Water dripping from the vents in bathroom. Insanely loud guests in adjacent rooms. When confronted the front desk they said they cannot do anything. Left a day early just to get out of there.

Very conveniently located off the highway. In area of many shops and restaurants. Seemed to be fairly new. Everything in excellent shape, from landscaping to the finishes used in the room. We try to stay at Home2 suites when possible in our travels. They are thoughtfully built to be very quiet. The goodie bag on check-in is a nice perk for Hilton honors. Everything in the room was built for comfort and functionality. We also appreciate the Zero% products in the bathroom. We bought some of the soaps after staying at another Home2 location. Breakfast is always good. Love the pot of oatmeal, and yogurt dispenser with many mix ins offered. Work out room was clean. After a long day of travel, it was so nice being there. Also, we noticed that the staff were all focused on their jobs. Some other hotels have staff collected out front, smoking, or congregating inside, and you can tell when the staff doesn’t make the effort to keep up the hotel. Nothing, all good!

We had a great stay here, I think 7am breakfast start was a little late and i am used to other home 2 suites having coffee 24/7 and i guys i was a little spoiled by that. i did not like that there was not round the clock staff at the front desk, that was a bit concerning for me. but it was a nice room, pleasant staff and a nice stay. thank you

Nicely maintained hotel. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Only issue was the temperature in the room. We had to turn on the AC in order to cool it down for sleep in March.

Room was very clean, very spacious, excellent amenities, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, and very spacious bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very near to multiple shopping areas and eateries.

Clean room, nice staff very helpful, nice gym good breakfast :) however the pool heater is broken our kids was not able to swim. We choose the place due to the indoor pool. Overall everything was great!

Jason, at the front desk check-in, could not have been nicer. Although my traveling companions and I arrived early, Jason went out of his way to check that our rooms were ready to be occupied. Jason was very pleasant and courteous, providing us with bottle water for our rooms.

Breakfast was great but the pool was too cold for us old people.

Mattress was not comfortable, it sagged and did not give good back support. I have stayed at other Hiltons and woke up refreshed. Breakfast was cut off at 9:00 am on Monday, should be extended to 10:00 am.

Off things: Room was convenient but I requested two beds and was given a King instead. The trash bags in the rooms are too thin. Twice I tried to take out the trash and the bag split open and the trash fell all over the place. Invest in some proper trash bags..

Check-in was quick and easy. Welcome water bottles were a nice touch. All staff encountered were polite and friendly. Room was well supplied, clean and comfortable. Everything provided for eating in or many dining options available within a few minutes of the property. Breakfast was made fresh daily with many choices available. The pool looked lovely, though we didn't get the opportunity to use it. Nice equipped fitness room. These suites a wonderful choice for either a short or longer stay. I recommend and will return in the future!

We’ve been staying here for weeks waiting for our house to be ready. It is as the name implies: a second home. The staff has been great to us; Charlie in particular has made our stay wonderful.

My go to every trip!!

Room was clean, staff was friendly, I love the self check-in/check-out feature that allows you to go straight to your room and leave when the time comes. The only thing I'd like to see changed is the ability to change the settings on the in-room TV. The TV is locked to factory settings which unfortunately means a feature called "motion smoothing" is turned on which introduces input lag. I was unable to play video games on the TV but otherwise everything else, including the breakfast, was amazing!

Very nice hotel in a nice area with friendly staff. The pool was warm, next door to a well equiped Gym on the ground floor. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices too. Lots of dining options close by. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable too. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay there again if i was in the area.

As I observed our day and age or cutting back on employee to save a buck. I think of some of the mistake some companies make with the model. With following the model quality goes by the waste side. The breakfast was not attractive to the eye and the setup did make sense to me as a chef by profession. The facility was kept very well. But the mattresses may not to be updated in some of the units.

This 5 story hotel is conveniently located on a major road next to and close to numerous shopping strip malls. Dining options are abundant as is proximity to almost anything a traveler is need of. The hotel front end staff was great - very accommodating and polite. There are hot and cold breakfast items, your typical mass produced offerings. If you're looking for something tastier, try one of the local diners or restaurants. Also, no handsoap or toiletries offered here. Make sure you bring your own. Towels are limited. Only got two during my stay and they do NOT come clean your room on a daily basis. Additionally, do not plan to walk barefoot in the hallway. Carpet is very dirty with stains and there is debris all over. Doesn't appear that they vacuum their hallways. Pool area is right next to elevator, it's indoor and semi dark in that area. This hotel was decent, could be better.

This place staff is not nice also why did maid go inside my room for clean. My stuff are still there. Check out not yet. Suppose to leave at 1030am. Maid go inside at 9am for what. My stuff things are there. Not nice maid to go inside that I went breakfast. So nasty maid for go inside for clean. Not ready. Awful

The hotel was amazing but the reservation I booked through Hotels.com was not available. I will not be using this third party service again.

Breakfast was pretty good and had everything you'd expect: waffles, eggs, potatoes, sides of meat, cereal, yogurt, juice, and oatmeal. What really stood out was the fun "sandwich of the day" option, made using the available breakfast items. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, which made things even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the pool was closed during our visit, so we had to use the one at the hotel across the way. This was not ideal, but at least there was a backup option. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Its located next to mall, extremely neat, spacious rooms. They also let me check out 3 hours later than usual time, free of charge. The staff are amazing, very polite and friendly. I am definitely coming back.

Ok short term

The room had a refrigerator that is 2 times the normal size. The room also had a kitchen sink, microwave oven, plates, utensils, and even a dishwasher.

The breakfast was good and many options to choose from. The gym had treadmills and free weights and the pool was nice.

The hotel was safe and quiet, which made for a relaxing visit. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Arrived at 2:15pm, on date of check in after driving 9 hours in nealy100 degree heat ( not hotels issue I know ) Asked if we could get an early check in . No, no room available yet . That's fine we will wait. At 3:00pm ( normal check in time ), room still not available. Every 15 minutes, I inquired if our room was ready and was met with a very snarky gentleman at the desk , stating he will tell me when a room is ready. At this time many other people expecting to check in at 3pm were told their rooms were not ready either and would have to wait in the lobby with all the rest of us. At nearly 4 pm we were told our room was ready.

The stay was okay, but we were very disappointed with how our request for an extension was handled. We were told to call back in the morning, which we did, only to be immediately told "no" without anyone even asking how long of an extension we needed. Since it was Memorial Day on a Monday, we’re not sure why the request couldn’t be considered more thoughtfully.

Friendly staff were welcoming and helpful in our check in and stay. Clean lobby. Gym and pool available. Good breakfast. Room was clean, neat and near elevators.

The staffs were all very attentive and nice. The rooms and facilities are all very well maintained as well. Smart breafast options so you can create your own breakfast sandwich if you want to. The indoor pool was pretty warm for the kids and the kids loved it!

My friends and I were very pleased with everything about this hotel. We all said we’d be back ourselves see and with our families!

Good place for a relaxing visit

Very nice property, just wished they had more chairs for dining. One chair at the table is not feasible. They need to considered 2 chairs at minimum. No one wants to eat on the bed. Other than that the room was nice and cleaned. Didn’t eat because the only hot items were pancakes and oatmeal. Don’t expect to get any eggs or bacon/sausage. Not that kind of hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great area! Plenty of free parking.

I was not happy that they did not cleaned the room the first night of our stay and only after the second night that they came to cleaned the room… also, there were no extra bath towels available

I had an amazing time, came to Maryland from New York for thanksgiving and absolutely loved it, and the pool was a plus for my 4 years old daughter. We would definitely recommend and say here again

We both loved our studio suite with a comfortable bed and convenient breakfast with only a few caveats. The bathroom was nice but unusually small and narrow and the shower water was hot but it's water pressure could not be regulated (reduced). Surprising, young girls participating in sports would party for about an hour every evening with hallway running, high pitched screams and loud door slams. Where were their parents and coaches?

Only cleaned our room once out of 7 nights, we had to constantly ask for towels and even toilet paper. Sheets were not fitted properly and kept falling off the mattress. Pool was out of service entire stay. Water was unavailable multiple days from 11am till 2pm.

The shower had some mold in the corners and house keeping only came in once for a 4 night stay.

We stayed for 2 nights to visit with family in Middletown. The hotel was very convenient for us. We has a 1 bedroom for my husband and I and our daughter and granddaughter. The little one lived the pool. Everything was clean l, staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had everything that we needed! We will stay here agan when in the area.

The sofa couch and the desk chair were dirty. The shampoo container in the shower contained more water than shampoo. The shower head had mold on it and the carpet had stains on it.

The hotel was very quiet even though it was full. The breakfast could have been better but it was not bad. The staff was extremely helpful; and very nice.

We had to go to the front desk to get sheets and blanket for the pull out sofa. It should have been available in the room for us. Plus no safe in the room. The room was nice and comfortable. Big enough for a wheelchair. . The shower was big but a roll in one and water goes all over the floor. Breakfast was okay but staff not readily available. Had to reach behind the counter for pancake batter. For 265.00/ night these should be addressed.

We got in late around 6. We get to the room and it smelt so so bad we had to spray it. Get to bathroom and toilet if clogged of massive tissue paper. I called front desk. She said I can bring u a plunger I’m only one on. Why would I drive 4 hours to clean someone else’s toilet. There were black hairs all over the floor. She told me they have no help and she’s working a double. I’m so disgusted I don’t get away a lot and it wasn’t fair to me. The air conditioning kept shutting down and then blowing warm air. None of us got sleep I’m glad it was for one night and we left. I’m so upset at the stay.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time staying here. Our room was nice and clean and super comfortable. The kitchen area was amazing as well. Only thing I wish was there was a stove or oven in our room. We will definitely book again !!!

When I booked this hotel I was aware that it was pet friendly, but I assumed they had designated rooms or halls for pets. To my surprise, that was not the case and the whole hotel smells like dogs. I personally am not a dog person and I do not have issues with dogs,s aying that I was very shocked at the state of the carpeting in the room. It was stained throughout and the room smelled like wet dogs. Every time the air conditioning turned on it was an overwhelming odor. My eyes were burning and had the sniffles the entire time. I did tell the front desk but all they did was apologize and say they thoroughly clean the rooms after pets. This was definitely not the case.

A young man running the front desk in the morning provided the most excellent service. We were having trouble with our two year old (my son is very demanding and fussy) and he was so patient and understanding. He even came over and wiped up the floor after my son spilt water on the floor.

The ADA room was spacious, and very clean. It had great functionality for handicapped people, including a rolling table, massive bathroom, bench in tub/shower, electric/button controlled blinds, etc. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses and cups, full refrigerator, microwave, and you can have an electric burner if needed, etc. Great, convenient location, near restaurants. Will definitely stay here next time we're in the area.

We did not like the shower, the shower soap or shampoo. Water pressure was not good. Temperature was on the cooler side. Shower floor was extremely slippery, and I am disabled so had a hard time. Bigger bath mat would have been good.

The whole someone on the floor above us was either bouncing a ball or running when that shop at about 10pm. The they were cars outside doing durn outs and that last for 45 mins. Then at 7am the noise from the floor started again

The stay was pleasant outside of the check-in process. First room, the TV did not work, second room the main door pushed right open, didn’t lock. After our 3rd room in an hour since check in we were finally able to rest after a 13 hour drive. Main elevators are continually broken and the breakfast offered was not replenished after items ran out. Breakfast ran until 10 but was out of many items before 8am.

Feels like home

This hotel is really a home away from home. Ian provided exemplary customer service at Check-in and Check-out. He ensured our stay was perfect. Anytime im visting the area, I will be sure to stay again.
