This was an okay place to stay for a night as we transitioned from a late night stay to our final destination.

Gym didn’t have any weightlifting equipment. But a solid value in a good location.

Nice big room, easy to get to, and front desk staff was nice.

The room was not ready when we arrived and we had limited linens. The pull out bed was literally like sleeping on springs. It was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever experienced. We chose this hotel because we needed to leave early and it offered breakfast at 6am. We left at 7 and no breakfast available.

We arrived and they gave us a room that someone was already occupying. The staff gave us another room and this room was dirty and the beds were not made.

Room was dirty, not even a waste paper basket! Staff was ok. Didn't want to sit couch. Hall was dirty too!

The hotel and room was disgusting. Trash piled up, floors so dirty our feet were black couldnt shower due to tub being dorty. They had no pillows and the pull out bed had nastyatains all over it and couldnt be used. I would like a call ablut my stay.

The cherry on top? Door was locked with latch and deadbolt at night. Woke up 15 min late (sorry I overslept) the morning of checkout and the deadbolt and latch were both undone. Did someone come in my room when I was asleep? When leaving, tried to speak to someone at the front desk about this, but no one was there.

My non smoking room reeked of smoke. The front desk moved us into another suite which was acceptable. The hot water issue I heard about was corrected last week and I had a an amazing hot shower., my family as well. I have a feeling as though this hotel only has a certain amount of towels and sheets and is growing. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel,, it is an older building that was comfortable and clean.

The room was not very clean. There was hair all in the tub. The floor was sticky. I used a towel to walk from the bathroom to the bed and it was so dirty. There were only 2 pillows on the queen size bed, we called to ask for 2 extras and were told they do not have any extras. Not a great experience at all.

Walls are paper thin. We got to experience a domestic violence happening one the floor above us and we could hear every single word at 4AM!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful but the hotel itself was absolutely fithy. My babys legs, feet and hands were pitch black from the dirt on the ground after crawling around the room. The water was yellow and the bath tub was clogged. The tv wasn't mounted correctly and almost fell mulitple times. The hallways reek of marijuana even though the rooms say "no smoking." The only options for breakfast were a blueberry or chocolate muffin with old coffee. Never would I stay here again but I guess you get what you pay for.

Maybe I they had a bad day, but you should have backup of the backup so u don’t have guests waiting more than an hour to get their room.

My opinion is the breakfast in the morning. Could b more than a muffin and a cup of coffee.

It was a pretty decent stay for the price, and the room was comfortable as well. Front desk agent Destiny was a sweetheart and made myself and other guests feel welcomed! I Would definitely choose this location again.When I choose to stay at a home away from home.

Our room was clean but there was an awkward smell. The lobby smelled like pee and the floor smelled like weed We stayed almost a week. I was charged twice once prior and more when I got to hotel by Expedia told my case would be expedited it has not. Has not it’s been almost a week and I have not received monies back. The staff was very nice and helpful but they were shot staffed because desk was closed down at 1030 11 pm. I wish I would have read grab n go. Coffee and a granola bar or honey or oatmeal.

Some occupants drop their trash outside and it would be there for days and the trash bins is usually overflowing.

The mattress and pillows need to be changed. The mattress was all spring and not comfortable to sleep on

This property had drug dealers hanging around all hours. Was staying on the ground floor and every time I left the hotel a can or stick was left to hold the door so that it wouldn’t close and be locked. One room the face bowl was clogged got another room and the toilet had to be flushed twice. Horrible experience

I didn’t have sheets, the toilet was broken.

They LIE!! Check-in in at 3:pm.. I arrived at 4:27 and they told me the room is not ready and come back in an hour. They have a sign saying “Complimentary Breakfast: 6:30-9:30am” but they have no Breakfast.. they didn’t have any trash cans on the room, NOTHING on the room. The TV dresser was missing a whole draw and a sharp screw was exposed!! Absolutely aggravating with the property.

The staff were fine to deal with. The room was great other than having to go to the lobby to get the bedding and towels that should have been there for the number of people we had in our stay. The locks on the doors meant for going in and out of the lobby were broken. Half the time they were propped open with sticks and rocks, the other half they were just unusable. We were on a nonsmoking floor yet from the minute we woke up until the minute we went to bed our floor and the hotel smelled very strongly of marijuana. Including the lobby. Not what I wanted my children smelling when coming and going. A couple times we could even smell it in our room. The pool was very dirty and despite our plans to swim we did not go in it. The room itself suited our needs and was comfortable but our overall stay could have been much better. We would not stay again.

Never again! We had an issue with the shower, the gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic and quickly moved us to a new room. However once we moved to the new room the wifi signal was non existent, the floor was dirty and there was unsightly stains in the bathroom sink. The young lady who we then met at the front desk was absolutely not helpful.

I picked this hotel due to location, amenities, rating and price. They were honest about the location (even though I was glad I no longer have children.) They lied about the amenities-unless you count marijuana smell everywhere. 1/3 the hotel under renovation. Pool not working. Gym out of order. Breakfast was coffee, muffins, oatmeal, and granola style breakfast bar. That's all folks. "Fully functional kitchens" have a stove and refrigerator. Staff gave me 2 pans and a half knife for prep. No kitchen soap, scrubbers, pads, Hot water. 1 chair for the room. If I paid HALF of the regular price in the area, I would not be complaining much. But FULL price and a high rating??? Yea, fool me once...

Property is under construction.and it was not disclosed online before booking.they are putting new paint over mold in the room we stayed in. Furniture was still ripped old and nasty,toulet bowl didnt flush.trying to contact corporate to complain is a hassle.would recommend just paying more money to stay in a better area.

The check in process was smooth. The front desk clerk was nice. He didn't let us know when breakfast would be served in the morning, so when I went to go get breakfast at 9:00am, there was very little food left. I was awakened by the sound of hammering coming from the floor underneath mine. The notice in the elevator stated that renovations were starting on March 31st. That would have been great to know prior to making the reservation. The hotel is close to a major intersection with lots of dining options.I would recommend it for a brief stay.

It was okay for what it was. The air conditioning system did not cover the whole room we stayed in. It kept shutting completely off. The toilet wouldn’t flush good. Had to wait awhile before flushing again. The bath faucet leaked. Carpets had a stench.

It was mold on the walls, bed skirts, and curtains. The metal was rusting. The stench of mold and dirt overpowered the room.

The building inside and out smelled like a mixture of weed, bo, and cigarette smoke. There was paint peeling. There really wasnt a breakfast. The baseboards were dirty and in some areas moldy.

All Hotel common areas very dirty! Hallways with towels, cartoon boxex and garbage. Smell terrible to weed in the hallways and the smell was getting to my room.

Friday evening 4/4/25 manager was a great guy, friendly helpful professional. room and property ok, not fancy but clean. In AM Sat 4/5 lady manager was rude and totally disinterested. I can't imagine the owners know how she is treating people, if they did she would be gone.

I would never recommend this facility! The property was dirty and had a horrible smell of smoke, filth, and animals, etc. The disinfectant used did not diffuse the stench. We refused to use the shower.

I don’t know where to even start, I’m disgusted I am stuck her for even one night. After being stuck outside for over 5 minutes, the staff member showed up to buzz us in and all we could smell was marijuana odor on her, I’m assuming she was smoking while we were waiting. Then, we waiting in a lobby that looked and smelled like section 8 housing while the clerk went to “check” our room. Another 5-10 minutes later she returns to give us the key to room #225. We took the elevator up which she has clearly just sprayed a commercial deodorizer in and the floors were slick with the spray. We made our way down a dirty smelly stained hallway to our equally as disgusting room door. EVERY surface of the room was dripping with scum and unidentified fluids. We walked into an old smelly dirty and unkempt room with the same deodorizer spray still wet all over the floor. After I checked for bed bugs, I showered in a disintegrating resurfaced shower with a trickle of water at best and used my bottled water to brush my teeth as I would not ever use the water coming out of the dirty corroded faucets here. If it wasn’t so late, I would find another place for the night, but after 10 hours in the car, I’m in no position to do so. The cherry on top was the sign on the bathroom mirror advertising a 10-point room cleaning process. Lastly, the door safety latch is barley screwed in the wall and I don’t know how I’m even going to sleep tonight. This hotel does not even meet 1 star rating motel standard

Terrible experience.

We had to stay in Ft Lauderdale last minute and this was only thing available under under $400.00. I have necer paid so much to stay in a dump. I hate to leave bad reviews but this place was pretty bad. Funny thing is the Extended Stay a few miles away was even worse.

We will never stay here again.. Looked nice on the outside..we were visiting my sick mom, so I needed a place close to her. We arrived late in the evening, about 1045pm. There were people loitering right outside the entrance..The smell of marijuana was everywhere ..even inside the hallways ..We just used the hotel as a place to sleep..I didn't want to shower or be there any longer than I had to be. Our second night arriving back at the hotel a car had pulled up near the entrance and the driver had gone over to pee in the bushes!! There were scantily are outdated and dressed ladies standing/walking on the street in front of the hotel...What could they be doing? HMM let me guess. Never again..Terrible

The room has the stated size, but it is very old and needs to be renovated. There is a problem with the toilet bowl being clogged, the room is dirty, the shower has a problem and the kitchen tap too. It is stated on the website that breakfast is available but not tiny, on the first day only coffee.

We stayed at a very dirty hotel for five nights. There was no hot water throughout our stay, and the elevator was out of order. The shelves in the room were dusty and covered with hair, as if they had never been cleaned. Breakfast, which was advertised as “included,” consisted only of coffee and granola bars that were never restocked—once they were gone, that was it. To make matters worse, there was no room service at all. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience.

I could not access WiFi, elevator was out of order, the tv is not positioned where you can lay in bed and watch tv. The staff however were very helpful, fast, and friendly.

It was just ok. It was supposed to have a continental breakfast but there was NONE!!!! When you turned the water on for the bath it was warm but when you turn it for the shower the water just stay cold, it never got warm so I had to take my shower coming out of the faucet in the bathtub. Every time you went to the front desk there was never anybody there. It did not specify that there was a $100 deposit when I made the reservations. I DEFINITELY will not recommend this hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTING especially for the amount of money.

The staff was very friendly and nice but the building and cleanliness was a zero. It smelled of mold and marijuana. There was blood stain on the pillow case, cockroaches climbing on the a/c unit and dresser broken phone and dresser just over all dirty.

Had a terrible experience staying right from the be beginning, the place smell like trash and the the service is terrible. There was no utensils or anything provided, when we have asked for it , the front desk lady mentioned that they don’t have it ready as she is the only staff there , after we kept calling and asking for it they provided the stuff after 4-5 hours. The oven doesn’t work at all, out of 4 burner only 1 worked and that only can boil the water in 30 minutes so forget about cooking anything else. There are many ppl smoking outside of the property all the time so it feels unsafe, would not recommend this property to anyone.
