Beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff. Location is in a great neighborhood with places to eat within close walking distance. We wish the hot tub was working, but things happen and that’s understandable.

Not a great place to stay if you are traveling with kids. The area around the hotel was better suited to young professionals rather than families. Staff was nice but the AC wasnt great in the rooms.

The only issue I had was the beds weren’t made upon our return nor were toes and wash cloths refreshed. They did bring up what we needed in a timely fashion.

Room was nice, hotel was in a good location. The luggage cart needed fixing. The wheel came off and my husband handed it to the person working the front desk and suggested she have it repaired. The next day we ended up grabbing the same cart and again the wheel came off. Also our room was 53 degrees when we checked in. Luckily we went to dinner and it had warmed up to 65 when we returned. Aside from those things, it was a decent experience.

We finally got 1 breakfast free. Rooms on the 3rd floor, Nr.335, 337, 339 have mini fridge which don’t fit in the space, so therefore the door remains approx. 6” open; easy to run into it by walking by. We stayed 3 nights and the last night our toilet in the room got blocked; only one person at night at the front desk; we had to get an other key for an other room to be able to use a toilet and all that happened around midnight; we finally got a plunger and had to fix the toilet by ourselves

Even the hallways smelled clean. I would stay here again. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is nest several good restaurants and one of the best spas I’ve even visited.

The hotel was in a great location close to restaurants and shops. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The only disappointment is the hotel charges 10$ a day parking. When I asked if I could just park on the street, I was told that I would be charged anyways since I had a car. I can understand this charge in a big city with limited parking but this hotels parking lot was empty and there was tons of street parking.

Easy off of 65, and food within walking distance, stayed many times on the way back home from Gulf Shores! Convenient

We were told at check in breakfast was from 6-10am and at 6:15am there was no staff and the breakfast area wasn't open. We decided to go ahead and check out about 6:30am and at that time it was still closed.

We had to be moved from our first room when the AC unit smelt like it was catching on fire and not cooling the room. The second room was fine but there appeared to be blood in the shower so we did not use it on our stay. The fridge in the second room did not work and we needed it to store breast milk so that was frustrating. Sleeping was another story- the road by the room was noisy even over a sound machine and people were up running around and even knocked on our door at 2 am. I will not stay here again. The last time we stayed in the area we stayed at the Hilton and I wish we would have stayed there again.

Our room never got cleaned . We went to the front desk to ask for towels and they told us to wait for house keeping that never came . We had to find housecleaning just to get towels . They were kind of rude at the front desk . When we checked in they tried to charge us for parking even tho when o booked months ago I was told it was free and I didnt even drive myself I was driven there . Luckily they didn't charge me for it . When I booked I payed extra for free breakfast for both days and they didn't offer it . They gave me 2 gifts card for $10 for the bistro which wouldn't even pay for a full breakfast for us both . I did get refunded for a small portion of that tho. Overall it was not the best experience and I will not be staying there again . For $550 it was not worth it . I'd rather stay in a motel next time for cheaper and the same quality of service .

Accommodations were fine. The TV was non-functional and required maintenance personnel to come in and rectify. The Front desk did however offer to immediately change our room as a result of the maintenance personnel schedule / unavailability. The bartender was inexperienced and created drinks that were less than satisfying. However, the service itself was exemplary. We all need to learn somewhere so not a big deal. The clean folks were very courteous and professional. One future checkout consideration would be for the patron to designate a room "tip" amount since many of us tip at the end of our stay and are not 100% certain who the recipient of the room tip is going to. Since I'm sure there is an audit trail of which staff member cleaned which rooms (and when), an electronic tip method would ensure that the right staff member(s) received their fair share of the room cleaning tip. Everything else was spot on!

My only suggestion is a grab bar adjacent to the toilet. I am slightly physically challenged, and a grab bar would be most helpful.

Hot tub was nice. The staff very unfriendly. Housekeeping was the nicest. Bistro lady had the personality of a turnip. Bed didn’t feel like a king.

The hotel is located centrally to a lot of dining options and close to the major roads. The area around the hotel offered a few dining options for breakfast and dinner.

We had a great stay at Courtyard. The room was clean, facilities were up kept and it was in a great area.

Loved the area and how easy it was to walk to restaurants etc. Super cute area. Room had brackets on wall where a picture should have been. Either hang a picture or remove brackets. None of the overhead lights worked. There were kids (I think traveling baseball teams) everywhere, so the pool was crowded with no clean towels, with dirty towel baskets overflowing (I went to the front desk and was given 2 clean pool towels). We would have liked to enjoy the hot tub without it being occupied by small children. They also had a pizza dinner and basically took over the lobby, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us and overall a nice stay.

Awesome location- easy access to 65. Convenient local restaurants easily accessible on foot! Quick and convenient check in and our room was simply awesome! Would highly recommend this hotel! Nearby mall, antiques 15 minutes away… only drawback is local traffic away from hotel is very busy…

The hotel charged me twice for my stay, on two separate cards, however staff is telling me they don't see the second charge. I paid for my original stay on a card weeks prior to my hotel stay, upon check out, they charged me again and I didn't find out until later when I was at the airport. I called three days in a row and was told by staff I would get a call back from the manager, never did. I had to call corporate and file a case, in which corporate told me I have to speak to the location directly. After finally hearing back from a manager, they tell me they can't see my second charge although it was clearly taken out of my account. Additionally, I paid an extra $12 a night for breakfast to be included. When I went to the checkin counter for my voucher, I was told my breakfast was not included. I told them I paid extra and he told me no. I pulled up my receipt from my online booking, he then handed me a $10 voucher (how did I pay $12 a night for a $10 voucher). On my second and last morning at this hotel, the woman at the cafe rudely told me they dont have breakfast, although it was breakfast hours and I paid for breakfast included. I will never again stay at a Marriott, and especially not at this location as they scam people out of their money. I paid TWICE for a $480.43 stay.

Good stop for a ball tournament. Unfortunately they didnt have any hot water. The lack of hot water wasn't just for a short time, it was discussed amongst the whole team.

The parking was a little confusing since the arrow that says "courtyard" points in the exact opposite direction of the hotel and all the buildings back there look the same. Wasn't a big deal obviously but the beds and pillows and linens? Those were horrible, the pillows were very flat, the linens (i use that term loosely) felt like the hard paper towel in a pu loc school and the bed felt there was no padding between your body and the springs. The shower was AMAZING and I needed it after that night tossing amd turning. The room was really nice looking, there was hair in the sink but I just ran the water foe a second to wash it down, whatever, but the beds were really disappointing.

Service is generally poor. Starbucks staff seemed particularly miserable. Kinda odd that you are asked to tip the room cleaners which I’m happy to do but my room was not cleaned once during my stay no fresh towel nothing not entirely clear why I’m being asked to tip.

We stopped in Franklin Tennessee for 1 night on our way home from a week at the beach. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful

Was not quiet that night with lots of kids racing up and down the hallways but miraculously at 10:30 pm all stopped so I would go back for sure!

Restaurants within walking distance. Indoor pool and hot tub. That was fun for my kiddo after we came back from our day activities. Stingy with towels and wash clothes. We were given 2 towels and washcloths for 2 people for 2 days. Quit asking people to help out with your operating cost under the guise of conservation. Hotel towels never dry.

There was what seemed like electrical wires in many places coming out of ceiling & into boxes sitting on the ground. Both concerning and not what you would expect to see on a $200 a night hotel stay

The room was a perfect size and we loved the cute little sofa in there. The only thing that was baffling was the pool room. There was a huge chunk out of the ceiling. Also, the hot tub wasn’t super hot and the pool was COLD! But the room itself was a good temperature. Honestly if we wouldn’t have used the pool facilities it would have been a 10/10– and even the pool facilities could have been a lot worse—it at least seemed pretty clean in there. The breakfast was a bit pricey but DELICIOUS! Had the breakfast sandwich and it was a bit elevated from the norm with arugula and guacamole—highly recommend.

Not happy that they will only clean/ make beds every 2nd or third day. I don’t leave my bed at home unmade and I will not make the bed in a hotel room at $235 per night.

We stayed 2 nights. They don’t clean the room after the first night but there weren’t enough towels, coffee, or adequate trash cans for two nights.

The hotel was tidy and welcoming. Unfortunately, the reason we picked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub, both of which were cloudy and greenish. I asked if it was safe for swimming at the desk and they didn't even know if was green and just told me it is monitored by maintenance so it must be safe. Needless to say we didn't go in. I would have chosen a much less expensive place had I known the pool would have been like this.

No hair dryer in room. When called for one..took 45 mins or more to get it to room.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Courtyard by Marriott really needs free breakfast and 24/7 coffee in lobby. Probably will stay at other high end hotels with these amenities in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable. I do not need to have the air conditioning turned down to the 60's when I walk into it! Don't remember if it was 64 or 66, but it was too darn cold and that is totally unnecessary!

My family enjoyed walking to delicious restaurants.

It was a good location. Restaurant and juice place are close to this location. Although the pool and hot tub needed cleaned, it was a good overall stay.

The only problem with this stay is that you don't offer any sort of coffee or anything for breakfast unless you pay an arm and a leg for it. You are the only hotel that I know of that doesn't. For this I would never stay at this place again. For the price that I paid for a night here of over $200 you can't even offer your guests a free cup of coffee which would cost you $1.00? That's horrible.

i booked a room thru expedia that said it was pet friendly. turns out they were not. was not able to get a refund so i had to eat that money and book a room with the sister hotel, the Residence Inn. never again will i go thru expedia and will tell everyone i can to never go thru expedia. i want my money back

We were asked if we'd like daily housekeeping when we checked in. We said yes, since we knew we'd be there for several days. We never got it; we had to ask every day for someone to bring towels. We were also told there was complimentary breakfast...while there is breakfast, it is not complimentary.

It was across the street from my work and the dining and shopping and close proximity to fuel and healthcare facilities was phenomenal!.

I took my 9 year old son on a little trip. We loved the pool and hot tub. One of the best breakfasts we have had. The hotel was fantastic and was quiet. Staff was very friendly but under staffed in the bar area. Only thing i didn't care for was the random balls of hair on the comforter.

The staff was great and there was a small bar in the lobby. My only complaint would be some mold in the shower but the water was continuously hot the whole trip! We truly enjoyed this hotel and will be back!

We booked 2 rooms-in town for a funeral. The property was nice. We enjoyed our stay. One of the rooms had mold on the ceiling of the shower which we weren't happy about since 2 of our 8 guests are allergic to mold.

The “Starbucks and breakfast” were possibly the worst I have had at ant hotel I have ever stated at and I used to travel over 100 days per year. Very poor representation of this hotel chain. However the manager when we left did hear my wife talking about the in room soap she liked ( not the regular soap as the could not get it shipped and had to buy it locally) and gave her several bars to take home with her. The one shining star of the trip.

Every employee was very helpful, from the front desk, to the maids when I needed something, to the assistant managers working the bar/kitchen, everyone was awesome.

I paid for a King room. I expected a late check-in, so I called ahead before check-in to ensure our room would not be given away. When we arrived, we were given a room with 2 queen beds. My wife and I were uncomfortable in that size of bed.
