I immediately contacted Expedia for a refund and got NO help. Don’t buy the insurance, it’s a joke. Baymont saved the day. Right next door. It was Horrible. The smell in the office was enough…and trust me I left and we to the store tried to convince myself and kids to just touch it out… but came back and the smell made me literally say idgad what the it cost were not staying here and literally booked a room in the parking lot. And the price difference was $20 for a COMPLETELY different experience. This should be a $70-$90 hotel. Definitely not $160

This place is an absolute dump and NOT worth the 130 I paid for it. Beds were horrid, toilet didn’t flush, smelled old and musty. Property was dirty and trash was everywhere. It’s the motel you absolutely go too for a drug deal. Absolutely NOT a place for children! Towels were dirty. Never ever again!

I didn’t like any of it I slept in my car the first night and checked out a day early. My room screamed bed bugs! The blankets had cigarette burns, the room itself was delapitated, there was still the previous guests soup in the shower and some black stuff on the floor of the shower, the couch was so old and dirty I was afraid Id catch something if I sat on it, the adjoining door had a couch in front of it as to lock it from my side, there was pee on the toilet seat and a ladder in the room! I would never tell someone to stay there, in fact I’d love a refund! There were no available rooms anywhere in Galveston until Saturday so yea it was terrible. I have pics if you would like to see what your selling.

We didnt end up staying here. When we got to the room there was dog prints on comforter and horrible mold smell. I asked for a refund and left. I have not received refund yet.

Cracks and damage all over along with dirty stained sheets and greasy floors. Don’t get me started on the rude staff. Didn’t even have a hair dryer. The bathroom was decently clean at least. No bed bugs or roaches. I wouldn’t waste my money to stay here though. Terrible location hotel is facing the opposite way of the beach so even if you wanted to walk it’s confusing on which way to go.

After a long drive to the hotel and seeing the pictures in Expedia , we were expecting a quiet clean refreshing room and environment to rest before our soccer tournament. wROnG! Dogs barking upstairs , broken appliances, neighbors loud outside dragging lawn chairs til 2am, restrooms reminded me of 80s old truck stop that smelled and more . Sheets had stains and I can go on and on . Needless to say, I checked out the following am and didn’t stay the second night . And did the hotel clerk have any empathy? NO! He just looked down and said the money would be put back in the card ! Expedia should also be held accountable for the false pictures on this profile !

We did not even check in & were refused a refund. Air conditioner in room was held up by a stick of wood. There was a person smoking Marijuana right outside a room door. We did not feel safe to stay there with our children. We paid through expedia so we're out the full price, not just a deposit

Horrible!! Was in the room for 10 minutes and found mold on the AC, roaches crawling all over the place and I honestly don’t even think the sheets were cleaned properly. Left immediately and asked for a refund. Have yet to recover my deposit back or my initial payment back.

This place is not safe or clean for a family like mine to stay even one night. We left by 11pm because of the following: the sheets were stained, the pillows were stained, the air conditioning did not work, it remained 80+ degrees in the room for hours; the room was not clean, and there was grime and cobwebs everywhere; the smoke alarm was removed and wires were hanging from the ceiling; we tried to make it work by buying new sheets and pillow cases at the nearby Walmart but once night fell and there were cockroaches running on the floor, we packed up all our bags and left. When I returned home to my house, I made sure that all clothing and towels we had brought into the room were put through a wash and dryer cycle to avoid the bed bugs that were likely part of this experience. This place not only does not offer what it claims to, it is not sanitary or safe for human guests.

The staff was helpful. I try to overlook something know you are by the ocean and hurricanes and floods happen but with the door will not close easily and lock correctly i have an issues. The floor was not clean as there was trash and hair on the floor. the bathroom was molded and the ceiling was not even painted as it was the sheetrock green. If i had not already pay and exhausted i would have just drove the 3 hours home. I would not recommend this to any one. It was disgusting

I walked into the room with my things and it was extremely dirty and hot. The man at the desk was rude and the front desk area was super hot and dirty as well.

The location was awesome walking distance from beach and had a lot of stores walking distance from location. Place was very outdated, mold on the bed that I didn’t realize till leaving when I pulled off all the sheets. Restroom door would not completely close. Lights very dim. Door was also not able to lock completely.

The air conditioner was dripping in the room but it was wood floors. Bed was terrible it was hard. When u get a room at least the bed gotta be soft and clean bathroom. My bed sheet had a cigarette burn in it that was very noticeable. They did change it after I complained about it. Me giving it 2 stars was being generous. These hotels gots to do better especially im spending $150 that night...

The next door has rooms with big dogs. Very sure the dogs slept in the bed as well. Terrible night before join 7 nights cruise. Won't recommend to anybody. Seems like using for shelter by government for homeless or low income.

Everything about this place was horrible. Filthy floors. Broken bath door, shelves pulled loose from the wall, dirty sheets, torn lamp shades. Cigarette butts behind night stands. Loose hanging curtains, mirror hung crooked commodes sitting on walkway. Just plain horrible. And they don’t tell you intell after you check in that there is a 50.00 “security” deposit in case you damage the room or steal the tv that doesn’t work. They refused to return my deposit! This place needs to be condemned!!!!

The room was filthy, evidence it had not been cleaned in two weeks was found under couch. Bugs and mildew which made me sick and we only stayed in the room long enough to take photos.

This place is beyond out dated and in serious need of a rennovation including the parking lot. I understand the distance to seawall is perfect, short brisk walk and you're there. However it was not the best to stay at. The entry door system was all rusted, the door was very difficult to open and would not close you had to slam it pretty hard. Made me question the locking mechanism on the door for safety all night. The bathroom door would not shut at all. The bottom of the door was in bad shape looked like they never replaced anything after a flood. Sheets were not the cleanest and the lights hardly worked. There were only 3 working channels . Not to mention it was across from a small cemetery hidden between bigger chain hotels. The only plus side was the actual worked great despite having a water bucket and wood piece to keep it up working. You could hear other guests fighting outside late at night and other rooms slamming their door im assuming with the same issue of opening and shutting it. Kept waking us up at night .

Arrived to the room and our room door opened and smelled like somone had just finished smoking a cigarette. The fridge was rusted. The sink had 5 gallon bucket under it. Was not clean or sanitary in any way what so ever. Didn’t feel safe and just nasty. Don’t book here.

This property was a crap hole of epic proportions. All the bedding was stained and there were bugs on the beds (spiders) and on the walls (roaches) and flying (multiple flying insects) around the room. The laminate floors were peeling and the cracks on the doors were big enough to see through to outside. The odor in the rooms was so bad that it caused light headedness. Lets not forget the strange gooey substance that was on the curtains. The staff was less than helpful and tried to deny the presence of bugs and didnt even bother looking for themselves, they simply held up an EcoLab pest control book and said "no bigs". Prior to leaving the lobby they tried to convince me to just let the room air out to rid it of the roaches, spiders, and flying insects. HA! May the odds be ever in your favor if you actually sleep at this rat hole, sorry I mean crap hole. Calling it a rat hole is an insult to rats.

Who argues with guest about that? Not my responsibility to report that. You should know the conditions of the room before renting it out to a guest. I was better off sleeping in my car. Again… DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE.

The most disgusting filthy place I’ve ever seen. The mattress was blood stained. There was a layer of filth and dirt under the bleed. Boogers and food stuck to the walls. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat and tub. Roach poop on the outlets. I could go on. DISGUSTING.

Was very Pet friendly and great A/C and rate. My husband drinks coffee and they didn't have any in the room for him to wake up with. They don't have any amenities but still decent for the rate just we were hounded by flying pests, and the place needs to be updated desperately Honestly we didn't stay the second night we booked just booked elsewhere.

The rooms were so nasty. There was horse flies all over the room stains on the bed. The restrooms were filthy. I decided to leave and try and get a refund, but they didn’t want to give me a refund. I would not recommend anybody to book a hotel here.

To make matters worse, the staff was not helpful when we brought these issues up. There was no sense of urgency or concern, which was frustrating given the condition of both rooms. On top of everything, we still haven’t received our refundable deposit back. Overall, this was a very negative experience and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

My son and I did not not even stay. Just from pulling up to the hotel alone, I was nervous. The outside alone gives a pretty good indication that the inside is not going to be any better. Looked very unsafe. Lost out on my money for a pre- booking and just chose to stay somewhere else.

Dont stay here. The door had enough of a hole that a mouse came though and i chased it right back out . The bed mattress had a dip so bad you cant get good sleep . Homless peolple wLking around at night making me constantly ckeaking on my vehicle. Besides the gentelman at check in was the only staff i seen all weekend . The pictures online must be AI generated because the box spring, the mattress, the furniture are extremely old and worn out. The lighting is poor and the air conditioner was about to fall apart. Plus, they asked for a supposed $50 refundable deposit even though i paid the room in full prior to arriving. The front desk was not avaliable for check out.

This room was not as advertised. It had damp towels on the towel rack. When asked for dry clean towels, was provided a single wet towel again. There were only 3 pillows if you could call them that. There was mold all over the bathroom. The doors security lock was broken and the door was all scuffed up. The bed sheets and sheet blanket were like paper. I couldnt even stay in this room longer than 15 minutes. I had to book a hotel stay immediately and left 20 minutes after check in. I am very saddened by this stay as this pic is 100% wrong. I have pictures to prove it. I am also said that I am not able to reach Hotels.com for assistance since the stay is over now. I had to pay for 2 rooms on the same night. so I recently booked a stay at this hotel, we were running behind for our cheer competition and had no choice but to get ready here. getting there the room stunk like someone smoked a cigarette while putting the bed together. the bed looked like it had the same sheets on it from the guest before us. The guy handling the check in and outs was kinda rude and not really friendly. the trash outside was so over filled with junk that it reeked outside. most of the ac units were busted up and looked broken. not to mention the empty random "rhino" pills everywhere. absolutely horrible. there was no way I was letting my two childen ( 6yo & 1yo) stay there. right after our daughter performed we came back to the hotel and immediately grabbed our things and left. claims we were there for 3 hours with no complaint but tbh we stayed all of 20 minutes to get her dressed as fast as possible to attend our event.

Do not stay here. Even at a last resort. Place was extremely dirty, matress was disgusting, stained blood on the floor and the whole door was rusted. We ended up paying for one night stay and went to a different hotel.

I can’t believe this hotel is offered by hotels. Com. I booked this hotel because it offered extended parking for a 2 week cruise. I looked at the pictures and they seemed pretty nice…. The hotel is nothing like the pictures. The outside is rundown and dirty. The room was so dirty and messy. The towels (really rags) were old and torn. The bed was so old and saggy. The bedding was dingy and small for the mattress. It kept coming off the mattress all night. NEVER AGAIN. Motel 6 is Hilton compared to this one. Some of the rooms are rented for extended periods to local people.

The room wasn’t attended to at all. I understand the hotel is on an island but sand should be removed from the beds before guests arrive. No new towels or toiletries.

So I had to pay a $50 deposit in order to be able to get the room and when i went to get my deposit back the lady says it smelled like smoke when there wasnt any smoking in the room and she wanted to argue with me and i wasnt given my seposit back.

It was the worst room I've ever seen. 201, TV didn't work, filth and mold everywhere and I have many pictures. So I switched to 206 and the guy said I'm "lucky", and that room was just as foul. Worst ever. And they overcharged me for the pet fee.

I am completely ok with a hotel that is older and worn. I am not ok with unclean. The floors were filthy. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets did not fit well, so were coming off. The bedspread was stained and dirty. The staff who checked us in was polite and businesslike. I have no conplaints there. There were two of us staying there. There were two bath towels, one washrag, one hand towel, and no bath mat. We are in Galveston regularly, but will not be staying with this hotel again.

It is a cheaper motel and an old motel so must keep this in mind as to what you will expect. Room was clean and the mattresses cheap, yet not too firm. Quite understandable about the damage security deposit upon check in since the previous person that stayed apparently punched a hole in the shower, not an easy fix. The motel was very quiet and I slept quite well. The motel room served its purpose for me.

I took one step inside my room and it smelled like someone had been chain smoking cigars. The lobby had obviously just been fumigated. The parking lot was full of potholes. They charge you per day for your dogs so if you have more than one it’s gonna get pricey. Plus a $50 security deposit. It was so stinky in the room I didn’t stay. Oh my. The pictures do not represent the location current status. It is extremely run down and disgusting. Not worth the price I paid, not worth staying even if its the last hotel available. I was so disappointed, unsafe, uncomfortable, (the bed was low key comfortable), but uncomfortable on the way i felt in the room. Curtains all dirty and disgusting. Poorly cleaned. I'm unsure how this is still in business, and unsure why it is part of Expedia. To top it all off, the lady in the morning was completely rude and unfriendly, (and no I didnt even complained or said anything to her). The night person, was not there when we arrived but was an absolute sweetheart! He was kind and nice. But the lady in the morning the complete opposite.

We had to go and purchase additional pillows, towels and our own toilet paper. The remote to the TV would not work I had to go to the office for new batteries and it still did not work. Then he gave me 2 additional remotes that did not work. We cut our trip short and checked out. There was a spider and a stink bug inside. And the toilet was leaking in the back and they put a small towel there.

This property's condition is misrepresented in the photos I saw on hotels.com, as well as the pre-discounted price. There is no way ANYONE would ever pay what the site claimed was their regular price. We picked this hotel because we were looking for clean, simple accommodation, simply a place to sleep without a lot of extras or expense. Upon arrival, I noticed the exterior in severe disrepair. I entered the lobby to find it cluttered, being used for storage, and furmished with old, faded, shabby furniture. The surface of the check-in counter appeared grimy. I started to fill in the guest form, then thought I better take a look at the room first. As the manager led me to the room, I saw that some rooms' door locks are broken or missing, the exterior paint on every door is peeling, most room ventilation covers are cracked and broken, etc...When he opened the door to my room, the door frame was damaged and broken, the floor boards were separated throughout the room, it was dusty, dirty and the lampshade from the wall lamp was entirely missing. When I told the manager that the propery was misrepresented on hotels.com and the property's website, he said something like, "You wanted a cheap room, this is what you can expect." I told him that I expected what was represented by the photos and site information and I requested a refund. He refused because I had chosen a non-refundable reservation. I called hotels.com for support; he left the property to avoid talking to Hotels' rep.

All wall outlets had wires hanging out of them, and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The sheets were stained. The curtains did not close. The floors were not mopped, leaving spills in several places. The shower was covered in hair. The door had to be slammed shut, and excessive force had to be used to get the door open. The staff were not helpful. There were homeless people sitting all around the property. People yelling from one of the rooms.

We proceeded to go to dinner plans and come back hoping things would feel better. We were wrong again. The room reeked of mold and previous customers bad life chioces so bad, we could not breath well. We packed up our few things and went to the office to let them know our concerns. The man with no shoes on stated there was nothing he could do for us beside refunding the $50.00 deposit after he went up to review the room. He asked me to have a seat while he checked the room, but the lobby's discarded old room furniture looked disgusting. We were stuck looking for another hotel at our additional expense at 10 pm.

We arrived and the room was atrocious. The air conditioner rattled so loud it shook the entire room and turned off and on all night. At 3 AM I registered a formal complaint with Expedia and we booked a hotel elsewhere. I went the next morning and they told me at the desk that they would honor the ability to refund the second night of our stay and then turned around and told Expedia that they would not be able to do that. This is absolutely misrepresented on every website, including Expedia. Do not stay here!

The pictures provided online will justify the truth about the rooms. The cleaning is not good and there’s roaches.

Booking through expedia was different as I was unsure if I paid on line. Was charged $50 at check in for a room that was iffy at best. $50 was not returned after the stay. Had to check the sheets to see if they were clean. This was a bad experience.

Fortunately the site is walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and a couple of good restaurants. The front desk guy was knowledgeable and polite. Our non-smoking room wreaked of smoke we stayed there for 4 days never had any housekeeping the toilet didn't work well light was out and they were always weird people lurking about... This shouldn't be more than a $40 or $50 a night room

The room was dirty. Sheets and covers have holes in them. Walls in the bathroom have dirt all over them. Tv remotes sticky. Room door filthy. Curtains filthy.

The rooms melt toxic like formaldehyde or something that would make you sick.

Disgusting. I want my money back. There was blood on the couch. Holes in the wall. The tv was broken (had lines all over it). No clean towels. No bag for ice. Wall lamp didn’t work. AC wouldn’t turn down. Bedsheet didn’t fit the bed properly so it kept coming off exposing the pee mattress cover. There wasn’t a real comforter. It was just a heavy sheet. Only 2 very thin pillows for a king size bed. Everything was awful.

It was a totally different from the pictures showing in the app it’s a motel were people were doing drugs outside and prostitution the rooms were so dirty and inappropriate for kids I had two with me which I never took them in to the room that’s why I want my money back I would like to have a refund because we never stayed at that place.

This is one of those instances where they definitely got their money’s worth on their listing photos! Properly looked decent in pics!!! Our trip was last minute and we were just staying one night so we weren’t too terribly picky. The staff checking us in was not friendly and the property was in shambles. It was 85 degrees in our room when we went in and the AC never got cool. We actually booked another room somewhere else and left within 5 minutes of arriving. Ate the cost of this room because it was so gross. Shockingly bad!

Absolutely terrible!!!! The pictures provided on Expedia must be Ai images... The place was an absolute dump. The lobby doors were locked, very run down, ice machine was so disgusting I didn't even ask if it worked (probably didn't.) After checking in I entered the room and the most vile smell came from the room. I dont know if it was animal urine or human urine but it was stout. Then I immediately walked in a puddle of water. The AC unit drips pretty badly, so they wrapped the electrical cords in plastic and use the rooms trash can to catch it. It was over flowing. I dumped the water into the toilet and went back to the lobby and knocked on the doors. I finally called their phone number and they came to let me in. I asked for some extra towles to soak the mess up and thinking they would investigate or offer me a different room. After I cleaned everything up I noticed the fridge was missing. I go back to the lobby and to ask about it and they said it was being cleaned. About 20 minutes later they rolled this P.O.S. in with a broken microwave attached to the top with a cut cord.. the refrigerator never got cold. The small freezer section just froze over. The curtain above the AC unit was ripped up and barely hanging on by a wire hanger. The bed was so old it was literally brown on the sides and completely worn out.The main light didn't have a bulb, smoke alrm was broken, shower head missing, knob broke, mold on bathroom floor by shower. Floors not clean throughout...ect.......

This place was pricey due to the location. The location was good - near the beach. The owner/manager at front desk was nice. Everything else about this place was bad. It was filthy, old, run down. The door was broken, it was very difficult to open and close the door behind you, when leaving you had to unlock the key card and slam the door just right for it to stay closed. The secondary “chain” was broken and dangling. There were holes in the wall. Shoddy patch work everywhere. The bedspread was stained and dirty. The bed frame was rusted, sharp and poking out beyond the box frame, which could cause injury. If this place was $60 a night, i wouldn’t complain, but it was 5x that much. I would have driven farther to the beach to stay in a decent place for less money.

Pictures definitely do not match the actual property! I thought we were at the wrong place. Room was very dirty with holes and stains on the bedding. Booked for 5 people and the room only had 3 pillows, 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Tried to go downstairs to get more and lobby was locked up. Would not recommend this place!!!

The hotel is poorly maintained and filthy, the front desk manager was rude and unwilling to help, bossy and unpleasant. The “hotel“ is ruined down. Avoid at all cost. The website photos are very misleading and probably embellished or doctored.

Ignore the photos online. This property is derelict, decaying, and depressing, with the charm of a condemned storage unit and hospitality worse than a DMV on a Monday morning. At check-in, I arrived on a state work trip with proper tax-exempt documentation. The manager, inept with basic TX state law, falsely claimed the exemption didn’t apply. He then tried to charge a fee for my service animal and withheld my room keys until I complied—despite state and federal laws clearly prohibiting such actions. The hallway was filthy, with mystery stains. The room? Overheated, reeking of mildew. The A/C roared like a jet engine. Mold and corrosion lined the bathroom walls. The mini-fridge leaked. Sheets were stained with cigarette burns. Towels were threadbare. The bed? Not humid—damp. Another guest was price gouged by over 4 times the normal rate, on a trip to honor his late wife. He requested a late checkout to help his (very) large family coordinate their departure. The staff refused. While waiting, a personal item was stolen on-site. Staff did nothing. The owner never appeared. A teenage staff member was left to handle checkout—because nothing says “great customer service” like hiding behind a child to dodge furious customers. This isn’t just a poorly maintained hotel—it’s a disaster. Sleep in your car. Pitch a tent. Camp under a bridge. Anywhere would be cleaner, safer, and more dignified. Please, stay away.

The room was not clean at all the blankets are soooo thin i froze my ass off all night and they still ask for a deposited as if we were at a 5 star hotel never will i take my family there again

This place was totally unacceptable. Everything was done by paper, as soon as we walked in the rooms there was a strong odor of smoke I have 2 children with Asthma who could not be in a room smelling like that. The toilet was broken didn't even have a lid where the water goes, i lifted the toilet seat and it was dirty. My kids saw a roach as soon as we walked in, one of the beds wasnt completely made. And the bed spread was either dirty or stained it look like someone had takis on their hands and wiped it on the bed. I turned my family right out of there and left. There was no way i wouldve dared to sleep in a dirty place like that. They were lucky to even get ONE star because I wouldnt have given any. I do not recommend this place at all.

I need a refund. The three rooms they showed me had bugs everywhere. The worst experience to take my family to, even with a newborn. That hotel isn't like the photos. I need a refund, please. We didn't even sleep there.

Room was expensive ($175) and very dirty. Toilet didn't work, outlets not covered, bedbugs between mattresses, door jams rusty so hard to open and close, soap bar already been used, tv remote sticky from dried food. The list goes on......

I truly can not believe I stayed for one night. We had booked two nights but I could not force another night in this horrible room. Not a single piece of linen that did not have stains. I had to go back to office for towels. Even the hand selected towels were stained. The mattress had to have been found in a land fill and that's were it should be returned. Electric plug was behind night stand. So was rat poop and dead bugs. Absolutely horrible place to stay. Please look into another motel.

Sheets had stains all over them and the room was something i would expect in a cheap horror movie. I went to get ice and they dont have ice buckets. The manager gave me a garbage bag for my ice.

It looked dirty. No knob on shower, just a toggle. Sheets were stained and had rips. The pictures of the rooms are very deceiving. The room looked like college party room.

Chiggers. My body is covered in chiggers. Happy it wasnt bed bugs. But i literally gave over 100 chigger bites on my body from this motel. There was blood and long hairs on the bed. Gap in door. No safety latch on door. Leaking ac unit. Do not recommend

it was dirty. the ice bucket had been used for painting, so it had paint on the inside and outside. the towels had holes in them. the people at the front were very rude. the sink faucet was loose and moved when you turn the water on and off. I have noticed that establishments owned by Indians are all the same. I will not stay here again.

Bed bugs, cob webs, hair in bed, old food on floor, smelled like urine everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Walked in and walked right out to check into a different hotel down the street. Staff argued with me that the room was disgusting. I have pictures to prove.

There was no front desk clerk. The owners live off the front desk area so I had to wait for someone to come out and check me in. The room was dirty in every corner, behind bed and dresser. Bathroom hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time. We found a razor blade on top of bathroom door. I could go on and on but the room was non-refundable and we were exhausted from our drive so we made the best of it. This hotel is geared more for live in homeless people than passing guests. The photos the show on the website for this hotel are 100% inaccurate. They took those photos at another hotel and using them to advertise at this dump. Save your money and book elsewhere. There was a sunken hole in the floor by the air conditioner. It was covered up by a chair but I stepped on it and thought I was going to fall through. It really needs to be condemned.

Chased into the room by extra large drag flies and some mantis on the wall. Killed a roach upon entering and the bedding has stains and blood stains along with plastic pieces on the sheets. There is no way the bedding was washed. Please remove this listing from Expedia. Protect your brand and get as far away from this location.

dirty used towels and when i called front desk they refused to send someone to the room to remove them. When i called they had the nerves to ask me to bring them to the office in order to get clean towels…terrible service n plain NASTY

We were able to check in fine. The room smelled horrible. Mildew and mold everywhere. Bugs everywhere. Bedding looked gross and disgusting. Bugs were crawling in and out of the bathtub. I wanted to bring this up to the staff but reminded myself “you’re only here for 6 hours and then you’re gone”. Checking out was not customer friendly service either. Attempted checkout around 6:30/6:40 am. The door was locked and no staff in sight. So we left and came back in an hour. The door was STILL LOCKED. Another customer was in the waiting area. He said “they know I’m here but haven’t come back to help me”. So I started calling the number that was posted on the door. 3 calls and no answer!!!! By this time a 3rd customer had joined. Finally a lady unlocked the door and pushed it open. She was not friendly at all. Yes we the paying customers interrupted you doing laundry but us paying customers were trying to check out! She wasn’t nice or pleasant either. Worst experience ever.

DO NOT STAY HERE - STAY ELSEWHERE. The bed is all springs, pillows that were flat as pancakes so you might as well sleep on the floor. Unsafe area, dirty room, owners that have no business in the hospitality business. Stains on sheets, holes in curtains, door with no seals, broken holes in tile in bathroom. Not an excuse in the world for this kind of treatment. Owner's with disgusting attitudes. A cute $50 deposit that I'll be doing a stop and payment on.

Room was not ready for 3pm check in, although inwas assured when i stopped in at 2pm that it would be ready. Info alredy put in online,still had to fill out paper firm. $50 deposit "so if you break orbsteal something " as told by man who was at front desk. Black mold in bathroom, air con leaked, raggegy and holey towels,rust on refrigerator, door did not close properly. They only probided 2 very used feather like pillows. TV was about a 32 inch but could only see 2hat seemed to be a 24 inch picture. Had to use cushion from couch in order to see TV. Will definitely not go back. Paid over $100, NOT worth it!!

We ask for more towels and the staff only gave me one and when I asked for more he denied it. Also, he charged me 150 dlls deposit for my dogs and he didn’t give back.

Property was under renovations and upgrades like improving ac or getting better showers so I understand the area around it being ehhh, but the floors being so dirty that when you get out of the shower your feet clean the floors is a red flag. At same time, it was only 40$ a night vs 75-95$ for anything else in area so if you are on a budget it works just keep socks on.

The worst model experience of my life. It was disgusting & in total disrepair. Curtains were hanging half off & ripped. The bed was dirty & didn’t even have pillows. The mirror was on the floor with big holes in the wall where it should have been hanging. The table & phone were sticky to touch. To top it all off, the deadbolt on the door was MISSING completely! I did not stay, but was given no refund. Will NEVER book again.

I was charged for the room when i checked in and 7 says later $211 more was deducted from my account for a room I only spent 7 hours sleeping in. There were no damages and nothing was taken. When i called to see what was going on absolutely no one was available to help me.
