    Setup was inefficient; everyone had to walk a long way just to get to the only elevators; then everyone had to park on one end because only certain doors worked with key card even though they all had signage that you could use a key card to enter; you could not. Grass needed to be mowed. Kids running up and down halls every night and day. Slow elevators. Our backs ached due to the poor mattresses. Would not recommend other than it was a convenient location for tourist stuff.

    This used to be a good hotel they had a shuttle and a van to take you to the stockyards. The floors where dirty, I had hair caked to my feet that was not mine. My father in law slipped in the shower and cut his arm open. I will not be staying here again, for the price we should have just stayed in cow town since we had to pay for an uber.

    Check In was easy and the staff was nice. The room was decently sized and the bed was comfortable. Having a mini fridge and microwave was nice as well. It was a little bit dated and not the cleanest but it wasn’t “dirty” per se. The connected bar Cassidy’s was actually pretty cool as well. Overall though, a decent stay that was budget-friendly and the location was also a plus as it was a less than 10 minute drive to both downtown and the stockyards.

    The hotel was horrible. We got moved to (3) different rooms before we had a clean room. Water backed up in shower/tub. Carpet stinks, air conditioning sucks . I have pictures of it all and can provide for evidence. I asked to speak with the manager for (2) days and still no call or responds . We was offered a breakfast for the inconvenience and I demanded a refund for the first night stay. It was 76 degrees inside the hotel room and stunk. After trying to shower water almost overran the tub. Sink would not drain. The maintenance man told us he could not believe we were put in those rooms because they were not even supposed to be open due to the water conditions and drain issues. Multiple customers we talked with had the same issues in their rooms and was complaining about water back up., mildew smell in the carpet, a horrible environment an experience for someone who has traveled so many hours to stay at a nice hotel to find that it is not maintained at all. After reading reviews of the hotel stages of other people we have found that lots of other people have complained about this same issue for this issue to not be corrected before they allow people to rent the rooms for the premium price and will not refund the inconvenience of a stay. The hotel is run very poorly, and the staff is not friendly at all. We are going to contact Superior people concerning this situation and what we experienced after asking for a refund only of one night to be refused.

    The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the coffee was surprisingly good. The staff was friendly and the lobby bar was a nice place to relax in the evening. My only drawbacks were that it wasn't quite as quiet as I had hoped at times, and my room was a fairly long walk from the lobby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again, especially for the value and comfortable accommodations.

    Paid extra for a corner room and asked for highest floor possible. Was stuck on 2nd floor with only window facing a wall 5 ft outside and an ac unit. Room was clean but extremely outdated. Couch in room was completely worn out and kind of gross. Pool was closed. Says they attached to Cassidy’s which is true but they are only open 2 days a week.

    The staff was amazing! The hotel could use an upgrade in wallpaper, carpet, etc. We had to turn on the water in the shower to get hot water in the sink and vice versa, so that was kind of a pain.

    I’m honestly really disappointed with this stay. We paid a lot of money to be here, expecting to enjoy all the amenities, especially the pool, and it was completely unavailable the entire time. No warning when booking, no proper explanation, nothing. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, and it completely ruined the experience. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least make sure your amenities are actually usable or be upfront about closures. Definitely not worth the money.

    Needs to be updated. Pictures are very deceiving as to the actual condition of the furniture. The popcorn filling in the bathroom was falling down two of the lights were almost out very dim in the bathroom. The nice chair in the living area had cracks and wrinkles, and my bedsheets had to be changed as they were dirty when I got there.

    The rooms are smaller than expected and we where not given our breakfast vouchers and $16 is a bit steep. But other than that everything else was ok staff was heat and very helpful. Staff was great and very on point. The hotel leaves you lacking though has good look but lacking in room size and rooms in general.

    The 12 o'clock checkout. The dance club inside the motel. The swimming pool and gym closes late. Not enough wash rags for the length of our stay and no more weekend shuttle service to the Stock Yards.

    Our room's A/C didn't work and the sink was draining slow. We contacted the front desk and they moved us to a new room. Most of the new room worked fine. One outlet had a ground plug broke off, and one of the lamps had a burned out bulb. But we were thankful that the staff were able to move us to this room as the A/C did work.

    The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very nice. The bar/main lobby is very nice. Good location and reasonably priced. Our room was never cool enough and was so humid there was condensation on the surfaces, carpet and everything felt wet, including the sheets/bedding, our clothes and it was so uncomfortable for our 2 night stay. There were 4 of us in the room, with all of our stuff and we just stayed without complaint/moving, believing the situation would just improve in the room the longer the a/c was on, but it only got worse and by the 2nd night it was too much trouble for us to move all of our things. It was a very uncomfortable stay in that room #113.

    The staff was warm and welcoming. I could adjust the room temperature myself and the bed and linens, shower were very good. I only stayed for an overnight visit after returning from Europe (time shifting) and meet family and attend a local event so I did not have an opportunity to try the restaurant or use other of the facility. Would recommend as a very good value.

    The plug in the bathroom sink did not work, and it was stuck in the down position so we were unable to use the sink. Some of the towels in the bathroom were ragged, and the duvet cover had a fairly large stain with what looked like black ink. The staff were as helpful as they were able to be considering we discovered the problem with the sink around 11pm. There was no maintenance staff to fix it at that time, and they offered to allow us to move, but due to the late hour, we declined. They stated that they would discuss a discount with the manager who would be back in the morning. When we went to check out the next morning, the manager was not on premises at 930 am, and the morning clerk could only authorize a small discount on the room. They were helpful, but having a manager present would have been much better. I expected much more from a Radisson Hotel

    The room wasn’t ready reservations were not available. The refrigerator didn’t work and leaked all over the floor so I couldn’t walk across the room without wet feet. Talked to staff and they didn’t do anything about it or switch rooms. Will not stay here again

    Rooms were super clean. Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Staff was helpful with all our needs and the breakfast was awesome. Pool and hot tub were clean also. I’d give it a 9.9 out of 10. Only reason I’m taking a little off is cause we had to get new room cards twice cause they wouldn’t work. Minor issue they were great about it. We will for sure be staying when we go back to stockyards.

    Don’t let their photos fool you. This place was awful and in need of updating! It was very dark, dingy and depressing on the inside. The hall walls are scraped up and the whole place just needs a revamping. The only wonderful thing about our stay was a precious friendly lady at the front desk. Her name was Alexis from California.

    Breakfast wasn't worth paying for. Should be complimentary. The selection was very basic and pastries weren't fresh. Room was very basic and no updated charging ports. Way overpriced. Will never book again. The best western across the highway was half the price with much nicer room and experience and their breakfast was better and complimentary.

    My room was clean. The staff were friendly. Two things bad I have to say is the elevator did not work. Prices of the rooms should be lowered for this inconvenience especially when you’re booked on the top floors. And the people walking around at night is crazy. Maybe because of the liquor store right next door?!

    We have always enjoyed this hotel. Unfortunately, upon check-in we found out that they no longer offer the free shuttle service, which we loved!! So we ended up having to use Uber multiple times. We did go to Kassidy's (the night club within the hotel) for the first time & had an absolute blast. The DJ was great!

    Place is average. Radisson properties used to be better and now they’re just average. I was here just for a conference. Place is very outdated and you can tell from the outside before you go in. Would I stay here again—No, because I could pay a little more and get a better hotel. Staff was very nice and work hard but ownership needs to invest in bringing this facility to the year 2026.

    I was upgraded to a king size bed due to the room size ( reserved in) being a whole lot smaller, according to the Staff that was checking me in. I was there for a conference and they couldn’t really keep the restrooms stocked with toilet paper on day 2. The property is a lot older and the 1st floor could really use an upgrade on the scratched up wallpaper. They do have an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Their breakfast buffet was $15/person. Cassidy’s night club was geared more for an older crowd, over the age of 40 (at least the night I was there).

    Ripped all in it. Half the rooms have the numbers written on the doors with black sharpie. Place is run down and most definitely would NEVER stay here again. Don’t trust the photos on listing. It’s not nice lol.

    the room did not have a working tv and refrigerator was leaking and the carpet was wet the whole time. We had to wear shoes after our socks got wet from the carpet being wet. I was told the manager would reach out and never heard from them

    Staff were very nice, the room was clean and the amenities were great. We had a problem with our key card, the mechanism on the door didn’t work so after several attempts Maintenance was called and determined we needed to move to a different room as the repairs couldn’t be done immediately. The room we were moved to was also very clean. Overall the hotel needs some updating but we were happy with our stay.

    Would have gave 5 stars but we got woke up out of sleep at8:30/9 am due to the maids on our floor playing loud music while cleaning rooms while guests are still sleeping is ridiculous it was so loud and bosom through the walls and i could not go back to sleep or enjoy my room if we pay money for that price give us the peace and quiet and respect we deserve as paying guests i did relate message to staff at desk next will be management cause that was ridiculous and rude and i wasn’t the only one complaining other than that it was a good stay

    The room was spacious but that was about the only good thing about it. Bed was bowed in spots, sheets were stained. Started feeling like bugs were crawling over our skin. Itching. The air conditioner was all but falling out of the wall. The table was about to collapse on itself if you bumped it. Toilet took forever to flush. The front desk ladies were nice. Having the club there made for some undesireable people walking around and looked like *illegal* activities were happening in the parking lot next to the hotel parkong lot. They thankfully gave me a refund but would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful night.

    In the morning after our stay the fire alarm went off. We could definitely smell some sort of electrical smoke. I tried to call the front desk and our phone in the room did not work. I was able to look up the phone number and call and finally reached someone. They said we’ll send someone up shortly. About 10 minutes later the maintenance man comes wandering in. He could also smell the smoke, we left the room in about 10 minutes later he said everything was fine. He had “smelled all the outlets”. I definitely feel like it’s something. The fire department should’ve responded to as this is a very large hotel. They did give us coupons to their breakfast buffet for our troubles. It is not at all close to the stockyards and I would not recommend this hotel!

    Your front desk staff and dining room staff were fantastic. We had a problem with our room tv and it was quickly taken care of. The lobby was a nice area to chat with others as we were there with the Shetland pony group. The meeting rooms were nice and the breakfast was fantastic. We were disappointed that the hotel was only open on Friday and Saturday. The prices in the little store by the desk were very high, I could get a can of soda for $1.50 in vending but soda bottles in the hotel store were $4.

    Hotel was not as i expected. I booked here cause it stated it had a shuttle to stockyards and it did not . The restroom had ants. The toilet ran water noise like it kept trying to fill up. Very disappointed. Won’t stay here again . I had 2 other families cancel their other reservations to stay here and I kept having to apologize because the pictures that are shown is not what we walked into. I was embarrassed to say the least.

    Woke up at 5 am to someone trying to enter my room. They were able to get through the lock but due to me having the dead bolt locked they were not able to gain full entry. My door was cracked and I slammed it shut and used the iron board to put between the door and the wall. Called the front desk several times but no answer. I thought it was someone who was just drunk and had the wrong room but woke up to a damaged door and 2 plastic cards in my room that were obviously used to get through bottom lock. Although very kind about my report, it hasn’t seemed to be a serious concern for staff yet even when I told them that the lock on the room has been compromised. Still waiting for someone in management to return my call. Police report has been filed. It was just an uncomfortable experience all together. We travel a lot and stay in hotels all over but have NEVER experienced anything like this even when staying in some pretty sketchy areas.

    I booked this room just to use the shuttle to go to the stockyards they said on the website they provide free shuttle to and from but when I got there they said oh no we stopped doing that but yet still promote this so if you are planning on needing a shuttle to get anywhere book somewhere else.

    My room was awful the ac leaked all over the carpet and it smelled musty the bed was hard and uncomfortable the room had a dirty washcloth on the curtain rod that wa stuff filthy and gross the sink drained real slow the curtains had holes all along the bottom.of them. Was not a pleasant stay at all . They had 1 person running front desk so I waited 20 to 30 mins to check in no complimentary breakfast prices were high maybe was nice one day long ago but not no more.

    We rebooked this hotel because we stayed there before. We were excited to return. We booked king room,upon check in the guy told us we booked a handicapped room. I said doesn’t matter as long as it is a king room. He gave Ali’s a double room with small beds. That made me upset. Then when we were trying to sleep, there was loud people in the hall and the hotel did nothing. It went on till after 3am. And after paying for room, they charge for breakfast. The only upside is they have a bus that runs from hotel to Billy bobs at the stockyards.

    My husband plays in a band at the stock yards and this is our second time at this hotel, coming in after hours performance mate at night, our key wouldn't work on the side doors making it extremely hard with all of his equipments to find a door that would open, this wasn't the first time it happened I was given the benefit of the doubt that it works work and the same time it happened it didn't work.

    Clean hotel short driving distance to Stockyard area. Room key cards took numerous attempts to get it to work. We arrived 2 hours ahead of 3 pm check in. They had 1 room ready but wanted to charge $25 to check in early. That seems silly if they have 1 of our rooms ready. Lobby bar doesn’t open until 5. Breakfast buffet for $15 was good. Overall, a good hotel for the price and location.

    For one it took forever to check-in. The two men that were checkin everyone in did NOT know what they were doing. Two, our room was so small ha, ha,ha. We had double bed but I don't know or understand what a double bed is or was because it was just full size bed that felt like a twin size bed. It was so bad!!! Three, then the shower 🚿 had no pressure like none at all. We felt like the shampoo and soap wouldn't come off. We will never stay there again. But the cleanliness of the hotel was good

    Hotel is close to the stockyards which was nice for going out. Parking was limited and upon arriving to my room it was pretty warm inside and didn’t smell very clean. The person next door was playing music at what seemed a reasonable level but I could hear it very easily through the conjoined door in the room which was a little frustrating. Staff was friendly.

    I liked the safety aspect. I was staying at a nearby hotel and my vehicle was broken into. This hotel parking area is very visible and they have security on site 24/7. The cafe is nice and quiet and prices are reasonable, the room has a larger than average fridge in it. Other than road noise, this place was perfect for the price.

    Lobby was beautiful, everyone was friendly and check-in was fast. Great location being very central to different things we were wanting to do. It was quiet however the hotel does need some updating. And they wouldn’t leave us enough towels, had to keep asking for more. And we had trouble with our key cards working. If your just needing a bed and a shower it’s fine.

    Fit the price no question. Arrival and check in were very smooth. For the most part all staff were friendly. There was one, must have been graveyard shift who seemed inconvenienced when you needed anything.

    We always love staying at the Radisson FC if we’re going to the stockyards! Great restaurant great club great bar great location! Bring a swimsuit… and enjoy the indoor swimming pool and hot tub!

    Blood on floor of evaluator food for two days. Shower was Luke warm if that. Beds were hard and waited for long time for extra pillows. Coffee was bad.

    Seemed hard to get to, if you're not familiar with the city. This was an older building; didn't seem to match the online pictures of newness. Uncomfortable mattress, but the room seemed to have been recently remodeled.

    Place was great but we didn’t show up until 5 and we couldn’t check in. They gave us free breakfast which is very nice considering they charge $16 a piece for hotel food. Overall a great place but that wasn’t fun.
