The hotel was very clean and always staffed well. Check in and out was a breeze. They kept our luggage for us all day until our flight. Good location to take a lyft to the Stockyard district.

The room was okay, just did not seem to be sparkling clean. Also some of the lighting was not working. We stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned while we were there, we had to go to desk and ask for towels.

Tv didn’t work. I called front desk they sent a guy up it was a mess. He fixed it and worked for 20 min. Called back the sent someone next day same thing. Then the next day they offered to move my room , but I was exhausted and didn’t want to pack up and move . Overall I stag at hilton property all the time this I will never stay again

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We ate at the restaurant on site. If you don't want to fight the crowds or just tired, it was definitely worth it. Would stay again. Could have better use of lighting over suitcases and fridge area's.

One of the best hotel experiences. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large, beds comfy and would definitely recommend to others.

The only complaint we had, was our room took a while to cool down when the temperature was adjusted.

Room lovely. Bathroom excellent and shower And water pressure excellent. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was a good range of ordered options; huge portions and very delicious. Air con was very loud. Road noise was noticeable throughout the night.

Very modern and a great location. Great parking and friendly staff. Rooms always smelled fresh. Although the rooms were touched up daily, we did find majority of our clean towels with other people hairs. I understand this is unavoidable in some situations but the fresh towels which were replaced each day did have bunches of other people’s hairs. The only let down really.

The rooms are great for families and of they offer an indoor heated pool and hot tub. We specifically booked this hotel because of a prior outstanding stay which included a heated pool, hot hottub and a door to the trundle bedroom room. I called 5 minutes prior to booking and asked if the pool and hottub were working and if they were heated and they said yes. After checking in and settling in we headed to the pool room. The hot tub was not an expected 100ish but around 86 and the staff said they could not do anything about it, maintenance was gone, and they didn't have their number but offered us breakfast vouchers. Also after check-in we discovered the room we booked does not have a door to the trundle bedroom and not all of the rooms do but there is no way of knowing that when booking online unless you contact the property and ask. We have a heavy snorer in our family and the door was a big plus last time we stayed here.

The room was not ready by check in time, 3:00. However they were sold out the night before, so I am sure it was probably a lot to do in little time. Also, the room was not very clean. Both sets of sheets had stains and the carpet had not been vacuumed. We found old fries and hair rubber bands lying on the floor. The location was fair. If you are going to the Stockyards, I would definitely recommend staying at the Stockyards.

The toilet paper roll holder was broken, the sink drain was popped out (and I had to fix it), the hangers were set to the side of the dresser with nowhere to hang them or our clothes (no closet rack), and I attempted to contact the management with no reply. Better than a three, not quite a four. My fiancé and I agree, 7.5 out of 10.

I only booked here for the pool and there is no pool open I even told the lady at the counter that is why I booked here she didn’t even tell me it was closed she just let me pay and then when I said oh no it’s closed ?! She said yup … I’m so upset I want my money back ! I should have never left the Omni!!!

We showed up, with two exhausted babies, thirty minutes after check-in time (3:30). We walked into the lobby and it was jammed packed full of people waiting for their rooms. Went up to the front desk and was told it would be 20 minutes until my room would be ready. So we waited but I just think this shouldn’t be happening

Less than expected from the “Double Tree” brand, especially charging that brand pricing. Not bad, just average.

Close to the Stockyards. Used Uber to get to Stockyards and it was cheaper than parking there. Hotel was perfect location for our trip.

Perfect room and slightly upscale accommodations. Hotel has a restaurant and does not usually offer complimentary breakfast. Location has great access to highway, but not much beyond walking distance other than a MacDonalds and a Cracker Barrel.

Place was excelent and staff very friendly. Roo. Was top notch. I even stayed an extra night because the beds were so nice and soft.

This is a very pretty hotel and the rooms are nice, but both times we have stayed here, something has been broken in our room where we have had to move rooms. The fridge this last time was iced over and not working, we moved rooms and then the phone was not working to call down for service.

First night was horrible and front door was broken to our roon street lights in our room all night. No bath tub which i requested. Jacuzzi broken no jets. Moved rooms television and phone not working.

The front desk staff was very nice but unfortunately a maintenance person opened my door without announcing him self . The bedroom door had a crack between the entrance and the room itself. I had to put a chair and a towel to feel safer, since you were able to see the hallway from the room. The bed and pillows were unfortunately, terrible.

My only issue is they didn't give me the correct room also the room they did give me was on the 2nd floor with the outside lights pointed right at the dang window. Wasnt dark in the room at night at all . Disappointing

Restroom in the room did not have a fan. Refrigerator in room did not close, did not cool well. Toilet did not flush well. The kids liked the pool and spa. Coffee not convenient to get as to go in the dining room. Bar closes early on the weekend. It was so so and overpriced due the Valentines holiday.

Check in/out desk ladies are friendly, helpful and professional. All had great personalities !!! The room was spacious and clean. Great hotel for the price, however the jacuzzi didn’t heat up the first night and it had bugs the next day around the hot tub which is located inside the building. The pool looked like it had sand at the bottom and had particles ( film and icky stuff) in it. Not relaxing at all. We picked this place more so for that amenity and look of the pool and hot tub. However, again staff at front counter and the bar was the trips saving quality. Probably won’t be back to this one again because pool and hot tub mean everything for us when choosing a place to spend our hard earned money.

Room was fine but we got charged double and now we have to wait 5-7 days for it to reverse off our account.

When I checked in and went to the room, the toilet seat was not bolted down to the toilet. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would find me another room- the next morning the front desk lady was not helpful and gave away the room because I wasn’t in the hotel at the time it was ready. She didn’t make any effort to call my cell phone or get in contact with me about the room. This hotel was also being renovated and they had someone painting the bricks outside and it made the entire hotel smell like fumes

No water pressure and it took 30 minutes for the hot water to get actually hot instead of lukewarm

Person at the front desk barely said a word while we checked in. The name of the hotel on this website does not match what’s on the building if the sign. Website says Holiday In Express and the building says Radisson. The amount charged to my account doesn’t match what was quoted. The hotel is nice just disappointed. I would give it another shot in the future.

The odor from work being done outside permeated the rooms.

The hotel was without hot water for 2 days. Also. No complimentary breakfast, when we paid for one. Was not offered any kind of discount toward our bill. Unacceptable for a large hotel chain like this one.

Beds were comfortable and area was safe. The issue with our room (514) was that the toilet wasn’t properly secured to the floor. Was wobbly. The mini fridge door wasn’t closing properly. We were unable to use it. Other than those 2 issues we were good.

There was a bug problem in the room and shower. Microwave and refrigerator did not work. Tv lost connection. Elevators were filthy. Booked room with the pool and hot tub being available and the day of the arrival was notified they were under construction.

Family stay

The hotel is transitioning to be a Four Points, I wished that was disclosed. The room are being remodeled, however, it smells like dirty humid clothes. Staff was excellent.

Dirty room, bed was terrible

In all fairness, the property is undergoing upgrades, so the pool/spa were unavailable and landscaping was being renovated. None of this impacted my stay, as I was just there overnight to attend a concert at Billy Bob's. What did matter is a very clean lobby and room, safe and well lit parking lot, polite and accomodating staff (though I'm not fussy), and a quiet stay in room 315 facing away from the highway. Absolutely no complaints.

I literally booked this place because it had a restaurant, a bar and a pool and all was closed and I was not informed that when I booked. It wasn't near anything except for noisy highways. There was little ants all over the room. I tried to hit my car. The staff was friendly otherwise it was terrible

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Room was a good size. Unfortunately, they are renovating right now so the pool / hot tub is unavailable and one of the elevators was also unavailable.

Housekeeping however need to educate new employees. We checked into our room and not 10 minutes later an employee just walks in (no knock or announcing), sees us, and proceeds to grab towels from the bathroom. Pool is closed for renovation. Breakfast was okay.

I booked through hotels.com. One of my essentials was a pool. When we got here, we find that the pool was in the process of renovation, so I asked to cancel and was told I would have to pay a cancelation fee because it was posted on their website. I looked it up on hotels.com and showed her that it wasn't posted, so she told me I had to take it up with them. I looked and looked for a contact number but couldn't find one. I'm disappointed and aggravated.

Did NOT like the fact that the hotel was completely messed up due to renovations, the pool was closed, no breakfast served, had to detour through the hotel to get to elevator, our tv did not work and our toilet stopped flushing the 2nd day we were there. No seating outside (which they usually had) and would not go to the " make shift " bar because the bartender was very unfriendly. The only reason I didn't rate it one star was because the beds were comfortable. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! We had stayed there several times prior and enjoyed our stay, but will never return again!

Pool was closed , no internet or tv refrigerator didnt work. There was a gap in the door when closed. The pool being closed and no tv was not mentioned on Expedia. The check in lady was not friendly said it was posted on web site. I didnt go through there website. Checked out 15 minutes later after checking in. Not to mention.. nothing to eat.

GREAT AND CLEAN

Booked a king bed. All they had left was 2 queen beds. You can hear the water when other rooms were flushing or showering.

It would have been nice to know the place was under construction and the front entrance was closed prior to booking for 250/night. There’s plenty of other hotels in the area we could have stayed in.

Really friendly staff

Front desk staff is far from friendly. The hotel is under construction currently. Upon entering the room we thought it seemed fairly comfy and clean with the exception of the shower. The shower had definitely not been cleaned at all. The bed and pillows were comfy. Good location.

The hotel did not disclose the facility was under construction. The pool was not in service. The lobby and elevators were dirty. There was old French fries and beverage spills in the elevators. The room had a non functioning bathroom door and the tub was completely scratched up. The hotel moved us to the fifth floor and the whole floor had an odd smell like body odor. This room had grease marks on the chair and curtains but at least bathroom door would close. The mattresses are super thin. Breakfast was very limited and there was no salt or pepper available. Very disappointed.

When we arrived, we were told we didn't have a room due to overbooking although we had booked a month prior. No one contacted us about this problem AND we had even called earlier in the day to check on our room and nothing was said then either. Thankfully the lady at the front desk was able to find us a room to stay in but several were out of luck that came in right behind us with the same problem.

The ease of check in was fast but it was downhill from there. The room that I was initially given was not ready for me because it had not been cleaned. There were towels on the floor and someone had used the bed. I went downstairs and the agent issued another room. It was better but the the TV in the living area didn’t work, the room stunk , and the bed was horrible. The other big issue was the hotel is under construction. It’s ran down, it’s dusty, there was water on the lobby floor, dining hours were weird because of the remodel. It was not a good stay. I wish I could be refunded or given credit for another stay somewhere else another night. Rooms are so expensive and the quality is terrible. If I would have known it was under construction I would have went elsewhere or stayed next door at the cheaper place. Sad and wasted money!

If the shower water temperature was a bit warmer, I would give it a five stars. The room was very clean. We had the room with additional space and it was super spacious, same for the bathroom.

The room I reserved was not provided and we did not have a place for one member to sleep so she slept on the floor. The staff wasn’t pleasant not accommodating.

Staff was careless, rude and not helpful at all. Our tv did not work, toilet did not flush properly and when I called the front desk the girl was extremely rude and said she was going to have someone come look at it or call management to have a partial refund on my room. She said she would call back and never did. No one came to fix anything and nothing was done about the charge on my room. The next morning I was told by the breakfast attendant to go to the front desk and ask for 1 more free breakfast voucher and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. All around just an awful experience. The hotel has recently been updated but obviously the staff has not been.

The motel it’s self seemed fine but the ones next door I cant say was. Seen lots of crack heads in the area. The staff mainly the women working the desk was super nice and helpful. We would definitely come back. Seemed to be centrally located to a lot of fun things.
