The rooms were not clean. I changed rooms several times due to the rooms not being sanitary. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, food was located in one of the rooms, and stains were found on the floors and beds. Due to sanitary issues of each room, I felt that I could not stay for the night and decided to booked at another hotel. One upside is that the hotel staff were very friendly.

It’s an older property, but the area was quiet. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is very nice. The room is clean. I would definitely stay here again. The price is very good. I’m very very happy with my stay here.

Worst place to try and stay. Room was filthy, ac unit was filthy and was broken. Floors were all dirty and had several cracks on the walls and floors. The refrigerator still had a mess on it. Sheets had some stains on it as well. Big safety concern, there was a massive gap underneath the door. You were able to see clearly under. My partner and I requested a room change due to all these issues. Property manager was not willing to help with the room change. He then proceeded to escalate the situation and cuss and yell at us after we had requested for a refund or partial. He then proceeded to try and grab me during this altercation. After some time, he finally issued a “partial refund”. After I had left the property, I checked my bank account and saw a pending charge waiting to be taken out of my account. This morning I checked my bank account again and there were now 2 pending charges of the amount he claimed he refunded back to my account. I will be contacting my bank and further escalate this issue. Absolutely Poor customer service.

As soon as I arrived, the front desk person greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The suite room was great as advertised, with minor defects here and there, but everything worked as it should. The staff (housekeeping) was on top of their game and provided and swapped anything needed. Overall, I would recommend this place and definitely book here again.

Absolutely horrible. The photos they posted are nothing like the room I had. The walls needed to be fixed, the bed wasn’t made and there were cracks in the floor. Then someone tried to open our door so we left after being there for only 40 minutes. I asked for a refund but because we “used the room” he wouldn’t let us refund. Never coming here again and i recommend you stay far away from here

Although the bed was too high, almost at my waist making it a struggle to get in/out of bed, the bed itself was very, very comfortable. There was some hair in the tub, blue stuff on the shower walls (toothpaste maybe?) and the towels were stained so cleanliness was a middle mark however the housekeeper was very gracious when I requested some extra cups and an extra towel. Overall the room was arranged very well with a nice setup for a work area, microwave and mini fridge.

Rooms are ok for the price, but god dammm the noice its horrible. You hear all thr cars all day from thr street. Almost impossible to get sleep cause of the noise.

First glance, the room looked very clean. Once we settled in, we saw how things were not as clean as it looked. The sheets were awful, there was no fitted sheet. The sheet that was on top of the mattress was ripped. The mattress had yellow stains all over! There were stains on the shower curtain and it was ripped, there was gooey stuff on the headboard and the telephone! We were very disappointed in the condition of the room. The Wyndham corporation would be very disappointed to see that their name is attached to a hotel that keeps their rooms in such poor condition. We will never stay at this hotel again. We will think twice about staying at any hotels that have the Wyndham name associated with them.

The property had super easy self parking, staff was very nice and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for your next stay.

Horrible. Hair on the counter, hair on the towel, missing smoke detectors and weird unfinished walls. We asked for new towels, extra pillows (only 2 provided and we prefer 4) and had to ask for a do not disturb sign as one was not provided in the room. We were given a door sign but told that towels and pillows would have to wait until tomorrow when someone from housekeeping was there. Things took a turn when the toilet stop flushing and again we were told we’d have to wait until the following day to have anything done about it. We left the next day with a do not disturb sign on the door. We came back to extra pillows, towels and a plunger inside the room. We attempted to plunge to no avail. When going back to tell the manger on duty it hadn’t worked we were told that due to our do not disturb sign they couldn’t get anyone in to fix things… His next best solution was to offer us access to a second room to use the only restroom and when I suggested he was switching us it was an instant no. I insisted on switching rooms, even if we needed to downgrade to a standard room. He eventually agreed to downgrade us to a standard king room, he did give us $20 discount (I had to suggest) on what we were currently paying for a suite as well as returning the cleaning deposit we had to do on arrival to guarantee we didn’t do things like smoke in the room. The next room was worse. Pics of 2nd room. Also hearing an arrest a couple doors down didn’t help us get any rest. Worst place I’ve been.

It needs to be cleaner I had to wipe every surface with Lysol wipes and alcohol bath, smells unpleasant and very loud unfortunately I not enough insulation on the windows and under doors, I was out of town and decided to stay there and honestly I didnt like it

It’s disappointing to write this review due to the photo it leads you to believe that you’re getting a great deal on a great room, but that couldn’t be the furthest thing from the truth. To start things off the room smells of nothing but Indian food. There’s mold in the shower, toilet and tub faucet. The doors do not close all the way and the room is extremely nosy. The bedsheets are stained some have holes and had a odor to them that was unpleasant. The nice bath tub you is deteriorating, the jets and led lights do not work. To make matters worse they have a re occurring issue with a male who will beat on your door for 15 minutes straight at 4am that they’ve identified but haven’t taken permanent measures to address it. Also the deposit is 100 dollars instead of the 60 that’s listed and asked for in cash.If you’re thinking about staying here to save money, DONT! Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks to go somewhere that won’t make you regret your purchase as a whole.

Room was in disrepair with graffiti on the wall of the shower, black stains/dots (mold) on the ceiling of the bathroom. Shower door was very hard to operate (stuck or off its guides), water pressure was marginal. Noise could be heard from guests above and next door. Outside there were a lot of transients/homeless carrying broom handles. This room was at the end of the building along an alley and at ground level, so road noise was a concern as was safety. Not worth the money paid for a the room for a night.

Tried to talk to manager in morning at front desk and said we should have come at night (almost midnight when we got there) to complain and he would have refunded us but we were getting two children to bed and wanted to deal with in am so he said he wasn’t going to help us. Hotels.com tried to call and phone not working so seems like not a good hotels.com partner to have.

And so was the TV --- I thing it was less than a 32-inch! REALLY!? The room was quite modern, but for two people, the space and seating was just INADEQUATE. The bedding was clean, folded and looked new --- but for some reason, there were 4 long brown hairs found in different parts of the space. Don't know if the cleaning lady had long brown hair and it wasn't wrapped in a bun. But one of the four was found on the back part of the tub/shower. The shower had a GOVERNOR on it, so the knob would not let me turn it to get hotter. I LOVE HOT SHOWERS! But to no avail here. Yet the basin let me get the really hot water I desired in the shower! Who knew!? No closet to hang clothes --- just three little knobs! But the most upsetting thing is when a room has no carpeting . . . spills and stains are more prevalent than they would be on a carpet. There were spill stains that a simple moping of the floor would have taken care of it. But alas no! Also, on the door to the bathroom and the front door, a simple rag with some FANTASTIC cleaner on it would have wiped away the hand prints that looked like the previous occupant was reading a newspaper and left prints on both of the doors. There was also a spattering of cheese in the microwave that a simple wiping down would have taken care of it --- yet again, NO! Check in was fast and easy, except for the piercing of my nostrils of CURRY for the less than five minutes waiting for my key. Won't be returning, sorry!

Staff very efficient; room decor very nice, but needs attention. One wall was terribly scuffed; needs sanding and repainting. There was no tissue box, shower lacked dispenser bottles for body wash and shampoo. Bath towel size was too small.

Other guests tried to talk to the owner about it but he did nothing. If you need ice, you have to pay. The entire outside of the property was grimy and dirty. The trash cans outside the rooms were not emptied for 6 days, overflowing with trash. Lots of people meeting up in the parking lot throughout the evening and night time…Not guests. Soda machine takes your money and is out of everything. Owner says it’s not his machine so no refunds. He could put a sign on it or unplug it. Go somewhere else.. this place is just as expensive as other, better places

The hotel was apperantly trying to remodel and revenovate the place will still accepting customers. They failed on both. Loud, noisy, construction day and night before 6:00am and 10:00pm. Still cheap and serviceable, but I wouldn't stay they again. - ever!

The property is disgusting. There’s graffiti on the mirrors nasty brown stuff on the bath tub shower and toilet the sheets had holes in them there’s homeless activity don’t stay here with kids please it’s disgusting the smell is horrible because Indian owners live downstairs in the room right next to the lobby.

The staff is wonderful. Besides them doing the best they could to keep it clean, it’s not. Don’t be fooled by the photo. It’s dirty like they don’t even change or at least wash the shower curtain. Already mold in the bath tub, the sheets smelled funky and had a stain from a previous usage. Then the wall had what looked like it could be “ketchup” splatter stains… we stayed here for a week to vacation to and from Los Angeles because of the cheap price. But it was also so noisy from those next door. For instance, one night we were woken up at like 3 in the morning from someone attempting to open our door and knock. Only to find out shortly after that they were looking for the person in the room next door. They kept us up from intensely, angrily shouting at one another and banging. Ending in door slamming and more noise of like young people just being under the influence outside. The only highlight was how kind the cleaning staff was to us and how they did a great job with maintenance however they could. Also, the only hand soap is a mini bar of soap. Shampoo/conditioner, body soap and a moisturizer come in a big bottle each attached to the shower area. The floors literally are only swept or vacuumed but clearly not mopped, as the bottom of my socks turned black almost immediately. No indoor slippers either so it was so uncomfortable. Then again, you get what you pay for. It’s called a “hotel,” when really, it’s a motel… but hey, free coffee from wake up hours to check out hours.

The surrounding areas are noisy but the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The front desk was friendly and provided great service. The room and bathroom seemed nearly brand new. A bit dirty but nothing noticeable. Parking was no problem.

The room was a little dirty. It had some hair in the bathroom on the floor and by the sink. I also asked and paid for a room with two queen beds. We got a room with two full-size beds. The room was cramped. The AC unit is right up against the bed. The area was quiet and close to Disney. But I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was the dirtiest I’d ever been in. Not even a fitted sheet on the bed. There was hair on the bed, as well as a burn mark/hoke on the comforter. I sat on the tile step for the jacuzzi tub that again had weird colored stains. The tv didn’t work no matter what, and there was a dead cockroach on the ceiling. After taking the time to book another hotel, they refused to refund me the whole thing because I spent a total of less than an hour in the room, which was spent booking a new one elsewhere. Rude staff, and they should not be in business at all

Dirtiest stay I’ve ever had

The proprietor was extremely rude at the front desk, “No visitors!” As if I was renting a room in his home: and I never asked about guests. The room it self was DURTY and the window had a gap between the pains of glass that was open to the outside and could not he closed making a breeze and you could hear everything happening outside because the window was OPEN. The mattress had dark stains and the comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. The bedding stank. The room was in terrible shape. Pass on this place. Its gross.

walking in the room, we seen the bed looked undone, only 2 pillows on the bed, food crumbs on the bed, two huge puddles of water near the heater & the fridge, & only one towel was in the room. not to mention that the sheets smelled nasty, like food. i got a text from the hotel saying that they charge $20 for 2 extra hours & $40 for 4 extra hours, i submitted a request for the $20 & it showed pending. 10am hit & the manager started ringing our room phone nonstop. we answered & he told us checkout is at 11am, i told him i submit a request for extra time & he said okay, $40 extra for only 1 extra hour. i showed him the texts i received & then said okay but to zelle him $20, i asked if id get a refund for the request i submit online & he said i had to cancel but it was all greyed out since i was waiting for their response. he refused to help me, i asked him to show me my receipt & he said he didn’t have one. the argument went on for so long, he eventually pulled out a “receipt” from his end & he said i haven’t paid anything when i was literally showing him my bank statement & my receipt from the hotels.com, my money was already taken. he said i still had to pay, he was charging me $120 plus $20 for the extra time & on every other website it showed $150+. he ended up kicking me out & told me he wasn’t going to charge me anything but all my money was still taken including the extra $20. not to mention he was on the phone arguing with another customer as i was there. waste of money.

Whole place is small/dirty/rundown. Room numbers were printed on paper + taped outside the doors. The room’s dresser drawers were missing. Walls were unpainted in some spots. Marks/stains everywhere enough that I worried we’d be charged a damage fee. No alarm clock even - I didn’t need it but seemed like a basic hotel necessity missing. Creepy/loud people in the parking lot through the evening. Towels and sheets were dirty and thin. Floors were dirty/unswept, didn’t even want to take off my shoes. First hotel I’ve ever had trouble sleeping bc the walls were so thin I kept waking up from noise. Hairs left in the bathroom. Basically just two sheets on the bed, no actual blanket or thickness for warmth. Remote was missing battery cover. Just a bunch of things that made it seem like less than even a bare minimum hotel experience. However I do appreciate they had a microwave and mini fridge because not every hotel has that and they should. I know people will still stay here bc finding a fairly priced decent hotel in SoCal is impossible, but I hope this will at least be a warning to those who are able to avoid it.

Room had a horrible smoke smell and the walls are extremely thin! The towels were very dirty and the sheet was stained. Once you lift the sheet there were blood stains on the mattress. Immediately asked to be moved and they moved me to a room with the same conditions. I immediately requested a refund and left. Please spend the extra $100 bucks and go to a Hilton.

Upon first glance, we really loved it! Seemed newly refurbished. the marble bathroom was beautiful. I was traveling alone with my little sister and baby, when we were going to bed the first night, we noticed that our window lock was completely broken and wouldnt lock, the window faces outside and it was large enough for multiple people to fit into, so we were freaked out and couldn't sleep because we didn't feel safe. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the other rooms and outside. The refillable soaps in bathroom were empty, but it was fine because we brought our own.

It was ok, beside failed advertising saying there’s breakfast but NOTHING disappointed. Was woken up at 3am by fireworks 🙄 Love that the room was remodel but everything seemed cluster together.

I liked the cleanliness , the police did knock next door and wake me up at 4 am. Not sure why but over all the property had good parking and was very clean and good price.

It was a good price for the two nights that we stayed there. Though we did have to switch rooms the first night because the display on the air conditioning did not work properly. Also, water pressure in the shower was extremely poor and not very efficient.

New paint throughout the exterior and updated rooms... Friendly check-in... Equally friendly housekeeping staff. It's a "budget motel" but well worth it...a good value for the buck. No pictures, but there are ample to see on this and its own site. Perhaps, next time.

They were painting so our door was draped in plastic. The tub was dirty and had hair in it. I woke up in the middle of the night to get my baby a bottle and there was a roach.

The customer service was sub par, always felt like I was bugging the employee for simple amenities, cleanliness was below average, q-tips left on the floor from the previous tenant, didn’t like that fact that the employee tried looking in our room while bringing towels and blankets, there was a smell of food being cooked that was highly unpleasant underneath coming from the room under us, it mainly come through the bathroom side of the room, after a long day out, it was not pleasant to walk into the room and have it smell like someone has been cooking all day in there. Definitely not going to reserve a room again at that location

It's dirty, there's a lot of dust and I even slept with a sore nose.

Checking in was hard. The attendant didn’t give us information about where our room was located. There were no toiletries provided in the sink. There weren’t enough towels in our room. The bed cover had a whole in it. The TV was hard to navigate. The street and parking were very loud. Checking out was easy. I went back to the front desk window and gave my key.

I've had 2 night stays here once a year, for the last 5 years. Its always been pretty good. Comfortable and clean and suited my needs. This time the room and its' fixed immenities were great but I was very displeased about a few things and I will stay somewhere else next year. I was only given 2 small bathtowels, one smaller towel, and a bathmat. All were like sandpaper and all had a lot of picked threads. Really - sandpaper! The comfy king sized bed only had 3 smaller than standard pillows that were terrible. They were ectremely lumpy - felt like they were filled with tennis balls. I had to use a thick jacket from my luggage to wrap around one to be able to sleep. There was no operational infirmation about hiw to use the TV which was also a terrible inconvenience. My biggest complaint though was the floor. It was solid surface (fine) and dark brown. It was well swept but after getting out of the shower my feet quickly got filthy black. The dark floor in the room was filthy! Gads, mop the dang thing - clean it! I complained to them about the same dirty floor issue last year. Finally, after maid service, I was left with only one scratchy bath towel. She even took the bath mat! I had to go to the office to ask for some, plus I asked for a better pillow. I was given one that was just as lumpy as what was already in my room. Sorry folks. You've lost this customer.
