The staff was nice, the breakfast had a wide selection. The hot tub and pool were dirty with leaves, tree buds and bugs. Lots of them. The bed was very low to the floor in my accessible room. Which made it very hard to get up and down on. The sheets smelled strong of some kind of disinfectant aerosol spray which kept me from being able to sleep because I am a lung patient and have bad allergies and asthma. I was gonna try to sleep a couple of hours after breakfast but housekeeping was too loud to get any sleep at all. We ended up checking out an hour early. There were no towels at the pool area. Couldn’t get one of the shower heads to work.

Everything was great, but the staff stood out as the high point. From front desk to maid service, all exceptional.

Gym was nice not very big but great equipment. Staff was so nice. Breakfast was all that and then some. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub clean, nice outside space.

The property was clean very well taken care of. We went to have the kids swim but the pool was very cold. It said online that the pool was heated and it wasn’t. When I b ought it up to the lady in the front desk she proceeded to say that she doesn’t know how that works. When I asked if I could speak to someone that knew more about it she said she’d have them Gary back to me. That was a lie.

The hotel is located within walking distance of any store you can possibly think of namely Five Below, Pop Shelf, Ross, Old Navy, Ulta etc. I left my watch charger at home and I was able to purchase one at Five Below without issue. I loved the convenience. My twins are on Spring Break and we stumbled upon Sky Zone which is literally right behind the hotel. I won major points for that. The staff were great. My first room had a few ants along the bedroom window. The manager changed my room without me having to request a change, and ensured my second room was accommodating. In a time where customer service seems to be extinct, it was refreshing to know there is still hope.

The layout of the suite was perfect, making it comfortable and convenient for two people on different sleep schedules. The fully equipped kitchen was very handy. The good breakfast was a blessing. Nothing; I liked everything about it.

A Five Diamond experience from check-in to check-out at noon! The staff was warm, welcoming, efficient and professional. The chic lobby decor set the tone for the rest of the hotel, and our suite was no exception ~ chic, spacious and meticulously clean. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful. Check-out at noon was a pleasant and welcomed rarity in the hotel experience! If I could suggest a small change that would have made our stay over the top exceptional it would be to extend the each morning complimentary breakfast hours a little later. 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. on weekdays works great for business stays, but for a vacation stay it's quite early in my opinion!

The room was very clean, lots of space, super hot shower, electric window blinds was cool, breakfast was good with lots of options. The pool and hot tube looked very nice! Lots of great restaurants and shops all around.

Room was nice, but edge of bed sagged. Cost for a pet was high, but adding tax made it ridiculous (cost of a night's stay).

The property seemed very new. Our suite was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The family enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and the hot breakfast. The front staff was friendly and gave tips on local restaurants and shops. Local area had plenty of dining options (especially Asian). We will definitely stay here again when we visit Frisco.

I love this place. We could not have been happier. Suite had plenty of space and a kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Entire property was very clean. Very nice, relaxing patio area with pool and hot tub. Breakfast had just about everything—eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast taco bar, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, bagels, toast and Texas shaped waffles! I even washed a load of clothes for a quarter. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Target shopping center about a one minute walk from hotel. Really enjoyed this place. They pretty much have everything you could possibly need right there. Highly recommend. We will definitely be looking for Homewood suites from now on when we travel.

Overall it was a great stay. The only thing is that parking was very limited at night due to construction going on at the hotel.

The hotel was in mid-renovation but you would never know it. Everything was new, clean, and smelled great! The room was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults/2 teens). We used the pool and fitness center and they were also great!

Accidentally booked my stay for wrong day, could not get a refund or put toward the next day which was the actual day we were arriving. So we paid twice for 1 day.

This hotel is located in a great and safe area but still close enough to the city/airport. It is VERY clean and well-maintained. Pool area us great. The staff is super friendly. We didnt have a chance to eat the included breakfast due to other plans but it looked delicious and their was a great selection. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the area. A+++

This property was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional.

This was a very nice stay, even though we got a noise complaint 40 min into arriving . This had never happened and I felt a bit uncomfortable after that. The staff made me feel uncomfortable and I will not be recommending this hotel . They should not make complaints if the whole hotel was filled with kids doing soccer tournaments and cheer competitions. We arrived late evening and we were so tired from a 5 hour drive, I was not feeling well and they made my evening unpleasant.

we have stayed at this property a number of times...this time, we had a poor experience. the toilet ran all night, the people above us were very noisy and the rooms are aging and need updating. upon check out, the lady did not have the courteous to even ask me how my stay was....too bad...we will look to find another property in this highly competitive environment.

Suite was immaculate. Linens looked and smelled fresh and clean. The only negative was that the chain that was meant to lower the curtain down to prevent light from entering the room did not work; however, the room was clean and comfortable.

Even though I never ate the breakfast it was a heavenly scent to go to the lobby and admire. Me and my mother can’t wait to go to back My only concern was the shower head. I have trypophobia and it made gag when I showered. If the shower heads were cleaned regularly or disposed of/replaced, this property would be absolutely fine perfect!!!

Our family of five stayed here for two nights. Everything was very clean, we had plenty of room, and the complementary breakfast was more than what we could have expected. We were very pleased with our stay.

I love this hotel ! It was my first time there and it was wonderful from start to finish . It was like a cozy little apartment. Hotel was great. When we first tried to check in early, we were meant by pretty rude employee who told us that we would have to pay extra to check in that we needed to go find something to do. When we returned, we found a very nice lady at the front desk, who assisted us.

Front desk people were amazing. Check was smooth. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Kids loved it. It was so good we actually extended our stay another day. We didn’t want to stay anywhere else. We were here for medeivil times and ripleys and didn’t mind driving to them.

We always enjoy our stay at this Homewood Suites. The rooms are always clean, staff is friendly, easy parking, and breakfast is included. This is our favorite place when traveling to Frisco.

Spacious room at affordable price, with a better breakfast setup than most simple buffets, and the Wednesday night happy hour was also appreciated. Staff very helpful with all requests. Location is convenient, though nothing special as its near Frisco strip malls, and not too far from a pleasant walking trail. Workout room is adequate and I look forward to trying out the pool in a future visit. It will become my go to when visiting Frisco in the future

The hotel was very clean; and the bed was comfortable. The pool was perfect. Breakfast provided several options for picky eaters. Only complaints were I wish they had better plate/bowl options for littles. I was so nervous mine would break one. Also you could hear the person above you walking around and moving the chair. It reminded me of apartment living with the noise. Perfect area in Frisco otherwise.
