Best to not have a room with a pool view as noise carries and it was loud and late from a party of children and parents. Other guests across the hall decided to shout out between rooms after 1am also disrupting some needed rest after a long day of traveling.

This hotel was amazing. It was about a 25 minute drive from downtown Nashville but also super close to other cute and fun towns. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options—not just a few muffins and juice. It was pet friendly and the staff was so kind.

Otherwise everything was as expected. The breakfast bar was always stocked with good and fresh food. All of the staff was nothing but friendly and courteous.

We got married on April 4th and had family members coming in at different time and they were allowed to check in early so they were able to get to our wedding at 3. On Friday we got the early so our room was ready which was no fault to them by ealry I mean 11 a.m. the staff allowed us to put all our wedding items in the meeting room and wait in there until they were ready. Place is being remodeled so theres construction and equipment around. No bar soap, only liquid. Phone not working. Ice machine not working. The back of the hotel is adjacent to major interstate….so be prepared for LOTS of noise on that side.

We had reservations for 4 adults with 2 queen beds. They overbooked and supposedly upgraded to a king size bed and a pull out couch. 2 adults had to sleep on a small uncomfortable mattress. Will not recommend this hotel!

Yes!! Room was for handicapped people! They would not change our room!!! Building under construction noise very bad like constant leaf blower, A large crane outside with dump trucks the desk said they had permission to work until 8pm The Tv was shaking from construction! The people near us where workers from Poland! We had to leave checked in at 4pm!! We came back 8pm, Crane guy was moving Crane! THe Room 116 was bottom floor pool level lights totally on and construcrion workers partyin outside our window 1.30am talking loud!! Desk no response!! Day two went to meetings came back late 5pm crane working ,noisy as hell! Room not cleaned no new towells also no soap or shampoo! Desk gave us towells! The hotel was full of workers! I have many pictures outside old beds piled up desks being thrown out etc!! I also bought trip insurance a total waste of money! They would not even listen!!! The WORST EVER!!!!

The router in our room had an issue so, no wifi. We had to change rooms (already unpacked) in order to have a room with working wifi. The second room had a toilet tank that leaked, thus it would kick on to refill every few minutes all night. It didn’t wake me up every time, but it did several times.

Staff were shaving dealing with all the families and dogs dealing with the ice storm.

Breakfast was not so good. Desk clerk was very nice when we checked in. I booked one too many days by accident. I was allowed a refund for one day. I thought that was wonderful. I do appreciate that. Having to get my own towels. I asked t he cleaning woman for 3 towels while she was in the hall. But she said she did not have any. I had to go to the desk to get them. I dont like anyone coming into my room while I'm there. So I tried to catch the cleaning woman in the hall for towels.

They didn't say there were 2 elevators at the front desk so we went to the wrong one while carrying our bags. Couch was ripped but they were remodeling so I'm sure it will be replaced. Didn't like the chicken sausage they served at breakfast

I've stayed here before for business and this time around it was a couples weekend. The hotel is clean, in a great area, and has a decent breakfast. This time around I was very aggravated with the pillows on the bed. There were 4 standard size flat pillows on a king size bed. Seriously who does that? If it wasn't for a late check in and we were all ready for bed, the front desk would've had a call.

Smoke detectors were taped up so may not work properly, the refrigerator had water in it and wasn’t cool when we got there. The staff was great and the rooms were clean

I would give a five star review, but I can’t because the morning I left, the maid was cleaning the room across the hallway from me and left the door open. She was on her cellphone having a VERY LOUD conversation and this went on for about 20 minutes. Very annoying, as I couldn’t even hear the TV up in my room. I finally opened my door and asked her to keep it down. Hopefully Management will have a conversation with the cleaning staff about the noise level. Especially since others were probably still sleeping. Other than that, this is a nice place to stay, in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping around.

When I changed rooms to not be across from the elevator shaft it was much better, but it took a huge effort on my part to move everything from room to room after I was settled in. I did request a lower level room because I don't use elevators. I was given room 110. It was nice that it was on the main level, but the elevator sounded like it was IN MY ROOM CONSTANTLY. I unpacked and tried hard to endure it, but I knew I would not sleep for two nights straight so when I asked to change rooms, I at least was allowed to. I am disappointed that the man on duty at the desk did not warn me that it was near the elevator and made sure I wasn't bothered by that. I am a very frequent traveler and felt awful not only for myself, but for ANY poor person who got a room and had to endure that noise constantly. Not Fair......Not right. I was told by that man that 110 was the only room left at the time of checkin, but I noticed another couple looking for their room 1/2 way down the hall on level one about an hour after me, so that also felt like a lie.

This property is being renovated and we were not made aware of that when booking. Matter of fact the construction entry point for the floor above us is right above our room. Loud construction noises until 8:00 pm then back in the AM. Manager said they couldn’t move us.

With the exception of having an outdoor pool, we loved everything about this property and our stay here. The room was great, the property was clean and well maintained, and the staff were exceptional. .I wish I had written their names down, but I do want to recognize the young man and woman at the front desk for check-in and check-out, and the girl working the breakfast area. She always had a great smile and the food never ran out! We will be back for sure! Thank you to everyone there. They do your property pround!

The suite exceded my expectations. The staff was kind, courteous, qnd knowledgeable. 2nd stay at this hotel and plan to return.

We had misbooked a previous hotel so we had to continue another four hours on our trip. We were going on 30 hours of no sleep and when we called, reception immediately changed our reservation to allow us to check in early. The two women in reception were absolutely wonderful, greeted us with so much kindness and hospitality. It made a world of difference to us.

The hotel itself was nice. I was very disappointed that we had to change rooms in the middle of our stay. We woke up after the first night and our ceiling (on the second floor) was leaking. It was leaking bad enough that it woke us up at 5:30am (after going to bed at 1:30). We finally got out of bed because we could hear multiple leaks and then we could hear splashing. We went down for breakfast at 6:30 because we couldn’t go back to sleep. The hotel did allow us to switch rooms right away, but we had to pack up and move in the middle of our stay. I have never had something like this happen before. The next morning when I took a shower, the conditioner was completely empty (shampoo and body wash was fine) and the shower drain wasn’t working well. The bed in the first room was a lot more comfortable than the second. Overall, it was a nice hotel with great breakfast, but it was disappointing to have to move rooms in the middle of our stay.

Checking in all was good. Yes eco-friendly on the surface but no recycle. You should check that info on the booking site matches the hotel site. I specifically booked here because check out was supposed to be noon. It wasn’t. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. I asked for more towels. After some back and forth we never got them. The buffet is monitored but the tables were never cleaned by staff.

The staff was great, but the tv. though on, continously lost video and audio. Breakfast was pretty good.

I canceled one night, Friday, April 26 via the Hotels app and when I arrived on Saturday I was told third party did not cancel my reservation Friday.

Large clean room

Adequate hotel. A little dated, but fit our needs. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go, including downtown. Breakfast was nice. The main thing we didn’t care for were the flat pillows(requested new ones and they were the same). And the TV would just turn off after a while for no known reason. We would still stay here again.

Love staying here. Just have one request and that’s to get firmer pillows at least.

We stayed four nights--Thursday through Sunday. We didn't have room servce a single time. I spoke with the front desk at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Sunday morning and informed the woman at the desk that our room hadn't been serviced yet. She said we should have been on the schedule for servicing on Saturday, and promised to have the situation remedied. When we arrived back at the room at around 8:30 pm on Sunday night we discovered nothing had been done. No clean towels, no made up bed, no emptied wastebaskets. Your should really speak to that front desk person. We will be contacting corporate about your hotel's disgraceful service.

May 2-3, 2024 Do not stay in room 111! It smelled like wet dog. (They did offer to move us but we had already settled in and used the facilities). The Lysol spray I brought with me helped a little. The elevator room backed up to our wall. We had to endure the sound of the elevator going up and down most of the night and were even woken around 1:30 am when someone came in late. The accessible shower was ridiculous! Nothing to keep the water in. Water was everywhere. The shower head was on the side wall instead of the end. It was akward and messy to use. We checked in on our way back through a day later May 5-6 and room 316 was great! Shower was great and no horrible elevator noises.

The not so good: the rooms had minimal soundproofing and you could see an open gap on most room’s doors. If I was in my room, I could hear people in the adjoining room and hallway as if we were only separated by a hollow door. Thankfully, in the separate bedroom with the door shut, it was very quiet. Also, despite having a full kitchen, the room has NO dishes, pans, cups or silverware of any kind. It did have some dishwasher detergent though for the imaginary dishes.

Very nice property. We’ve stayed here numerous times on our way to and from Florida. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Close to the interstate, shopping and dining. Also, it’s pet friendly!

This property had affordable rooms for a single guest and is close enough to my workplace. The staff at the front desk was accommodating in giving me some toothpaste, mouthwash, and fresh towels when I needed them.

Sheets were dirty, shower was filthy. Anytime our upstairs neighbor took a shower it was extremely loud. Expedia along with everything in the room said check out was noon but I guess the hotel changed it to 11. There was never clean towels at the pool, it was also incredibly difficult to call housekeeping or the front desk, never got an answer. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

The elevator has 24 small light bulbs. The first night only 3 were working so kind of a creepy vibe in there. Night two it was down to 2 light bulbs in the morning and one light bulb in the evening. By the time I checked out after the third night the elevator had no lights inside. Pitch black on the ride, awkward times with other guests in a pitch black elevator.

There was excessive trash in the stairway hallway, they made me punger my own clogged toilet and at check in the informed us that there would be no maid services during our stay. I do not recommend this facility.

This hotel is a hustle and bustle kind. People are coming and going from their rooms all day and night. The area has many options for stores one may need along with other hotels. We had a studio with kitchen and the fridge didn’t work right and when we asked, they said they knew it wasn’t and yet they still gave us the room so that was a disappointment. Also, there were 4 high school baseball teams teams staying and had taken over the gym and the breakfast area so food was hard to get and extremely noisy.

Our room had no air conditioning and their pool was closed most of our stay. I was traveling with 2 14 year olds who wanted to swim, so I had to switch hotels.

There was only one elevator to get to our room on the 4th floor and of course it was out through a large portion of our stay. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the lady up front was the manager and she was very rude. We will not be staying at a Hampton again.

Everything was fine. What I didn't like was no hot tub. But I would stay there again.

Charged $50 fee for our small pet to stay with us. Not a deposit but a fee, which was not disclosed in advance. When questioned, desk said that that was the fee. Property is advertised as "pet friendly", in which case a deposit would be understandable.
