    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was not very clean and it seemed like the towels were dirty and stained. The shower curtain was ripped. Trash in lobby floor. Very pitiful breakfast. Could be a nice motel if cleaned and maintained better.

    Let’s start off with the staff, when I first checked in they were super rude. No information was given to me. No WiFi not breakfast times. My restroom had not been reset. The next morning when breakfast came… there was an only a sad muffin. The staffs response was its better than nothing. There was no breakfast, don’t fall for that.It’s just not worth it. Stay somewhere else.

    No one was employed there except front desk so you have to take out your own trash, vacuum your own room (and hallway since it was nasty and I didn't want my girls walking on it) and get your own towels. No breakfast like advertised. Management likely doesn't care, avoid.

    So when we got there check in was fine. We got to our room and the kids wanted to go to the pool and we had zero towels. No hand towels. No regular towels. No wash cloths. Nothing. When I went downstairs to ask for some and the worker gave me one towel. I said there is 5 of us. We need 4 more and some wash cloths and something to put on the floor and she came back with 2 more towels. I was like 2 MORE PLEASE. The lady behind us said they didn’t have bedding on their beds when they got their room and the first room key they gave them they walked into a room that was already occupied 😳 then after we all showered and laid down my kids started saying their comforter smelled like pee. They went downstairs and asked for a clean one and the lady said she didn’t have any more….. and there was hardly breakfast. No cereal or anything. Just small bite size muffins and coffee. If you just want the cheapest price then go ahead. If you want something decent this is not the place. I’d rather go to motel 6 just sayin

    After finding my daughters suitcase we left behind if anyone turned it in instead we seen it in the backseat of the worker vehicle. We knew because they fled the scene but they were reported to police. No breakfast due to kitchen renovation they dont mention when booking so expect muffins :) Was told by a cleaning lady after bringing up sheets that she just dropped on the counter that she didnt make enough for this and left. My son had a small accident on the bed and we requested the room be cleaned that morning to replace bedding, vacuum and replace towels. We returned at 5pm and no cleaning had been done and no clean towels. This is the worst place i have ever stayed and warn you before you consider booking here that you wont be expecting much and the staff are not good people. Dee was so rude and she stated she didnt care or make enough to worry about ensuring i was comfortable for my stay since all cleaning ladies left and no rooms are cleaned. O and maybe just maybe your room will be cleaned but dont forget to request it or else they will assume u dont like your room to be cleaned.

    Checked in paid place smells humid and dirty. went upstairs my room was not even cleaned. The cleaning lady had to go and change my key for a diff room. I left came back later my key was not working. Apparently whoever checked me in didn’t change the system so we were locked out of our room. For breakfast all they had was a couple muffins and coffee. Worst experience will not be back.

    Staff was friendly but short staffed. Lady at the front desk stated she was there by herself. There were no towels in our room and others as well. There were multiple people at the desk asking for towels. There was a staff member that came by the room late night after checking in. She attempted to open the door but could not because I had the privacy door latch engaged. When I went to the door she asked what my name was and if I was the person on the reservation. We had checked in about 45 mins prior. Breakfast consisted of coffee and tiny muffins.

    Housekeeping does not know how to clean. The staff were nice but not very helpful due to the fact the hotel was sold out. The building smells like wet dog and stains on the carpet. My tv was damaged, had a line in the middle. There were plumbing issues in my room. The lamp was rusted, it’s obvious that lamp needed to be replaced all around. My room had soft towels and comfortable bed, so I slept good. Overall I won’t be returning.

    First when you walk in it smelled like bad sewage. Then when I go upstairs there was only 1 small 2oz shampoo bottle. And on the beds no cover was located only sheets . I go downstairs and tell the old Indian lady I need 2 covers and have me attitude saying they are under the sheets ! I told her look there’s not ! I took a video and then talked bad upon her staff ! She was yelling and I asked for more towels and was being extremely rude ! Never again !

    When we arrived the staff was on the phone in another room. Couldn’t understand anything she said for starters. When we got to our room, the only thing that was clean was the bed. Bathroom shower had someone’s body hair in the shower floor, and mold was all along the side of the shower floor. The bed had a fitted sheet, non fitted mattress bad and a sheet on top. The bed pillows were the smallest pillows I’ve ever had on a bed. When we got up, we expected coffee as there was a coffee pot in the room, it was broken. We went downstairs at 8:30 and breakfast as well as all coffee had been put away. Breakfast apparently ended at 8:30. We will not be returning to this hotel at any time in the future and warn others that it’s not worth booking!!

    The front desk staff was great! The rest of the visit was terrible. The first room we got had dirty sheets, the bathroom vent was full of dust and mold, the TV and phone didn't work. We requested a second room and they were accommodating. The bathroom was still not great, but better than the first room and when I went to take a shower the next morning the water was orange and had an awful smell. I let it run for couple of minutes and it didn't clear so needless to say no showers before we headed to our cruise. We booked this hotel because it said breakfast was included but they said the kitchen was under maintenance so no food or coffee. Had we known we would have stayed elsewhere. They said the price was dropped due to no breakfast however the rate was more expensive this trip than our stay in November. Very disappointing and we won't stay there again.

    This hotel is terrible. My family of 3 stayed 1 night on 5/16. The first room they gave us was room 310 which was not clean; went to front desk and inform them and was assigned room 120, which had a king bed but my reservation was for 2 queen beds; went back to front desk for a third time and was assigned room 318. The pillow cases on one of the bed had yellow stains, the carpets are dirty and the bathroom has black stains like mold n rust, the towels are old. I booked my room with Expedia and paid in full. At check-in Sleep Inn requested a credit card and my ID which I provided which I know is standard process. However they charged $90.25 which I thought was just a hold. But the charge was not reversed. I called the hotel n the front desk person I spoke with was rude telling me she doesn’t see the charge. She was not helpful . I suspect they screwed up and incorrectly charged me for one of the other 2 rooms they had previously assigned me. I’m in the process of disputing the charge on my card. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

    A lot went wrong here, and I will be contacting Sleep Inn directly. Upon asking about the "buffet" breakfast, we were told the kitchen was being "remodeled" and that there would only be coffee in the room. (This was news to us, as we had chosen the hotel over a competitor for the breakfast, and this information was not volunteered until I asked.) We were assigned a room that had a snack wrapper in the bedding and no top sheets (the sheet between the mattress sheet and the comforter) on either bed. We changed to a room that also had no top sheets on either bed AND had NO towels, washcloths, etc. We made do by remaking the beds ourselves with the sheets in the proper order. The walls in the second room had smudges on the headboards and visible mold near the plugs on the wall. We asked for towels and were told there were no washcloths. The front desk person was apologetic that night and the next morning (same person), but the hotel looked unkempt, including crumbs and debris in the hallways. We never saw any staff except the one front desk employee, including no housekeeping staff before we checked out at 9:30. Hard times, Sleep Inn? I will be asking for (and expecting) compensation, which I have never found a need to insist upon before.

    check-in took forever and I had to listen to the hotel deliberately blaring music on the first floor. treadmill was broken in the 'fitness center' which was the only reason I chose the hotel over cheaper ones, and when I took the stairs back to my room there were men hanging out, drinking beer in the stairwell. When I stayed at this hotel a few years ago I thought it was a good deal but it must be under new management.

    They had no breakfast during our stay, and the front desk lady said, “That’s why the rooms are discounted.” We paid full price, so I’m not sure what she meant by that. Do not stay here, I’m telling you — the property is in horrible condition, and the hallways, lobby, and carpet stink.

    I recently stayed and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There was a strong odor in the hallway, which became even worse when the air conditioning was turned on. The blankets in the room appeared dirty and did not feel clean or fresh. Additionally, the website advertised breakfast, but no breakfast was available during my stay. The pool was also dirty and not properly maintained. To make matters worse, there was a homeless individual outside the property, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about safety.     The room I was checked into had not been cleaned. The second room was missing several items (desk chair, new toilet paper, no hangers in closet, no luggage stand, remote control missing back of unit). When I went to the front desk to let them know about these things, the person did nothing to deal with any of these issues. I also sent an email directly to the hotel listing these issues and requested a refund. To date, I have not received a response. Very poor customer service so will not be going back and would not recommend!

    Everything was ok except I booked through a 3rd party Expedia, information on Expedia said the hotel was pet friendly it was not and I could not get a refund and I had to pay even though I had thought I paid through Expedia.     The room was filthy! Dust everywhere, the floor needed vacuuming, the tile needed mopped, the shower needed cleaned, there was residual food on the dresser and cup mark on all the furniture. We went down stairs and very politely asked for our room to be be cleaned and the lady called the housekeeping lady (who was just sitting in the breakfast area, we could hear her) from her cell phone and walked away to talk to her so no telling what she said about us. When we returned the staff had changed and our room was never cleaned, it looked like someone swiped their hand over the top of the dresser and that was it. They ended up switching us to a different room (both staff members we dealt with acted very put out by our request to have our room cleaned or moved us to another room) but the cleanliness was still very lacking. It was just a very gross, run down version of the hotel we stayed at a few years ago that was very nice and very well maintained. I don’t know what happed but we will NEVER stay here again. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    The staff that was working did not speak any English. She had someone on the phone telling her how to check us in. Then i didnt have any towels or wash clothes in the room so i had to go get some. The lady didnt want to give me any cuz she said i should have some in my room. I said you are absolutely correct i should but i dont . Took way to long for me to get something that should have already been in there. Will not stay here ever again.

    The room was dirty, the bed did not have two sheets, it just had one bottom sheet and a comforter on top of it. The comforter was all stained. The bathroom had mold all around the tub. The ceiling paint in the bathroom was all peeled. The toilet bowl was all rusty at its bolts. There was food and a container left in the microwave. The floor had crumbs all over it.The breakfast offer was either waffles or muffins, or stale cereal

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Upon arrival, the hotel seemed fine. Once we got checked in and up to our room, it was terrible. The room had a strange smell, there were two dirty (and I mean dirty) wash clothes hanging on the shower curtain rod. The shower wasn't cleaned properly, nor was the sink. The coffee pot in the room was disgusting. The air conditioner would not get below 74°. Luckily a cool front blew in and the weather did not get above 78° the weekend we were there. The "buffet" breakfast was NOT a thing. It was only cereal, waffles, and coffee. It was not ready by 7:00 a.m. on either day we were there. Not that it mattered to us because we didn't eat there. They only have one person working during every single shift. I would not recommend staying here. Unfortunately I didn't think about taking pictures of all of these things, but I promise you this is a true review.

    It was absolutely horrible. About 10 other complaints while I was there. They charged for a king room which is what we wanted but without even asking they put us in a double bed room and when I went to say something immediately after we were put in our room they said they didn’t have a king room clean. Mind you we got there at 5 waited 30 mins to even talk to the women and then had to wait another 2 hours to get into the room after driving 6 hours with a 13 month old. Was not worth the $174 at all.

    When we arrived, check in took a very long time. Got our room keys and upon entering the room found it to be occupied. This was around 12am so thank goodness they were not asleep. When back down to lobby and told the lady. She acted surprised and left the desk with a long line of people waiting. Others in line informed us she thought our room was occupied but did not try to tell us. When she returned several minutes later, we got a new room. Never an apology or any kind of offer to make up for the trouble. We will not be returning.

    Room was not vacuumed, halls were not vacuumed. Room smelled like mildew. Bathroom had no where to hang your towels to dry. Bath towels had make up stains and grass. Breakfast only consisted of cereal, waffles, and muffins. Downstairs vending machines did not work for snacks. There were no Do not disturb signs in the room to place on the outside of the door. No luggage rack in closet. Other than that staff was friendly.

    Staff was great. Rooms were decent. Bed sheets were stained and looked like they had not been changed. Shower was dirty. Had like boogers stuck on the shower walls along wity some other brown smudges of I don't know what it was. There were body hairs on the soap holder. It obviously looked like the shower was not cleaned either. I was really grossed out. The staff was nice but I will not be staying here again.

    Breakfast was two waffle makers, mini muffins, toast, juice and coffee. Shuttle was only at 7am and didnt offer any more on embarkation of Carnival Jubilee with 6500 people. Most in the lobby were getting on Jubilee. So I passed on $10 a day parking at the property.

    In my 52 years on the earth I have never left a review. I’ve just never felt compelled to leave a good or bad review until now. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. It was a nightmare from the moment we stepped inside. We arrived at the scheduled check in time and as we walked in we knew something was wrong because the lobby was packed. The front desk informed us that the house keeper called in sick and no rooms were available. We waited about an hour before they finally checked us in. We walked in our room and I was in total shock. There’s not a doubt in my mind we were sleeping on the prior guests sheets and using their towels. To say this hotel was filthy is a complete understatement. And to top it off, our toilet would not flush. Of course we asked for assistance and were simply told they had no available rooms to move us and they would try and fix it. Of course it couldn’t be fixed so our only option was to take the ice bucket and fill the tank with water in order to flush the toilet. We could not check out of this hell hole fast enough!

    I walked into my room and found dried blood on the floor, hair all over the shower, and random crumbs and debris everywhere. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Not “a little messy”, I’m talking straight up filthy and unacceptable. I went to the front desk thinking they’d fix it, and instead they laughed and shrugged it off like it was no big deal. That alone tells you everything about how this place is run. Because the entire area was booked, I had no choice but to stay and yes, I had to CLEAN MY OWN HOTEL ROOM just to make it livable. Imagine paying for a hotel and ending up doing housekeeping yourself. Now here’s where it gets even worse. I asked for towels, and the person at the desk told me she didn’t even work there and was just “helping.” Then she pulled towels out of a trash can and handed them to me saying they were clean. I wish I was joking. And of course, when I tried to get a refund, they lied and said they offered me another room, which never happened. Not once. This place is dirty, disorganized, and completely dishonest. Management clearly does not care, and it shows in every part of this hotel. If you have any standards at all, do NOT stay here. Spend the extra money and go literally anywhere else.

    I want to start by saying the staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself overshadowed the great service. There are several issues future guests should be aware of: Property Condition & Cleanliness The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel are far below acceptable standards. I have multiple photos showing cigarette butts scattered around the entrance and surrounding areas, largely because there are no ashtrays provided anywhere near the front doors. The exterior lighting is inconsistent, and I noticed exposed electrical wiring hanging from outlets, which is a safety concern. Gym / Workout Facilities The fitness center is in extremely poor condition. The treadmill is broken. The recumbent bike barely functions. Only 1 of the 3 cardio machines was usable. There are no free weights, no gym towels, no water, no paper towels, and no remote for the TV. Everything—including equipment surfaces—was dusty and dirty. This area appears to have been neglected for a long time. Breakfast Experience The breakfast was honestly one of the worst I’ve encountered at a hotel. Most items were low‑quality, and I watched staff bring in Walmart grocery bags containing baked goods instead of offering fresh or professionally prepared food.     The room was quite dated and run down. The carpet needed vacuuming and the bathroom could use a good scrubbing. I chose this hotel because it advertised long term free parking for cruise guests. I also called and confirmed what the website said. When we got there I was told that it would cost $10 per day to park which would be $80 for our cruise stay. That also said a free breakfast was provided. All that was on the breakfast was cold cereal, toast, apples, and a diy waffle. They also advertised shuttle service to the cruise line port. I was told that it was not available until sometime in April. We were cruising in early March. All in all, the hotel was sufficient for us only because of its proximity to the port. We had to call an independent shuttle service. I would only stay there again in a pinch.

    Not enough fruit on breakfast buffet that i could eat like bananas. Im allergice to oranges lemons and cant eat hard items like apples. Also i mentioned just after check in that my door reader needed batteries. But they didnt cange them till 3am when my lock died completelyand i was locked out. The lady downstairs had to go get the equipment to do it. And when she got it done she saw a rash on my chest when my shirt moved and she mentioned it asking what it was. Eczema is embarrassing enough to have someine point it out was really bad it was the night person on thursday night.

    The first room we were given was dirty. Very obviously had not been cleaned. The room had lots of damage and rust. The 2nd room was not cleaned well. The shower glass door was covered in mildew. Inside the shower was damaged in several places and had rust and mold. I refused to shower in it. The bathroom has been painted green and not painted well, part of the shower was painted green. The toilet had hair at the back of it near the seat and around the rim of the toilet was rusted and not clean. The walls and furniture were damaged and dirty. In the room, there was damage to the walls and the lamps including the shades were absolutely covered in rust! The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. There were no towels in our room and when we asked we were told they were all being washed and to ask the front desk for them later. This was at 3 pm in the afternoon. On the website, a hot breakfast was offered. Total false advertising. They had coffee but no tea. Outside at the entry, the lights were broken. In the entry the windows and doors were very dirty. We have stayed at other Choice hotels and were absolutely shocked at the state of the hotel. Whomever owns this property obviously doesn’t care about it nor about the patrons. If I were Choice, I would demanding a complete renovation be done. We barely slept and have requested a refund. Personally, the hotel should be shut down until it is renovated and the website updated with accurate amenities.

    During my stay it rained and I discovered that my rain jacket was no longer water proof. Soaked I asked if they had a dryer to which they did but it was coin operated with no way of converting bills to coin or using card. After handling the wet clothes I wanted some vending only to find the card reader disabled by vendor. That cemented in my mind that this hotel cuts all the corners and still isn't the cheapest hotel you can stay at. The breakfast was also lacking with condiments being missing and a lack of choices. I saw groups of guests deciding to go out for breakfast.

    There were smudges on the bathroom mirror and water spots on the shower doors. This made me question if the shower was cleaned at all. We were left with half used lotion and shampoo bottles. The door to the bathroom had footprints on both sides which I can’t begin to explain. The sheets appeared clean. The T.V in our room had a blue tint to everything regardless of the channel but we couldn’t change rooms because the hotel was at capacity. The Phone in the room was disconnected… I guess they aren’t familiar with Kari’s Law. The bathroom on the bottom floor off the lobby was unkept as well. Low on toilet paper and the sink was backed up. The breakfast offerings were cereal and milk from a jug on the counter, and waffles. There was no care given to presentation. Overall this location of Sleep Inn & Suites was a big disappointment which surprised me given the brands overall reputation. We will not be staying at this location again. To be fair, all the ladies at the front desk were pleasant and friendly. That is the best thing I can say about this hotel.

    Checking in was terrible, the girl checking us in was very polite and tried very hard but she was by herself and overwhelmed. Remote didn’t work after 3rd one was told they couldn’t help us and wouldn’t give us a discount for not having one. I asked the girl to get one from another room and finally got the 4th one to work. Hair dryer didn’t work, no towels so my sister’s went in the back and folded towels for them and got us some towels. Bathroom was partially cleaned and soap and shampoo were previously used. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

    Definitely will not be staying here ever again, poor customer service and lack of professionalism at its best, hotel room had urine in the toilet, dark urine! And left feces in the commode, then on top of that the toilet was leaking on to the floor. We asked for cleaning supplies which we shouldn’t even have to ask for those things considering we don’t live here but to make it even better they wouldn’t provide us any kind of cleaning supplies. Then every 30 minutes there was a noise that I’ve yet to figure out what the noise was but it was a problem considering my family and myself were needing sleep for the next day but this is a poor hotel and if I could take the star away I would and would definitely give a negative-10 stars. But of course they wouldn’t give us a refund or anything but that’s ok because reviews are for everyone to see! So everyone steer clear of this dump.

    Front desk attendant was super friendly. Lobby looked very clean and nice. Room is okay. Neds and bathroom are clean. Some stains or burns in carpet. Lamp is rusting and peeling (common from being close to the coast). Spots of condensation on doors when we got here and weird spots also on bottom of floor lamp (I don’t think it’s rust but perhaps). No bugs noted.

    Nice hotel however, we had some issues. The microwave in the room was in French. We tried to use it for some mini popcorn bags and it refused to work after only one bag. We were told breakfast was 7am to 9am. Came down at 8am and all that was left was sugar cereal in a dispenser and a basket with a few apples so we had to leave the hotel and go find breakfast elsewhere. The room itself was clean and comfy though and the view was spectacular.

    Room was mediocre, they said there was a breakfast buffet from 6am-9am, they had some lazy Mexican lady that was taking her sweet time, the manager was sitting in the dining area notching about the lazy Mexican but not doing anything about it but telling us she was gonna fire her, we waited till 7am just to find out there was only tiny muffins, some apples, two waffle machines, white bread, a few cereals and a gallon of milk. The juice machine didn't even have orange juice, the oj tank said "out of service" there was waffle mix all over the floor at 6am and was still there when we checked out at 10am. They just put "wet floor" signs by it. Ice machine want even working. I took pics but i guess i can't load them on here. Piss poor hotel to say the least!

    Stay 1 night before leaving for a cruise. This facility was run down on the inside, room and bathrooms had mold, burn marks on the lamp shade, curtains had water stains, shower heads had soap scum and mold, ironing board was broke, walls had scuff marks, breakfast was unsanitary worker didn’t have gloves on while preparing the pastries, it was 2 gallons of milk for the cereal just sitting on the counter open (milk can’t sit out like that) people can get sick. 4 vehicles that night were broken into windows busted out and items stolen. Would not recommend staying here the reviews are misleading. We slept uneasy that night. I would like a refund.

    Parking on arrival was simple, we stayed where we could see the car out the window. Check in was smooth. The room was missing towels and toiletries, but front desk was immediately accommodating.     My vehicle was burglarized, window busted and some items stolen. The staff was notified but they didn't let us know when it happened. We walked out to find it and called the cops. No help from staff and I mean zero, they showed no empathy. We didn't feel safe staying another night but was still charged for it. My faith in humanity was really challenged, really sad that the staff will treat people this way. The hotel was also pretty dirty, breakfast was limited.

    This was good enough for what I wanted. I just needed somewhere to sleep for the night and it was fine. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff was friendly. It was clean enough. No bed bugs seen. Not enough luggage carts and since I am disabled that was an issue It’s not somewhere I want to stay for more than a night maybe 2 but good for just an overnight stay. While I was there the vending machines did not work. Hopefully that has been fixed

    Area was convenient getting cruise ship and shopping for last minute items. Rooms were not cleaned good. Bed seemed ok. Had shaved hair in bathroom sink later discovered sink did not drain. Another couples tub did not drain. The hot breakfast advertised was not. Waffle was the only hot item and they were not clean. A gallon of milk was sat out for your cereal or to drink. Paid $150! Stayed at Holiday Inn across road last time 100% better.

    The only good thing I have to say is the mattress was comfortable. The staff who checked us in was only partially understandable. Our room was badly worn and moldy. The shower rod was broken and I just felt dirty being there. The breakfast was waffles cereal and a few pastries. The next day I tried to voice my displeasure to management and was told to leave it all on here.. I would not recommend this hotel.

    First off, the room was so humid and wet when we entered the room. We had to turn the AC down low to counter act the humidity. The bed was wet. Like I sat down and it felt like I was on a wet blanket straight out of the washer. The room was just old and you can tell they have no climate control. The outlets, lamps, lamp shades, all were rusted. The bathroom had missing paint all up the wall and missing trim. The room was uncomfortable to sit in. It smelt like mildew and I was very uncomfortable. My fiancé had to continue to remind me that it was just for one night. I will not stay at this hotel or one like it again!

    This property is in desperate need of updating in the rooms. All the fixtures and doors are rusty. Carpets were dirty. Fridge smelled awful. Comforters did not have a duvet cover, just a white top sheet, covering the top. Meaning everyone sleeping in the bed was in direct contact with comforter. I went to front desk for an extra sheet set to cover the comforter so it didn’t touch me. Stayed here several years ago and it’s gone downhill for sure.

    The property was in a good location near the beach, Moody Gardens, and Palm Beach. Food places were nearby, as well. The hotel was clean on the outside and had safe parking. It was like the only hotel in the area. The room was spacious- we had a king room. The only complaint I had was that my room was never cleaned during my entire stay- I stayed there for three nights. The front desk receptionist was friendly about it, stating the owner had health issues and the housekeeper was working long hours. Then she indicated housekeeping was short-staffed, which is why the room wasn't clean during my stay. I was provided with extra towels for the room each day. If I were given a vacuum cleaner, I would have vacuumed the floor myself, but come on, I was on vacation. There were only a few guests there at the hotel during my stay, and it appeared my family had the entire floor to ourselves on the fourth floor, except for one night. People don't know about the area because it seems to have a limited number of guests, from my observation. Either way, I would recommend the hotel.

    Took a while to check into our room and when we finally made it to our room we had black mold on the bathtub and the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. I pulled the covers back and we had stains on the sheets and no one came to clean our room while we were there. I had to go downstairs to ask for towels and they said they didn’t have any towels at the moment and to top it off someone hit my truck and they could not pull video due to not having a manager there.

    Very clean and staff was very professional. Refrigerator in room was supposed to be energy efficient, which means it doesnt work and food we had went bad cause it didnt work. Asked front desk about it and was told thats just how they work, if nothings in them they are warm inside. We out drinks and food inside and never got cold. Asked for replacement and did not get one.

    I’m glad we just stayed one night. First off I read reviews after paying for 1 night and boy are the reviews correct. Horrible staff and smelled very bad in the hallways. And the floors in the room looked like it has not been mopped . Once I got there to check in , I had to wait 15 minutes just to be seen and asked what i needed. Never been to a hotel lobby with staff that take forever. Now I know to read reviews before paying. I’ll never stay here again.

    My stay was very relaxing for the time i needed it. My room was clean and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The only things i was a little disappointed in was the breakfast as there were no eggs nor sausage. Just waffles and bagles and juice. The fruits were even limited as it was just apples. Most places provide oranges and bananas. Also there were no tables outaide by the pool so my friends and i cam sit and play cards and enjoy the surrounding.

    I got there checked in walked in to the room my husband noticed flying ants all over the floor and ac. I then called down to the front desk to get a new room was told there were no more jacuzzi suites, i could not get a discount for the inconvenience. They asked of i wanted a refund and if i did it would yake 2 to 3 business day to receive the refund, i never said yes to the refund but the manager over the phone processed to refund my money with out my approval and blocked the room, then told the front desk agents not to give me another room and that i had to leave the premises. This was a Father's Day Trip for my husband and for us to honor our fathers that have passed on in s balloon release at the beach, it was all ruined and we had to find another room at 11pm at night and spend more money on another hotel room. It was a disaster and the trip for my husband was destroyed.

    It was horrible staff was fighting verbally attacking each other in front of us and employe crying in the elevator. Carpet was wet in our room. We didn’t get a room till 3:35 we arrived at 2 pm. The people that arrived at 3 were still not checked in at 4 when we went down to the pool. Pool was great and fun but entry was from outside no access to entry to inside the hotel you have to go all the way around to the front. If you have to pee while in the pool you need a key from staff and go all around inside or go upstairs to your room. I paid cash and was required to pay a 100 dollar fee and when I checked out they could not find the money and I waited an additional 40 minutes in the reception. I can only explain it as very ghetto with then operating at minimum level. No breakfast was open in the morning. Staff was mad clients were mad. It was crazy I can only laugh about it now but I was mad at the time.

    Checked into the hotel and was immediately greeted by the smell of mold and mildew. I was given two different rooms. First room reeked of mildew and had mold forming in the thermostat. Second room had mold literally everywhere!!! The shower, the walls, the doors, window sills, etc. room also had makeup all over the bathroom wall, a huge stain in the carpet, crusty stuff on the walls. I was traveling with my daughter and she’s severely allergic to it. I told the manager and she wouldn’t even talk to me much less issue a refund. However I am working with Hotels.com to get my refund back in full since i didn’t stay there.

    Our phone didn't work, front desk told us to come to the desk for more towels, they gave us a floor mat instead of a towel, there were bugs in the bathroom and room. We had to move the nightstand to plug in our phones, it was filthy behind the nightstand, the clothes dryer took money but didn't dry clothes, the breakfast was just sugar products and not much to choose from. It was $250 per night and the worst hotel I've ever stayed in for that price range.

    While fairly clean, the rooms leave a bit to be desired. Still, it was certainly an inexpensive room, so that needs to be considered. The bathroom was especially sparse, with no hooks, no towel racks (two towels), no soap dish, no hand soap, and an inoperable exhaust fan. The main room was OK, but the TV was going bad (blue tinted picture). A very average room in a hotel that seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. The “hot” breakfast consisted of a waffle machine and a toaster with some stale bread. Better like waffles, toast or cereal! Still, it was inexpensive!

    Had to go to the bathroom & it was locked was told i needed a key After waiting 10 mins for receptionist to return i finally checked in. Upon entering to the room i began to spray lysol & wipe down furniture as i always do. I noticed Lamps/shower was rusty as well. As i am doing this i notice something on the bed. There were 2 BEDBUGS 2 BEDBUGS just sitting on top of the sheets. Immediately video & photo them. I returned to the front desk to tell the receptionist. She claim they never had an issue before (lie im sure) as she getting me another room. I am now freaked out & worried because i have NEVER DEALT WITH BEDBUGS at any hotel in my life.     When arriving to check in no one was there at the front desk, they had a bell to call and I called the number to the hotel to see if anyone would come to answer it. The phone ranged and ranged and no one came. It was about 6 pm and my family and I were already ready to check in so we can rest and relax in the room after waiting an hour at the front desk we then decided to just check in at a cheap motel for 3 nights. Unbelievable and the hotel tried to charge me for the nights I was supposed to stay there but because I had used my card for the other motel it got canceled.

    We checked in at 11 pm. The first room we got was dirty, dirty towels everywhere, and smelled like cigarettes. We had to go back to front desk to let them know. No “ sorry an about that” from the front desk person or anything like that, all she said was “oh ok”. They gave us a different room, it was clean but smelled like mold. We were told that they will possibly give us a discount for the inconvenience. But in the morning a different front desk person told us “ oh no the manager won’t do that”. Very disappointing stay. The hotel looks good on the outside but is dirty inside. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Both of our hotel rooms had roaches coming from them. We were not able to get other rooms due to it being booked and the property refused to compensate or refund. The AC/Heater also broke in the middle of the night and they were unable to fix it leaving us very cold at night.

    Stayed here for an overnight stay for my cruise the next morning. Stood in lobby for 10+ minutes ringing the bell and no one came to check us in. Long line grew behind me of customers. When he finally showed up. Didn’t say one word to me. Not a sorry or anything. Beyond rude. Lobby smelt like mildew. To my surprise the room was clean.     When we got to the hotel on Jan. 17, 2025, some Christmas decorations were still in the lobby. Our room was dusty and our tv did not work. When we reported it, the person at the desk told us we could not move into another room until manager gave his approval. We left for several hours and when we returned, he still did not have permission to move us. We were tired and ready for a room and a while later we were finally moved into another room. That room was also dusty. The soap holder in the shower was torn off the wall so bathing and shampooing your hair was rather difficult. The ice machine was filthy. Someone had even written “Clean Me” on the outside. The morning breakfast was all but not there and no one from the hotel was in the room to clean and or replace the little bit of food that was there. We ended up eating a piece of toast and drinking a cup of coffee. We will never book this hotel again.

    When we returned, we noticed that the carpets in the foyer and the hallway to our room were dirty. In our bathroom there was a dirty wash cloth on the counter and it was gross. My husband knocked it to the floor. The carpets in the room looked dirty and at this point, I was uncomfortable but it was late. So we climbed into the bed where I felt itchy and uncomfortable. The room just didn't feel clean. In the morning, I checked the "breakfast". It was tiny sugary muffins, sugar cereal, coffee with no cream, only milk. No decaf, some sorry looking apples and make your own waffles where there was a line. No protein of any kind to be found. The hotel in general felt worn out and needs TLC.     The lobby area had garbage cans that were overflowing and trash littered the floor next to it. The bedding in the room was absolutely the most comfortable and soft I have ever slept on. That part was amazing. Breakfast? They had cereal, a few muffins, and a waffle maker.

    Then comes the room——We got to our room late in the evening and ran and grabbed food, brought it back and within 5 minutes we had roaches crawling on the walls…. (Not from the food) So I asked the front desk and explained the room had roaches and showed photos. He shushed me and told me he would talk to his manager…. The fix was putting us in the room below the roach room. The next room had clumps of hair in the shower, stains all over the floor and well… you get the idea. Good luck..

    Overall it was ok, was in need of a one night stay. There were no towels (hand towels) in the room to use.
