Courtyard by Marriott Fresno

The property is clean and the rooms are spacious. We stopped here after visiting Sequoia and it was a convenient drive. They can have more amenities like a water fountain but overall we had a good stay.

I was booking on wrong by location same name but not the same perspective and low standard , I was disappointed at the hotel on this location , its perfect on quite but there too many animals feces everywhere it’s not comfortable to walk outside because u got to look on the ground to avoid stepping on the poop and its smell also. This property need a lot on maintenance clean and comfortable environment . The inside room itself was clean but a bit old . If u have EV this location doesn’t has it location area are quite but not feel safe . Room service hotel need to restock for guess I didn’t like when its has to call in and ask for more toilets paper and clean towel knowing we stay in more than 1 days . Front desk seem doesn’t know when we ask for information giving misleading information. Not return to this location anymore . This is a bad experience.

Road noise was loud on that side of the hotel but otherwise everything was great. Pretty and peaceful courtyard pool area, adequate exercise room, clean, comfortable, updated rooms. Friendly staff.

I could show her my ID. Once I showed it to her she then allowed the door to close. This was all Because we asked for a late checkout and our room key refused to work even during our paid stay.

Very clean and comfortable for a hotel in this category. Have stayed here many times and never disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Appreciate the foodservice and bar availibility.

This hotel was in a central location and even walking distance to a few restaurants. It was clean, convenient, and modern. I would stay there again.

The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The sofa has an extended wood section where I banged my shin. My friend in another room did the same thing on his sofa. The surroundings are highways and asphalt.

The room was very clean. The Cafe across from the check in desk has excellent food, salads starters, sandwiches, drinks etc. We didn't use the gym, but I am sure it was well equipped. I have also stayed at the Courtyard Marriot in Clovis and it is also very nice.

I thought I was getting a handicap room and all it had was a bar in the bathtub. My 86 yo mother had a tough time with the toilet and getting in and out of bed.

Our stay went well but on return home we saw that we were charged a pet fee and a pet cleaning fee. We did not bring a pet. I called and spoke with Brandy at the front desk who was helpful. Still, I find this very disturbing and I've lost trust in this hotel. Our stay was also on a different date, 11-23, and for some weird reason it says that was canceled so I was unable to leave a review on that date.

Renovated and Clean. Does not have complimentary breakfast or a hottub outside to go with the pool, but the hotel is great and was in a convenient location for the duration of my trip. I think the courtyard facing rooms may be better, but I had a parking lot facing room on ground level and it was quick getting in and out of the hotel.

Room was fine. Staff was fine. Was told lobby food/beverage area would be closed Saturday with no explanation - huh? I really wanted that glass of wine. Our room for 2 nights backed up to a freeway. Extremely loud!

The motel was set off the main road and a little hard to see. It wasn’t well lit and made me uncomfortable as an elderly single woman

My only wish is that they had free regular coffee… it seemed like you had to buy everything and I’m used to free continental. I guess I could’ve made my own in the room, but there was no cream and sugar.

The property is just off of a freeway, which makes it convenient for driving to and from. However, it is noisy if you have a room facing the freeway, and is not convenient if you like to walk or don’t have a car.

I experienced a roach pest in the shower this morning.

The staff was excellent and accommodating. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. Everything was clean and felt new. Aside from the noise the only other downsides were Expedia says there is hot breakfast available for $10 which was not the case and there is no complimentary coffee in the lobby. The coffee in the room was fine, but my husband likes to get up early and go down for coffee without waking me. I can’t remember staying in a hotel recently that didn’t have coffee. You can buy Starbucks at the lobby cafe which is the reason they don’t have free coffee I’m guessing. We will stay here again when we have reason to travel for sports. Just take earplugs and make coffee in your room. Not big sacrifices for the reasonable cost and other advantages of this hotel.

I had requested, wanted 2 Queens and got some weird hearing disable room. Also the elevator didn’t work and we were on the 3rd floor with a husband who had knee replacement 3 weeks ago. And who doesn’t have complimentary coffee??? Had to buy Starbucks coffee, and no continental breakfast at all.

The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was out of body wash. We had to request a refill.

Bar is pretty small, limited. Dinner menu, but overall facility is great, appears recently remodeled

The hotel was clean and nice. The plus is that they have a restaurant/bar on site. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We were not familiar with the area and the lady at the front desk gave us options and directions. Her recommendation turned out great. If we are ever in this area again we would stay here.

Had a reservation confirmed through Hotels.com upon checking in the front desk could not find the reservation. I had to make another reservation at check in. Hotels.com refuses to issue a refund. Would not recommend this site for travel.

Friendly stuff

The guest that were housed above us were very rude. They were up 2:00 am and stomped and ran around making noise. We couldn't sleep. They finally left around 4am.

Hotel is decent, clean. Housekeeping EMTREMELY loud at 8 and 9 am each day, slamming doors while repeatedly going in and out of rooms. Instead of leaving door propped open, it repeatedly slams shut.

It was pretty good in that I only spent one night. Loved the room. Did not like that fact that there was no continental breakfast.

1) missed room cleaning despite we specifically requested it. 2) for the price I feel breakfast should be included as it is with other comparable hotels in the area. 3) when I specifically asked for an invoice during checkout, I was suprised by Wifi charges. I was told I 'chose' the 'premium' package. I asked the front desk to show me how I chose such option and the person could not demonstrate how I might've done it. She went through the same steps I did when getting access to their "incldued" wifi network and nowhere does it references a 'premium' option. I disputed those charges and got them cleared (so make sure you get a written invoice with the balance before you walk out). 4) In my case, I went to Fresno to go to the parks. Although this hotel is conveniently located close to the main highways to the parks, it took me at least 1 1/2 hours to reach them (depending on some landmarks, it sometimes took me 3 hours each way). I think it's worth paying a bit more and stay inside a park or close to it (e.g., Yesemitte Village) to avoid loosing so much time driving. That was my bad but mine was a last-minute gateway trip during Labor Day weekend, so I everything close to the parks was booked.

I stayed to nights only the room was very clean,the receptionist was really nice .it was a very quiet place my son enjoyed the pool. I did have the chance to visit the breakfast area but the offer for a extra price. I recommend it.

Excellent Hotel, modern and clean

Convenient location, quick and easy check-in, they asked for my preference in room location. Everything appeared new and very clean. My only suggestion is the need for a sign at the driveway/entrance. Beautiful pool area and good room amenities with a fridge, coffee maker, and a microwave.

It is okay but noisy i could hear people walking upstairs.
