Staff was rude during checkout. Not very professional. If you’re visiting Texas don’t stay here not worth it.

Very modern with great amenities for this economy hotel. Staff was great. The hotel bar was jammed and happening place. There is an area adjacent to bar for kids to play. A few games were available there.

Bar server was great. Breakfast option need an upgrade for what was paid per night in this hotel.

Check in great. However, there are no microwaves in the rooms to reheat food or drinks. The electricity went out twice. The water pressure is not existent in the shower. The soaps that they provide do not smell great for a feminine person. The big issue was, that some parents were not in charge of their children, or even present when looked for. The unattended, were banging on and throwing things at doors for hours. Which brings me to the elevator issue. Only one of the elevators was working. And the kids were going up-and-down causing the elevator to take 10 plus minutes every single time you wanted to go up or down. And again, no one did anything about it. There were stains all over the place and the carpets on the mat in the elevator. Perhaps I'd just expect too much? They had two mirrors at the bathroom sink, but the only chair was at the desk, except for the bench seat underneath the tv on the wall, not near a mirror. How do they expect someone to do their makeup and hair, unless they bring their own mirror. This experience for me made a good argument to use airbnb stays instead of hotels. I'm not sure there's a manager of this hotel in existence, because with everything that went on, is staff knew about it, nothing was ever brought up. And when we checked out, there was nobody there at 9am. I'm not sure what's up with that hotel, but they definitely aren't focused on the customer.

Staff was nice. It was clean. Our room 329 the AC did not work. It was so hot. I did tell the front desk and they said they would have somebody come fix it while we were out. They did come up to our room. But walked into a hot room. It’s not fixed. We are here trying to go to sleep in a sweltering room.

I booked here to utilize the pool and get some peace and quiet away from children because I’m a mom and work with children as well all day. So I didn’t get to use the pool because it was very packed with kids & very small. I didn’t know the hotel was hosting for some basketball & softball game tournament or playoffs. So the hotel had plenty of kids. The elevators moved extremely slow & only one elevator was working. One lady got stuck in the elevator shortly after I had just used that elevator. Rooms were clean, employees were nice but I don’t know if I would book here again.

Staff was exceptional caring. Lobby/bar/eating areas were pleasant. The room air conditioning was a bit challenging to regulate regarding temperature and airflow. One side of the king bed received strong airflow with no way to redirect/adjust.

Location Room was mid, no adjustable shower head, a/c blew on one bed only. TV menu and interaction was difficult. Refrigerator was so loud that the previous tenant unplugged it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. Good location. Close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Everything was on point as always

My biggest issue was the room. It was dirty. Hair covering the shower drain form previous guest and gum under the side table shelf between the beds. Only one elevator was operating as far as I could tell and it opened very slow and shaky.

The location of this hotel was AMAZING!!!! It was only a 3 minute drive to the event that I was attending, as well as close to the lots of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! N/A

The day was great. Everything was good except for the hold they put on your account when I paid for the room ahead of time so I was paid in full but they still charge my account $50 and they said they released it on Sunday and here it is 11 days later still not released and I called the bank for the second time and they said that it could take up to 30 days unless I get an email from the hotel stating that they release the money which is a lot of work and ridiculous for A to not stay no one should be able to hold your money that long when it’s not theirs in the first place

Half way thru the air kept going off and i would wake up sweating having to turn the ac way down to get it to kick back on & then our tv kept goin off it would turn back on but then right back off and wouldnt stay on. The phone in the room didn’t work. We called the front desk to let them know and they just said the maintenance man to get there at 10.. it was 7:30 at this time ..

All was good. Nice rooms. Only one elevator worked and stair access wasnt available on the first floor.

Additionally, the front desk made it unnecessarily difficult for my husband to receive a room key, even though I had already emailed in advance authorizing him to be added to the room. Overall, I can understand why this hotel is rated only 3 stars. The bathroom was also very small and difficult to move around in.

The staff got me and my sibling booking mixed up so when i checked in i was checked into her room and she was in mines and luckily we know each other because all of her belongings were unattended in her room and could've been stolen by anyone

Amazing property!

This was our first time here at this hotel and we absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay. This was mine and my husband 2 day getaway from parent and work life. Everything like shopping and eating places was all near by we actually didn’t stay in the room very often…. And the staff were very nice and helpful. This has to be my favorite hotels so far, we will definitely be back

If you want house keeping to wake you up at 9am, then this is the place for you. Also, the pictures don't really match the current condition of the property. Modern updates, yes but visible wear and tear

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted everyone upon entry and exit. My three day stay was peaceful and the rooms were very clean. The pool area was not as nice as I hoped. The pool area furniture was pre-worn out. The pool was super small, but it was a pool. Definitely would stay again.

Overall the property is nice but look deeper and it needs some work, also the bathroom was not properly cleaned ie the toilet still has eww stains on it and the floors need to be streamed cleaned, also the elevator needs a quicker response time.

Stayed here after a wedding with the wedding party. Just what I needed.

The elevator, lobby air conditioner or coffee machine at main floor didn’t work. Also staff didn’t even care, acted like doing us a favor.

The rooms are well appointed and offer all you need in a practical layout. BTW, I’m over 65, so don’t think it’s just for the younger crowd.

Walki my in you just notice it’s a very clean establishment. The lobby was gorgeous and very well kept the young man who checked me in was so sweet and professional and answered all my questions. Definitely staying at this hotel again.

There were a lot of things broken. But the staff was all great , especially Tanya. Our room’s air conditioner was broken and leaking, so we changed rooms. Okay, that happens. But one of two elevators was out of service. One coffee machine in the lobby was out of service. One toilet in the lobby bathroom was out of service. The new bartender was friendly.

Bed sheets and pillow cases had a weird smell. Requested for them to be changed at the front desk, housekeeping showed up almost an hour later. Pool was kind of dirty, full of small dead bugs. Front desk staff was decent but could’ve been much better. Overall, price did not match the service or the quality of the place.

The store upfront is helpful, rooms are large and staff is friendly.

Clean room. We liked the wall that divided the entrance from where the bed was placed. At night, this blocked the light entering from under the entrance door. We had a wonderful night's sleep.

Out stay was only for 1 night; however, the check-in process was very smooth and quick. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to ensure that we had everything that we needed and wanted. The rooms were very, very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I slept well.

Wonderful staff clean and safe place very close to all the shopping even walkable just very nice. Rooms are very clean. Beds are nice.

We had a great stay in a lame location. The hotel was really nice and clean. Rooms we big with comfy beds. The bathroom mirrors were big enough for us three gals to get ready all at once. the hotel bar saved the day when everything in the area was too packed to actually go out and have fun. If you have to stay in Frisco, I strongly recommend. Bad news, this is not a nice pedestrian walking area. You will need to hop in your car or Uber to get places.

Hotel has potential but our room had an air conditioner that made a lot of noise that made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom sliding door was nearly impossible to close which was annoying. There were a couple of things on the floor left from the previous occupant. They need to pay attention to details that can negatively contribute to the overall enjoyment of a stay.

We were unaware of getting an ADA room until we checked into the room (beds were low and but the bathroom was very spacious). But, it would have been nice to be informed of this at the time of checking in. Staff was super friendly, lots of business travelers.

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with a Marriott property and we have stayed all over the world. The room was so noisy that we couldn’t even sleep. We reported this to multiple staff - including a female employee who demanded to know the source of the noise - which we wouldn’t have any way to know. She didn’t offer to move us or come up to the room to hear for herself or send someone up. Only after I asked for a manager did she reluctantly take my number and stated she or a manager would call - no one ever reached out. It was so bad that we actually left and went to another hotel in the area. I will be filing a formal complaint with Marriott corporate as well.

The TV did not work & shampoo was out

We stayed here a couple of nights. It was adequate for our needs. We had to wait for someone to arrive at the front desk to check in. Beds are very comfortable. Showers could use a better cleaning.

My sheets were not changed during my stay. The hotel appears to be outdated and could use a thorough cleaning. The bathroom tile grout was painted white because the grout wasn’t maintained. The shower needed a cleaning.

Hotel itself is in an awesome location it’s near all the shopping centers and many restaurants. The pool is small and was dirty but it did rain that morning. Rooms are set up differently than any hotel I’ve been to there were some water damage issues in my room but was nothing to worry about also the carpet was dirty and stains on the wall. The toilet and shower room did not have very good lighting and the shower gel ran out after the first person showered.
