The whole place was amazing! The location was beautiful. The hotel itself and our room was so well thought out and the design was fantastic! Even though we had to pay for breakfast it was totally affordable and cheaper than eating out at a restaurant.

What really made our stay stand out was the staff. Unfortunately, I can't remember the manager's name, but he was absolutely amazing. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I had a hard time settling down afterward and didn't get much sleep. The manager on duty was calm, professional, understanding, and incredibly accommodating during a stressful situation. His demeanor helped make an unsettling experience much easier to handle. Things don't always go according to plan when traveling, but great customer service makes all the difference. The staff at Aloft proved that. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

Then the toilet broke in the middle of the night and staff didn't understand why I waited until checkout to advise. I wanted sleep and checkout was the next morning! The room (219) was beside the elevator which was extremely LOUD all night long. Would NEVER recommend. The hotels solution was to offer me points. No thank you! Don't waste your time staying here!

Charming stay at Aloft in Franklin, TN. The hotel itself provided a welcoming, fun atmosphere with rooms that were inviting and complete with amenities. Staff members were extremely helpful. During the days a pool, weight room and outdoor patio. Evenings offered entertainment at the modern cozy lobby bar with ambient lighting, varied seating, and games. I recommend it highly!

I know this was out of the control of the hotel, but the fire dept scheduled a test alarm at 8 in the morning while we were still sleeping. Didn’t like being placed right next to the stairs - two females.

Furniture need to be replaced in common areas, we prefer the ALofts with rooftop patios. Staff was friendly but there was only one person tending the bar and checkin.

We stayed for 1 night. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The personal is super nice and helpful it was late and i just showered with my shoes because i was really tired to change rooms.

The bar seemed well stocked. The lobby was very clean and the staff were SUPER nice. The room was clean but our shampoo and conditioner dispenser was completely empty. I feel like for the price you pay to stay here, they could at least include a free grab and go breakfast at the very least. I am not paying $10+ extra for a grab and go.

Room was very clean and great location

Spuder issues in the night- saw running across bed upon arrival- clear spider fast running- I showed front desk the videos, the AC not working properly in the room, the electricity was not working in half of the room, the shower pressure was extremely low, the shower leaked outside of the stall, no place to set shampoo in shower, and the elevators were broken so we had to haul all of our luggage down 6 flights of stairs and through parking lot on opposite side of building. The common areas were not clean. The beds were hard as a rock and not enough towels or pillows in room. Extremely disappointed in our stay- this property does not meet Aloft standards. Was not a relaxing or restful stay after 10+ hours on the road and 10+ more to go to get home. Expedia was great with customer service with this stay and communication.

Great hotel! Clean rooms and a great lobby with a pool table and bar. One of the more fun hotels in the area. Parking was a problem though. The lot fills up quickly and the D1 sports center parking lot next door is mostly reserved parking. Overall still a great stay and location at a solid price.

The pool was so cloudy you could barely see your own arms. Multiple things broke in my room, the blinds, the bed, the door didn’t lock. The staff at check in & check out were so rude. I stood & waited for the girl at the front desk to finish texting to be helped. The hotel was cute but the experience wasn’t good, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was great. Rooms were neat and clean. Proximity to highway, my room faced the highway and it was quite noisy. I had to wear my earplugs to bed.

Overall decent stay, they had a live band with full bar and a pool table which was unique compared to other places I’ve stayed. Nice contemporary styling and my room was comfy and clean. A few disappointments/gripes if I had to make any would be the fridge in the room was super tiny and did not include a freezer portion. The rooms have no microwave but the lobby does I found that a little inconvenient considering I bought a few frozen dinners for my stay. In the shower, there was no shelf/place to lay your soap or shampoos you just have to use the tiled floor. There was no ice machine access but you can ask the front desk in lobby for a tiny 20oz bag. I would stay here again if I wasn't planning on needing a freezer or microwave ie food prep/drinking in the room.

There was a bad smell in the room from the heater, probably just the first time it was used this year. We turned on the ac and it cleared the smell out. Otherwise loved the room, bed was comfy. Did hear a little freeway noise but it didn't bother us.

Cloudy water, alarm clock went off in the middle of the night

Initially upon arrival there was an issue with my reservation, which was not in their computer. I showed them my confirmation email, and they promptly arranged another room. The room was clean and comfortable. But then, they took down the details of my stay incorrectly and checked me out a day early. As a result, the room was not serviced by housekeeping. They promptly extended my stay and gave me extra towels. On checkout, somehow both the original reservation and the replacement nights were billed. It took me a couple of hours of telephone follow ups to straighten out the credit card charges.

The room was clean, quiet, and very accessible for our son who is in a wheelchair. Area is very well lit and safe.

We have stayed at Aloft hotels in many cities. This one appeared a little tired. Carpet, paint and lighting could use an update.

This hotel is nice. Clean and safe location. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. The highway noise made sound sleep difficult.

Everything was ok

Our room was right next to the elevators and this hotel has the loudest elevator ive ever encountered. You could hear it plain as day all through the night. I probably won't be finding myself staying here again for the risk of having to endure the sounds all through the night.

The entire experience was good for a 2 night stay. The staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. The walls are thin so you can easily hear other guests. I liked the outdoor patio area and the special musical guest in the lounge.

This property was conveniently located right off the highway while traveling through Nashville and was dog friendly, however, was completely bare bones. Barely enough towels, no bar or any soap by the sink. Needed a few extra electrical outlets and a mirror in the main sleeping area as well. Lobby was up for grabs when we got there because of a convention, which was a little overwhelming probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Floor in room needs cleaning, bathroom sink was clogged and no maintenance onsite or on call to repair, toilet not flushing properly, there was no one at guest services desk for extended periods of time, Terrible stay, will not return. I requested a call from management but they ignored my request I do not recommend this hotel. I think the good reviews are false.

The lighting in the room was awful. And the window treatments were impossible to move.

I would stay here again. It’s very clean, affordable, and in a convenient location. We could hear the interstate in our room, but it wasn’t a big deal to us.

There for a quick overnight stay. Easy check in and check out. Nice room.

First room was not even clean, they had to give me a different room after walking into a gross smelly room. The next room was the same price but way more worn than the one i stayed in upstairs the week before. I slipped in the shower because the tile is very very slick! A lawsuit waiting to happen. And i was next to the side door where everyone kept slamming the door to go outside to smoke. The bartender was nice, but not ambitious. The bar stools are also a lawsuit waiting to happen, extremely flimsy and i almost fell ot of my seat because of it.

The hotel has a modern feel. The live music and bar in the lobby made it feel like a night out in the town. This is a great place for groups to socialize and relax. The layout and comfort of the room gets 5 stars.

Location is prime! Love the decor and modern and clean feel. Love the scent as you walk in. Everything is always perfect! Would love to see a comfy chair in the rooms and something so that the mattresses don't slide off the metal base.

The male bartender customer service on Sunday afternoon was horrible. He prepared drink incorrectly and went off on my wife about it. His attitude was unprofessional He said he didn’t need the job. We were like why are you here then ? Just horrible customer service

Great hotel

The lobby area was enjoyable, with the pool table and board games. However, we were woken before 7am by an malfunctioning fire alarm, only in our room. Also, the shower did not drain properly and caused standing water issues. Finally, it was not realized until after check out that I was charged $19 for ONE glass of wine from the bar. Since the receipt was not itemized, I am unsure whether the excessive charge was for taxes or unauthorized tip but it is unacceptable and I should be reimbursed, as well as compensated in some way for the troubles we endured.

The sound proofing is horrific. I was on the 3rd floor and a loud party on the bar deck kept me awake until 3:30 am. I had to threaten to call the police before the front desk would do anything about it.

The hangout area was so cool and fun to chill in! When we came back from our wedding, the lady at the desk gave us drink vouchers when the room key wouldn’t activate, so we sat at the bar in my suit and her wedding dress, it was such a great vibe!

Pool was not very clear. There was no place to buy coins for the washing machine. Charging for the parking. Bed was comfortable. The room was nice.

Check in was a hassle and confusing. Bed and sheets were a mess pictured below. Lots of great amenities but the basics need work. Staff was also stand offish and cold.

We had to try 3 different key cards, none worked. The staff members were very nice. We ultimately had to move rooms.

I hate they charge for parking in their own lot which they did not do in 2023, the first time I stayed there. Another way to squeeze more money out of customers

I was placed in a handicapped room for no reason, I asked for a regular suite and was told no. I made the reservation about two weeks out, Felt like the shower was prison like with a plastic chair in it. Hotel was very noisy as well.

Took forever to check in because front desks person was on a call. Took forever to get a breakfast sandwich that was clearly a 3 min microwave job. No soap in my shower. No hand soap in the sink.

Pros: decent workout room, outdoor space, and fun lobby for kids/teens.

Wasn’t able to check in on time due to the room not being ready, no wash cloths only towels in the room. People were partying and you could smell pot very loudly. Which shouldn’t be allowed when there’s a group of teenage girl volleyball players and their families staying there.

The best hotel I ever stayed at the workers were GREAT!!! I came down from Cincinnati. OH, with my spouse and had to end my stay earlier due to family emergency wish I could have stayed longer to experience the Lobby, Bar, and pool. Overall, I know next time I visit Nashville I will be booking at this hotel, last but not least you guys should get a hot tub!! Highly recommended

So be ready to spend 60 on two double vodka sodas. The rooms are small but cozy and comfortable the bed was great and we both all three slept well. I would stay again.

This time my room smelled stale and my towels were on the floor. The toilet was loose so when I sat on it I was scared it would leak. I’ve never had a bad stay. This one was the least pleasant.

We were very disappointed in that the pool was out of service. We were traveling with kids and that was the only reason we stayed there. We also was also disappointed in that we had to pay for parking, when I booked it didn’t say anything about that, and no one said anything at check in. Charging guest for parking seems unreasonable.

$10 per day parking!

This hotel has their own parking lot. It's not a shared space. And they still charge you for parking in it when staying at their hotel!!! It's a $$$ grab. Hotel is loud and noisy. Housekeeping staff yelling in the hallway early in the morning - no doubt to get everyone up and out.
