Great hotel. Comfy beds and pillows, breakfast in the lobby, quiet at night, water bottle filler in the lobby. The decor is a little dated, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good and hot They told me it would be a $50 key hold that would get returned. The held $199 for two keys only returned $50

We picked this property primarily for location near 99 freeway but found it was also a good location near several decent restaurants being off the street and away from the highway a bit it was quieter. Our room on the first floor was quite quiet. The room was fairly large for the two queen beds in it and the air conditioning worked quite well and was smooth and quiet not a rattle bang monster like some of the other places we are stayed. One note would be the layout meant that someone using the sink area with lights on would keep others awake in their beds. A pull back curtain would be helpful and like most hotels more hooks in the bathroom or around the sink area walls would be good for hanging towels and clothes, but that never seems to happen. Breakfast was limited with scrambled eggs and the usual fair of bagels, muffins and bread and cereal. Nothing special but adequate. Price for this day was low to moderate but all in all a good value would stay there again. See above

AC in room wasn’t really working, room would stay at 74 with it being set at 66. Pool wasn’t working, room floor was very sticky. When asking about late check out front desk verbalized it was up to cleaning staff and they were not available at the moment to ask. Other thank that breakfast was good it was okay

The rooms are spacious Extremely loud. We could not sleep due to loud noise in the room above us. We called the front desk twice but the situation didn’t improve.

We had a two-room suite with a hide a bed. The hide a bed did not have any bedding so we called to get them and they made us come down to get them. There were doors between the rooms but no coverings on the glass so the bedroom had zero privacy. We ended up leaving without staying the night and found a real two room suite at a different hotel.

It was a very nice clean room with the bed room separate from a living area. Comfortable, quiet and clean!

The shower is clean but old fashioned shower head. And the water was too hot for a shower. You open the water and almost no cold water: it starts very warm to hot. The hotel was almost empty but it’s hard to understand why did we get a room facing to the noisy street. Next to hotel there is a dental office. The office was closed but the very loud music was playing from the outside speakers non stop all day and night long.

Staff was great. Hotel was clean for the most part Carpet was dirty. Location is loud at times. The AC Unit was very loud and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. This hotel desperately needs an update. The pool was closed and the coffee maker in the dining area was broken. The doors slammed extremely loud and disturbed sleep for everyone.

The room was good sized, quiet and clean. Breakfast meats varied from day to day and the breakfast selection was good. This hotel has great access to highway 41 and Shaw, making it easy to get around Fresno and beyond.

Stayed at this hotel on two occasions–each time the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning and the cookies in the lobby added a nice touch. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The room had a retro vibe. It was large and clean. My only complaint about the room is the bathroom had that wet towel smell. The breakfast was NOT GOOD at all compared to other Bestwesterns. The visitors were taking more than was needed for a meal. The coffee was NOT good and watered down. I recommend eating breakfast at the restaurants across the street for breakfast. I would not stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Clean facilities, really nice breakfast, friendly staff. They have a small pool that was open. The mall and lots of dining options are a 5 minute walk away. Parking was easy and free. Will consider looking for this hotel change in the future.

What a great place to stay! Room was nice & quiet. Bed, pillows and coverlet was so comfy. Great shower with fluffy towels. Breakfast was so delicious with hot and healthy options. Lots of diversity. Love the yogurt option. Spotlessly clean throughout. Darlene was incredibly helpful upon check in. I highly recommend this BW for a great night's rest.

The facility is a bit aged but still looks nice. Maintenance could be improved (e.g. faucet in the bathroom not working reliably). High quality breakfast and has always been satisfactory.

We stayed 3 nights here and it was good. Staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast area could use more space and an update but it did the job. Just easily crowded even with a couple small families in it. Room was clean and everything worked as expected!

Very good experience. Staff is outstanding. Only gripe is there was no light over the sink in our particular room so it was near impossible to shave. I had to shave in the bathroom in the common area. Breakfast was great - lots to choose from.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Laundry room was locked and I didn’t want to interact with the front desk staff to find out why my room key didn’t unlock it. Tons of drug/gang activity in the parking lot.

Terrible room, small & needed a good cleaning but apparently no other available at the price we paid in advance. Bed was like sleeping on rocks. I’m still seeing Dr & physical therapist for back pain sustained from my last stay. I was a regular customer but not any more.

The room was spacious and the staff was professional and friendly. The room was on the street side of the hotel so there was a lot of road noise. We will stay there again when in town, but will ask for a quieter room away from the main street.

Bathroom had a hairball on floor, rugs had not been vacuumed do we kept stepping on sharp objects, pillowcase stained.

When we arrived, there was no one at the check in counter and we had to wait a while before someone came out to help us. We were given a room on the first floor and the night was not pleasant as we kept hearing pounding and thumping from the top floor. My husband went up in the middle of the night to knock on the door of the room above us to tell them to be quiet and it was a Track Coach with a room full of high school runners who claimed they were not making any noise. The bed we slept on was too soft and sunk in the middle of the mattress. It was not a comfortable bed and we did not sleep well.

Needed a place to stay close to the Fresno Greek Festival

Very clean and helpful staff. Stayed for 6 days. Only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast. Most of it was microwaved. Happy with laundry was clean. Pool small but worked out for us.

Came into town for my aunts funeral. Had a late check in staff was warm and friendly. Hotel was perfect, clean comfortable place to lay our heads, Complimentary breakfast had alot of yummy options.

Only issue was being woken up by lawnmowers and leaf blowers at 8am.

The room was not ready when we got there and it was 4:00pm

Overall the stay was comfortable and clean . I’ve stayed here every time I’ve come to visit with family in Fresno. Most of the staff is the same staff which is comforting.

Our one night stay is good so far. Room condition is good, bed is comfortables. Bathroom is also good, except for the shower head. The water spread too wide making it difficult to get water on your body and it could not be adjusted.

I wouldn't say I liked that I have not rec'd a check out invoice. I am still waiting. Check out in person however the rep at the counter gave me nothing or said anything other than "thank you" I do expect an invoice.
