This place is beautiful. We spent as much at a comfort inn in Fenton Michigan the night before that couldn't hold a candle to Embassy Suites in Franklin!!!

The hotel lobby was very clean and pleasant, and the desk staff gave great customer service. Breakfast was mediocre. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was slow to respond, and the wait staff during breakfast were rude.

I love the location of this property. The construction of this property has been on going for 6mths+, and we assumed it would have been completed since it had begun back in Sept. 2025 when we stayed there. No pool access during my son’s spring break was a bummer but overall stay was pleasant. The construction was quite dusty but nothing I couldn’t deal with.

Food was wonderful and all the employees were friendly and helpful.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was good and there were a lot of people eating and enjoying their meal. Room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for all of us. There was a baseball trading gathering that took up a lot of your parking spaces for your guests. Some people were having to park next door. It was very busy for the card trading. May have been better a a larger facility.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice overall. The grounds and inside gathering spaces are lovely and well-maintained. Breakfast was great, though there was no hot water for tea toward the end of the window breakfast was being served. There was a trading card convention going on so parking proved challenging. I also needed ice and had to visit multiple floors to find a working machine. The curtains weren’t working properly in my room (there are buttons on the wall for those trying to locate them). Otherwise, everything was good overall.

Started with friendly welcome, complimentary cocktails and good food close by. Comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast was great and just what we needed to start a long drive home. Will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed drinks in the atrium and the room had every convenience. Only stayed one night, but it could easily accommodate staying longer. Nothing. There was construction, but even that didn't interfere with a good experience.

What here just for a quick weekend getaway. It was excellent I will stay here again in the future. Thanks for the great service!
- 3/5
The breakfast sele tion was lacking compared with the many Embassy Suites that I've stayed at in the past. Food ran out quick and the staff could hardly keep up. I was charged on my credit card for parking of which I was never asked if I had a car, and never was I asked for a vehicle tag or registration number. Truly unprofessional!
- 3/5
We got locked out of our room and then had to be moved. Which then moved us further away from our group of people. Also alot of the breakfast food was cold and the food at the evening reception was almost gone with an hour left to eat. Alot of construction going on which didnt affect our stay. Room was nice.
- 3/5
The bathtub was very slow to drain, and the bathroom floor was not clean.

When I booked our room there was no mention that the hotel would be under construction. I would normally avoid this. So it was not a good value and not a good stay. Very disappointed.
- 2.5/5
We enjoyed the breakfast and the room, although the neighbors were loud at night. The hotel was under construction, which we weren’t made aware of until right before our stay. The amenities that are expected with embassy suites were not available. Even the restaurant wasn’t fully available. Staff seems frustrated and to not fully know what was going on. Our drinks had bugs floating in them. It wasn’t the experience we’ve come to expect with embassy suites.

Construction at site. Lots of traffic so arrived at 650pm. Happy hour food was being removed by staff. Bartender had a hard cutoff for drinks at 700 pm. I paid $250.00 a night?? Not worth it! Second time I’ve stayed at an Embassy Suites this week. Not worth the money and no one has reached out to make it right.

Hotel was very large. Lots of walking. Ice machines are scarce. Should be 2 on each floor. Signage was absent under construction. They should have had signage to front desk, elevators and restaurant. Complimentary cocktails and snacks were available and ended at 7 pm. It was crackers and cheese. Can’t figure out why they didn’t leave them in place til they were gone instead of throwing them out.
- 5/5
The woman the checked us in was friendly and inviting. The room was spacious. It was nice to have a door that separated the bedroom from the sitting room. The complimentary breakfast including made to order omelets was delicious. The hotel lobby was under renovation so there were boxes, wires, and floor torn up upon entering which was a bit of a let down since the pictures online showed a beautiful lobby. Overall we were very happy with our stay and even though there were renovations happening, it was still quiet.

Great hotel- updated and a lot of room for my family of 4. We loved the reception and complimentary breakfast. They were doing construction and pool was closed but it did not bother us! Would definitely come back!! Even let us check out a little late!
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 5/5
Room was great, clean good space. Staff was eager to help and was very courteous. Breakfast was above the normal hotel breakfast. Omelette station and the other food was not microwaved 5 minutes before being served. The hotel was undergoing renovations so a lot construction and unable to use some of the amenities, but I would be willing to stay here again for sure
- 4/5
We did not know the hotel was undergoing rennovation, The main floor was a construction zone pushing hte managers special and breakfast eating area into a much smaller area. The staff was great.

Breakfast was amazing and the commentary drinks. I’m sure on a regular basis this hotel would be amazing. However, it’s under construction throughout the weekend Sheetrock put up to clock the area under construction which is the entire middle court. They actually have ear plugs when you check in and mask for the dust. Upon checking in I had a room that was already paid for the lady ask to put a 49$ hold on my card of course no problem and then she mistakenly charges my card $738.00 she proceeds to release the funds which would take 48hrs to credit back to my bank which left us not being able to enjoy ourselves. Not knowing if it would transfer and secondly this tapped into our spending money so needless to say this put a huge damper on our stay. And after a long day we just wanted to chill and watch tv … only to find the tv was broken. Other than your room and breakfast area you will not be able to access anything else. Very sad!
- 2/5
There is a massive renovation going on, Sheetrock dust everywhere, restaurant is open but no bar
- 3/5
Not enough dinner selection

I love the location. The breakfast was good. The staffs were great. My bathroom waster was cold and the staff on duty resolved my issue. I didn't know they were under construction but I adjusted to the noise

- 0.5/5
Decent location and looks nice from the outside Outdated and the smell is extremely unapealing. It smells musty and almost smells like a litter box. This wasn’t just one room as we were with another couple and they had to switch rooms due to the smell and the second wasn’t much better. For my family, they initially gave us a room that was OOS and we had to get moved and they both had this smell. The pool was also very cloudy and it looked more like a storage closet with boxes stacked against the wall.
- 1/5
Everything cold, lack of availability, no sugar for coffee, juices ran out.
- 1/5
Horrible stay bc your website failed to mentioned the hotel was in complete disarray, and covered wall to wall in dust which didn’t help my daighter who suffers from asthma. The workers were living at the hotel and ate all the complementary breakfast every morning. The jackhammering started nice and early so that was a lovely wake up call. The kicker was the poop in the pool that didn’t seem to be a concern of anyone’s. Either I get a full refund or I will call my credit card company and disput the charge. Horrible stay for my family, obviously we won’t be back.
- 1/5
Major revisions being done at the hotel (not disclosed on Travelocity). Loud speaker BLASTING for hours from a room above us. Had to complain several times before they cam to my room to look into the complaint. Morning of checknout loud drilling from inside due to construction. No extra sheets or pillows for pull out bed. Only 1 t.v worked aftrer requesting batteries and new remote.
- 5/5
All good, really enjoyed our stay
- 3/5
Breakfast was good, service is efficient. The room is spacious, but the extra blanket and pillow was poor quality. Since the property is under re-modelling, the center of the property was covered, not feels cozy.
- 5/5
Great hotel the room was clean the staff were super friendly and helpful love the breakfast the omelettes are fantastic
- 1/5
The staff was excellent. The issues were that the room did not seem to be up to the Hilton quality that I expect. The bedroom 2nd bed was against the wall so there was only one way to get into bed. There was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom. The water pressure was not great. Also, at the open bar there was only one bartender resulting in long waits to get a drink.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Room was spotless. Always love the hot breakfast especially omelette station. Great location close to shopping and restaurants and only minutes from downtown Nashville
- 3/5
Poor selection at the Managers reception and Hilton limits you to two drinks now. The hotel is undergoing major renovations and we were not told this until we received our check in notice the day of! The breakfast has been cut back to basic breakfast. I blame this hotel for that there is plenty of room to continue the big breakfast Embassy was known for in the past. Embassy is not a deal anymore the prices have gone through the roof but the quality has fallen drastically.

The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Staff did an excellent job providing accommodation s around construction.

The hotel was old. The shower curtain wasnt long enough to not create a pool on the floor, beds were hard and uncomfortable, room wasnt very clean, microwave was gross, silverwear at breakfast was dirty, breakfast was mediocre at best, internest was crap, lots of construction noise due to them remodeling, very few workers spoke English making it hard to ask questions, pillows could hardly be considered pillows and thats to just name a few things. Its not wonder they give you free alcohol. They want you to forget all the issues.
- 5/5
The rooms was great! Makes it possible for a family of 6 to stay in one room! Would highly recommend this hotel, and you can’t beat their breakfast!
- 4/5
Old decor. They are in the middle of a remodel.
- 3/5
The hot water was not hot at all. There’s hair on the bathroom floor. Also, the pillows were like half size of regular pillows. We booked a suite. There were two TVs but only with one remote. Most likely we will not stay here if we come back to Franklin next time.

- 5/5
Loving the upgrades!! It will be even better once completed. We had a wonderful stay!!
- 1/5
The mattresses were uncomfortable and worn out. The room smelt like mildew. The free breakfast was cold by the time I got to sit down to eat.
- 4/5
Overall the accommodations were nice. It did seem somewhat greedy to be charged a $12 parking fee in a large suburban parking lot.
- 3/5
We were a little confused when we first arrived to leave our luggage. There were people everywhere because of a convention. Advertisements for Pokémon were more noticeable than the Embassy hotel itself. Had to park in the roundabout because there were no parking spaces. The mail carrier directed me to the hotel’s front desk. Once we returned, it was reception hour. The male bartender was great & friendly. The chips & salsa are fresh & delicious. The room was huge but had a terrible musty odor, & the windows would not open. After the first two showers, the tub was clogged. They sent someone immediately to unclog the tub, & he noticed that a light bulb was out, so he replaced it. The sofa bed should have been thrown out; it was very uncomfortable & needed more bedding than the thin blanket, flat sheet, & pillow. The “full-size” beds were comfortable, but the pillows were flat. The breakfast, which is my favorite meal, was delicious. I wish they would add salt & pepper to the omelets. There were several breakfast items to choose from. After breakfast, we decided to return to our room & relax until check-out. Someone on staff used their key to unlock & open our door while we were relaxing, then closed it & walked away. Once we got to the door, she was halfway to the other side, yelling I am sorry never stating her title or reason. Housekeeping usually announces themself before entering. After that, barging in, we decided to leave. So, for check-out we left the keys in the room
- 1/5
Dirty, smelly and unsafe.
- 2/5
The pool was out of order the first day. The beds were smaller than standard hotel beds. The couch bed was horrible. You could literally feel the springs in the mattress.
- 3/5
They were remodeling, it was loud. We were with out water for a while
- 1/5
Breakfast was the only thing goos.
- 4/5
The only downer was the renovation that was taking place. There was a lot of noise during the day time. Other than that the room we had was quiet during the night, clean and comfortable, andbreakfast was very good.
- 3/5
Let me say first off that all of the staff were amazing to take care of the issues. But we checked in and were informed that renovations were going on, but no mention of that on the website. Our original room had a water leak and smelled very strongly of musty carpet. They quickly moved us to another room that didn’t smell as strong but at least it was dry. Luggage rack was broken, no exhaust fan in bathroom, weak water pressure, sticking doors, security brace on door was loose. Had to hold toilet handle down to flush. Talked to other guests who had similar situations. But it was as clean and taken care of as well could be expected. Just way too much money to spend for two nights for all of that. But once again, all staff was top notch.

Near mall and restaurants
- 5/5
Excellent hotel and location!
- 4/5
Room was clean, however construction played a huge roll.
- 1/5
There was mold in the bathroom. Smelled. Construction above our room. Switched to a new room and it was no better.
- 3/5
No ice machines worked/ charged for parking/ sink in bathroom cracked and destroyed / will not be returning
- 3/5
The hotel is clean but a little dated. We stayed on the 7th floor and they are renovating the upper floors, so we woken up by banging and sawing. Also our shower had no uotwater.
- 5/5
Hospitality was amazing!
- 5/5
Will stay here again

Room service was disappointing. Limited menu when ordering to room from full available dinner menu. Food was not delivered but they called for us to come down to restaurant to pick up food in Togo containers and take back to room. Food was not hot. Pizza was stacked in smaller container. Order was incorrect. Breakfast was fantastic. Made to order omelet station was perfect. Parking was easy and safe.

Air condition would not get below 74 on 8th floor. We reported it and did get rooms changed but still poor ac.
- 3/5
Black mold on ceiling in closet exposed wires on outlet outdated. Rug old very spotted.
- 1/5
This place is old, dirty, and outdated. Staff was nice enough but the hotel is a total dump
- 2/5
Upon checking in, I had to go to the counter, even though my wife showed them mine and her id, same address. Im handicapped and walking is difficult for me, but I went in just so they could see me for two seconds. Then I was told that you had pay to park, which is crap. The pool was noisy and crowded because they booked a ratchet family reunion. The guy running around at breakfast taking your dishes was a dick, or he doesn’t understand English and what thank you means.
- 3/5
Our room was not very clean. There was remnants from the previous guests left behind. The staff and breakfast were wonderful.
- 5/5
My grandkids had a blast in the pool and loved the breakfast bar
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Great location and very accessible from I-65.
- 2/5
The ventilation is very poor . My room didn’t get cold just a chill . I had to get a box fan from the front desk and then housekeeping took my shoes that was laid out .
- 2/5
The room wasn't cleaned, and there was a strong odor as soon as you entered, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. The carpet smells bad, and the three towels were not cleaned and had spots. I was told by faculty that you all do not use bleach. The mirror in the restroom was dirty and looked as if someone had just checked out.
- 4/5
Property was nice, breakfast was ok and had to find someone to make eggs, toilet in room was broken had to go to main level to use bathroom, AC in room was loud- made a weird noise.

- 5/5
Great breakfast area and quiet room.
- 3/5
Old from inside, everything old.
- 2/5
I stayed for one night with my husband and 2 children. The AC wasn’t working and at 8:30 pm the maintenance brought us a box fan for our room. We weren’t happy. Won’t stay here again.
- 1/5
The staff was very unpleasant We will never be back The breakfast isn’t started until 7 on the weekend. We didn’t like it we like to do things early and I was lead to believe things we’re a lot closer
- 1/5
Disappointed
- 1/5
Had bed bugs and didn't stay trying to get a refund horrible
- 2/5
Also, at the restaurant, we went as soon as they opened for dinner at 5pm. We ordered pretty quickly after sitting down but it took around 45 minutes to get our food (this is pretty much bar style food, just heat it up). The waitress was the only one working a very rude. I’m not sure why on a Friday night of a busy weekend in Nashville ( the CMAs), this hotel would only staff 1 person in dining and no maintenance person. We were not impressed and won’t be going back.
- 1/5
Not happy
- 2/5
I like the brand embassy suites itself but this location fell short of expectations. I stayed there for a ball tournament over the weekend. The place is dated and in dire need of upgrades. The room smelled of mold or wet socks from carpet. The faucet handle kept coming off the hot water handle. The shower was lacking. Poor water stream and I wouldn’t dare take a bath there. Do not recommend this location.
- 3/5
The lobby and staff at this hotel were great. Unfortunately our room was disgusting. The first thing we noticed was the musty smell, almost smelled like cat urine. There were huge stains on the couch that made us not want to sit on it. Tons of stains on the walls that could easily be wiped down by cleaning staff. The bathroom was the worst part, there was visible mold around the tub and the shower itself was horrible. If you have any kind of minor mobility issues, get an accessible room because the tub was curved, not flat on the bottom. I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
Traffic in this area is horrible, but the hotel is excellent.
- 5/5
The staff is always great, the breakfast was wonderful. The rooms are amazing.
- 5/5
Overall it was good
- 4/5
I loved the room, all except the view. We looked out at the rooftop. The room was a suite and very comfortable. I don't think they should charge you for parking when they have a parking lot! It's not in a big city with limited parking spaces and for them to charge you to park your car is ridiculous!
- 4/5
The hotel is in a great location. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious including the additional room. The room as a whole was a little outdated and needed some updates.
- 1/5
Staff was not helpful and rude at times. Facilities needs a lot of updates, bathroom was leaking and shower had no pressure. Tried to provide feedback but staff was unresponsive to it. Will never stay again.
- 2/5
The staff is friendly but the entire hotel needs a full remodel. The hall carpet is no longer stretched out and the lumps make it a trip hazard, especially for little ones. The first room we were sent to had recently been visited by their maintenance staff and the A/C unit cover was off the wall and it was visibly dirty from them coming in and out of the room. We were given a new room, but the condition wasn’t much better. Everything is old and falling apart. The shower had mold.
- 2/5
This Embassy Suites is a tired venue. Our room smelled moldy, the faucet dripped, and they forgot to clean our room one day.
- 3/5
Extra charges for parking and no view from room..
- 4/5
Nice room, clean, large open lobby. Great happy hour with free snacks and drinks and a great welcoming staff. On the not so good, room wasnt ready for check in when we arrived at 5:00pm, constant water dripping in bathroom sink, and hotel restaurant has an updated menu that eliminated half of what was already a short menu.
- 5/5
We had a great time
- 4/5
The breakfast was excellent. They had a chef cooking onlets for everyone. The swimming pool was small and shut down when we were expecting to spend some of our time using it.
- 5/5
The only recommendation I would make is recarpet the place. In many areas I saw frayed corners and separations. This will not deter us from staying here again though.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and amiable. The breakfast was great specially the option of custom made omelets! Dario and Carmen were very nice and attentive.
- 2/5
Paid for parking, lights didnt work in the room, no sheets for the sofa bed, food was terrible for breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and the air conditioner was really loud.

We were given a room that was at the far corner of the property. We are old seniors and that was not considered.

It was very convenient and family friendly. My family loved the breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay! The only complaint was the garbage by the ice machine was overflowing for a couple of days. Other than that we were completely satisfied!

Evening snacks were minimal and rooms are dark and dreary. The lighting is horribly dim and sad need some brighter lights!!

Staff was super nice. Breakfast bar was great. The room itself was not cleaned well at all though. We have stayed there a few times in the past and it was never a problem in the past.

Bailee was wonderful at check-in

Not sure why someone will decide to put breakfast food at some corner and you have to ask the cook at the kitchen for him to give you two pieces. If you can't do breakfast buffet, change your policies and let guest know. Pool was NOT heated even though the weather was 70s outside and it is still spring. This is the worst experience with Embassy Suites. Disappointing

Everything was as expected for an Embassy Suites in general. My only complaint was, I found out upon arrival parking was extra. I’ve never paid for parking at a hotel unless it was in a downtown area.
- 5/5
It’s was THE BEST hotel experience I had EVER received!!
- 2/5
It was average, the worst part is the parking it’s not included, there are 250 other places to choose from that include parking
- 5/5
Furniture is a bit dated but the facility is good. I could t get a late checkout as requested…first time in 20 years I was told No…I suppose it had to happen eventually

Great overall experience

Staying at the Embassy Suites
- 5/5
Ive stayed at Embassy suites for over 20 years this place was nice but I usually book Embassy suites because of the free parking Did not like to pay for parking since its was out of the city (nashville) .Nice place and friendly just wont book here again because pay for parking, plenty to choose from that have free parking.

It was a great place to stay

Overall the hotel was fine but we unfortunately stayed on a night that a high school was having a banquet. Teens were wandering around and at one point were trying to drop candy from the top floor to see if they could hit people on the main floor. I also called for different pillows and was told they would bring them up. They never came. I asked again and was told “ we don’t have any” The room was clean and the bed was fine. If it had been a different night it likely would have been a different experience.

We didn’t get the room that we reserved. The people in the room next to us were so loud and noisy that we couldn’t sleep and nothing was investigated or done about so we had to leave early

The property was nice. The staff to resolve issues was non existent. First day we called cause the safe wouldnt work and they never fixed. The second day we called becuase no one cleaned the room. We left for dinner and came back and room was still not cleaned. we called again and the front desk was like talk to housekeeping.... terrible service. When i asked for manager they said no longer there and they would call me today and the manager never called

I always choose Hilton properties whenever I can when I travel! The Embassy never disappoints me!
- 3/5
The bed was soft. The whole facility needs an upgrade. It is dated. Not a bad place, just not what I expect from Hilton.

Nice area

The AC would not allow us to adjust it and we froze all night long. There was mold in multiple places of failed caulking in the shower. There was tape holding wallpaper on the walls. Falling dry wall with mildew by the window. And on top of all of this the breakfast was sub par at best. The breads were hard and old, the oatmeal was cold. The made to order omelets and juice were the only thing we were able to eat. Very disappointed as this used to be a frequent half way stop for us on our way through to the beach, but will definitely not be coming back.

Erin W. was very helpful at check-in and the bartenders are great!

I did not like the fact that the three of us came from three different directions, therefore, had three vehicles. All three of us had to pay for parking. Would be more logical to pay for one vehicle per room.

A little dated but great location!

Great place to stay ! The room was clean and up to standards. The only issue was the living room TV did not work. The bar was nice to sit at and my son loved the pool.

Loved happy hour! Everything was fantastic

We had booked a double bed room. When we arrived at the hotel there were no doubles available. They blamed the booking issue on Expedia. This is the first time using the app to book. Not impressed.

The building was old and a bit run down

Very good option for a short stop

Staff was wonderful. The room was pleasant. Couch was extremely uncomfortable. The bed was not great. We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant on site and we had eaten at other Embassy suites haven’t very good in the past. Our dinner was not good. Fish was horrible. The chef did not cook it properly. The inside batter was still mushy. The fish itself was not good tasting. We sent it back. The chicken wings were really good. The southwest eggrolls were a disappointment. Mushy inside.

The room was very quiet and comfortable.

A bit dated and worn

The staff treated me well and did there best to make sure that I was happy and got everything I needed.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, Breakfast was fresh, Overall Facility itself showed its age, Rooms had a mold smell with obvious sign of where water damage had tried to be repaired on the ceiling in the bedroom and carpet shriveled below. We stayed 3 nights and there was something spilled against one of the walls by the switch to the elevator we noticed the first night, by the third night whatever was spilled was still on the wall…

The front desk was very friendly. The suite was well decorated & clean. The bathroom sink had a large crack, (but glued & not leaking) in it. The sheets smelled nice & the bed & pillows were comfy. The full breakfast was top notch.
