What a great hotel to stay in close to Disneyland! They have a shuttle, rooms are renovated and extremely comfortable with all the amenities, very helpful and friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfasts! Very good price!

Front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The person who checked me in went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay and I liked my room. The hotel is next to the free and if you have a door wall or your room is facing the pool, you will hear the free way noise late into the night. Common areas and breakfast room were clean and fully stocked. Descent location near several restaurants. It’s 2.5 -3 stars for me, but it’s a nice 2.5 -3 stars if that make’s sense.

The breakfast left little to be desired, the gravy for biscuits and gravy was cold and bland. As well the oatmeal was much too watery. The fruit was old and not appetizing. The sheets and comforter were clean adhering to IHG standards a few marks on the floor and walls but the room was for the most parts clean. The staff was quick and friendly providing advice on places to visit or things to do. The amenities were not useful the pool was small and only outdoors. Finally there is plenty of parking with security coming every hour as well as cameras providing a safe atmosphere.

The air conditioning was so loud that I could not sleep. The room was very noisy overall from the traffic outside. The whole hotel had a strange smell to it.

Unfortunately there was some construction going on that made it so we could only go in through the back door that we needed to have a key to get into, but luckily when we arrived someone was opening it anyway. Overall not a bad stay!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is located close to big stores like Walmart, Target, and Dollar Tree, there is decent amount of parking, and the free Disney shuttle is great. The breakfast was very good, with lots of hot and cold variety. The coffee was fantastic. The staff was very pleasant. The only downside was the room was a little on the humid and damp side, but that is the LA weather.

One thing they need to put signage up showing ice machines at the end of the hall are outside

We did not get the handicap room that I booked up, but they were polite enough to bring a chair to use in the shower. I was surprised that the pool was closed and also that there was a lot of construction going on around the site was very hard to roll your luggage in to the lobby. I guess in the future it will be better.

Many other hotels the complaints were amazing, so I did do alot of looking and this one by far was the best id seen. When I got to the hotel I was pleasantly surprised on how beautiful it was and accommodating. I'd never seen a morning breakfast this good at any hotel so well done!!

I would definitely stay here again, not only did the staff treat my family kind but they also treated my furbaby with lots of care. She was so happy that she didn't miss home!

Breakfast was great! Good selections and staff is on top of making sure that everything is well taken care of. The one thing that the hotel does not have is coin-laundry for the guests, otherwise everything is excellent.

Good was and everything looked clean

The entire stay was ruined as we pre-paid Orbitz before hand and the front office charged our credit card at check-in making us have to go back downstairs to fix it wasting our time. The situation got even worse at checkout as they charged us again on our credit card. The front office couldn’t fix it, had to call a manager at home, we were told it could take a week. We wasted so much time before and after. Not sure how the system can even do this. Front office got upset that I got upset and said he could ‘refuse service’ and this was when we already had service and had almost $400 stolen from us. Just horrendous check-in/check-out service. Total embarrassment and another reason people worry about the safety of their credit cards!

I had a good experience

The gal that checked us in was very accommodating. She gave us a discount for our pet since we stayed so many nights and gave us a room that went out onto the pool area on the 1st floor. Very nice of her .

The WiFi we were never able to use. It was down and being worked on when we got there. We’ve never stayed at a hotel checking in on a Thursday and not be able to check in a little bit early. We were told we would be called when we were able to check in and we never received that call. Then it took forever to get more towels, we had to call the front desk 3 times before we received more towels. The next day we asked for more clean towels and the front desk lady named Marley said didn’t I give you towels yesterday? We’ve never been asked this question before I told her yes you did and I’ll give you the dirty towels when you come to bring us clean towels. Needless to say we will not be staying in another Holiday Inn again. We stayed at another one, one other time and was told we could not check in early so we are done with holiday inn we’ve had much better experiences at other hotels in the area.

Reasonably comfortable room. A/C was loud and disturbing while trying to sleep. Bathroom floor very slippery/ fall hazard. Just ok and in my opinion very expensive for what I got.

We booked the pool view room, thinking the room would be facing inside and less noise from the freeway. That was a mistake, we could not sleep at all the first night. We were able to move to a regular room that is much quieter. However, I am not happy they would still charge us $10 extra for the last 3 nights. Other than this, the hotel is clean and as good as expected.

Your night shift welcomed us at 2am with a smile and a happy to help attitude. Thank you Jeremy at that hour we were wiped out from the trip. The lobby was beautiful and the staff were so sweet, always available to help. The rooms and hotel are so well taken care of, clean and fresh. Breakfast was a wonderful experience.

The room was not as clean. The restroom wasn’t either. The toilet had some stains, at first i thought it was stains that wouldn’t come off. But I wiped it with a Clorox wipe and it came off so easily. The stains were nasty! I just shows that they don’t properly clean. The bathtub needs some scrubbing. Everything in general specifically the restroom needs detailed cleaning. I do have to say that everyday they would “clean” our room and do the beds. We won’t be staying there again.

It was in a nice town.

Plenty of lights in the room, and perfect bathroom lighting. Makeup remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were available to use. Free food which was great so we didn’t have to pay or spend money before going to Disney. No additional parking fees which was a plus! Parking was pretty full but we didn’t struggle finding a parking spot. They have a free shuttle that runs to the park on a first come first serve basis. We didn’t struggle coming or going at all. Overall a great experience and I would stay again!

My second time staying at this location. It’s just as clean and tidy as I remember it. Very conveniently close to Knott’s Scary Farm, which is why we needed a rest stop after staying up very late. We had a lovely view of the pool side of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to each question and request my party had. Great selection of breakfast foods. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Nice arrangement of lighting and plenty of charing spots for my devices. Will come here again next opportunity arises! The free hot breakfast was a great perk — not just basic pastries, but a full hot breakfast with items that change daily (like different breakfast meats each morning). The hotel’s website says it’s 8 minutes from Disneyland, but it’s more like 10–13 minutes. Universal Studios took about 45 minutes to an hour with traffic. They also offer a free Disney shuttle that starts at 7:30 AM, which made park days super convenient. On our last night, the A/C stopped working, but maintenance responded quickly. When it looked like it would take longer to fix, they moved us to a new room right away — very professional and accommodating. There’s also a Target right around the corner for any last-minute essentials and a shopping plaza about 5 minutes away, which made it easy to grab food or souvenirs. Overall, a great stay for the value — clean rooms, great breakfast, and excellent customer service. I’d definitely stay here again for another Disney trip!

I always love staying at Holiday Inn. I was not informed ahead of time while I was booking that there was an extra $10 charge for another vehicle to park. It was not disclosed. We caught some dude that was driving a silver Mercedes suv under our car trying to cut out my car exhaust at 9am when we were leaving. If you value your car I would pick somewhere else. The parking lot was full of people from the bar nearby at night which made me uncomfortable, so I wish I realized that when booking. I won’t be back. The hotel was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was great. The rooms AC seemed to not blow cold air, so it was hot and stuffy in the room.

For a property that is next to a major highway, it is hard to believe how quiet my room was. I would stay here again since it was centrally located to everywhere I need to be.

I couldn’t be happier with my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained — no issues at all. Everything from the fresh smell in the hallways to the comfortable furnishings made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. There were plenty of outlets to charge my devices, and all of the details in the room felt thoughtfully cared for. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay again. We got there ridiculously late after Disney all day… Staff member was VERY nice, awake, courteous (whereas most at that hour are half asleep and cranky)… Room was nice, clean, easy to find… The WOW moment for this hotel though was by far the breakfast. We were THOROUGHLY impressed with the amount of food options they had— covered all of our dietary needs and picky eaters and the whole 9 yards. Highly recommend for the breakfast alone!

Worth the stay I recently stayed there for three nights for the past weekend and I loved it the service, the cleanliness, close to Disneyland about 15 mnts drive, close to shopping center and restaurants. The shower water pressure was great just how I like it, clean towels and I didn’t get to have breakfast there but they have free breakfast.

The place is very clean. The staff is always busy making it clean,(cleaning up cigarettes' butts). The staff is very friendly and pro-active of your needs. I don't remember names but my descriptions of two different elderly ladies, special call out to those two. Everybody at desk and breakfast bar we also exceptional great.

We liked that the property was clean. The complementary breakfast buffet was convenient but average. The Disneyland shuttle service was convenient but was lacking in availability after mid-morning but hotel parking was free so driving and paying for Disney parking wasn’t as annoying. The carpet in our room was wet and appeared to have just been cleaned which made the air in the room smell odd and feel muggy. Staff was always friendly.

The best thing (by far!) was Trevor, the guy who checked us in. He is underemployed and very funny. And maybe we got there before the next hall/lobby cleaning was due, but the floors throughout felt sticky when you walked on them. There is only one elevator and when there are tons of families getting ready for their big day at Disneyland, it stops on every floor going up and down, so allow for extra time when leaving. Breakfast was *fine*. The eggs looked kind of scary. They are supposed to look like they are fried, but I swear you could toss them like a frisbee.

The staff was friendly but the overall room was just alright. The bathroom door was a barn door and unfortunately ours wouldn’t stay open so it kept slamming shut. Not a huge de deal, but the door had to be closed basically the whole time. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The room had undergone an update, but certain features, such as the carpet and some of the room’s crevices, gave it an older appearance. We only stayed there for one night basically to sleep, so it did its job.

I have to travel to Fullerton on business and I like to stay here since it is pet friendly (I travel with my lil dog) and I can walk to Sprouts for a healthy meal.

The king suite is very large. Great space for our 2 very active and loud kids. The washroom is very bright. Newer place and great breakfast. Our toilet clogged and we need a reset of the vault because my son keep pressing the botton, the maintenance came within 5 mins. Free parking is great. We arrived couple hours early, the getleman in the front let us in no charge. Thank you.

I have stayed a couple of times. I enjoy the balcony rooms. The breakfast is okay but nice to have available in the mornings. My rooms have been clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Ill be staying again in the future.
