My reservation was given away to someone else. I was told that they didn't have any more rooms available. After a few mins arguing with them they told me to wait 10 mins while they cleaned a room for me and my son. The room they gave me was disgusting. It was dirty, floors had dirt all over, bathroom was filthy with mold all in the tub, paint coming off the walls and sheets were dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be working on getting my money back.

Room wasn’t cleaned when I checked in. Ask front desk to change rooms, they said “I couldn’t unless I paid the difference. Have to wait until tomorrow to switch room” . Tomorrow came and nobody called me or my room to have my room switched.

Horrible experience the whole hotel was disgusting. Had loose hair mold in the showers room was not cleaned at all. Will not recommend this hotel ever in my life to anybody not even my enemy toilet was not clean. The whole place was just horrible.

The room was never cleaned from previous guess the ceiling was falling floor had holes the metal on the wall cut myself and husband the remote was broken the outlets were broken the smoke detector was missing I begged to switch rooms and was refused.

While there wasn’t dirt on the floors, we saw the occasional roach-like bug. Toilet paper was just above 1-ply. Breakfast was a joke, nothing fresh only toast, stale muffins or sugary cereal.

Breakfast was stale cereal and not much variety. Staff was ok, not very approachable. Rooms need some up upgrading and did not match pictures online. But they were clean for the most part. Air conditioning kept our room nice and cool.

It didn't look like they vacuumed the carpet before we got there and none of the 3 days we were there. The biggest gripe was that for 2 of the 3 days that we were there the elevator was broken and we were on the third floor.

Upon entering the room we seen 6 roaches scatter from the fridge and microwave area. I got a video of a roach behind the screen on the microwave where the time is. I immediately asked for a refund and they refused. We did not stay here. Services were not rendered. This place was unsanitary and uninhabitable for my family. It’s as if hotels.com only chose the good reviews to put on here. Look up the reviews on google before booking. Don’t stay here unless you have nothing against roaches!

Staff let us check in early because our previous hotel was unsafe feeling. It was great location , cleaned, smelled great, nice room with fridge and microwave and bed. Definitely great value for the money

The room wasn't cleaned well my child found a vape pen next to one of the beds The grab and go breakfast left a lot to be desired. They have the space that it looks like they use to offer more but currently they just have muffins, white bread for toast, and 2 kinds of cereal.

Poorest excuse for breakfast. We were there 1 hr before breakfast ended, ONLY 4 peices of bread, 1 muffin and cereal available. NO MILK for cereal, juice was empty. Pathetic. At least 4 hotel guest came after us and left hungry.

The staff was nice. However, the hallways smelled like a mix of weed and mothballs. The sheets on the beds had stains. The bathroom towels had black stains on them, and the overall bathroom felt dirty. For the price, I might stay again. However, the pictures looked nicer than the room quality we received.

No business facilities. The staff was friendly and received a package for me from UPS. Laundry/housekeeping was hit and miss. Had to deal with 2 fights in the hallway… not the hotels fault but it seems to be a thing. The room had some updates and was generally clean. The halls, elevator and stairs were pretty ugly.

Booked for one night last minute for a concert @ Billy Bobs and March Madness @ Dickies Arena in Ft Worth. Good location. Property was VERY outdated and dingy. Bathroom was old and yellowed. Front desk was rude and bothered. “Breakfast” was a joke. It consisted of stale white bread for toast, stale mini muffins, two kinds of cereal with warm milk, Sunny D and machine dispensed coffee with sugar and powdered cream. (No fruit or yogurt.) Closest Starbucks was a 10 minute drive. Hotel parking lot was full of abandoned cars. Very sketchy patrons and reeked of weed. Will not book again.

This place was okay and they are really nice when you get there. Rooms were average for the price. Ac worked great. Not Business Friendly let me tell you my problem. I booked this place for a week. I just had my surgery, and they amputated both my legs. Well, I had something go wrong and had to go back to the hospital. So talked to the front desk and the lady was nice and said OKAY in the morning when I went to check out, she changed it up. She told me they give no refunds, but she can offer a credit, but I would have to pay a deposit for that. Asked for a manager several times but she said the manager is no available. Very rude lady she did not give me credit for the days I wasn't going to be there. Just bad customer service.

Horrible plus you have to wait 3-4weeks for your deposit back.

This Days Inn might look good from outside the building but the hotel is very outdated on the inside. First of all the first thing we saw, the elevator inspection certificate in it was out of date. Then our room was musky, smelly & very outdated. The remote to the tv didn’t work, so we took it to the front desk, the front desk attendant, put new batteries in the remote and it still didn’t work. Had to wait for the night person to look into it, he ended up being back to our room the tv originally remote. Oh also, bathroom shower was dirty and moldy. Finally the hotel informed me at check in that it was a non-smoking place. We were woke up at 4 am with the smell of weed lingering through the floor we were on then ended up being through the whole place. Finally, breakfast was served from 6-9 am. We go check on it at 7:30 am, and there was nothing at that time. All together we were very disappointed with all aspects of this location. Very much a waste of our money and weekend. They also don’t take AARP discount card.

The room was completely disgusting. At the time it was raining and water was coming in from the ceiling. The ceiling had black mold around the hole where the water was coming in from. The AC was filthy, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. A light shade was missing from the lamp. Bottom of the bed looked like it was used for a cat post. Mold around the soap holder inside of the shower. I can go on and on about this room. I'm posting some of the pictures so you can clearly see how horrible this room was. The staff claims that the room was checked before I arrived. The staff was also rude. When I showed them the pictures and videos they completely dismissed me. My experience was horrible. I have never stayed in a hotel like this before. Worst experience ever.

Solid room for the price

3rd floor smelled of Marijuana which is crazy considering the lady at the desk stated at least 3 times no smoking and no pets. Parking lot had vehicle's you could tell have been there awhile and parking lot didnt feel safe.

Literally found a knife and zip ties underneath the bed me and my partner was sleeping on, looked like something sketchy was going on in the hotel rooms down the hall from us, we had someone threaten to rob us and someone broke into our room (apparently was house keeping but they aren’t given master keys to from what the front desk told us) I asked for a refund and one minute they said ya sure and the next they were like “oh well Fort Worth is crazy deal with it” and wouldn’t give us the refund. Never staying there again we felt so unsafe

Room was dirty, including the pillow, and there was dust everywhere. The toilet in the room was broken. I asked to change rooms, but the receptionist said I couldn’t and she didn’t seem happy working there. Breakfast was terrible. Good luck to the next guest who stays in room 121. Terrible!!!

I had a terrible experience. They were trying to make me leave because of my service dog. Even threatened to call the cops on me. After an hour of arguing with front desk they made me put up an additional deposit of 50 mor dollars. They said it’d be fronted, but it never was and hasn’t to this date.

My stay was horrible. In our room, there were burn holes and weird stains on the bed sheets. The shower was absolutely disgusting, we did not use, my light on the side of the bed didnt work, There was a side door to the hotel just wide open for all these crackheads to come in and out of all hours of the night, breakfast ended at 9am and we went down at 8:35 and there was nothing there, they had shut it down before 9 and when I asked she just said "well we close it down at 9", it wasn't 9 yet. Horrible place and will not recommend it to anyone I know.

The room was run down and dingy, the full length mirror was gone from the wall but the wood studs were still there. The outer comforter on beds had fresh stains and did not appear to be clean or sanitary. No iron available in the room. You have to go downstairs to the front desk and ask to borrow one and they don’t even have any ironing boards. Also we made a reservation for three people in our two bed room. There was only two towels and when asked for an additional towel, we had to take the other two used towels downstairs before we were given a third.

When checking out went to get my deposit back and it was a different lady. Handed her my room key and the paper but because we moved rooms she couldn’t find my cash deposit that was put in an envelope with my name on it.

The room had a ball of hair on the floor, the toilet had what looked like a pee spot on it which I used a wet hand towel to get clean. The tub drain was discolored and had no stopper.

Looks nothing like the pictures, breakfast consists of stale cereal. Dirty room laundry was left in the hallway all weekend. Bathroom was moldy. Toilet barely worked, you had to flush several times for everything to go down. Desk clerk was never around. Had to actually call the hotel to get her to come to the desk.

AC leaked all over carpet. Toilet hardly flushed. Could hardly understand staff.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean, even smelled clean. The rooms are dated and in need of new bathrooms. The pool was dirty and no chairs to use. If just needing a room to sleep, this hotel serves that purpose. Again, staff was so nice and hotel was very clean.

The bathroom was moldy and the fire alarm was broke in half so not sure if there was a fire we would’ve died. We told the front desk ask to change rooms but they refused.

The ceiling above the toilet had a constant drip. The continental breakfast was lacking. The room was always comfortable in the extreme heat. The beds slept great. The shower was either blistering hot and no cold water or it was perfect. The doors were extremely loud from the springs slamming. The pool look nice however there were no chairs.

On the second night of our stay, even though we already said to ourselves we will endure the unclean and shabby appearance, Kate the overnight staff came knocking on our door past 11:15 PM. PM, as in we were already in bed. "Our manager forgot to tell us, there are renovations planned for this room early in the morning and we need to relocate you to another room. She then took my wife to a smaller room on the first floor that hadn't been cleaned. We spoke up about leaving, and she said the manager, Sushil Patel okayed for you to stay in the original room for the night. This is close to midnight after Expedia, whom we booked through tried to call her, and she wouldn't answer it correctly, so my wife had to take her phone down to her. She wouldn't originally answer with the hotel's name. The hotel staff told Expedia they will charge us not just for the two nights we were there, but also half of another day we weren't even there, declaring cancelation policy. Even though Amber, at the front said to our face, they wouldn't. Mr Sushil Patel doesn't communicate with his staff and his staff are either ignorant of what's happening or are liars. Our bank will stop payment and reconcile the egregious charge. Dirty hand prints near shower wall, hair in shower, multiple cigarette burns on sheets..

Staff was great. Very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. TV remotes need to be for the model in the room. Recommend that tv be put on swivil mount so that it can be turned and watched while sitting in the armchair instead of straight on to the bed.

Remodel your hotel if your going to charge that much!

TV was kinda small, movie channels and day/night programs were there. The wifi was spotty. Shower water was slightly above room temperature. King bed was pretty awesome. An okay price for okay hotel stay while construction in area.

Tje rooms were Large and well equiept, showersnhad Beautiful Water pressure. Thebplace is a Resort of sorts. You can hear the Horaes drom over the back.wall. we loved this hotel. Unfortunatly, we slept thru the Breakfast service each morning, our friends said it was very good. I do look forward to returning in the near future. WYNDOM DAYS INN NORTH FORT WORTH IS OUR PICK OF THE MONTH FOR A GREAT STAU.

This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The lady at the front desk was RUDE. The room is dirty and run down. There was not even a dial on the air conditioning unit. And THEY LITERALLY DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO CLEAN THE TOILET!!!! There was hair in the sink. I can't express how dissatisfied we are with this hotel. The lobby is absolutely beautiful. But thats where it ends. Because they did nothing to make sure the rooms carry the same level of excellence.

The room was falling apart, base board coming off the wall, ceiling had cracks in it. The room was not cleaned properly, black hair on the floor and used wash cloths still in the bath tub/shower.

I dont usually complain but this stay should have been better. I was on a work trip and arrived at 7pm and no one was at the front desk. I rang rhe bell for about 10 minutes, walked around the lobby area looking for an employee and then started to call the cell number for the manager listed on a business card. Then i saw the employee walking in the far back door from the parking lot. She checked me in without a smile and was noticiably aggravated. I received my card and went to my room. The elevator electrical panel under the buttons was damaged and wires were exposed. Not a good thing at the height children are and could reach in there. Then i arrived in my room and 2 tiles in the center of the room were cracked and crushed like something very heavy was driven across them. Finally, the next morning when i was leaving i went to the breakfast area. It was very clean and no breakfast. The doors where the food was kept were locked. The hotel was very clean but it appeared at the expense of services and proper maintenance.

The door to our room looked like someone had previously kicked it in at one point. The chair that you could sit on aside from the desk/table chair, SMELLED HORRIBLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I took a shower, both body towels had the same SMELL as the chair and I had no choice but to use it to dry myself off. IT WAS HORRIBLE. When we came back to the hotel from our event at 11 pm, the parking lot was full of people hanging out in the back of there vehicles drinking. We did not feel SAFE but couldn’t do anything about it, we didn’t have the money to try to get another room at a different hotel, so we stayed. I feel the cleaning staff need to thoroughly clean every piece of furniture someone could sit or lay on and to make sure to smell all the sheets, blankets, pillow cases and towels that paying customers will be using before leaving the room.

Bad experience. My wife and I reserved a King room for a weekend getaway. Upon arriving to our room it was a double bed room which had a weird smell almost like urine. Called the front desk and the clerk said that there were no King rooms available because of a water leak but not to worry because she didn't charge us for the two beds, like she was doing us a favor. She stated that there were no other rooms available which I find difficult to believe because the parking lot wasn't full and didn't see or hear any other guests throughout our stay. "Breakfast" was posted to end at 9am. Went down at 8:40 and everything was empty and completely cleaned up. I've never seen that happen on a Saturday morning at a supposedly sold out hotel.

The shower handle did not work properly. Once it was turned on only cold water and couldn’t turn off. Calling front desk didn’t work bc the phone was broken and when I called from my cell it only rang and rang. You would expect the shower to work and I didn’t know it wouldn’t until 7 am.

The property decor, color coordination is nice. The front desk staff is nice. HOWEVER, I don’t think housekeeping is doing a good job. We were given a room that was not done , it smelled. We then were given another room and the bathroom had a used soap in the shower that was never picked up or discarded. I normally leave a tip, but this time i didnt. In my opinion, I would had paid $45 for one night.

When we first got there we noticed a stain on the sheet, right at the fold beside the pillow. It was about the size of a tennis ball. The was a strong mildew smell and the bathroom was nasty. The shower had mold and mildew all in it. Staff wasn’t helpful at all and wouldn’t issue a refund. Very disappointing

The facility is pretty run down. Towel bar fell off and the toilet paper holder was very loose in the bathroom. A fresh coat of paint would add a lot. Fresh fruit plans yogurt would be a nice offering for breakfast.

Lovely front desk service but virtually no breakfast and very thin walls. Probably would not stay again.

This property is filthy and in disrepair. Which is probably the reason bedbugs were found in our room. We left the property and are now being denied a refund. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The front desk person came to the room and documented everything and tried to offer a room downstairs because they are “far better” than the rooms upstairs. She also had us airdrop the photo of the bug that we took but still refuse to refund our stay. We are now out 3 nights at this hotel and the booking of a second hotel for two rooms.

I needed handicap and the room they put me in was far from it. Not even the bathroom was. I could not shower due to the tub waa not handicap equiped. It was very dirty... the room had not been cleaned. Lights were wrapped in foil. Very much a safety hazard! The lady at the front deak was rude and had No customer service skills. I will never come back here. I am just appalled and disappointed in the handicap services they offer. I will fight to get my money back for sure!!!!

Checked in and the clerk was rude, got to our room and there wasn’t even a smoke detector plus the heater wasn’t working! My fiancé had to go request a different room so they put using the third floor. The drain in the tub of the first room we were put in even came out of the tub; before we even started taking our showers! I was so disappointed with the staff and building, I cancelled my second stay and will be staying somewhere else for my next trip to Fort Worth!

The heater did not work. The lights over the bed did not work. There was no hair dryer. The porcelain on the bathroom sink was cracked and broken. They did not have any spare blankets or pillows. I slept in my coat to keep warm.

Was a little put off about $50 deposit that I did not see when I looked at info about hotel. The lady that checked us in told me it’s listed on the Hotels site for that hotel. When I looked again, I found the statement about the deposit, but it’s not in the main info about the hotel. If it was, I wouldn’t have been so put off, but it might also deter people from using their hotel. The hotel was in a convenient location for our trip.
