It’s an ugly place; honestly, we arrived at the parking lot and left to look for somewhere else. It looks really bad and dangerous—we preferred to lose the money rather than spend the night there.

I have stayed at multiple Motel 6's over the years, and most of those experiences have been somewhat positive. Regrettably, I can't say that for this property. The amount of homeless people 'hanging out' on the property was far too many to count. At one point someone started a fire in the middle of the parking lot to cook a meal. There were people doing and selling drugs openly on the premises. The two ice machines on the property have been vandalized so badly that they are rendered 'un-operational'. There were loud tenants arguing into the late hours of the night. The conditions of the room itself was appalling. The walls where extremely dirty, the shower curtain was being held on by only two curtain rings, cigarette burns throughout the room, etc., etc. It is apparent the staff is extremely overwhelmed. If possible, avoid staying here at all cost.

This place should be shut down.. dirty unsafe on property management poor no shampoo.. unsafe noisy .. can’t lock doors .. air conditioning didn’t work.. stay out of this place

It was a terrible and unacceptable experience. The hotel fails to provide even basic standards of accommodation and security. I had to request a room change on three separate occasions because the rooms had a terrible, foul odor and were also filled with the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke; furthermore, the toilets and bathrooms were in an inhumane condition. To top it all off, when I went to the parking lot to check on my truck—which contained very expensive furniture—I saw some individuals attempting to break into it. I had to report all of this to the hotel manager, who told me I needed to contact Expedia customer service to obtain a refund. I also require compensation for the extra expenses I incurred to stay at another hotel within the Best Western chain; it was more expensive, and I had to drive for over 55 minutes to get there. This was extremely frustrating for both me and my companions. It was a truly terrible and unacceptable situation, and I do not recommend that anyone visit this hotel. I had to leave the premises immediately; the safety and accommodation conditions are abysmal, the air conditioning was not working, and the heat was excessive. It was a very bad experience.

The AC worked well, the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. Good water pressure. It was surprisingly quiet for being on such a major street. The room was tiny with little space for luggage. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen. The floor had been flooded and was peeling upwards. All surfaces were dented, scratched, melted or peeling,

Staff is unfriendly to work with. There were police serving a warrant. I was with a group of HS wrestlers. Police said we didn’t look like the type of people to stay there. We got keys, checked the rooms which were poorly maintained. Asked for a refund of rooms and staff and since we took the keys, we checked in and no refund would be granted This is the worst customer service I have ever had booking through Expedia. It makes me question who wrote the other reviews

There was crack and crystal under the sink! There was needles and the towels were dirty! And the bedsheets had dirty brown stains all over.

First room had a late night surprise although staff was fast in getting me a new room I wonder if there's a refund for that couple hour lose I had taken.

The rooms aren't wiped down or swept and mopped. I think all they do is fix the bed, dump the trash and replace towels. The counters tabels and mini fridge are always dirty.

The size of the room was not expected compared to the other motel 6 I've stayed at. It was so small. That i can really look past no real problems with that. The bedside outlets and the bedside lamps did not work. We only got 5 working channels out of maybe 40 channels. It looked like a dog chewed up the entire bottom of the bathroom door, and i killed 5 cockroaches during our short stay. And there were lots of hairs imbeded in our blankets. Even though the cleanliness of our room wasn't ideal i have to admitt it was such a quiet and peaceful night and area to get rest until traffic starts up of course.

All of the above, nothing better than a clean room and staff to help me get the room to begin with.

Well a clean room is important in which is why I keep it clean and I have option to request maid service that staff generally complies with. A big package with a pizza is something that would top the cake.

My role in cleanliness is what I have to work with and should borrow the broom from staff. And /or request maid service every now and then. Otherwise staff is doing ok and almost seems like that there near able to get me a full time residency at motel 6 would be great.

My stay at this location was very disappointing. The room had roaches, burn holes in the bed linens, and there were homeless individuals staying right outside the room doors. Unfortunately, these were just the highlights of several issues I encountered. I would not recommend this motel.

Room is clean self cleanable but the bedroom floor is a tripping hazard and needs to be reglued. Staff is short this stay but still able to provide the necessary items like TP... Parking is boom box that sounds like a motor mouth stuck on ruthnessses other wise business is still an honest pizza delivery away from getting the prize winning delivery.

When I got there to check in, I noticed there was police officers in the front of the building as well as a lot of people outside with dogs, I was concerned about the location being in a bad area, which in a way it was a lot of police activity around the area. My biggest thing is the room may have been a little unclean those dog hair everywhere on the floor mean that I have allergies cause that’s comfort through the night but I didn’t need a place to stay. I could not go anywhere else at this point everything else was booked. I did let the front office know. Maybe they should consider sweeping better or vacuuming the floor. Bottom of my shoes were full of dog hair from walking on the floor thankfully I always take Slippers

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is a homeless hangout spot. Drug addicts everywhere, people living in the motel, people blasting their speakers. I had 2 people banging on my door screaming. Do not stay here. It isn’t safe.

Rooms clean but floor needs to be redone the shower head is not adjustable enough to keep to much water is escaping the shower curtain line and needs slip proof grip tape. Staff is friendly under pressure from thieves invading my personal property. And to many loud mouths and car stereos to often near the door and parking area.

This place was absolutely disgusting! Mold in the shower with graffiti. Roaches crawling around. The plugs were loose couldn’t charge anything. The fan in the wall was a gapping hole and didn’t work. The shower curtain had rust.

I would like a refund or half because my night was terrible I had a neighbor that had a child that kept kicking the wall really hard and my kids couldn’t sleep I had a two year old and my wife and my youngest son had trouble all night first I call the front desk about it around 7 then 9 I call again then 11:25 I call again then they didn’t stop till three in the morning I outrage

Due to the condition of the place and crowd of people I left this place without refuned. I could only stand it for approximately 5 minutes before getting a new hotel.

I had a nice quiet time staying in the motel. To make the evening better the motel was right next door to a great Mexican restaurant.

Cleanliness is still an option with the rooms peak clean and available maid service it good to rely on.

Well a little more noisy this time but still better than being homeless, maybe next motel stay I should bring earplugs and eye covers.

Well I'm in a different area and room of the motel it's a extremely noisy place to be able rest my mind, I would say clean the doors a little more often.

The shopping is great along with the short walk to the restaurant's in the area. The comfort is always the best in any motels, and to be able to maintain my phone power and maintain option apps and some day aquire the features of motel 6's itself And last but never least the city transportation has been a great source of commuting.

The person at the front desk did not want to assist. I booked two rooms and he was trying to only give me one. The bathroom has no door knob and the shower only has hot water, wifi is not Exist. I asked if this was a safe area and was inforned it was very safe (which it is not).

Overall good. Beds not the greatest, box springs not tempurpedic, pool gate has a note on it saying "closed for health code reasons" yet looks inviting and blue, when I asked they said it was going to be inspected soon, no phones at least in my room, internet ok, parking ok, location good, feels safe enough, pets have a grassy area courtyard area with big shade tree in center of the back of the hotel, laundry room good, newer looking washers and dryers governed by an app, front desk ppl are prompt, overall good

Staff is always welcoming and willing to make your stay comfortable. Yes homeless are present. They stay to themselves Caddy corner to Walmart and In N Out is across the street 2 Mexican restaurants. Enjoyed myself

Honestly I do not know how this place has such a high rating. It is the shadiest place I’ve ever stayed. Lots of homeless, dealers, and tbh it’s like a place people go to for hookups. The deadbolt did NOT lock in the room, the peephole was busted and the door barely sit flush. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and the room was covered in grime. The TV did not work beside one channel and man the NOISE. Overall not safe and if I’d had the option to I would have gotten a refund immediately.

Can’t charge my phone because none of the usb ports work . One channel works on tv. The shower head is so high up on the way it only sprays outside of the shower stall. The front door has been kicked in so I does not shut to where it’s flush with the door frame. I would like a partial refund!

Rented a non-smoking room. Smelled so horrible amd had busted door frames from being kicked in. Asked for my money back... was told to take it up with Expedia. So they have me a different room. It's a good motel they keep it clean quiet good neighbors don't really have to worry about nothing and really just stay to myself but the workers are nice and they work with you I would recommend this motel to anyone

I am pretty sure this motel has some renovated rooms, but if you book from Expedia on a low rate, they give you rooms with non living conditions- hair in the sheets, broken sink, dirty towels, sticky spots on the furniture - just some of the obvious issues. I was moved to another room but then told that my rate was different and I can't stay there, so moved with a third room with renovated shower, but dirty everything else - walls, sticky floor, no hangers, very questionable towels. Overall a terrible experience hidden by the obviously fake politeness of the check-in person.

It was dirty, it smelled bad, the sheets were crusty, the floors were sticky, didn’t look like it was cleaned at all for new guests other then swept, and trash taken out. There was a lady arguing with the front desk man super late at night right by our room. Definitely will never stay again!

Shower was nasty, what little remodeling was done was poorly and cheaply done. Seedy area, there were people hanging around out front and it didn’t feel safe.

This property was infested with roaches.

It's closer to the bus stops and shopping, it's clean almost like brand new on the outside and inside. The dislikes aren't to much to complain about except for the great escape and back to the kitchen of apartment or house living.

I just wouldn't want to say it's better than the homeless and rescue mission and/or equals. It's great to have a sense of responsibility and feel a little more safer living on my own and being able to cook and clean when need be. Maid service is nice to have available.

I didn’t take pictures, this motel is so run down and the area is horrible. It was last minute reservation but won’t ever stay here nor recommend this place. Curtains ripped, extremely dirty, and smelly, seems like this motel houses homeless people and it was disgusting, not to mention the smell of weed and cigarettes, the bathroom was beyond disgusting, wasn’t even properly clean at all!! Do not stay here, book elsewhere!

Well my stays or short do to low income because of the short stay I'm able to at least get half my chores done, I hope I find a motel 6 or in this case another motel month long affordable.
