    My stay was excellent! There was no continental breakfast but the breakfast was good. The hotel is modern but it needs some little upgrades here and there. Staff very friendly, pool area beautiful! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.😊

    The gyms...pool ...restaurant..all well maintained....staff cordial and lobby always smelled fresh. There was good parking and lots of local options for food and shopping. The room was a good size and very comfortable...I will be back

    This seems to focus on business travelers as it is inland and not near the beach. The hotel is comfortable and clean. While it does not have a lot of amenities, it does have a pool and gym which were adequate. Parking is convenient and free, Be prepared to drive for any stores or other business entities. Overall, a comfortable and clean business hotel.

    Location was nice My stay was very disappointing. The rooms are extremely noisy because of the shared connecting door between rooms. We could clearly hear everything happening in the room next to us. Our first room had issues with the air conditioner. Not only was it not working properly, but it was also very loud, so we had to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was no better. We found roaches in the room, and it appeared that the property has a significant roach problem. The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the customer service was disappointing. When I approached the front desk to request a room change, the gentleman working there was rude and seemed irritated by my concerns. However, when my boyfriend later went to the front desk and spoke with staff about the same issue, they agree to change room . The difference in how our concerns were handled was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, this was a very negative experience. Between the noise, maintenance issues, roaches, and poor customer service, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to others.

    The next day it was even worse there was only one lyft and it was hard to use it i had to walk down 17 floors due to the crowd and the worst part was staffs were using the same lift for service . overall the lift service made the experience worst even though the hotel was good

    A bit run down, could well do with a major facelift. Breakfast like a 3 star diner at best. Ok to stay for a night or two for business but wouldn't recommend for longer stays. Well located right next to the I95 and a bunch of dining options right next door. All the staff was nice and helpful.

    Room was visibly dirty and used upon arrival. Hair on tables, bed, floor, garbage etc. Staff came to clean but they did not, only wiped the counter. Fully booked hotel and 1 elevator working with stairwell locked. Not accessible and very inconvenient when trying to bring luggage up or down.

    It was my first time staying at this property and I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel being that it was a Marriott. The hotel just looks tired and definitely needs a refresh. I noticed the elevator was dirty, my room appeared clean but the curtain had a noticeable tear in it and the bathroom shower looked rough. I guess this is why this hotel was significantly cheaper than other hotels located downtown. I will not stay there again.

    Staff was friendly, room was clean by most standards however the bathroom needed a renovation. Drywall and caulk issues as well some rust around the metal door frame. There are a lot of trees right up against the building so I did two termites in our room. The fan in the bathroom is on some kind of timer or something so it was running a lot with no way to turn it off and it was loud.

The property is located by major street that can be heard from the top floor. It’s not terribly noisy, but thought it should be mentioned depending on the side of the hotel you lodge and floor. Sadly, I only had breakfast on my last day for convenience. I thought breakfast would be expensive, but it was affordable and tasty. Nothing. I would stay here again. Target was a little out of range to DoorDash, but that’s a personal problem.

    My husband was platinum with Marriot and don’t think in his probably over ---nights Marriot brands had a room this dirty. Fake eyelashes on floor, carpet so gross and not flesh with wall so gaps filled with dirt. No wonder cheaper then 2 star Marriot

    Checking in the staff was unapproachable unfriendly and not courteous at all got to my room was dirty food still on the floor. The toilet looked like it had been used by. Someone had to go to extremes of contacting the CEO of the company to get a resolution resolved, the staff used to be friendly, but the mail manager at the front desk was not maybe I was too dark a complexion for him to be friendly too you know what I mean.

    This property is OLD! The room was dirty! The housekeeping staff doesn’t do a good job of cleaning there were stains from cups on the furniture that was easily wiped up, hair and toothpaste in the sink, but the urine on the toilet seat was disgusting and the final straw! They switched our room but there was urine on the toilet in that bathroom as well look I travel with cleaning products.. Bottom line this place isn’t worth the drive or price tag..

    I’ve stayed at this property many times before as a local. I love coming to use the Internet, the Wi-Fi or just to get away for the night this time I knew I booked a room with a balcony corner. I did get a corner room, but it surely was not a balcony very disappointed by that also too walking to my room in front of the door just greeted me with nothing but trash, so there’s no housekeepers or house men that are cleaning the floors at night or during the day even inside of the elevators all around the corner of it no one decided to do a deep clean of it or maybe just caulk around it so there’s no space in between where all of that dirt and debris to get caught really disappointed this time you’re supposed to be my home away from home fix it Marriott

    The staff was great who was able to in get me in for early check in and immediately changed my room when to had issues with the initial room. My low scoring is because none of my specific request prior to check in was fulfilled. The sheets was dirty, the bed is low and not beneficial for someone with a bad back and neck. Even though the hotel looks renovated you can clearly see it’s old and a lil run down. The bathroom down at the bottom was splitting, the iron had built up calcium that ruined a top. I was willing to pay for the breakfast Buffett which I paid over $50 for mines and my husband breakfast which was not worth the price. I literally ate 2 shot-glass of granola Parfait cup because everything else was horrible from the smelly eggs, soggy French toast, hard and salty sausage links and all of the breads/bagels were all hard.

    Honest review here… I was extremely disappointed with this property. Walking in looks like the pictures but the rooms were ugh. The halls had a mildew smell on the initial floor we got so we requested a different floor. Not much of a change but we dealt with it. The room had a wet, mildew smell as well. It just looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. The bathroom was unacceptable. The shower was not cleaned and looked like a bathroom from an old studio apartment. Very small and needs to be renovated immediately. The sheets on my daughter’s bed had old blood stains so those had to be changed. I have never stayed at a Marriott like this. If we could’ve found something else we would’ve left that day. Honestly, it was a waste of money. The only positive thing was the staff during check in and the downstairs was pretty. This experience definitely makes me want to not stay at another Marriott.

    I see that they upgraded but they didn’t put much effort into the rooms as they did the lobby/restaurant. The cracked/discolored crevices in the room, bathroom, and sink area, is disgusting. I felt dirty staying there and took a shower a few times daily. The carpet wasn’t as clean. The furniture was stained and slightly outdated. I wouldn’t stay here again. Staff doesn’t greet you upon exiting/arriving which I thought was rude. They legit make eye contact then continue on with their business.

    The entire description of the hotel indicated the hotel had been renovated, however everything they did was superficial, like they put lipstick on a pig! The pool area seemed nice, however there were not enough lounge chairs provided for the quantity of guests wanting to use the pool. Asked for a rolling cart at checkout and was told the 3 they had were in use, I responded that it was a hotel with 16 floors, how do they expect only 3 carts to service that many rooms. Expedia needs better information before marketing rooms at this location!

    The room was falling apart. The window was being held in by white caulking. The bathroom door did not close unless you lifted it up. This is not typical Marriott quality and they should pull their management of this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good, that was the high point. The owners of this hotel have drained it, and not reinvested in it's maintenance.

    Breakfast is the same every single day. If your paying a price for breakfast on the room youd expect a rotation on menu. After a couple of dayd we just went out for brunch every day. We checked in. Horrible check in procces. Gentlemen did not explain any of the amenities, breakfast hours where everything was located. The rooms are old and need new carpet and paint. When we went in to check in they gave us a room that felt like the extra room they give out if theyre fully booked because of how it was. It smelt like mildew, humid, did not look like the pictures and had a horrible view. We were planning on using the biggest ammenitie of all which is the pool only to find out it closes at sunset?!?! Whats the point of a roof top pool if you limit the hours to its access during the day. 9 pm or 10pm? Sure understandable just like every other hotel. For a Marriot we are highly upset on our stay. We expect more out of a stay with Marriot. Dont be decieved by the beautiful pictures of their lobby. Thats really all they have to offer.

    It was okay overall but the biggest turn offs were the bathroom because the area on the wall where the toilet paper is hung up was painted a completely different color than the rest of the wall like they were in the middle of some kind of repair and housekeeping giving us a DIRTY TOWEL with a huge stain on it.     Older property but clean and well maintained. Most of the front desk staff were welcoming when you were speaking with them. Otherwise, not so much.     We had a nice experience, particularly because the staff was wonderful. Front desk, bartender and cleaning staff were friendly, responsive and warm. Starbucks in the lobby was nice and the lobby itself, was very nice. The hotel has a nice pool area, plenty if parking. Our room was spacious and clean. Minor updates/renovations would make it 5 stars, but honestly, it was a wonderful stay.

    Room was clean but had no microwave to warm our leftovers. Hallways at the end of each floor leading to the pool are dirty and filled with spiderwebs. 2 of the 4 elevators were broken during our entire 5 day stay. Pool side furniture/cushions are old, stained and worn out. Hotel room door wood was badly chipped. Lobby area clean, nice restaurant. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Starbucks in the lobby was a huge plus. Just average for the price.

    1. 3 elevators out of service, had to constantly use the staff service elevator filed with cleaning carts 2. the room was freezing, no heat, was told the hotel doesnt have a heating system. They see its abnormal temps below average 45 degrees at night. 3. the room was old an outdated straight out an old 70's motel, popcorn walls and ceilings, dirty carpet( rm 1106) 4. The bathroom was deplorable, mold in the shower ceiling, spotty and sloppy workmanship on the tile molding with plaster smeared on the bottom and corners. 5.     This hotel is not a true Marriott hotel but more so a hotel Marriott took over years ago and never updated it. This may not be factual but it was my reality. There was a major lack of common amenities. Day 1 no hot water, Day 2 no hot water and no heat (it happen to be cold this time in Florida), Day 3 lost power and systems were down. This stay was due to a professional meeting being hosted there for the weekend. The presenters had to bring their own space heater to warm the convention room. I would never stay at this hotel again. The staff kept leaving one towel for two people, please bring enough towels to accommodate the guest staying. The two positives things would be the staff was friendly and the food served during the meeting on both days was good.

    Staff was awesome. I was shocked to learn that there was no heat in the hotel. It was extremely cold due to weather changes. We were issued another blanket and a heater. The refrigerator was not working so, drinks were not kept cold. But my biggest disappointment were the roaches. Once the evening hit and lights were out, they were all by the door and inside the bathroom. There were a few that made their way to the counter and drawer. This made my stay very uncomfortable. Didn't want to chance a different room as this may be a hotel issue and not specific to the room. I was also unable to get a refund from Expedia. I will not return to this hotel.

    FACT: This is a pet friendly hotel. We are not currently pet owners but we do have a level of understanding & expectation management for those that bring their fur-babies on trips. We did not expect to be bitten by ticks and find them in the bed. No new room was offered just the promise of a deep cleaning. Not sure how well that went since we caught one and turned it over to housekeeping but still got bit 3 more times. FACTS: The TV didn't work, come on, get warm nor make a sound. Simply broke.     The breakfast was the best part, there was a shooting at the hotel during my stay on the floor above me, along with them shutting the water off during the late morning, afternoon hours for a little bit. The room was ok, bathroom was pretty dated. House keeping woke me up numerous times to clean my room early in the morning.     Upon entering the first room there was a strong smell of mildew. The bathroom door could not open completely without jamming against the toilet. The shower was small and the shower heads were rusted in areas. There was also peeled paint and spots in the carpet. We were moved to a different room. The rooms were the same.     There was a hole in bathroom door, bathtub was dirty, bathroom door was dirty , curtain was dirty, hand soap not designer, glad I bought my own, tv had no signal , had to watch tv on phone for the night, room temp was 64 raised heat and temp went to 61. We were told it didn’t work and were given a space heater, chair in room was ripped, bed slouch in , hotel description states robes in room, no robes. Worst stay ever!!!

    Last night we found roaches in the bathroom sink. The bathroom was remodeled as cheapest, imperfections at simple look. I requested an infant crib, wasn't clean. I have to do it before putting my baby to sleep. The breakfast is not good. There are better hotels nearby.

    The room # 624 was regular but the shower & sink plumbing was awful , taking a shower as it quickly filled the bottom to my ankles I had to jump out so that the water wouldn’t run out & it took about 5 mins to go down the drain same with the sink!

    The room had some stains in some places, like the shower head and the floor of the closet and the sink has some rust or water stains . Under the window the paint is peeling. And the worst of all the AC unit I guess running through the whole hotel is very loud and obnoxious. Overall it’s an okay hotel, very spacious. The check In process was fast with no issues.

    The room seems dirty and the bedsheets has an old stain, when I reported early in the morning the staff apologized and supposedly to be changed during the day, but when we arrive to the room they only do the bed like nothing happened. I report second time and the staff only send to me another apologies and the bed sheets to change by myself because they don’t have a housekeeping services at night.

    Staff great! Room was great! We had a blast. the only compliant is that there is no complimentary coffee in the lobby when you wake up. You are forced to buy Starbucks coffee downstairs. i don't like their coffee and I don't like Starbucks as a company. For the price of our room, you'd think we could get a darn cup of coffee!

    Filthy and outdated, the pillows had makeup on them. This was the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. I paid for a king-size bed but received two full beds instead. When I asked for the king-size, they said it wasn't available. This hotel is a shame. Said it wasn't available. This hotel is a shame.

    Never made it to Ft Lauderdale. due to an unforeseen circumstance, I had to cancel my reservation. Unfortunately, I LOST $500.00. Expedia negotiated with Mariott on my behalf however they were unwilling to refund my payment. Mariott did not offer a future credit or a partial refund. This was a horrible experience.

    two of three days housekeeping staff did not provide towels for three people registered in the room, need additional places for hand towels at sink, safe was locked when we checked in and had to call to get it unlocked, need a note on the safe that you need to enter 6 digits (many require just four), had to call about lack of hot water in the shower. Bedding was great, nice they have a starbucks in lobby.

    It’s just okay. Nothing extraordinary but good enough. If you have a quick trip it’s fine. The frequently touched places were clean. When I wiped down they appeared to be clean but other places needs a little touching up. Under the dresser/TV STAND you could see dust and trash that looks like it’s been there forever. It has a smell I went and brought some air freshener because I couldn’t deal. Other than that it was okay. Staff seemed nice enough but I didn’t have much interaction with them to be honest.

    I love this hotel location is right in the center of Ft. lauderdale the breakfast omelette is very good but I hate the beds which is most important the beds are so hard they feel like an IKea platform bed no softness in the mattress or anything, the front desk lady runs me that they refurbished the rooms in 2017 , I think it’s time for an upgrade on the beds especially!

    Paid for 2 adults and a child for a room but child didn't get breakfast coupon, had to pay additional, sat down and left the food it was that bad. My partner got bitten by bed bugs that night, still marks on legs now back in the UK. On leaving asked when deposit would return and told 6-10 working days, it's been 20 working days and still holding the deposit. Nothing near the hotel, everything is an Uber away. Wish I'd have read the negative reviews before booking. Avoid.

    I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. At check-in, Caesar made the whole process smooth and easy—such great service! After checking out, my husband realized he had accidentally left some of his high-end clothes in the room. We immediately called the hotel, and Linda reassured us that they had found the items. To our relief, the hotel sent his clothes back to us promptly and with great care. I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service from the entire team. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

    Every night I stayed there was construction being done that woke me up super early. I woke up to drilling noise every day over my head. I was completely unaware that there was construction going until I asked about it. They should have at least let me know as soon as I came to check in. The staff was kind but since I booked through a 3rd party app (Expedia) they were unable to really do anything for me. And they at least gave me a voucher to eat on my last day there. Wish there was more they could’ve done maybe move me to a room with no construction but that wasn’t done.

    Idk to me all Marriott’s are just dirty, old and outdated. The bathroom was horrible. Low toilet seats. The corner of each shower on the bottom is disgusting. The bed when I laid in it sinked in. I hated it. I doubt that’ll I ever drat at another Marriot and if I do it won’t be this one. They need a MAJOR RENOVATION. Oh the staff that leaves at 11pm was very nice tho.

    There were four of us in a room with two queen beds. We stayed just one night and just slept and showered. We were there for about twelve hours. The room was clean and the staff was professional. Overall we have no complaints other than the temperature of the room. It took awhile to cool down. We would stay here again.

    There is no were to put your clothes. 2 small drawers won’t cut it. And no suitcase rack to pick suitcases off the floor. Walls very very thin. I could hear next rooms conversation. Coffee pot didn’t work. Bar drinks are outrageous 20 bucks for a short glass of margarita. Pool CLOSED Room was clean and bed was good.
