Nothing about this location is good. Only stayed long enough to see room was terrible and place was trashed. Also another guest was causing issues so we left. Everything.

This place is a dump. The walls were full of hole from previous artwork being hung. The smell of weed from other guests was unpleasant. The carpet was filthy with hairballs under the sink. The check in staff was polite. Plenty of parking. Pretty quiet.

Nothing This was a crack motel!! We saw 4 people high while we were there for 20 minutes. We got to look at the room before we decided to stay, and everything was dirty. The bed looked like it wasn't even changed. So we went to a different motel. And they haven't gave my refund back and they won't even answer the phones.

The property was not in the same state as listed online. It was filthy inside and out. The walkways were full of trash, the room was old with chipped paint, the TV was not working, the bench upholstery was torn, the restroom was flooded, and the bed sheets had stains. The staff tried to be accommodating but these were horrible conditions for anyone to stay in.

The room wasn't cleaned. Didn't sweep or wipe down any of the table tops. The bedding wasn't washed from the previous people and still had crumbs in the bed. Top top it off they had roaches

Absolutely horrific. Not only a health hazard, but also a safety hazard. Mold on shower contain and ceiling. Hair on shower wall and in tub. Burnt food in microwave, wowed crusty stain in refrigerator. Water drains heat has been plastered over. Stains on sheets. Burn marks on curtains and blankets. Weird black stain on lamp shade. Door didn’t close all the way, and the addition lock was unusable. Since door didn’t close all they way, a piece of metal with holes cut in was used on the door jam. Light could be seen around the door. Early morning there was a bang on the door, when I walked out at 6am to leave there was vomit outside the door. Material torn of been and dust/dirt/stains in every surface. There were no towels provided

It was a good stay! It was all right. There were some stains in the sheets, hairs on the towels, toilet seat was up with tp almost out when we checked in, the hair dryer didn’t work, and a couple other things. Overall the stay wasn’t bad, we felt safe, but just some of the amenities were kind of… ya know. Useless or used.. luckily my husband and I didn’t really need them as we were making a last minute decision to stay on the island for the night. But still surprised to see the things we did after staying at the Wyndham in Bay City, that one was REALLY nice and very pretty.

For our one night stay before we got our cruise boat, it was okay. You could tell they were trying to make improvements, but our room smelled like weed, and our door frame looked like it had been broken into a few times. Definitely a little sketchy as far as feeling safe goes. There was a car alarm going off all through the night so it was hard to rest thinking out vehicle was getting broken in too, it didn’t thankfully!

We quickly asked for a refund and hightailed it out of there! Our room was muggy and musty upon entrance. Got the air turned on in hopes that would help. Went to the restroom where there was no toilet paper and no trash can. The shower and toilet were disgusting. Within 5 minutes of being there, I found bedbugs all over one of the beds and killed 3 roaches. When I picked up my bag to leave, 3 roaches ran out from under it. I told my husband that motel is what nightmares are made of; I’d never in my life experienced anything like this.

This room was disgusting! Do not stay here especially if you have children. The room has not been cleaned in weeks, the tub and toilet was filthy, the floors where filthy. Nothing had been wiped down and we had roaches in the room, the furniture had rips and sheets had pieces of dead bugs. Mold was everywhere and door looked like it had been kicked in! Horrible horrible.

Broken microwave, lamp, and bench in the room. Tv had no way to turn the channels (remote was incorrect for tv). The door didn’t close properly and the security latch was broken off. No towels in the room and no phone to call front desk.

Pics are not accurate! We had to sleep with the lights on, it was that bad. We checked in well after 10 pm and had no other choice but to stay. Bed had no blanket, sheets were stained/dirty with holes (we had them replaced), floor was disgustingly dirty (including hair everywhere), the ancient hair dryer did not work, graffiti throughout the room, curtains were broken so no privacy, and the list goes on and on. I just looked back through photos and zoomed in, pretty sure I see mouse poop as well. No way was this room worth even $25, let alone the $115 we paid. Can I share accurate photos?!

This place was nasty dirty. There were hairs in the sink and shower. Some kind of streak marks on the headboard. My husband and I both slept on top of the covers on towels because it was the only hotel that had an opening we checked around after we saw this.

My stay had some positives, but there were also several issues that need improvement. The original room I was given had a door that I couldn’t even open. The lady at the front was very kind and came to help me. She noticed the issue and also realized the room was not cooling properly, so she quickly gave me another room, which I appreciated. The second room itself felt nice and fresh with the A/C running, and the bed was made well. Unfortunately, I noticed hair inside the sheets, which made me question whether they had actually been cleaned properly. The floors were also extremely dirty, and I saw some roaches during my stay. I also noticed gaps at the bottom of the door. There were maintenance issues as well. The TV would not turn on, and the sink was loose. When I first turned on the sink, the pipe underneath wasn’t connected and water spilled onto the floor. On the positive side, the staff were great and had wonderful attitudes throughout my stay. The area felt safe and it was fairly quiet around the property, which I liked. Since my room was toward the back of the building, I did notice a lot of bird droppings on the floor near the rails. Overall, I think this place has potential, but it definitely needs major improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

We are so unhappy with this Hotel the pictures were false online. . We walked in took our own pictures of everything didn’t want to touch anything. The bed was barely made, the toiletries had already been used and not cleaned. The TV was blasting and we couldn’t turn it off. The remote didn’t work. We were afraid to touch anything , it was the most disgusting place we’ve ever walked into after we went and told them five minutes after we checked in that we wanted to check out they would not refund our money nor help us communicate either provider on line We are still fighting with provider to get our money back as we had to go to a different hotel. It took us a couple more hours on a Friday night to be able to find an available hotel. We booked through someone else as we will probably always do from now on if this doesn’t get resolved. . so unhappy and disappointed.

I found (and picked up) a screw in the parking lot right after parking, but thankfully did not run over any I'm aware of. Room was in very bad shape and not clean. Curtains falling down, hair on the bed and pillows, leftover bar of soap in the bathroom, loose toilet, chewed up furniture, super scratched up doors, lumpy floors, smoky/mildewy smell, trash bins overflowing in common areas. My room had hand towels and rags, but I had to go to the front desk for bath towels. This property honestly seemed like it was set for demolition. Needs an extreme deep clean or a complete gut.

Nastiest hotel room i've ever stayed (room #128) in in my life.It might as well be rent by the hour. I must say i think they need a fire, city, and health inspections ASAP!! The bedding had not been changed, toilet seat had what looked like blood or poop on it, had to clean it myself, one of the rolls of toilet paper was dirty (like black on the top, so it was on the edges of each piece) and the other was just a half used roll sitting on a toilet paper holder that was falling off the wall, bathroom had holes all around the side of the tub, bathtub was dirty, signs of bedbugs, the curtains in room were broken and missing half of the curtains to completely shut them so people could see right in the roon the whole time, front door had a gap so big I could make out the cars not just light, so it would be easy for someone to use a prybar or kick the door open in turn left me awake all night as i had 2 teen girls with me and i felt unsafe, no battery in the smoke detector and the place the battery belonged was open so they had to know it was missing, furniture in complete dispair, if i could give negative stars I would. The employees that checked me in and out were nice however after I seen the room I had to leave right away due to prom but tried calling multiple times for a new room w/no answer, left a message on the website no response, didn't get back till 2am office was closed until atleast 6:30am tough the man that checked e out said someone should have been there until 3-4am

Third room, bed clean, will stay. Then the reality hit. Fridge cracked and moldy. Can't keep food in there. Tell the desk, they say we'll replace in 20 minutes. We go out to an event, back in 3 hours. No change. Then notice no towels. Just a used washcloth hanging on the shower head. Get towels. Bride needs to take off makeup. Light fixture over the sink has been removed and a plate put over the hole. Curtains torn most of the way off. That night, AC comes on. Broken fan sounds like someone flipped a hard plastic kiddy pool and it's in a heavy rain. Go for coffee in the morning in the lobby. Lobby is locked. Still wasn't open at 8. Then during the morning, wife and I realize we've been torn up by bedbugs. Talked to other guests. Same situation. How did this place get 5 stars?

AC marginally better than outside. Tv not functional, maintenance never showed. No towels. 3 lights would not turn on. Bath didn’t even have a toilet seat that fit the toilet. Needs paint, ceiling shows water damage all over. Slept on top of covers and used our own beach towels for cover. Awful experience.

It was okay for a cheap hotel in the Galveston area neighborhood was okay room was nice and clean however the door was very difficult to close and secure it looked like it'd been kicked in several times and I'm praying that the splatters on the ceiling were some kind of food although it did have a reddish brown tent I'll let you guess what it was from there staff was very friendly at check-in beds were nice and soft TV had to be manually turned off and on because none of the three remotes that were present worked but like I said for cheap hotel in the Galveston area it was fine

The tv was not working androom not cleaned. No towels or soap plus blankets dirty and no trash cans. Room was a cheap rate and that is what we got. No breakfast and no coffee like what was shown on the website. Door would not lock and the bar was not good either. Would not recommend to anyone till they work on the work on it.

Air conditioning worked, area didn’t feel that safe and people were really loud and laughing loud with no regards to people sleeping, but the staff that checked us in was really nice.

Do not recommend this place for the price. The most I would pay for this place is $60 night not $130

Bathroom door was off the hinges. Bed spreads were stained and had holes. There were no towels. The room was a bit scary but the staff was very helpful. Honestly it seemed like 2 random helpful dudes were trying to run a hotel that had be closed down. Super cheap so you get what you pay for.

Guy up front was so nice and very helpful. But do not be fooled you will be sent to the worst room you will ever step foot in. The area is ghetto the rooms are dirty sheets have stains roaches behind the tv i could go on.

I hate to do this...but if your reading this...just go somewhere else. Run. Im pretty sure i need a tetnis shot and mileria or whatever else just from going in the room. Dirty bedding with hair on them still from previous guests. Pillows just thrown, not even arranged. One pillow had blood stains on it. Everything was stained. Fingernails on the floor, boogers on the shower curtain. Immediately went to walmart and bought a plastic sheet and comforter and new pillows and clorox wipes. Tore the blankets off the bed and slept on a plastic sheet, or tried to sleep. Horrible experience. And there was a couple staying there that said the same thing they were using their own blankets and sitting outside because they didn't want to catch anything. Definitely got catfished by the pictures on expedia but it is nothing like that. No shammies just nasty stained mattresses and stench. We also bought a candle to get mask the smell. So if your cool with all that then this is your place. Staff was nice though.

Expedia should be ashamed to even have this property on the site. The rooms were dirty and the property was one step above looking abandoned. The room was ugly and beat up, the outlet by the sink where the hair dryer was didn't work. The tiles on the floor were loose and sliding around. This was an absolutely horrible place to stay. I was looking for a place at a reasonable price, but I would drop this property from your listings if you want repeat business.

Stayed over night after having a day at the beach. Be prepared to take your own towels and toiletries. Other than that it was good. The room is very outdated and old but if all you want is to sleep and shower which is what I needed, that’ll do. Don’t expect to pay cheap and want The Galvez treatment. You get what you pay for. I would stay here again.

Buyer Beware!! This is not an exaggeration by any means. The room wasn’t clean. The sheets on the bed had stains and hair on them. The AC was literally separated from the exterior wall and had visible daylight showing through the gaps. The room was dark and musty and honestly felt dirty. Needless to say, we did not stay at this hotel and left immediately. It was better for us to pay for a different hotel than to endure a night there. It would not be a stretch to convey that this was a vagrant drug motel. Don’t spend your money here.

I don't even know where to start. The motel felt like one of those establishments that charges by the hour. The smell of mildew and cigarette smoke was overwhelming. There were no towels or trasha cans in the room. There wasn't even a shower curtain or floormat for the RR. When i asked, the attendant sent someone over to put a shower curtain, but said they didn't provide floormats. The hotel DOES NOT have an elevator and carrying any luggage upstairs is tremendously hard especially for someone my age.

This place was an absolute dump. The pictures are not at all accurate. The lobby was strike 1, gross and dingy. Strike 2 was the room itself. The door barely closed and looked like it could be broken into at any point. Strike 3 was the bathroom…. Just a dive.

I want desperately to asdume that the condition of the property was sue to spring break the weekend before but that was really rough. No bed bugs though and the mirror in the bathroom was nice.

There was trash all over parking lot. Bed was held up with cinder block. There were no towels, washcloths ect in the room. Cement block was in night stand to keep it from wobbling. Curtains and lamp shade looked liked they had been hanging in a smoke filled bar and cewed by moths for the last 30 years. There is a brand new owner who making improvements. Progress is slow though. If you decide to go wait 6 months maybe he will be done by then.

For having a cordless phone the front desk attendant never answers it. I waited about 20 to even talk to him, however the process was super easy and fast which was great. The furniture needs to be updated but I just needed the one night for court in the morning coming from out of town.

Lets start w/getting out of our vehicle in the parking lot and the stinch of drugs filled the air. Followed by seeing our next door neighbor that was clearly part of that scene. The room was horrible! From the stained sheets and pillows and bedbugs, to the ripped up furniture. The bathroom was disgusting. I would never recommend staying at this hotel. Felt totally unsafe.

This place should be condemned! The parking lot was trashed, the building is far more than run down. The room smelled awful, no lights over sink, no shower curtain, no water in toilet, no towels, no sheets on broken down bed only a small blanket thrown on top. Roaches crawling on walls, hair in fridge, bugs on bed, pillows, if they could be called that, had filthy cases. I did not stay! This place is scary and disgusting!

This hotel was horrible. The room was in a state of disrepair, the old lumpy pillows did not have any pillow cases on them and there was mold on them. We also did not have any towels or washcloths. They were supposed to bring us some when they were dry but they never did. They did give me two pillows with cases. My son's room had one bed made up but the second bed was only partially made. The picture is VERY deceiving. There was a bench in the room and the plastic was all torn and coming off. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Moved us 5 rooms down(after having to go all the way to front desk because kept picking up phone and hanging it up ) Room was filthy,smelt like smoke no lock on door,refrigerator didn't work and had trash inside,no microwave,burn holes on blanket no pillow cases on pillows,lights were broke something was thrown all over the wall, floor was filthy. Roach in the room, no bath towels and shower mat, broken bed, chair has burned holes, dirty mattress cover and blanket, dirty floor and table, smoking smell in a non-smoking room, bath tub was dirty, Roach was in there and the floor. One of the small bugs got in our food.

Lady at desk wasn’t pleasant , hated her job. I was greeted by being told I need to go look at the room first because the last 3 people changed their minds and said no they weren’t staying there. They had no clean towels because the inlay who does towels had a heart attack. Appliances were outdated and old and dirty, tub had chips all around it and had roaches coming out holes and the drains. Room smelled like smoke & smelled old and stale. This place is made for a homeless person who just needs to get off the streets in the cold. Appliances didn’t work. I don’t see how they pass inspection. The owner needs to be fined. This is a poor representation of Expedia partnership.

This place is HORRIBLE. We walked in and it reeked of cigarettes. There were holes burned in the blankets and dirt everywhere. Stains on the box springs. I was horrified. There was no way I was going to sleep on the bed. Went to Academy and bought a blanket then to Walmart and bought new pillows, A sheet set, and blankets. Finally told my husband there was no way i could do it. Went back there and went into the office and told the clerk i just could not stay there. She said, "You are not the only one." She refunded my money, I went and got my suitcase i had taken inside and we went to Salsas to eat and find a place to stay before our cruise. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It is a Rent by the hour smelling place.

Motel wouldnt let me check in until 4pm and at 1pm when i got there ibrequestedi needed a downstairs room and she said she didnt have one so she gave me a upstairs room and when i got ice from the laundry riom there over 10 rooms downstairs that was vacant and the clerk was rude and when i checked in she gave people behind me downstairs room but with my bad knee she forced me to take a upstairs room there

The room was fine for one night. Staff was friendly. Had to go to the front desk to request towels and there was a sketchy person staying there that called me inappropriate names and threw things at our car when we were leaving.

- no clean at all - microwave, floor , bathroom all were dirty, not cleaned at all - asked to clean at least at the desk, but the person asked me if I want to leave then I can with refund. That was not expected at all and it was around 11pm. I feel very bad with this response. 😠 - no towels available. Need to ask 2-3 times. - bedsheets and blankets were smelling. - I would fine with interior but at least cleanness can expected considering the family. I am not hesitating to ask the refund as it was worst experience so far.

The doors seemed like they had been broken into. We wouldn’t even sleep under the sheets and put towels on the pillows before we layed in them. Travelocity should not be involved with this property.

There was black mold, fuzzy mold, white mildewy mold everywhere in the room. They did not provide any towels, I had to find a local store to buy my own. The room reeked of very strong air freshener, like they were trying to mask the mildew/mold smell. At check in, other people were asking for refunds. We stayed, I woke up woke up with itchy, burning eyes and a sore throat.

Filthy! No towels. When we asked for towels the front desk said there were none clean but after they got some clean they would bring us some. We never got any.

The door was already open, there were no pillowcases or towels in the room. There was no coffee or any kind of breakfast. The office had a closed sign on it at 8 am on a Sunday. Could get no one on the phone. Will NOT be staying here anymore.

The toilet was not cleaned and there was no top sheet in the rm. I had to go down to the front desk to get one. The smoke detector was missing. The fitted sheets were not changed. We slept on the same sheets that were on the bed from the night before. The swing over door lock was missing. I have a lot of pictures of the room if someone would like to see them. You’ll need to take this property off of Expedia.

Parking not safe and not easy to get to

The place was run down. Trash in the bathtub. Didn't have any towels or even a washcloth in the room. The microwave was nasty. It smelled like the person before us was smoking weed. Good thing we were only there to sleep, and move on. But that explains why it was a cheap price.

The bed was lopsided, there was no hot water and the room had potential mold. I understand, this is a very inexpensive place to stay but you truly get what you pay for. Spend extra monies and go elsewhere, lesson learned!

Never coming here again, no tv, smelled like cigarettes, noise all night, my family did not enjoy this stay. Bathtub was horrible. No towels, could not close blinds because they were stuck. And fridge was frozen could not store anything.

There were no towels in the room. The bathroom door had been scratched up by an animal. There was something that looked like road on the ceiling. And even on our second day when I asked for them just to change out the towels they never did. But the staff was nice and friendly. Which is why it has a three-star rating instead of a 2.

The mirrors looked liked if they were cleaned they were cleaned with a grease rag. Room was nice

our route was not even made. They blame it on. I didn’t get assigned to it. They went to clean it within five minutes. They said the room was ready. I would not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel.

This hotel is very unsanitary, the beds are soiled, the bathroom is filthy, no towels, no trash and no customer service, I even asked to get a different room there was no reconciliation to the situation. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying in this hotel.

What a dump this place is more like a crack user hotel than anything else. How Expedia has this hotel on their website is beyond me. The pictures on the website must be from another hotel because not one picture on the website is really the bedroom. The room was filthy, the bed was full of hairs and the sheets had cigarette burns. The floor was full of cigarette butts and trash. We went to the office to tell them of the condition of the room the clerk asked me if I wanted a broom to sweep the floor. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. We slept on the foot of the bed fully clothed even with our shoes on. The curtains could not be closed to keep people walking around from looking into the room. Please do not rent at this hotel you will regret it. If there would be a place to post pictures on this review I would post the pictures we took to show the true condition of this hotel.

Did not like it. Property outside was filthy dirty with trash all over, room bed was disgusting , very dirty bedding, one light (only) in room worked, lobby dirty; toilet seat wore out and unsafe, shower tub filthy . it looks like place used for drugs and prostitution. cockroaches . It was a nightmare. The only good thing was that we could park our car in their parking lot for free, for the duration of a cruise we took.

Staff was very friendly! We just didn't get towels and came back late. So nobody was in the office to give us any and also the bed was sinking in on one side.

Basically we paid to sleep in a crappy bed. I think we should receive a full refund.

Gross! The room was nothing special just to lay our heads down and sleep. Not much sleep was had. The room was filthy and the walls are super thin. The mini fridge had spills left inside and bench was shredded. The only reason we stayed is because we needed a place to crash. At least we had our own blanket. Otherwise, I feel like we could have caught some nasty disease. Not worth the price!

We had to go to the front desk just to get towels. No phone or coffee maker. Shower head was way too big for that small space. Base boards broken.

Light in bathroom/shower was broken and after I brought it up to front office, it was not resolved. Had to use phone lights all night. Also, there were no trash cans. Was told it was because people steal them.

Room had a strong odor, dirty, not well maintained. They gave us no cups or towels.The best part was a comfortable bed.

It's hard to find your room. I walked all around. It's inconvenient and not worth the price. The halls are dark and the ground is wet. I didn't feel comfortable. I slept with the lights on and couldn't wait to get out of there. Not coming back here again.

Opening the door you could smell the mold. I didnt dare turn down air conditioner as the smell may increase. Now for the dirty part. Jumped in shower there was a crusty towel with brown streaks hanging on the back of the door. (They did have a set of clean towels though by the sink). Pulled up covers to lay down. There was pee stained sheets. As we are start figuring out how to get some kind of sleep through the night. My son calls from the other room I rented saying there was bed bugs. I walked over and sure enough bed bugs were crawling all over is bed and pillow. I go to front desk to have them switch rooms. They tell me there is nothing they can do its to late to change. I had to talk to someone in the morning. I pleaded my case showed him pictures of the bugs even suggested he come look. Didnt matter. I eneded up moving my son and daughter in our room. As we checked and didnt see bugs in our room. Lets just say we didnt get much sleep and morning didnt come fast enough. I am from Ohio and it was a Sunday. The health department should be called on that place. It was discusting. All I can tell people is dont do what I did. I read reviews and was like "how bad could it really be". 78.00 bucks a night?? Im telling you right now its safer and healthier to sleep in your car.

This property should not be listed on Expedia! We paid for the room before arriving to the city. When we pulled in, there was vagrants everywhere in the parking lot people loitering and she’s hanging around rooms open barbecue pits right outside like people were living there not renting very unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anybody avoid it. we drove to the parking lot and kept going. We just took the loss of the cost of the room for the night.

The man at the desk was very polite. The room was not cleaned, no blanket only sheets, no mattress pad and mattress was stained, no towels at all, toilet was not clean. We didn’t, couldn’t stay.

This property is NOT one I would recommend to anyone. Our room smelled of damp mold, there was water stains on the ceiling. The shower curtain was hanging off the wall, the dresser drawer had one screw holding the handle on, the furniture was broken and worn down, the remote batteries were dead ( not a big deal) overall this property is not one that met my expectations. It appears that the property was also a long term rental that was cheap for people to live in. Even our Lyft driver was skeptical when he dropped us off.

Everything was gross. Dead bugs, hair and dirt in the bathroom walls, bed and bench felt like they were going to fall apart.

The place looks just like the picture but when you get there, it’s like taking you back in time. It’s not a five star hotel. There was a funky smell. The outside of the property looked very sketchy. By the look of the property I thought it was going to a decent place. I was not expecting to arrive at a palace, but decent. I was very wrong. For the price it’s not worth it.

Even our transport guy from the airport asked if we were sure this was the right place. Lobby windows and doors filthy. Garbage all over the property. On the bright side the pool was clean. Has fridge and microwave. Juan, the maintenance guy was extremely pleasant and helpful. For the price it was ridiculous. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels for less for one night. Never ever again. My best advice is to run!!! There’s a lot of potential for this place if the right person owned or managed it. 169$ a night is a rip off. It’s not close to anything.

The bedding had not been changed had cereal and sand in them. Had to ask for pillow and toilet paper none in our room and the room stunk. Never any employee at front desk (always in another room) the partying and marauna odor was horrible…had to leave early

The room stink, a lot of smoke and possibly mold. The shower was very dirty. you can even see the mold on the front door around the edges. within 30 minutes later, I had to go out front and cancel my staying with them.

My stay at the Residence Inn was disappointing overall. When I arrived, there was an unruly customer causing a scene in the lobby, which didn’t exactly set a great tone. The staff wasn’t very welcoming at first, though I will say they became friendlier later during the stay. Honestly, you’re paying for the location—period. The room itself was underwhelming and poorly maintained. There were holes in the wall, stripped wallpaper, gaps under the entry door, and the locks didn’t seem to work properly. To top it off, the room was stocked with just one towel. If you’re just looking for a basic place to crash for the night, this might work. But if you’re expecting comfort or quality, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Don’t waste ur time, find another place 2 relax. Our bathroom was sooooooooo nasty, we had 2 go 2 dollar tree and get cleaning supplies and a scrubber for the bathroom. The bed was so bad, I had back problems the next day on my cruise. Ur better off sleeping outside. The guy at the front desk was cool though.

Horrible absolutely terrible. Charged a premium price simply because it was the 4th of July weekend. One power switch controlled the entire room. The door didn’t close or lock properly. The young front desk attendant was smoking pot with a guest. Blood and poop stains on bed. Pillows were so old and clumpy. Tv didn’t work. Absolutely the worst stay at any property ever

Stayed for 1 night. Whike checking in clerk was talkig to another staff member about somebody fighting. Walk into room and smelled bad like a smell was being covered up by spray. Bed super hard and a flat sheet and 1 thin fleece blanket provided. Curtain dis not close all the way so you could see in the room ( we were on the bottom floor )

We were surrounded by bums and addicts. I would have stayed somewhere else but the island was booked due to it being the 4th of July Holiday. The room was absolutely horrible. Needed upgrades to say the least. I honestly didn’t even want to take a shower it was so disgusting. I slept on my own blankets and pillows. My family came down as well and was able to book at another hotel so I sent my two children with them. I am at the point that I’m not going to book with Wyndham anymore because it seems like all they do is buy these ghetto hotels and slap their name on it. We were appalled by what we walked into. But like I said. No other hotel was available in a 75 miles radius so we had no other choice. I would like a refund on my stay and I will more than likely be staying with another hotel from now on.

No place to hang clothes. No phone in the room. No towels. You could see outside around the AC unit and the bottom of the front door. One item of furniture in the room had rotten upholstery. Never seen anything this bad!

Got to the room and the pillows didn’t have cases, no towels, no shower curtain. Room was dirty and holes in bedding. Call front desk about the pillows and towels and was told they were short on them and to come get some.

There were no towels in the room and when discovered i went to the office but it was closed. How is the front desk not 24 hours? The floors were not swept or moped. The ac was in the wall but a large crack around the edges allowed people passing by to hear into the room.

Check in was very speedy, but the condition of the hotel grounds was not good. When I got on my bed, I felt a lump. Pulling back the blanket revealed a lighter. Pulling the blanket back further, there were stains and what appeared to be pieces of popcorn. With no other ground floor rooms available, we cancelled our stay and went to another location.

When we got there the guy at the door was nice, but that was the best part lol no but fr. The room we had we basically had to force the door open because it was messed up like someone kicked it in, there were loose screws in multiple spots around the room like half screwed into the wall or not screwed in at all, the refrigerator wasnt plugged in and still had the sale sticker on it, and i had to fix the tv myself because it didnt work at first. It had 2 remotes 1 was missing the back and the universal remote wasnt programmed to the tv. The pool was the upside. It was descent but next to the pool there was a dog in a room that barked at people passing and there were 2 bottles filled with old cigarette buds sitting outside the room. Not to mention multiple people in the hotel were smoking Marijuana inside and outside there room bc the smell was so strong. Its sad when the best thing in your hotel room is the vanity mirror where you wash your hands at. But you get what you pay for and it was descently close to the beach.

I stayed 3 nights with family. Bedsheet was dirty (spot and sands).I asked them to change, again it had sands on it. There was no cloth hangers, toilet had no basin. I requested them to clean the room, they never sent anyone, asked for extra pillow twice, they didn't bring though they didn't refuse. People were smoking on the corridor thought facility says, non-smoking. There were trash bags, dirty staffs here and there. Appearance of the other people in neighboring room was not pleasant, it seemed no good quality people come to stay here. There was no security of the parked vehicles, location is not good. Even when you come out on the road from the hotel, always need to take right turn (vehicle), can't pass lane easily since the road is always busy.

This place is trash. Toilet from room above leaked into our bathroom. Floors not swept.wall in bathroom in need of serious repair. The fixtures are beat and worn. On the positive side the small refrigerator worked.

Other resident's were yelling all night and the police were there for many unknown reasons throughout the night and early morning. Very rough around the edges.
