    Breakfast was delicious, however I thought it was included in our stay and found out that we had to pay. About 4:15am, there was yelling and cursing outside our room. After 5 minutes I called front desk and staff immediately came up to room. The noise quieted for a bit but we could still hear them talking and yelling at each other. It just made for a sleepless night.

    Another low spot was near the bed. You can tell they used the same idea of self leveling grout in the attempt to fix it. It’s still very noticeable. This room floor had structural issues that need addressed.

    Rooms were spotless, the property was nice, the indoor and outdoor pools were lovely. But more importantly, the staff was fabulous. Contessa and Abby were absolutely spectacular and the breakfast that they served it’s worth adding it to your room price, not that expensive at all and delicious.

    The room was very clean and welcoming - the comfiest beds, great lighting, nice bathroom). Great amenities (microwave, mini fridge, coffeemaker, hairdryer, working smart tv that can connect to YouTube and steaming services, soaps, and makeup remover wipes). The property was nice, with lots of parking and lovely trees. It was a little inconvenient of a location in that you have to make a sharp turn into the parking lot pretty soon after getting off the highway. Being right on the highway means you can hear the traffic noises. I didn't have breakfast or interact too much with the staff, but the food looked good from afar and the staff were kind and knowledgeable during check in and check out. Very lovely stay overall!

    Breakfast was not offered. You have to pay for it. Did not have room ready because were trying to get rid of the smell from previous dog! Finally just changed to different room. It was not the same as I reserved. Supplies out in the doggie area. The beds were to hard for us but the sheets were excellent thread count...so soft! The room was clean and updated.

    Pros: The bed was nice and having a Keurig was a bonus. Cons: The hot tub’s jets were broken. The pool area was very dirty as was the actual hot tub itself. A large dark ring at the waterline all the way around full of water that did nothing. Management is aware and may not fix the issue. The room had no body wash and cheap toilet paper. The baseboard was coming off in the bathroom and headboard had a rip. As an older traveler I purposely find lodging with a Hot Tub to relieve soreness from long drives. This property is on the lower end and I would not stay again.

    We felt safe on the property. The staff we met at check in and check out were both absolutely lovely and willing to share a laugh and a smile. Our deluxe King room was fairly well lit (for a hotel) tho no overhead lighting. I would have preferred more than a set of two towels etc but we did ok. There were adequate charging ports but sadly, I forgot my cord.

    There was one day where our room was not serviced, so we were short on towels. When we went downstairs to ask for bath towels, the front desk worker said there were none available and so we had to use hand towels. We did enjoy having an indoor hot tub, but the indoor pool was too cold to get in.

    Hilton systems were down! They had no back up plan for manual check in. We waited for 45 minutes and left. We ended up at a hotel down the street. This Hilton Garden Inn was our go-to place to stay once a month when we visit Fort Worth. Not sure that will be the case in the future.

    From the moment we walked into the lobby until we rolled out of the parking lot to head home, we felt very welcome. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. They were able accommodate our special requests with sincere smiles. The room was very nice. Comfortable bed, soft sheets, spacious living and a really good shower with excellent water pressure. I can’t attest to the dining, as we were in a rush to get moving this morning, but everything looked great and the staff made sure we knew a personalized meal could be prepared for us with no additional fees. Great experience all around and we will definitely stay there again!

    Had a problem as soon as I got there. My credit card wouldn’t work because I was out of state. The room was already paid in advance but they needed a card for a deposit. I offered to pay cash but they told me no. They also said I needed to book another room for the night because we were not allowed to stay in the lobby. The hot tub was not hot and the pool was not heated The fire alarm went off early one morning and we had to evacuate because the kitchen burned bacon. Bad experience over all

    It was very nice for attending my nearby convention. Good location in terms of close to the event but not any dining options nearby and in-hotel bar with food was closed Monday and not open late enough for my return on Tuesday night. Hot tub was nice.     Well I went in to check in ask if I could check in early was supposed have a room the night before my flight was late didn’t make in when i asked to check in I was told no they were fully booked had to wait till 4 had a wedding to go to at 5 wasn’t going to work left went outside and wanted to cry my sister called talk to the same lady told her pretty much the same as I did and she was told come right over we have a room something isn’t right here with in 15 minutes they had a room and it was ok to check in I will never stay with you people again

    Bathroom grout needs replaced (missing throughout the bathroom, in particular in front of tub area). Caulk around tub needs removed and replaced. Missing between wall and tub... black and gross. Door frames need painted... sections missing paint altogether. It definitely was not the quality we expected from Hilton Garden, but served it's purpose for an overnight stay. We will probably be returning to Holiday Inn Express.

    The hotel was not bad just seemed dated. Compared to the other hotels we stayed in during our trip this one was by far the most dated. Room had a connecting door to another room which I have not seen in a hotel in a long time. It was ok, just did not like the idea of a door joining another room. Overall, for the price we paid for the one night, it worked out well for us.

    Staff was friendly and the place was very clean and updated. The Only problem we’ve had we found a large bug in our room. I let the front desk know then they inspected it. Everything was good. I would definitely come again.

    It had been several years since I stayed at this property, but they’ve done a great job with remodel. Nice and clean. It’s in an industrial area, so not much around it, but they have a nice little kitchen and bar area that has several options so you don’t need to leave the property after checkin. I’ll stay here again!

    When we checked into the hotel, the front desk let us know that they did not have any keys operating right now so he would have to let us in the room every time we left the room. That is made us feel very unsafe and inconvenience. It was already pretty late in the day so we were only staying for one day so we did it, but we woke up at like 5am out of power, but us. So on top of the keys, not working and the power being out which means to know AC in Texas, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel.

    Beautiful and modern hotel. Very spacious and nice facility. But- The staff was very inattentive, though. No one at the front desk and we had to wait a while for someone to show up to assist both days we were there. We were short on towels, requested another, but it never showed up. Staff not very helpful with any questions and acted like we inconvenienced them just by showing up to stay at their hotel. Did not expect that from a Hilton.

    I booked a room here very last minute, and I’m so glad I did! The front desk girl that checked me in was sooo kind I wish I could remember her name! Our room was clean and cool, and parking was a breeze for the size of the lot! It was quiet and everyone we saw was friendly! The only mark on our room(which is not a big deal at all) was the Keurig maker in the room wouldn’t stay shut you had to hold it all shut to make a cup, but that to me doesn’t matter much to me! We will definitely be staying here again! The location is perfect for everything we do while we’re in that area !

    Call twice to make sure the hot tub is working. I called beforehand to make sure, they said "yes we have a hot tub" but they didnt tell me it was out of service. I specifically chose this hotel because it was cat friendly and the hot tub. There wasnt even a bath in the room 😪 tbh i felt like i spent $200 more than I would have somewhere else for the same accommodations. The breakfast was the best part. lots of fresh fruit.

    Arrived earlier than expected and couldn’t get into room even though we were only people at hotel . Outside area where we waited for our room wasn’t very appealing,chairs and cushions looked old. Then our toilet backed up and no one available to take care of it. Gave us plunger and left. 1 hour later backed up and over the floor. Had to switch rooms. Never an offer to a free cup of coffee or breakfast for the craziness.

    Check in was a disaster. I booked my room back in October 2024 and when I got there, they told me that they couldn’t find my reservation. At first she seemed hesitant to work any magic on finding my room. She just kept telling me that they were all booked up. Which is why I booked almost 5 months prior…I honestly think if we wouldn’t have contacted hotels.com directly, and stayed to figure out the problem, she would’ve sent to women off with no where to go… I’m not sure whose error it was but after an hour had gone by, we checked into our room. The room was ok but the toilet quit working and we had to call Maintenence. Considering everything that happened and just the condition of our room, I won’t be staying at this location ever again.

    Broken down abandoned vehicle in the parking lot. Someone else’s dirty socks on the chair in the room. No dining available the entire stay even when told there would be by staff. Room not turned over even though room cleaning staff spoke to me and saw me leave. She was literally outside my door with her cart. Hard to find staff - not present at front desk. Definitely not Hilton standard.

    We immediately felt unsafe leaving my vehicle parked in the lot due to the fact that there was an obvious broken car window all over the spaces.     Upon arrival at the Property, there was a line to check-in, I patiently waited for my turn. The gentleman in front of me is served and looks like he is given a wonderful experience with laughs and chiding for both parties. After he leaves and I step up to the Front Desk, the Associate's Demeanor changes. She doesn't smile once at me, while the gentleman before me had her laughing. She asks for my name and in the process of spelling out my name (as some people find it difficult to spell) she directly interrupts me and asks for my ID. I hand it over, she looks at the ID and at me, and I thought I could have a small joke since I have a pretty big beard, I say: "yep, thats me, beard and all!" She doesn't even acknowledge the comment just goes on about the incidentals charge. And then passes me my key, and ushers the next customer. A little annoyed I collected my things and went to the room. In the morning we thought they'd have Complimentary breakfast, as the room key had hours for Breakfast, so we go down there and we're greeted by another employee whom before we get any food asks us for our room number and name. I give it, and they're charging $16 a person for breakfast. As I had no information that breakfast would have to be charged, the front desk lady last night never mentioned it, and no where in the hotel did it say breakfast would be charged. I had to find out on the Expedia website. So in conclusion, if you're lower income I'd avoid this place, very elitist feeling.

    We enjoyed our stay the staff was very friendly and welcoming however they need to upgrade bathrooms that shower was horrible and outdated and the shower pressure was weak the toilet sits entirely to low the carpet throughout the place was also outdated didn’t really meat expectations to be a Hilton hotel franchise they need to upgrade the breakfast was hot and fresh but they serve the same thing every morning sausages were disgusting but it was free with our stay didn’t care for the bartender on duty he was weird and annoying and do not like his drinks at all the indoor pool and jacuzzi was nice the outdoor furniture also needs upgrading great area lots of restaurants in the area overall they just need to upgrade the place to meet the standards of other Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at in the past I’ll give a five star only because the staff were exceptional but will not stay there again unless the place is moderated I like the newer hotels I feel like they make enough money to do so so there’s no excuse
