Breakfast was the typical American hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Interesting location with lots of good restaurants nearby. Website said no dogs allowed, but when we arrived, they had a sign that said dogs accepted. We usually try to find a hotel where no pets are allowed.

Enjoyed my stay at the site. Only issue was elevator broke down at the start of a three day holiday weekend. Bad timing, but not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes these things happen. Staff did their best to minimize the imposition. I will definitely recommend this place to others..

Booked two king beds and was given one king sized bed and a couch. There were bloody boogers smeared on the walls in 5 different spots. Front desk also preferred to help their own staff or answer the phones when I was at the front desk needing assistance.

The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious clean and well appointed. Enjoyed my stay!

Location is excellent, staff was friendly and caring, excellent cleanliness, quiet room for sleeping but quality of the mattress was awful and uncomfortable, also the shower head is old fashioned .

Slow check ins, toilet ran, smelled like poop. Air started and stopped all night long... loud, you could hear traffic outside.

I usually don’t review hotel breakfast but today I will . The eggs , bacon, hash browns and French toast were all cold. I told the attendant and she just smiled ( I don’t think she understood a word). This is a health code violation and could be the cause of guests getting ill. I should report this to the Health Department.

My day was impeccable. The hotel was clean. Staff was very very friendly and I would definitely come back again and again and again.

There was some kind of big truck outside for a little more than an hour that made this horrible humming noise it was after 1 am when it left I was on the 4th floor & it was super loud

Huge multi-area room. Kitchen, sitting area, etc. Very nice.

They put us in the wrong room— we had booked a room with a sofa bed and a king, and put us in a king bed only room, then the front desk didn’t believe us and questioned us when we asked to have the room type we had booked and were not helpful and acted very put out by our request. At first they said there were no rooms of that type available, so we asked for any room with a second bed, which they also said was not available, but then finally managed to find one last room that had a sofa bed. The pull out bed in the room was not clean and very clearly was never opened by cleaning staff since there was a rather unpleasant build up of crumbs from people eating on the couch on the pull out bed.

The facility and room was clean. The breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend staying.

The breakfast was a bit subpar. Not super tasty and not much variety. But very well presented and again everyone was very nice and the setup was neat and clean. Parking was a little dodgy. The front spaces fill up very quickly and the back ones are not as convenient to park at. Overall, we had a very good stay. Beth at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable; the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed everything about my stay except for the breakfast. Breakfast was horrible. I couldn’t tell for sure, but I think the eggs were probably powdered eggs, they were cold… I put cheese on them and it didn’t even come close to melting. The potato cakes that they called hashbrowns were also cold. The coffee was really good, but the rest of the breakfast was horrible.

Clean room, very friendly and pleasant staff, nice sized room. My only complaint is there is not an exhaust fan in the bathroom to process the steam from a shower. When there are four people in a room showering, it can become quite stuffy.

First time staying here, came down to Nashville to from Texas to celebrate my husbands birthday. We love everything about our stay from the spacious room to the breakfast. Our flight got changed and the front desk was kind of enough to give us a late late checkout. Would definitely come back !

Very large rooms with good variety of amenities. Clean, quiet, safe and walkable to restaurants. Receptionist named Tree was wonderful, kind and proficient. I had six rooms for a long wedding weekend and all my guests were very impressed as well.

The room layout was perfect for that “at home” kind of stay. Felt private and roomy. Bathroom door was solid wood so potty time was a solo event (literally and sound wise). Great couch, great beds, get bathroom and vanity, awesome kitchen area, tons of places to put luggage and such. Awesome place!

Such large, clean rooms with comfortable beds! We've stayed here a few times passing through the area and we have always been pleased.

I had to checkout a day early because the bed was so uncomfortable. That is the worst mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and the staff was great! Clean room and comfortably for our family of 5. The golf cart transportation to the beach was nice as well as providing beach and pool towels for the family!

Paul at the front desk was STELLAR! People like him deserve to be paid way more than they typically as re in the service industry. Overall, the place was clean and the staff was amazing. Even Beth at the front desk the following day was helpful. If you're looking for a clean hotel with wonderful staff and a great location, stay here.

First time at a Hyatt house and it was wonderful

This was a very well kept property overall central to multiple restaurants and a Wal-Mart within walking distance. The room was nice and spacious and had a home away from home feel to it. The beds were comfy and the linens were fresh. Amenities such as microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and sink. The outside offered a relaxing terrace with bbq grills, tv and plenty of seating. The dining area was also nice. They also offer an evening cocktail, tho it was closed during my stay. Parking was free and seemed to be fairly safe. There was a guy just kind of hanging around the parking lot during my stay, but I'm not sure if he was another guest or a local. Additionally, be careful using side doors for a quicker exit. You may end up walking further to your car. A few other issues would be the surface cleaning in the bathroom. The shower could definitely use a deeper cleaning. On the surface, it appeared clean. However, there was scum starting to accumulate on the glass and the flooring of the shower was starting to become dingy. The walls were thin so you'll definitely be able to hear your neighbor if they're more of a loud talker. This property also has a policy that is posted of entering rooms within the first 24 hours of your stay so be mindful of that. Lastly, the breakfast was horrible. Not sure if it was just a bad day, but everything was either under cooked or overcooked. However, multiple places to grab breakfast near. All in all nice property and would stay again.

Everything was good my only 2 complaints was thay on our 2 day the pool was dirty and it took them a minute to get it cleaned and the housekeeping staff walked in on my son taking a shower with the do not disturb sogn on the door.

Check in was easy. Person who checked us in (I think his name was Josh) was very kind. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Check out was also super quick and easy. Area around hotel was nice. Dining, shopping and highway access were all close. Would stay again.

This was the second time I've stayed at this location. I came back because our experience on the first trip was wonderful. The only negative this time was noise. There was a large family reunion group staying at the hotel at the same time and they were a loud bunch. At 10:30 pm they were still carrying on in the room next door to ours and it sounded like we were sleeping next door to a daycare- lots of squealing kids and loud bangs and adults trying to talk over the noise from the kids. I didn't complain to management because I thought they are probably getting to play with cousins that they don't see often and truly what is a more lovely sound than that of the laughter of young children? I'll come back but I think I'll request a room on the backside of the property as the front can be loud when large groups gather out front to leave. Ben at the front desk checked us in and at first couldn't find my reservation (booked through Orbitz). He found it and was most gracious and helpful. All the staff were very friendly. We were also there when the hotel had a celebration event and had free hamburgers, hotdogs, salads, fruit, snow cones, games, etc. It was a wonderful surprise.

Breakfast was good, we arrived on a Sunday (omelette bar on website does not state that this is only Wednesday-Friday), so we did not get to indulge. Beds were VERY comfortable in our suite, room was spotless. All staff I talked to were very nice. I was a bit concerned that Hyatt House does have homeless living in the hotel. Where we live, this spells crime and trouble. As far as I am aware, there were no incidents, but I would not let kids roam about. In fact, one of the gentlemen living there told us about the downed elevator and the other one is acting up (there's only 2 elevators). My husband helped direct 2 inebriated men, also living at the hotel, to get off the elevator to their floor. While the hotel was clean and comfortable, I'm not sure if I would stay here again.

My family and I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and they allow dogs, so we were about to bring our small dog along with us.

Enjoyed my stay at this location very much. Only complaint would be water pressure at the bathroom sink, but the water shower in the shower was amazing. Suite was large, very spacious - like a small studio apartment! I did not go to the breakfast, but it seemed more than adequate. I would definitely stay again.

Love this place! It’s our go-to place to stay. We’ve been there 3 times in less than 5 months.

I left items in my room when I checked out. The staff at the hotel have refused to return the items, or even address the situation. Lacey the lost and found manager seemed to give me a “too bad” attitude, and refuses to return my calls.

The property was great. It’s always a plus having a small kitchenette. Central location to all things in Franklin and surrounding areas.

Overall, the property was clean and the staff efficient and helpful. However, the room itself was shabby, the bed was rock-hard and I had to hunt for simple amenities such as a water glass.

Unfortunately, the check-in process wasn’t any better. I was not told where my room was or how to get there. When I asked if the room was on the first floor and tried to get directions, all I received was a short “yes.” I then followed up with a question about parking and got a similarly unhelpful response: “You can park anywhere. Wherever you find a spot.” Mind you, this does not appear to be correct as some spots seem to be reserved for other facilities. Still needing help, I asked if I could use a luggage cart. The reply? “As long as you bring it back, yes.” At that point, I felt like I was inconveniencing the hotel staff simply by asking basic questions. To be fair, the room itself was excellent for the price — clean, modern, and well-maintained. The “hard product” is solid. But the “soft product,” meaning the service and hospitality, leaves much to be desired. First impressions matter, and sadly, the welcome I received made me feel more like a nuisance than a guest.

40 minutes before check in with my paperwork, just to be told that they canceled my room because they were not able to charge my card. I have booked several times and never had an issue with arriving early and paying in person. I was spoken to very rudely & told that all rooms were booked. I'm pissed and not sure if I will return giving I am an honors member.

Wonderful apartment-style suite! Perfect for multi-day stays. Very friendly staff and such a generous amount of breakfast options! We even ate dinner on the patio, used the gym, and bought items at the Market for a snack. Would recommend to any traveler!

No shower gel-told them but never brought any. Only emptied trash 1 time in 5 days. Didn’t make beds or clean except maybe bathroom sink 1 time.

The hotel was superb and clean. The rooms were huge and were very well appointed. The rooms were quiet and there was minimal noise even though it was a busy evening. Check in process was strained. It was an early afternoon and there were 2 people at the desk. There were about 5 people in line to check in and the lady at the bar was in the sitting area watching Tv, a man was checking people in, but another woman was at the check in desk just scrolling on her phone. It was frustrating to have to wait so long with 3 workers there and only 1 working.

Came back to this place after staying here a couple years ago. The room was fine. My husband and I shared the pull out couch while my kids and the dog slept on the king size bed. Would have been perfect if the pull out sofa had a comfortable mattress or even if they offered a futon style bed. Our joints and backs were destroyed. Drove back home six hours to head straight to a chiropractor. Also my husband had to close our air vent as it was blowing super cold air even after we tried adjusting the temp. They also had an abnoxious 40th birthday with loud music blasting but we were so tired that we just went to bed. Would stay again but please please get better pull out beds

I had booked 4 rooms with two queen beds, but after getting into the rooms one only had one queen bed, and we had to re-arrange all my families' assigned rooms. The front desk did not really care about the issue and offered no help to getting this issue resolved.

Sheets for the pullout bed were still wet from being washed and we just removed them from the linen bag in the closet. Not a huge deal but certainly strange.

Staff was great too, so helpful and friendly. Pool was nice and warm. Just excellent stay I definitely recommend this hotel, five stars
