My wife and I stayed for a night to attend a wedding. The room and the property were very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. I was worried that the 3 pm check-in would make us late to the ceremony, but the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check-in took less than 5 minutes! The lobby had decent coffee even in the afternoon. I’ll definitely stay here again when in town.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and pleasant staff!

Hotel is new, super clean, updated, with very nice bathrooms/showers and a wonderful kitchenette with stove, fridge, sink, coffee maker- perfect for extended stay. Very quiet area but easy access (even on foot) in mere minutes to cinema, restaurants, dining, shopping and gas. Great place for an all inclusive and refreshing stopover. America needs more of these!

I thought the hotel was very good. I booked a few rooms for guests. Worked with the front desk who resolved some issues. The staff was customer and guest focused.

We stayed for 1 night and it was just perfect! Clean and big room were the highlights for us. My 2 yo loved the room and property. He had lots to run and have fun. Room kitchenette had everything that we could need for warming and light prep meal cooking. Breakfast was nice too..everything that is required for a good breakfast and atleast we didnt have to be told that something got over. All the items were getting replenished in timely fashion. We had fun using the pool. Overall a great stay. We would recommend this place to families with young children.

They have cut back on some of the nice things. Please bring back sugar free syrup at breakfast. This is really important for diabetics. Also please bring back the flavored creamers and the scrub sponges in the rooms. I’d gladly wash the pans I use if I had the tools to do it.

Great room, quiet, the most COMFORTABLE bed. The breakfast was great, except maybe the eggs were obviously instant but still edible. This location was close to everything we needed. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

We miss the days when breakfast was available. It really saved us time on our trip. More hotels should bring it back. That’s how you get 5 stars.

Very clean and up to date room, easy parking, near a lot of restaurants & conveniences. Breakfast was hot and ready early with a variety of options. Rooms on the side facing the patio get a lot of possibly-drunken yelling/noise from the patio below late into the night. The AC hum & earbuds covered it up for most of the night for me, but something to note if you need silence. The vibe of the area around the property is kinda sketchy; had some weird encounters in the less than 20 minutes it takes to walk across the street and back for takeout. Otherwise a great and very comfortable stay!

I chose this property because it was rated 9.2 "wonderful". It was average. The room furnishings were basic. The room was large and had a kitchenette, Apparently this is an extended-stay Marriott chain. The property was clean and well maintained although one of two elevators was not working and wait times for the working (slowly) one were long sometimes. The breakfast was pretty good (24 hour coffee). The staff was friendly and attentive. The property is conveniently located with many many dining, food, fuel, shopping options nearby.

It was a great stay. Breakfast was great! My only complaint is that the garbage disposal in room 418 smelled like old broccoli! Other than that, we had a good time. Will be booking again!

The room layout was very nice the amenities and breakfast was excellent, the staff was very nice and helpful. The shower head needed cleaned or replaced due to hard water build up the outside door handle of the room didn't work correctly. You had to move it back to the neutral position before trying to open the door. The pool was nice and clean but the temp was a little cold for a indoor pool.

Room was very clean and spacious with a small kitchen if needed. Value was very good, decent price with many amenities in the room and hotel itself. Just a couple minor things like no bathroom fan. TV in a strange location off to the side of the bed instead of in front of the bed.

I went into my room and the handle was hanging unlike the other doors. After I entered my room and went out to smoke I was unable to get into my room because the battery died on the door. I had to go downstairs and get the attendant to come up and change the batteries in the door.

Good breakfast menu and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a good location with a lot of great food options. Our room had a bad smell, likely from animals (we didn’t realize when we booked) and the bathroom shower was a little old and not the cleanest, so that is where the cleanliness score comes in. Not a bad experience, especially if you’re a dog owner, but for someone who doesn’t own pets and isn’t used to the odour it isn’t the best option.

Amazingly close to amenities, restaurants, clean and welcoming, incredible for price There were minor stickiness on kitchen cabinet handles but honestly it was spotless otherwise. We didn’t use the kitchen so it wasn’t an issue.

The room was clean and spacious. The first day our room for some reason was not in a lust yo b cleaned. The next day we asked to have it cleaned early because we had as m event to go to and needed yo return to shower but it was not done until the afternoon. Room could have also used a full length mirror.

I had a quiet peaceful stay. I would definitely book here again.

It was not the most comfortable stay, due to issues with the AC just not working as it should. It either kept running, or cut off and didn’t come back on while on auto. In such a small room, I couldn’t have my son sleeping on the pull out bed directly in front of the ac unit. Also, the pull out was not comfortable like one he slept on before so he just stayed in the bed with me. I stayed at a Sterling VA location of this same hotel and it was an amazing 2 bedroom suite. We were only there for the night but the up and down with the AC was frustrating. Aside from that, a lot of places to eat right across the street.

We thought the facilities were very nice and liked the area. The elevator could use a little attention as some of the buttons had broken off pieces. Also, the breakfast could add some hard boiled eggs and fruit other than bananas and apples

It had everything for enjoyable stay. It was clean and comfortable. Great location too, many restaurants and stores near by.

Stayed here one night to participate in the Frederick running festival which was a total of almost 17 miles of running. So to say that a clean and comfortable space is what I needed is an understatement. And when I say that Townsuites delivered just that will also be an understatement. I appreciate the 24 hr free water and coffee station. As well as the pool (which I didn't have time to use but also looked very clean) and fitness center. Great one night stay!

Stay was ok. Had two kids, however did not experience any kids friendly activities or meals.

Friendly staff, comfort No housekeeping. Dirty/wet towels piled in bathroom. I had to make bed every morning and go down for fresh towels.

Great place to stay, quiet, friendly staff, very clean breakfast included. Close to the dining, shopping, movie theater, Texas roadhouse nearby.

The hotel was clean great central area with lots of dining options and close to highway rooms were clean and sufficient for short or extended stay.

Our stay at Towne Suites was wonderful. The room was extremely clean, the staff-professional, and the continental breakfast was as expected. I’d definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Townplace Suites and was thoroughly impressed. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near many businesses and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel offers ample, well-lit parking, which made arriving and leaving a breeze. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh and tasty options, which was a great way to start the day. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the staff was professional and welcoming. Overall, my experience at Townplace Suites was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Full size fridge and freezer with cooktop, sink and microwave in the kitchen is a big plus. Shower is clean with good water pressure. Stayed 1 night for a baseball tournament and would stay here again

First time staying here. Very nice, spacious room. Love the all day coffee. The night manager, Alicia, was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again if I come back this way.

First room we were given needed a little more cleaning. It would of only gotten 1 star for cleanliness. The shower and bathroom floor had hair all around. Went back to the desk, asked for a new room. Got in and it was better (clean). Although, the bed was not comfortable, TV was placed in an odd area. Kitchenette was a bonus to have. Overall, good enough for our 2 day travels. The young lady (Kemi) that greeted us was exceptional. And the free breakfast was average.

The room is spacious and the beds are comfy. The pool is nice and this property is in a location where you can walk to food and drinks. Staff is friendly and accommodating as well. Coffee was offered but was cold or empty at both locations every time I went for coffee in the morning. Staff seemed unmotivated to keep supplies moving in the common areas, almost as if they were understaffed. The bedding for the pull out couch was in a dirty drawer under the TV. The pool is ice cold even though the air was warm and there weren't enough towels for everyone.

Pet fee is a little steep compared to other similar hotels

Parking is limited at this location but all the amenities and convenience of location were excellent.

Really nice and clean hotel. Many restaurants and shopping centers around which was convenient. The pool is open until late however it wasn't heated and felt like too much chlorine at times but understandable. Overall really comfortable for my husband, my son, and I. Will definitely be coming back.

The hotel was wonderful; full kitchen not just a kitchenette in the room with dishes, glassware, pans, etc and small appliances available to borrow. Pool table and game room, salt water swimming pool - great staff and friendly. 9.5 stars out of 10 because the shower only got to a WARM level never any type of hot temperature. Later Saturday morning I started to take a shower and the water didn't get to even a warm level - which surprised me being a hotel.

I called that morning and asked for early check in - but they had several already when I arrived at the time the attendant advised me. So she upgraded us to a 2 BR suite. No complaints here! I appreciated everything they did to accommodate our schedule since we needed to leave for an event during regular check in time.

Comfortable room, nice bed, full-size refrigerator was nice. Relatively quiet, good location. Breakfast was very limited. I would like a larger flat screen TV that faced the bed. Overall, I would return here, this was my second stay here.

We were sent to a room without enough beds. Called the front desk and were sent to another room without enough beds. Third time was a charm. Eventually got a room with enough beds.

Smelled someone smoking this am. Is all supposed to be smoke free Way overpriced. Poor breakfast.

They are currently under renovations and it is not posted on their site. They have a sign as big as a sheet of paper to the left of checkin in light grey lettering indicating they are under renovations. That is it. We checked in late, not knowing this, and was awaken with drilling/hammering.

We have stayed here several times mostly because of the dog policy. The staff is excellent and the location suits our needs. This month (April 2022) they are undergoing a refurbishment so It will be nice to see what they have done when we come back. We did not notice any noise or even see any workers when we were there.

4.5 stars. Everything was very nice and easy to get to! However the complimentary breakfast needs some work! It was literally microwave sandwich’s, microwave waffles, and microwave eggs! Needs a stove to actually need to cook and have more options!

We did find some mold on the vent in the bathroom shower but otherwise we were satisifed. We were surprised and disappointed that a major TV channel (CBS) was not accessible because of a dispute over rates. We had wanted to watch a show on that channel but could not.

The staff was friendly and check in was efficient. While waiting for another ( male) guest to check-in, i overheard a staff member to provide extensive details of amenities such as accessing indoor pool, but little explanation was offered to me ( female) during check-in. Maybe staff thought i hear the discussion or she was partially distracted. Room was clean and neat.Fully stocked kitchenette was included in the room. Hotel location was convenient to restarants, shopping and interstate. Would have liked to have more towels in the room.

Hotels.com does not have the 1 bedroom suites with oven, although it says so on the listing. Despite that, the hotel has great accommodations. The staff are very friendly and the hotel feels like a home away from home. Also very close to shopping and lots of really good restaurants. This will be our favorite place to stay in Frederick, MD!

Great experience overall. Some things missed in the bathroom being cleaned. Overall decently maintained facilities, crucially I had a very very comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast, very professional, friendly, and helpful staff.

Hotel was great I did have a problem with how the couch /bed looked very very outdated and warn looking.I would not use it for an extra sleeping space and the he carpet looked old but I had a whole in my he middle of the Capet besides those issues this hotel was great location, amenities etc. but the overall best was the staff without them it would not have felt like home away from home every single staff that I encountered was great and went above and beyond a great staff makes a great business and that’s why I would definitely recommend and I will stay here again

We picked this place because they accepted pets and the cost for our dog was reasonable compared to other hotels in this area. Room was fine but we stayed there for 7 nights and our room was just cleaned once. They said it is because of Covid. We did get clean towels when we wanted them. I would of liked having the option of getting our room cleaned more often.

I was alittle upset about requesting a smoke free room and sonwone clearly had smoked in tbe room before us. I am allergic to cigarettes. The room was not restocked with towels we had to go to the front desk every day to get our own towels. The staff was very apologetic and friendly. I would come back.

The hotel was very nice with a beautiful view of the mountains. Awesome that there was a complimentary breakfast and it was very good, though a worker yelled at my daughter for taking her dog there. A sign needs posted, as the hotel was pet friendly and she did not know she could not take her dog.
