurant was closed due to renovations (will open in a couple of weeks), but there are plenty of great breakfast options in historic downtown Fort Collins. My only criticism: the desk in the room is ridiculously narrow in terms depth/width, which was located directly under the wall-mounted flat screen TV. I suppose this was chosen for the sake of space. A desk with a more standard width would be more functional for guests.
- 5/5
Good place to stay, about a 15 minute walk to downtown
- 4/5
There wasn’t a fridge in the room but they are under renovations
- 5/5
Everything was very good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The towels were plush and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.
- 4.5/5
The staff were really friendly. The hotel renovation is gorgeous. And the lobby smells amazing! I love the decor that they chose for the renovation. And the story behind the hotel is charming. The room got pretty warm at night, even with the air conditioning going.
- 5/5
Parking was super easy. We had a very late check in and Zach at the front was so friendly and helpful! I really love the renovations and all the little touches. The hallways were eh (currently under construction) but the room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Love all the sustainable efforts, the earplugs, the while vibe. I would stay here in a heartbeat if I'm in Fort Collins again.
- 3/5
Fun and comfortable spot, but some basics for traveling would have been nice starting with a mini fridge and a chair to sit in. Clean and well appointed though.
- 4/5
Roms are beautiful. Pool was still under construction and needs cleaning and an available restroom and changing rooms. The pool was very cold and hot tub jets were not working.
- 2/5
- 5/5
Everyone was very helpful and it was within walking distance to many great restaurants
- 5/5
Fun and funky! Great decor. Helpful staff. Close to campus.
- 4/5
My only suggestion would be that rooms should have a mini fridge for storing cold drinks. Overall nice play. Would stay again and recommend to others.
- 2/5
Location was ok, close enough to downtown. However Rooms were not serviced, poor dark lighting, heating was not working during minus degree outside temperatures. No coffee, tea or kettle etc in the rooms, no breakfast facilities in hotel, no chairs to sit on in room. Refurbishing of the whole hotel was ongoing and noisy at times. Rubbish bins on landing were not emptied during the 4 days we stayed. This is basically an old motel that has had its day.
- 5/5
Perfect location. The amenities were closed during my stay for renovations.
- 4/5
Everything clean, staff very courteous , but no coffee pots in rooms so you have to wake up and go to lobby. Not ideal.
- 5/5
Newly remodeled! Loved the pool, staff was amazing. Clean. Comfy.

Didn’t know about the renovation project until just a day before arriving. Challenging for the staff, not great for the guests. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known. Not a good value for the money.

Breakfast is at best a breakfast bar and water Construction going on made it a bit inconvenient

- 4/5
Construction in progress on the property so grab and go breakfast and no pool currently. They are doing their best and expect our next stay there will be more pleasant.
- 5/5
They are in the process of renovating, but I thought they did a great job of still making it a welcoming and comfortable environment. I loved the little touches like the lavender pillow spray and ear plugs. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is perfect and the staff are friendly. Very good coffee in the lobby in the morning.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 2/5
We were not informed until the day before that the property was being remodeled. there was no pool available. We were told there would be breakfast - fruit, granola bars, coffee was all that was provided because, no kitchen. I had to go to the lobby to get hot water to make my tea...there was no chair in our room - they were "on order" which did not help us. The toilet clogged twice - fixed quickly, fortunately. But we were offered the use of the lobby facilities while waiting. The staff had few solutions for anything - they did offer excuses.
- 4/5
This old BW is being renovated into a *darling* little motel right next to the CSU campus. The friendliness of the staff is second to none. The rooms are very clean and have an eclectic vibe with very comfortable beds/pillows. There is no breakfast (just a basket of fruit and bars) so you will need to go offsite. (There was no mini frig in the room, so bringing your own yogurt or overnight oats won't help.) The location is incredibly convenient because it is smack dab on College Ave across from the old Field House of Colorado State. However, if you are a light sleeper, this is not the best location because any cars/motorcycles with loud engines, as well as emergency response vehicles (sirens), will wake you *every* single time (which is probably why the front desk gives you a pair of earplugs at check-in, lol). If you can sleep with earplugs, you will have a great stay.
- 1/5
Hotel is under construction. Rooms are empty besides a bed. There is no dresser, fridge, microwave, etc. Was not communicated before making reservation.
- 4/5
It was easy to find. The staff was amazing, super nice!! Rooms were comfy but small. Walking distance to downtown stores, restaurants, etc!! Please note, I am not upset with Best Western. The property is under construction. There is almost no parking. The pool is closed for renovations which wasn’t listed. Breakfast was suppose to be included, however there wasn’t a breakfast at all, so that information is incorrect. There was no microwave no fridge no coffee maker etc in the room, so if you are expecting that it’s not there. You have to go to the lobby to get ice. These set of rooms were an exterior entrance so if that is an issue pick somewhere else. It is On a busy corner across from college(not an issue for us, we wanted to be right by the school) just a heads up for parents with small children. The remodeled new rooms are definitely not updated on booking.com website. Overall disappointed with booking.com lots of incorrect information.

The beds were pretty comfortable and the room was somewhat clean. Easy access to our car outside. Your advertising sucks!!! No mention of renovation. We didn't have a refrigerator or microwave, there was only access to ice the last day. Also, we stayed because it said full breakfast, that was a lie!!! Wasn't happy with the whole situation, would have moved if we could have gotten our money back. Oh and no desk or dressers to set suitcases on and the sink we could not put both of our things for the bathroom on because it was so small. Curtain was not hooked at the top so light came in and workers were there on Friday morning bright and early.

Bed rocked and loudly knocked the floor with each knock. Towel fell apart immediately upon entry to room. Windo curtains didn't close. Toilet only big enough for a munchkin, not an adult. Continental breakfast consisted of coffe, apple, and granola bar. The front desk was friendly but couldn't tell us where to park.
- 0.5/5
The staff were as friendly as ever. The hotel is under construction, no indication of this was given when booking or in an email prior to arrival. Due to works being done there was no breakfast, and the pool and fitness centre were not available for use. Therefore there was nothing as advertised, just a room. There was no adjustment in price to reflect the fact that these basic facilities were not available. This is my second stay at the property and while it wasn't perfect last time, it was at least as advertised. I can't believe that this was deemed an acceptable way to deal with having paying customers use the property while it is under construction, there should have been some advance warning and a change in price to reflect the fact that there was no breakfast (fruit and dry crackers behind the desk if you requested them) and no pool or fitness centre. On my last visit the breakfast included small yoghurts, pastries/bagels and individual jams etc, there is absolutely no reason why these small items couldn't have been provided in the current state of the lobby. I won't stay here on my next trip to Fort Collins.

Passable
- 4/5
I was very disappointed to find out the pool and hot tub were closed and there was NO breakfast. Coffee only. The place was very clean and the staff was amazing. I would stay here again, but only when the contruction is done.
- 4/5
Quiet, convenient to the college
- 2/5
The room was ok. Definitely was an older hotel. No ice and the pool was empty. No warning
- 1/5
I chose to not even stay at the property. There is HEAVY construction on the entire property and it did not feel welcoming at all! I did my due diligence prior the booking and this was not mentioned anywhere.
- 1/5
The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel was old, broken, and under construction…
- 3/5
Room had no hot water, they did move us to another room, and it was fine but a lack of effort to fix problem was obvious. not sure if other room was cheaper, but it should have been.
- 3/5
Came during construction, so a bit unappealing to look at. Walls are thin and room smells a bit funky. The place needs a renovation. However, the front desk staff was amazing though!! Very accommodating!
- 3/5
They are renovating, so a little disappointing. Ice machine down.
- 3/5
Proximity to CSU Black mold in the shower. Under construction

- 3/5
Everything was fine. The facility was under construction, and was very different than the pictures or the description. I wish I would've known ahead of time. The staff was very friendly and our stay was fine.
- 4/5
Great for over night stop
- 1/5
The pool and hot tub were closed and the to-go breakfast due to construction was almost non existent.
- 5/5
How clean the room was and how friendly and helpful the staff was.
- 1/5
The beds were more Full size and very uncomfortable. One of them had a lump in it where the bed spring was in your back. And every time you moved, there was a loud squeak.
- 4/5
Convenient location. Older property, so the rooms are a little small, but well kept and very clean. Very quiet overnight, but traffic and train noise starts pretty early in the morning. To be expected in a busy downtown location.
- 2/5
This location is convenient to CSU and lots of activities in Ft Collins. The room was clean. While the location is central, there is lots of road noise. It's an old building and shows it's age. They charge for parking and it's a small lot, I wouldn't want to park a big car. The beds are doubles, hard to fit 2 people on and I definitely wouldn't want to have tried to have my 2 kids share. The beds and pillows are also just okay, not that comfortable.
- 2.5/5
The "Inn" is more of a motel, but the location is great for activities at CSU or in downtown Ft.Collins. Breakfast was okay - standard continental - but coffee was good and they kept the food stocked. But the facility itself is rather bland, with nothing fancy in the rooms. If has an indoor pool, but I didn't use it. Also, the price was very high for this no-frills "Inn". For $20 more, you can stay in a nicer hotel with similar access to the campus and town. Also, they charge $15 a day for parking at this "motel".
- 3/5
Hotel was undergoing renovations. I was not informed of this before arrival. Quality o
- 4/5
This place is nice if you dont need anything special. The girls that work here have amazing personalities.super awrsome.
- 1/5
The hotel looks like a crack house.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect thank you.
- 2/5
There was no breakfast, or ice machine. We had a thumping noise in our ceiling all night. The room was clean
- 4/5
Property is going through a name change and remodel
- 4/5
.
- 3/5
There was a mix up on the room since it wasn’t ready, but the staff was very nice and fixed it right away. We used the fitness room but it was a brisk 42 degrees. Ok for us, but not workable for most people.
- 3/5
Staff was nice! Ice machine not working in the building we were in & we were told to go to another buildingif we wanted ice. No house keeping staff working so on our 2nd day our room was not refreshed. Indoor pool/hot tub area kinds gross. Another guest cleaned our pile of leaves from the filters hoping the greenness in the hot tub would go away. Pool was not heated so unusable & that was one of the reasons for staying at this location. Should not be charged a resort fee if one of the main items on the resort can't be used. The $15 parking fee per night was a surprise, as I didn't see that when I booked or maybe they just added it. The whole placed seemed run down & uncared for, and some what understandable knowing they been bought out & will be renovating. Very disappointed & I doubt I will return again, even after the name change & refurbishment.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff friendly. But the pool area was cold 48 degrees and dirty. The towel bin was over flowing and no clean towels. We stayed there 2 days and thought housekeeping would have fixed the bed and left clean towels. The building not connected to the lobby was noisy the first night, people yelling.
- 5/5
There staff was extremely helpful in getting me checked in late and were very nice in helping me get a yogurt for my daughter who just needed a late night snack.
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean room
- 5/5
All of the employees were so polite and professional. Every recommendation they gave me was spot on. It does need the renovations that they have started, so I believe this hotel will be a better facility soon!
- 3/5
Slow at check in. Room is old and in need of a complete remodel.
- 3/5
Great location and nice rooms. Bedding is terrible and the heat is apparently turned off during the night. Room temp in the low 60s and used the hairdryer to try and warm the bed.
- 5/5
Room was wonderful but wish we had booked handicap room for walkin shower. Staff was absolutely amazing!!
- 3/5
An average at best motel in a great location. Property is dated and in need of updating. Stayed in a suite and appreciated the extra half bath, but couch in living room was not a pull out. My room was clean but furnishings are worn as is the property in general. Bed was pretty firm and somewhat uncomfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and pleasant. Stayed here because prices at the time around town were very high and this place offered a comparatively reasonable rate. Would stay here again under similar circumstance, but would much rather be at the Armstrong, Elizabeth or one of several other options in the Old Town/CSU area.
- 3/5
Staff was excellent
- 1/5
Very small, very neglected and out dated for the price- will not recommend, will never get back
- 5/5
Staff was great, wonderful location!
- 4/5
Convenient for the mone
- 4/5
Quiet, nice breakfast, good location
- 2/5
Decent motel with ok continental breakfast. Pool was out of service, room was old, wouldn’t stay here again
- 4/5
Couldn’t find a way to turn on Hot tub
- 5/5
Very courteous staff
- 1/5
The hotel is dated even though they updated the furniture. It is noisy on the main street of the town. They never told me they were charging me $15 for parking on a daily basis. I only found out when I got my charges. I reserved 3 night, checked out after 1 and they did not refund the two nights. Had to pursue them for it. I would definitely not recommend this hotel
- 3/5
It was very expensive for the accommodations.
- 3/5
Hotel tried to charge duplicate charges so watch out for that. ( It’s funny. If I tried to steal their money I would go to jail but when they try to steal mine it’s an oversight)
- 3/5
Great location just a bit in need of the planned upgrade.
- 5/5
This best Western had absolutely no reason to be as good as it was. It's in a lovely tree lined street… Very easy parking. My room was gigantic and had an entire living room section. I never used. The folks at the front desk were incredibly helpful about all sorts of local things – there seems to be a cult following a Fort Collins. They knew we were all the good craft beer was and all the most delicious restaurants to visit. The room was immaculate and all the things worked. It couldn't have been more pleasant to stay at this best western in Fort Collins Colorado.
- 1/5
Very loud. And when I checked in they said no pets so get that organized….
- 4/5
Location is nice- can walk university or housing neighborhood. Room is small. Pool cold and hot tub jets broken. Staff feiendly
- 1/5
Worst hotel. Would rather blow my own head off than stay here again.
- 3/5
$50 for an early check-in is overpriced and the internet connection is horrible!
- 4/5
$50 for an early check-in is overpriced and the internet connection sucks.
- 3/5
The room was clean but dated with limited seating beyond the bed and work chair. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic - not very appealing compared to all the great options available in Fort Collins. Lots of disposable plastic items in use.
- 3/5
The bed was very comfortable. The location was very noisy. The air conditioner didn't do any cooling, just blew the air around and made the room smell like a football locker room. The carpet felt yucky on my bare feet. I would call it a typical college town motel but the price was kind of high for the overall quality.
- 3/5
No comment
- 2/5
The doubles were large twins. It’s a good location and the staff is super sweet. I saw they are about to deconstruct and reconstruct as a Buxton Boutique Hotel. It will be interesting to see what they do with it.
- 4/5
We didn’t see any pets. Why does the hotel charge a nightly fee for parking?
- 4/5
Great location, great breakfast. Only complaint is the pool and hot tub were closed.
- 5/5
Very friendly, clean and safe area. Comfy bed
- 2/5
Mediocre experience. The window air unit was loud, smelled of mold or something like it, and the WiFi went on/off every 5-10 minutes, regardless of time of day. This place is close to CSU campus, but there are likely better places of value to stay nearby.
- 2/5
Pool jacuzzi not working
- 3/5
Fair hotel. Room smelled like cigarettes and the WiFi was spotty at best. The folks working there were very nice and tried to help, but the place obviously needs a refresh and upgrades.
- 5/5
Stayed for a half marathon in town. Convenient location. Not the nicest place, but fit the bill. Bathroom was tiny. A/C didn’t cool as much as we wanted even set to 66. Other than that it was ok.
- 2/5
This is a very dated property, the stock pictures do not show this. It was loud due to thin walls. Bedding was creepy and old, thin blankets, would recommend bringing your own. The bathroom counters had gunk on them which we had to clean off when we arrived. The front desk person was very nice, but when I called to find out about a $30 charge on my credit card they put me on a 10 + minute hold and hung up on me when I tried calling back. Had to call BW customer service to find out what the charge was. Never received an email receipt so very frustrating that I had to spend time on this. The charge for parking seemed silly as it is a small, aging hotel with a crusty parking lot. Did not use the pool as it was not heated. Would not stay here again.
- 1/5
Terrible stay, terrible people working. Not worth the money.
- 3/5
Property is old & needs remodeling
- 2/5
The staff was excellent and very accommodating, but the property itself was misrepresented on Expedia. This is an old school motel that was portrayed as a regular hotel.
- 4/5
Super awesome staff…so welcoming and authentic! Great vibe
- 4/5
Location was great. Misty at the front desk was super helpful and very pleasant
- 4/5
It’s very close to campus and the location is great. The rooms were fine, nothing to write home about.
- 5/5
For those taking their children to CSU, best place to stay
- 5/5
Great location and good facilities. I will be back.
- 1/5
Staff was nice but facility is run down. Sewage stopped up and backed up into the tub. Flooded some rooms and the hall in front of my room. Was also in the parking lot. We were already leaving that day but it was the worst thing I’ve seen at a hotel. They have been bought out and will undergo a huge remodel and rebranding. They is definitely needed.
- 1/5
I do not appreciate the front desk calling in the middle of the night.
- 4/5
After I checked in I went to my room and it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The front desk clerk reassigned us a room right away. I tried to use the vending machines and they did not work. The rooms had a weird smell.
- 4/5
Conveniently located to old town
- 3/5
Good room size, clean & comfy enough. They're planning a substantial reno this year so will upgrade. Morning breakfast had v good coffee. Food just OK. Good variety.
- 4/5
Location was great. Room was comfortable and fairly spacious. Breakfast had a few basic options that were decent. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. I'd stay there again.
- 5/5
The property surprised us. Very charming, clean and in a great location. Great price. We will definitely stay there again!
- 4/5
Easy check-in. Great staff. Clean room. Walkable to restaurants. Wish the hot tub wasn’t green. Pool and pool area looks great though!
- 4/5
Great college area location. Close to cool book store, MoCA Ft.Collins, and Old Town.
- 4/5
It was good for visiting CSU
- 1/5
Smelled odd and plumbing was a problem
- 4/5
Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Very close to university. Comfortable bed. Towels were small. Ice machine was out of order. Nice breakfast.
- 3/5
Older motel conveniently located near the university and downtown. Expensive for what you get but friendly and reasonably clean.
- 5/5
Very nice associates
- 5/5
Very helpful staff. Good breakfast! Thank you
- 5/5
Amazing staff!!!
- 5/5
The staff was unbelievable. Made us feel welcomed and were so helpful. Looking forward to the next visit!
- 5/5
Friendly accommodating staff members
- 5/5
Great location and room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
- 4/5
Great location. Friendly staff comfortable bed
- 5/5
Excellent staff & a very clean hotel. Great stay for the price, will definitely book there again!
- 2/5
Junky rooms, subpar breakfast, outdated TV. Paying for the location.
- 2/5
Desperately needs an update. Awesome locale.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient location and friendly staff.
- 1/5
Victim of property theft; front desk receptionist not helpful, poor attitude and made stay unpleasant. On-site general manager was very apologetic, but had to leave early and fight for refund for last day as we were unsafe and items not secure in hotel. Cleaning staff gave us dirty looks after speaking to general manager. Horrible experience.
- 3/5
Slightly dated but this did not bother us. Other than being limited by staff on the pillows, staff seemed kind. Nice location if visiting the campus!
- 4/5
The beds/pillows are not as comfy as other places we've stayed in Ft. Collins.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Very clean. We would stay again anytime we head to FoCo
- 4/5
This was a convenient location for our stay
- 5/5
My stay there was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
They charge $10 per car to park in their own lot. Its a dishonest trick to post a price and then have a surprise "parking fee".
- 3/5
I was unaware of having to pay to park in a very limited number of spaces. The room was clean and comfortable but very noisy. Staff was friendly, professional.
- 4/5
Night desk staff very nice! He was awesome and went to ask the noisy people downstairs to be more respectful and also found me a room away from them.
- 3/5
At 3:30 am the small fridge started making a loud noise. I tried to unplug it plug was behind the dresser. Pulled it out from the dresser and tilted it 20 degrees. Noise stopped. I called front desk to inform at 4:00 am. At 8:45am I checked out and I let them know about the noise issue, and if it was noted for maintenance or the managers. The front desk gal gave me some attitude and said “no”. That was it, did not pursue any follow up, With that attitude I doubt it was conveyed to maintenance. Avoid rm 118
- 4/5
Nice clean property. Good breakfast. Nice staff. $10 per night for parking caught me by suprise.
- 5/5
I was told the property is getting an upgrade this year. It could not be more convenient to campus and easy walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops. Breakfast isn't great but perfectly fine for some people I am sure. Front desk people very friendly
- 5/5
Nice spot across from campus!
- 5/5
Perfect hotel for a college visit and access to Old Town.
- 4/5
There wasn't an elevator, to my knowledge.
- 5/5
This is a good location if visiting Fort Collins. It is close to the university and within walking distance of Old Town. There is a variety of restaurants nearby.
- 3/5
The hot tub was yellow in color. The front desk attendant said “that’s the way the chemicals make it”. Never seen one the color that wasn’t bad to get into. Pool was filthy with dirt all over the bottom! This place is convenient to CSU, but very dated on inside.
- 4/5
Showers are somewhat slippery with no grab bars.
- 4/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Location and property is great!
- 3/5
The outside of the property was fairly well-maintained and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was decent and had a variety of options. The hot tub was very small and looked kind of dirty, so I opted out. The room was OK, but had a couple notable issues - the outlet on the desk lamp didn't work, a dresser drawer kept opening on it's own, and there was a big wad of gum stuck behind the nightstand. Housekeeping pounded on the door even though I had the privacy sign posted and there was a loud banging in the hall every morning which I later found out was the housekeeping staff pulling a garbage can of towels up the stairway. Overall, for the money I paid, I can't recommend it.
- 4/5
This property is very close to CSU campus, and close to Old Town. It was safe, clean, and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Great value
- 5/5
Great people!
- 1/5
The halls are full of drunk college students. I reported this someone came and told them to hold it down but they continue
- 3/5
There were a few details that weren’t disclosed during booking: a $10 per day parking fee and a $100 holding fee, which is refunded after the stay. However, overall, it was a pleasant and quiet stay with a smooth check-out process.
- 5/5
I love this suite. Spacious
- 2/5
The pictures on the website were not at all what the place actually looked like. I was just very surprised when we arrived. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and professional
- 5/5
The hotels front desk representative was so kind. Offered beverages even though none were present or stocked. He stocked the apple juice and allowed us to have a glass. Truly appreciative of the care after the very long commute and ice cold weather.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and good location.

The staff was very friendly and located fairly close to dining area. The building was close to the campus and near where my son lives. So we could get together quickly and often. Nice that Target was in walking distance.

No grab bars or non slip mat in the shower/tub. Very slippery and unsafe. The AC/heat unit was noisy and constant fan setting did not work.

Overall is ok but the fridge made a buzzing sound all night and hard to sleep like that, also they charge 10.00 plus tax for parking! I mean all of that should disclose before you book your room, and they asked for an email to have on file , really ? So they can send you offers and other spam?

Great location. Price seemed high for the type of accommodation but probably because the location was so good. Really appreciated the easy bike rentals on-site & pool/hot tub. Also appreciated the later check-out. IMO 10:00 am checkout is ridiculous. Earlier checkin and later check out times are important “amenities” for a lot of travelers.

It was nice and comfortable and convenient.

We booked this just because of its proximity to the University, but unfortunately it’s just not up to par. We actually didn’t stay and found a nice place close by. It was very loud with exterior facing rooms which are fine but lots of noise in the parking lot and main road. Biggest issue was that we were told that you can completely control the temperature and we could not turn off, the heat completely in the room the spite being a 75 degrees. You could turn it down, but not totally off which was crazy so we left and will be requesting a refund.

Facility was one the contracted with csu to provide student housing during COVID years so there is a little more wear and tear. Breakfast is average. Evening front desk had a little attitude but I was late so not a big deal. Beds were comfortable.

Convenient to the University but a little too far to walk to Old Town /restaurants, etc. Old property. Musty smell in rooms. Price for parent’s weekend was outrageous for age and condition of property.

hotel was fine. basic best western. outdated but clean. nice staff. I did not like the shampoo, soap, conditioner or lotion. Very oily, cheap. will bring my own next time. Close to old town which is nice.

The front desk was very helpful! Our TV wouldn’t work and she came up and took care of it. I think it might even have been at the end of her shift, but she was helpful and polite and didn’t rush. When she left the tv worked and she had also replaced the remote. Awesome customer service!

Was pleasantly surprised with suite #418. It was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and microwave. The extra toilet was a bonus. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Will stay again.

Air conditioning unit was SO loud, I couldn’t hear the tv at times.

Was not expecting a motel! High price for a run down motel that hadn’t been updated since the early 80’s. The description in the listing was very misleading. Also they charge a parking fee!
